Transcripts
the three best times to post on
Instagram have recently changed and if
you're seeing a decrease in views right
now it could be because you're simply
just not posting at the right time in
fact that's what was happening to this
Creator and then they Chang their times
and now they gain over 880,000 followers
and it happened to this Creator they
Chang their times and now they got over
120,000 followers and the same thing
could happen to you so long as you
change the three best times that you're
posting and by the way the last time I'm
going to share with you makes by far the
most small accounts on Instagram go
viral so please make sure you don't skip
it time number one is going to be from
10:00 a.m. to noon now here's a deal
there's several different things that we
need to cover before we get to that
second time slot like one the time zone
that you're posting in the time zone you
Po in on Instagram needs to be the time
zone in which you are currently located
so if you're traveling you need to adapt
the time that you're going to be posting
on Instagram if not you're going to end
up reaching the wrong audience because
when you post on Instagram the first
people to see your content are going to
be your followers and people around you
so you need to make sure that you're
posting when those people are going to
be online which if you post for the time
slot which you're currently located in
it's probably going to hit the right
people because if you're able to hit the
right people then what ends up happening
is your content is going to get good
engagement and then boom Instagram is
going to suggest it out to more people
because Instagram right now works very
similar to how Tik Tok used to work they
test your content with a small group of
people if they engage well with it then
they push it out to more people so it's
really critical that you're posting at
the right time so that you reach those
right people and you don't want to make
the mistake of only posting when your
follower analytic says that your
followers are online because maybe your
followers are just your friends or maybe
your followers are people that follow
you for a different reason than the
content that you're currently posting in
which it's going to actually decrease
the reach that you get because instead
what's going to happen is your content
is going to be posted none of your
followers will actually be online or
they won't interact with your content
and then boom Instagram thinks that
whatever you posted is something people
don't want to engage with and then from
there it's only going to make it harder
for you to keep getting views on
Instagram the next thing that I need to
make sure that you're not doing is just
posting on the hour for example don't
post at exactly 10:00 a.m. post at 10:02
post at 10:03 post at 10:11 and don't
post at 10:30 you do not want to post on
the hour or on the half hour because
that's when 99% of people schedule their
post to go out and Instagram Works based
off of supply and demand so if there's a
large supply of content and demand is
consistent well guess what then each one
of those pieces of content gets less
views than it could have otherwise
gotten so if you post that in off time
there less supply of content there's
probably higher demand for content and
boom you're going to end up getting more
views and that's exactly why I wouldn't
schedule out your post for on the hour
or on the half hour and if you're
posting your post manually please don't
post them at those times it's literally
just going to decrease your views so
when it comes to how long you should be
waiting in between post if you're
posting a real or a photo you need to be
waiting at least 1 hour in between posts
ideally right now you should only be
posting one to three times a day and
when it comes to your stories you can
post post back to back but remember if
you post back to back it's going to stop
you from getting put back to the front
of people's stor so you actually want to
space out your stories post also and I
would recommend posting a story at each
of the three time slots I share with you
which brings me to the second best time
to post which is going to be from 2: to
4:00 p.m. now remember you want to make
sure that you're getting out the
majority of your post during the time
slots that get you the most views so
here's what I would recommend doing and
in just a second I'm going to share with
you the number one time slot for you POS
in if you want to go viral on Instagram
but again before we get there we need to
make sure that we cover all these things
step by step because just trying to skip
around on these things it's going to
lead to getting less views than you want
on Instagram right now it's only going
to take a few minutes to go through this
so please stay patient with me so when
it comes to testing all these different
time slots there are three time slots
I'm sharing with you one of them is
going to work better than the rest of
them that doesn't mean that you should
only get your post out during that time
slot that simply means I would get 80%
of your post out during that time slot
and 20 % of your post during the other
three time slots because what this is
going to allow you to do is double down
on the time slot that is working the
