Outlines
đ Overcoming Challenges and Achieving Success
The speaker recounts their personal journey from feeling anxious and lacking confidence before the police academy to graduating with top honors and achieving various career milestones. Despite early struggles and a lack of business experience, they eventually found success in entrepreneurship and personal development. The speaker emphasizes the importance of transformation and shares universal concepts that have helped them succeed, even when others around them quit. They promise insights that can save viewers years of time and encourage viewers to stay until the end of the video for valuable lessons.
đ The Cycle of Change and the Pitfalls of Reliance on Motivation
This paragraph delves into the common pattern most people follow when attempting change, which the speaker dubs 'Path 99'. It involves initial inspiration and motivation, followed by resistance and ultimately quitting. The speaker shares personal experiences of struggling with this cycle, including feelings of depression, anxiety, and lack of self-belief. They explain the transient nature of motivation and how it can be derailed by self-centered desires, leading to a loss of trust in oneself and a cycle of failed attempts at change.
đ The Power of Purpose and Clarity in Driving Change
The speaker introduces 'Path 1', the approach taken by a minority that leads to significant change. It begins with inspiration but is sustained by purpose and clarity. The speaker discusses the importance of understanding one's 'why' for pursuing goals, which serves as a core emotional driver. They emphasize that motivation is insufficient for lasting change and that clarity about the daily actions needed to achieve goals is essential. The speaker also touches on the idea that our minds are goal-seeking mechanisms that can be reprogrammed through purpose to align with our objectives.
đ« Breaking the Habit of Quitting and Facing Resistance
Continuing on 'Path 1', the speaker addresses the inevitable resistance one faces when pursuing change and the harmful habit of quitting when faced with difficulty. They share a personal anecdote about their nephew's struggle with job instability and the development of a quitting habit. The speaker warns of the dangers of this habit, how it lowers one's threshold for persistence, and reinforces a negative identity. They stress the importance of breaking this cycle and the need to act differently to become the person capable of achieving one's goals.
đŻ The Importance of Identity Change and Evolution
The speaker discusses the concept of identity change as the ultimate goal of personal development. They argue that achieving goals is not about the outcome itself but about the transformation it brings. The speaker dispels the misconception that acquiring a desired outcome will change a person, asserting that it is the journey and the actions taken that lead to a new identity. They share their own experiences of evolving through various life stages and emphasize that the process of striving for goals is what shapes the person capable of success.
đ§ The Flywheel System for Identity Change
In the final paragraph, the speaker introduces the 'flywheel system' as a metaphor for the process of identity change. They outline three components: action, self-talk, and belief. The speaker explains that consistent daily actions aligned with one's goals, positive self-talk that reinforces these actions, and the eventual formation of new beliefs are essential for a complete identity transformation. They stress that it is not about what one needs to do, but rather who one needs to become, and that the process involves a feedback loop of action and self-talk that ultimately solidifies a new belief system.

Transcripts
all right you see this guy right here
this was me right before the police
academy I was scared I lacked confidence
I was riddled with anxiety negative
thinking negative selft talk I was just
scared out of my mind that after that
first day I thought about not coming
back and just quitting right there on
the spot because I was just so
overwhelmed fast forward 6 months
graduate the academy with the top
defensive tactics award scored at the
top of my class on fto day which is
essentially just a full day of scenario
test at the end of The Academy even
though when I started I felt like I
didn't belong there fast forward another
6 months now I'm struggling on field
training I'm worried I'm not going to
pass four years later promoted to
detective I'm on the agency sniper team
and the agency's version of the SWAT
team I leave all of that behind to start
my business the only problem is that I
have no business experience and I have
no idea how to make money outside of a
regular job so fast forward a couple
more years I figured the whole business
thing out making great money but the
problem is that I went from this to this
now it looked like Snorlax on the
outside and I'm struggling hard on the
inside depressed anxious no motivation
you name it I was a mess then I
drop 70 lb I get up to my goal of 100 lb
pull-up actively training for a marathon
my YouTube channel is growing faster
than ever my business is impacting more
lives than ever and I'm making more
money than I ever thought possible and
guys I tell you this just to show you
that I am no stranger to Transformations
I'm also no stranger to making massive
progress and then reverting back and
realizing this deep rut that I dug
myself back into but every single time
that I I've gone through one of these
Evolutions one of these Transformations
there's been certain things that I've
kept at the front of my mind that have
really helped me strive and succeed
where most people will go down the same
path and they will just give up never
even get close to what they're trying to
accomplish now guys what I'm going to be
talking about in this video they're
Universal Concepts things that no matter
what you're trying to implement whether
you're trying to get in shape or whether
you're trying to advance in your career
or build a business doesn't matter these
concepts are the same and they will help
you get get closer and closer to your
goals even though everybody around you
just keeps quitting left and right and
they don't get any closer to becoming
that person that they actually want to
be so if you stay until the end of this
video guys I guarantee you it will save
you years and years of time but if you
can't stay till the end of this few
minute video then guys realistically
maybe change isn't what you're after
maybe you'd rather be Doom scrolling on
your phone or watching an endless
amounts of YouTube videos just looking
for the next hack or that next thing
that will just change your life from one
moment to the next next that is not this
video this video has genuine lessons
that I've learned the hard way sometimes
after years and years of going in
circles wondering why can't I change why
can't I be more productive why can't I
get closer and closer to making the
money that I want only to realize that
the real solution was right in front of
my face all along so if you actually
want to change this video will help you
do exactly that and guys one last thing
I'm not going to do a bunch of fancy
editing to keep you hooked or tell you
to buy my course or do all of these
things I'm not going to do any of that I
just genuinely want to help you make the
changes that you need in order to get
closer and closer to your goals and guys
like I said these are Universal Concepts
I have done this with my law enforcement
career I have done this with when I
started my own Amazon FBA business I I
did this when I was starting my YouTube
channel I've even started a Fitness
business and made it successful so what
I'm going to be talking about is
incredibly valuable if you listen it
will change everything now most people
people are going to follow this path
when they want to change something or
acquire something I call this path 99
because that is what 99% of people do
and then they wonder why they can't get
ahead okay and it goes like this doesn't
matter what you're trying to pursue like
I said I've done this with my my law
enforcement career my Amazon business my
social media presence I started a whole
Fitness business and I've even done this
with my own fitness journey okay but
path 99 goes like this inspiration
motivation resistance and then quit so
inspiration is the Catalyst there has to
be something that motivates you to to
gives you that spark that gives that
idea that okay I need to make a change I
need to get my health in order I need to
make more money I need to quit this job
whatever it is it could be a YouTube
video it could be something you see on
Instagram it could be something that
somebody says to you it could be like
for me something my boss says to me that
is like I need to get the out of
here I need to go and make something
happen and I need to make some changes
and now it's time to to go and pursue
that right the problem is that they're
running off off of motivation so
motivation is going to last it's finite
it's not going to last very long and
usually what derails you from motivation
is selfishness selfish desires I want to
go do this I don't want to do this I
want to go eat this I want to do this
later on right but motivation is the
fuel source because it's only going to
last a couple days maybe a couple weeks
at best we're going to run into
resistance and any amount of resistance
when our fuel source is motivation will
be enough for us to then eventually quit
okay and guys you're going to go through
this cycle and chances are if you are
watching this video and you're taking it
seriously you've probably gone through
this cycle more than once I know I have
so I'm speaking from experience like
guys I specifically remember when I used
to sit on my couch and I was just so
overweight and I was just so depressed
and anxious I was so in my head I had so
much negative thinking going on that I
was just like oh poor me poor me and I
was just waiting for this moment where
motivation will strike and I would
literally think that I was I just need
to get motivated I just need something
to motivate me so much that I will
change from this moment to the next and
I will never look back essentially I was
looking I was waiting for an epiphany
and the Epiphany never came right it was
a bunch of really motivated mornings
that ended with a lot of binge eating at
night that then I woke up feeling like
the next day okay that's what I
that's what I was dealing with and guys
the problem with following path 99 over
and over again is that eventually you're
going to lose trust in yourself your
you're no longer going to have any
self-belief you're not going to have
confidence you're not going to have any
of those things because you say
something so often and you don't follow
through that your word means nothing to
yourself you may have a great
relationship like your word May mean a
lot to other people but when it comes to
the things that you tell yourself that
is the most important weight that your
word needs to hold it doesn't hold any
weight so then that's when you start
feeling shame and guilt and regret and
anxiousness that you're leaving a lot on
the table but you also just don't
believe in yourself you don't believe
anything that you say and that is a very
dangerous place to be because you're if
you live like that and that's the
essentially the identity that you're
operating from you ain't going to
accomplish anything but let's go over a
path that actually leads to massive
change and that is path one because 1%
of people are going to do this the
beginning is the same inspiration
something is going to give you a
catalyst something or someone is going
to give you this spark that then you're
going to tell yourself hey man we need
to change and we need to change now
the difference is that we're operating
off of purpose which we're going to dive