best while simultaneously testing other
time slots and another thing that you
could do is spy on your competitors and
see when they're actually posting and if
you see when they're posting you're
going to be able to determine a good
time to post to reach the ideal audience
that you're trying to reach now before I
share with you the last and final time
slot that you need to make sure you're
posting in on Instagram in 2024 if you
want to go viral on Instagram especially
if you're a small account I need to
share with you three other things that
the Instagram algorithm completely loves
right now the first thing is going to be
remixing memes like what Nick is doing
right here so if we come over to Nick's
reals and scroll down a little bit we're
going to find a bunch of memes like this
meme they got him 20,000 views and this
meme they got him 11,000 views and if we
keep scrolling we're going to see
similar results again 177,000 views this
one 14,000 views if we SC scrolling down
this one 63,000 views and all he is
doing here he is finding a meme on
Instagram that somebody else posted for
his Niche he is going to try to share
that but instead he's going to click
remix this is going to allow him to make
changes to this piece of content and
post it on his own page as his own piece
of content now all he does is he comes
into this post and simply adds an emoji
like he added this Emoji right here so
he doesn't change anything so that it
doesn't ruin the reach and then what
ends up happening is he just changed is
a description here post this to his page
and these posts end up doing really well
because a lot of people comment on these
posts a lot of people share these posts
a lot of people engage with these types
of posts because they're short they're
funny and they get the point across and
if you start doing this it's going to
allow you to put out more content on
Instagram get more followers get more
views and ultimately you're not going to
have to put in that much effort because
you're simply just finding good posts
curating them and then remixing them on
your own page the second thing that the
Instagram algorithm completely loves
right now now are people that are
getting people to come back to Instagram
and there are three ways for you to do
this first and foremost respond to every
comment that you get when you respond to
a comment that person gets a
notification that person comes back to
Instagram comes back to your page and
Instagram says wow you did a really good
job at getting people to come back to
Instagram which Willow Instagram to make
more money and then boom they're going
to push out your content more than they
push out other people's content secondly
you need to get people to share your
content one share on Instagram equals
400 extra views if you are able to get
1,000 extra shares your video is going
to get over 400,000 views and go viral
this is really easy to do so long as you
create your content with three core
emotions in mind one something that is
really funny two something that is
really shocking three something that is
newsworthy if your content doesn't fit
those three things well guess what it's
not going to get shared and you're not
going to end up going viral but there is
one other way for you to get people to
come back to Instagram and that is by
using a broadcast Channel if you go into
a broadcast channel and you post in it
you have a th000 people in there 2,000
people 3,000 people you can tell them
about your latest post that you just
uploaded and those people more likely
than not are going to go interact with
that post so long as you tease it in a
really good way what is this going to do
get people to come back to Instagram
when you post in the broadcast channel
and then boom it's going to get you a
lot of Engagement really quickly on the
things that you're posting on Instagram
and this is going to Skyrocket the
amount of reach that you're getting now
to emphasize this last thing that you
need to make sure that you're doing I
wanted to actually come over to
Instagram and show this for you so if we
look at this post it's got the thing if
we look at this post it's got the thing
if we look at this post it's got the
thing if we look at this post it's got
the thing can you guess what it is every
single one of these posts has text on
the screen because 50% of people that
are scrolling on Instagram do not have
their sound on so Instagram really likes
to push out content that has text on the
screen more importantly you need to make
sure that that text is all also going to
show on the homepage so if we scroll
down from here we can see his text shows
if we scroll down from here all of this
text shows if we scroll down from here
this is just a photo so there's not
really any text but you get the point
needs to be able to show both on the
real feed needs to be able to show in
the explore feed and needs to be able to
show in the home feed and if it doesn't
show in all three it's going to decrease
the amount of reach that Instagram ends
up giving you now this brings me to the
last and best time to be posting which
is going to be from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00
p.m. now at this point I want to ask you
a question are you serious about growing
on Instagram and changing your life on