into a little bit more right now but
then we're going to it's going to lead
us to Clarity then resistance we still
are going to face resistance but
resistance is going to be very different
then you're going to run into boredom
and then goal achieved first and
foremost you need to understand that
motivation is a terrible fuel source it
is finite it's it's fleeing it's not
going to last very long you need to tap
into purpose and vision why do you want
to accomplish the things that you want
to accomplish why do you want to lose
the weight why do you want to get in
shape why do you want to promote in your
career why do you want to build this
business why do you want to make a
little side money if you're watching my
channel chances are that you want to
make some money right why just to have a
pile of cash right here on my desk or is
it because I want to have more control
over time over my time or is it because
I want to have more control over how
much money I make every month or because
I want to travel or because I want to
retire my parents or because I want to
retire my significant other or I just
want to help or is it even just to have
like a dope car in the driveway and a
big house what is it that moves you
don't overthink this guys purpose can be
anything that drives you essentially
it's just a core emotional driver it
doesn't have to be like this high and
mighty thing like sometimes you people
will hear purpose and they be like w it
has to be something like super Noble and
people are going to approve of it and
this this and that like I have to go in
end world hunger or something crazy like
that no it can be literally anything if
you get motivated by material things
that is your core core emotional driver
that is what is moving you forward for
me that's not it for me it was always
money and time and having a life that I
can control and I can curate my reality
to fit the things that I want to do
right I don't want to be working all the
time so some people they go into
business and they're like yeah I could
work 24/7 I can work all the time and
it's like that sucks that does not sound
appealing to me right with my Amazon FBA
business some people want to grow their
Amazon FBA business to the moon have a
bunch of employees and warehouses that
has never been my goal right my goal is
I want to leverage this business to
still be able to live the life that I
want on my terms and have a significant
amount of money coming in right what is
that purpose for you like look if we go
back to path 99 motivation and purpose
right the reason motivation doesn't work
so well is because you have a ton of
terrible
habits and these habits are everywhere
and we're going to talk about habits a
little bit later right but we have a ton
of terrible habits but what we're trying
to do with motivation essentially is
Let's Pretend habits are Furniture right
this office is fully furnished I have my
desk I have my wife's desk I have
bookshelves I have books I have all that
stuff right and all of these terrible
habits I take them all out and I'm like
you know what I need to subtract these
things from my life to improve and
become the person I want to be and I
take all of these things and I put them
in the
garage the problem with that is that I
still need to work I still need to come
in here I still need to get things done
I still need to produce so it's going to
be really easy if I don't fill this with
new furniture new habits for me to go
back down to the garage and bring
everything back up and put it in back in
my office reverting back to what I
already know right with purpose this
right here will eliminate this if if
you've read psycho cybernetics our minds
they talk about how our minds are
goal-seeking mechanisms so what you
think about what you envision what what
you're striving for your mind will take
that as feedback and be like this is the
objective now we need to figure out how
to get there and we need to only do
things that are going to help us
accomplish this goal that we have set
for ourselves this is why a lot of times
and I've talked about this in another
video it's like what we focus on we get
more up right so if we're focusing on
the good we're going to get more good if
we're focusing on the bad we just took
this problem and made it into this
problem because we focused on it so
deeply so going back to our Habit
example our purpose is essentially going
to rewire our goal seeking mechanism in
our brain so now our purpose is I want
to get in incredible shape because I
want to be able to run on the beach with
my kids with my shirt off and feel super
confident whatever it may be right
anything that is not aligned with this
goal that moves you so much you have a
core emotional driver where your kids
are going to be able to look at you and
be like that's my dad right
there like that's my dad walking on the
beach like dude that dude's so cool that
dude's so Jack whatever it is you have
this core emotional driver that anything
that is not aligned with this driver
right here is just going to fall
off okay so these negative habits will
fall away because they don't have the
same appeal so we have removed D
essentially we've removed all the
furniture from this office but we have
replaced it with new furniture that is
going to help us get aligned with our
goals hopefully that made sense now the
next step in path one is Clarity Clarity
is super important essentially purpose
is the engine okay this is the engine
that is going to make the car go
anywhere anywhere and any way that you
want the thing is without Clarity we
have no idea which direction we're going
right are we going up are we going down
which way are we going left right what
where are we going this is the why the
purpose is the engine it's the driving
force Clarity is the what what are we
going to do to get there what are we
going to do to achieve our goal if we
want to make money and we're going to
start pursuing Amazon FBA what are we
going to do every single day to help us
get to our goals right we're going to
Source Products if our goal is to get in
shape what are we going to do in order
to get to our goal of getting in shape
and getting Beach ready we're going to
eat in a calorie Defence deficit we're
going to have enough protein we're going
to resistance right Clarity is massive
you cannot just have a why I'm doing
this or why I want something without any
Clarity if you lack Clarity in your
day-to-day life it's going to lead to so
much procrastination so much distraction
and it's going to end up becoming one of
those things where it's like I will do
it tomorrow I it's just one day I I can
put it off till tomorrow right the
problem that is that if you live one day
that one day mentality oh it's just one
day I can do it tomorrow oh it's just
one day eventually that becomes your
life because a lot of you guys are out
there and there saying oh one day I'm
going to start this business or tomorrow
I'm going to start this business
essentially it's the one way me one day
mentality and then eventually before you
know it 6 months that's passed a year
has passed and it's not one day that's
your life that is who you are
because every time that you you want to
go pursue something you don't have any
Clarity so then you just put it off and
you never accomplish your goal because
you're not working towards your goal at
all okay so that's clarity now we
understand why purpose is so incredibly
important we understand why clarity is
not just important it's necessary it's a
necessity we have to have this then
we're going to run into resistance
resistance is going to show up whether
you like it or not it is inevitable
regardless of what you're trying to do
resistance will show up in one way or
another in order to combat resistance
you need to break one of the strongest
habits that I've seen going around that
people are so unaware that they deal
with it and that habit is the habit of
quitting consistently quitting when
things get difficult is taking over
people's lives and they don't even
realize that it's running them straight
into the ground because it's like H how
could quitting be a habit well anything
that you do more and more and the more
and more that you do it the easier it
gets is a habit right so I just had um
this conversation with my nephew and um
he's kind of lost at the moment he is
going from like little job to little job
kind of reminds me of my brother's path
little job a little job and then he gets
motivated to go and pursue something
like truck driving or going to the
forest service or do lineman school and
then for some reason or another
something comes up something happens and
then he ends up quitting and I told him
like dude you have developed a habit of
quitting so when things get scary or
they get overwhelming or they're you're
just not sure about yourself and if
you're going to be able to accomplish
this you quit the problem with allowing
the habit of quitting to remain in your
life is that it's going to get easier
and easier for you to quit and then the
threshold of something that you would
need to happen that would cause you to
quit that threshold will get lower and
lower because essentially your mind is
already already knows this path your
mind has already seen this movie hey
we're going to go try something new it's
going to get hard it's going to get
difficult then we're going to quit so
when you come across those two paths the
path of least resistance and the path of
most resistance your brain already is
going to be able to identify that
they're going to be like look we can go
down this path but it's scary it's
overwhelming I don't even know if I
could do it I'm so stressed out of my
mind that is clearly the path of most
resistance why don't we go this way we
already have done it before we've quit
time and time again and we can just
revert back to who we've been because we
know it's safe that is what your mind
wants your mind wants a set point it
just wants a state of homeostasis where
we're not introducing any new growth or
anything like that let's go deeper and
deeper into comfort and deeper and
deeper into who we've been right the
problem with that is that who we've been
is not cutting it there's a reason why
we're trying to get our health in order
there's a reason why we want to promote
in our career there's a reason why we
want to pursue a business because what
what we've been getting the results that
we have been getting are not aligned
with what we want they're not aligned
with the future that we want and you
need to ask yourself man if I keep doing
this for three to five more years and I
keep quitting every time something gets
difficult it's like what's my life going
to look like am I going to get any
closer to the things that I want or am I
just going to get further and further
away from who I want to be and I'm just
going to be riddled with shame guilt
regret for the rest of my life
the habit of quitting needs to break so
in order to make that happen we must act
in a manner that is different we must
become someone else I always say it is
not a matter of what you need to do it's
a matter of who you need to become and
in those moments of stress fear unknown
overwhelm those are your self-imposed
ceilings And if every time you come up
to a self-imposed ceiling and instead of
breaking through it you back away and go
back to who you've always been you are
just solidifying who you are not you are
not someone who can go and get in shape
you are not someone who can get this
promotion you are not someone who can go
and build this business essentially it's
just the crabs in the bucket mentality
right everybody knows that one you're
trying to get out but people around you
the crabs in a bucket so they're going
to try to pull you back to where they've
been or where you've been because they
all want to stay in the same place they
don't want to see you get ahead
now just change from those crabs in the
bucket are everybody else and those
crabs in the bucket are just you they're
your fears they're your doubts they're
your personal standards they're your
habits they're your beliefs they're your
relationships all of those craps in the
bucket they're just you so every time
you try to crawl out of that bucket your
old self essentially just keeps pulling
you further and further back in and that
is why you're always in the same place
you can look back 6 months ago and you
can look ahead 6 months ago and you know
exactly where you've been and where
you're going it's going to look exactly
the same mentally financially
spiritually and that's because every
time you get to these self-imposed
ceilings you quit and you solidify who
you are not and then you make this habit
of quitting stronger and stronger which
is something that we need to break okay
so now that we understand that we need
to break the habit of quitting and we
are following path number one we have
essentially passed all four of these so
far but then we're going to get to a
state of boredom now boredom is when
something really interesting happens
that is when you can either push through
and become exactly who you want to be or
you can revert back to who you've always
been but essentially within boredom we
are trying to reach identity change that
is when everything happens that is when
you become exactly who you want to be
which is not aligned with who you've
been because that is the identity you're
operating from and we want to become
somebody else right if you take anything
away from this video let it be this last
part identity change is everything and
I'm going to tell you exactly how you
can change it how I've changed it in the
past and the things that I've tried in
the past and haven't worked but the
things that do work now one thing that
people get wrong and they get they get
all twisted in this belief is that they
think if I just have the thing right now
like they they'll think about this if I
just have the dream physique if some
some way I could magically get the seven
figure business or the promotion or the
dream physique I will I will change
everything everything is going to change
me that goal is going to change me so
then I'll be able to sustain that from
there and that's just not reality that's
not how things work imagine I give you
your dream physique and I give you a
seven fig business but the caveat is you
have to keep your same beliefs your same
identity your same habits your same
personal standards your same
relationships your same the same way
that you carry yourself day-to-day
everything that you do right now that
same way you have to keep all of that
but now you have your dream physique and
you have your seven figure business
how long do you think that stuff's going
to
last couple months maybe six months at
best all of those things are going to
crumble because you are not the person
who can achieve those things if you were
the person who can go and build a seven
figure business or you were the person
who can go and attain that dream
physique that you have you would already
have those things but it is the process
of creation that Journey that you go
through to accomplish those things that
creates that identity change right so
don't don't get it twisted don't think
that who you are right now is the same
person that you're going to be when you
achieve those goals you must go through
a state of evolution like I told you in
the beginning back when I started the
police academy guys I was a completely
different person and I had to
evolve in order to be able to even pass
the academy because if I the person who
went in on day one was not the person
who left same thing when I went into the
when I went into actual law enforcement
I was in field training that person who
went in on day one of field training was
not the same person who ended up
quitting doubling down on himself and
going starting his own business 5 years
later okay you're going to go through a
state of evolution and a state of
identity change and that is the goal
that is the that is the main prize that
you get the prize is not the outcome the
prize is not hey I just want to go and
make all this money the prize is I have
just now become the person who can go
and make this money even if I were to
lose everything I now have the skills to
go and get the things that I
want that is the goal that is the real
result that's the price there's a saying
that I really like that goes with this
and that is that you don't get what you
want you get who you are so you quit
because you're someone who quits when
things get difficult you wait to go and
do anything because you're someone who
waits for motivation to strike to be
able to accomplish anything you struggle
with money because you haven't taken the
time to learn the skills to help you
make more money and essentially this
ident identity that we're trying to
shift away from is just a culmination of
beliefs actions and experiences that
we've had throughout our life but
regardless of how you got here our goal
is not to dive into that our goal is to
help you change from where you are right
now and help you get closer and closer
who you want to be that can actually get
all the things that you want now I think
there's a lot of ways to accomplish this
right the identity change and there's a
lot of things that I've tried and that
didn't work at all and I'm going to
share with you what has always worked
for me so the way that I view identity
change is essenti like a flywheel system
so if you're unfamiliar with the
flywheel essentially it's just multiple
components that build momentum and they
kind of uh build momentum together so
then they build up enough energy and
momentum that they're able to run on
their own and for me the identity
flywheel has three different components
again this is just my opinion this is
what has always worked for me if you
look into identity change and you have
your own beliefs by all means try
whatever whatever you think works for
you this is what has always worked for
me now now the top of the flywheel
number one is action action will then
feed into selft talk which will then
feed into belief over time the more and
more you do this and the more consistent
you are eventually this flywheel will
begin to run on its own and once it runs
on its own that is when you have reached
a new identity right a new set of
beliefs a new set of actions a new set
of things that you do because that is
who you are not because you want to or
not but because that is who who you are
and that is the goal now I personally
have never been able to think myself
into any sort of change so if I feel
like I can't think myself into a
better day and I think that's because
the body and the mind are they work too
synergistically that that that that's
even possible uh I don't think you can
think yourself into a better mental
state I think you need to act your way
there but let's say that you tell
yourself I make $10,000 right you want
to make $10,000 a month and you just
tell yourself over and over again you do
these affirmations you stand in front of
the mirror you look all crazy and you're
like I make $10,000 a month I make
$10,000 a month I make $110,000 a month
literally nothing is going to happen
because there is no action behind it
even if you believe in manifestation
which I do as well the only reason
manifestation works is because of the
expectation effect the expectation
effect essentially is that you are
acting with the expectation that you are
already going to get this outcome so if
I expect to make $10,000 a month I am
going to act as someone who expects to
make that kind of money I'm going to
take certain actions I'm going to think
a certain way I'm going to get rid of
some things and I'm going to double down
on other things and I'm going to think
in a way that is aligned with someone
who makes $10,000 a month and that is
because I have the expectation such a
strong expectation that yeah I'm going
to make $10,000 a month why wouldn't I
and the reason that works is because I'm
acting as if I already have those things
so if I'm acting as if I'm someone who
is in incredible shape why would I go
and poison myself with ice cream and
candy and all of these things I'm not
acting as if I'm someone who is in
incredible shape right it's the same
exact concept because I'm acting in the
manner and I'm feeding that expectation
essentially the expectation effect will
come into play and then I am going to
get the things that I want because I'm
taking the right necessary daily actions
to help me get there okay so that is
pillar number one action we must take
daily actions in alignment with who we
want to be that is number one nothing
else can happen without this okay you
cannot just sit in this realm of belief
you can't just skip to to step number
three and be like I'm just going to
change my beliefs good luck it doesn't
work like that you need to take the
necessary actions to help you get there
once you take the necessary daily
actions you are going to have the
opportunity to either solidify who you
are right this new identity or who
you've been selft talk is so incredibly
important now if you have the wrong
selft talk essentially like I said
you're going to just solidify who you
are not so let's use the fitness example
you are trying to get in shape right
you're you're you're trying to kind of
get this body or whatever and you go to
the gym every single day but you
complain about it all the time tell
yourself ah this sucks I I why can't I
just have pizza how long am I going to
do this man maybe I can just sleep in
why do I even have to do these things
like I just don't want to do this
anymore right the more and more you do
that the more and more you solidify who
you are not right you are not someone
who goes to the gym consistently because
you care about your health you are not
someone who has a certain physique and
the same thing applies to business if
you're trying to make some money online
and all you do is you on everything
that you're doing ah this business model
doesn't work I'm not making any money I
can't find this I can't do this
complaining complaining complaining yeah
you're solidifying you're solidifying
who you are not and we we can't have
that so selft talk is critical without
self talk we will not we will still get
to belief but it's going to be the wrong
belief and with the wrong belief we're
creating the wrong identity right what
we need to do is when we're taking
actions that are meant to improve us we
can never never get negative about those
actions it's it's not that you're
delusional and you just ignore all the
problems no you you know those problems
are there but how often has you just
focusing on problems and being negative
and complaining helped you achieve
anything in your life right so our selft
talk needs to be affirm it needs to be
Savage it needs to be strong it needs to
be aligned with who we want to be we
need to have selft talk as if we are
someone who has the thing that we want
right after we do this consistently
essentially this flywheel essentially
only has two steps for a while right
because this doesn't happen right away
so this these two steps kind of feedback
right it's a feedback loop they're just
kind of feeding each other once you do
that consistently you eventually form a
completely new belief and this new
belief if we use the gym example is that
you are someone who goes to the gym
every day you are someone who wakes up
early you are someone who's productive
you are someone who goes and makes
$10,000 a month that is the new belief
because you have the right necessary
actions in place every single day and
you have the right selft talk that is
just going to solidify those beliefs
even further once you make it a
conscious point to create the real you
and you get rid of all that internal
and baggage that's constantly
holding you back that is when everything
Chang es remember it is not a matter of
what do I need to do it's a matter of
who do I need to become
