Transcripts
do you remember the co lockdown in 2020
when that happened I decided to move
back home to my parents' house to just
put my head down become an entrepreneur
and hopefully start making money online
my goal was to make £2,000 a month so
that I could go and move to Asia to
Thailand and then live there and work
from my laptop I'm actually in Singapore
right now and so it took me about 7
months to make a
whopping five
00 so I moved home in may think about
that may of 2020 when you know the covid
was going crazy everyone was locked
indoors in like UK and you know people
were scared of what was going on and the
um the toilet paper was being bought out
in the stores and you know like people
just were just being so [ __ ]
irrational right I put my head down for
S months to make £500 not per month like
in total
£500 but then the next month in January
2021 that £500 in the month went to
1,000 500 then it stayed at about 1.5
1.7 1.8k for a few months whilst I
started to work on a fitness program
kind of like a a workout routine for
building like an attractive body that
helps you to attract girls on social
media and Tinder and I started to work
on that for like a month whilst I was
producing videos social media content
YouTube videos and I got absolutely I
got very lucky a video that I had
previously made on building a an
aesthetic body like you know a fitness
video on the perfect topic literally
vent viral at the same time that I
released like the workout routine the
fitness program for sale and from that
moment onwards in around July 2021 I hit
10K and I've never been below 10K these
days it's about 200,000 a month I don't
expect you to believe me because it's
such a crazy amount of money to start
with such humble beginnings of like
selling like like a [ __ ] workout
routine but it is completely the truth
and so I just wanted to teach you some
of the lessons that I've learned and one
of the major things is that I really
sacrificed for a year straight went onto
a hard monk mode period and that's what
I wanted to teach you today because you
don't realize just how much your life
can change if you go into monk mode and
you like lock in as a lot of the young
kids are saying these days and back then
I'm 27 years old so back then we didn't
even call it like locking in we called
it a dopamine detox where basically I
spent the entire year abstaining from
like bad dopamines I don't know the real
science but I just assumed okay bad
dopamines are think like porn and short
form content and social media which is
kind of ironic that I'm making this
video and even music and junk food and
sugar and drugs and partying and all and
sex and and all of these like bad habits
I completely quit all of them I
literally started to shave my own head
with this new identity that I was like
you know this military disciplined guy I
started to wake up at 5:00 a.m. every
single day my parents were looking at me
as I was like some you know some
completely different young man they had
never seen before I put it in the work
for about a year like 13 months and I
broke over 10K a month from that
point what we're going to teach you
today what I'm going to teach
you what I'm going
to just quickly just quickly the top
Link in the description is my
entrepreneur school if you want to be a
businessman it's got high Roi you join
and I teach you how to become an
entrepreneur just go click that link if
you're interested in checking it out so
first of all what is monk mode just in
case you don't know monk mode is just a
specific period where you're choosing to
like lock in and go really really hard
on a specific goal like business and
it's a period that basically you are
choosing to not be balanced you're
choosing to not make it sustainable that
means that during this period you don't
do the normal fun habits that you might
want to do in a more sustainable
balanced lifestyle like 1 hour of video
games or having some friends that you
like you know hang out with and text and
watching a bit of like movies and social
stuff and meeting girls your monk mode
period is a time where you literally say
to yourself okay I have one goal
anything that isn't optimized for this
goal goes simple as
that all you do is you wake up and you
work if you want to go to the gym
quickly just to make sure you know
you're still staying in shape fair
enough you're still doing some healthy
habits like you know sleeping on time
but you're not hanging out with people
you're not spending like time doing like
fun hobbies or anything and you might be
thinking wait wait this sounds awful
like why would you want to do that you
wouldn't want to live like this but to
do a short and and specific period of
this will boost you and slingshot you
ahead past the competition more than you
realize because success often only comes
if you're willing to and if you're
capable of putting about 80 to 90% of
your like day energy into one goal the
problem with like a normal balanced
lifestyle where you know you have
friends and you've got a girlfriend and
you watch TV and you play a few video
games and you listen to music and all
these things is like you lose a solid 50
60 70% of like your brain power like
your brain points through the day going
to school and messaging this friend and
messaging this friend and sending memes
to this friend and you know paying
attention to the anime TV show that
you're watching you lose so much of your
potential through that and then when you
only have like one hour left to work on
your business and often you'll do that
at like the end of the day when you're
mentally tired you you'll make like very
very little progress compare that
version of you who's making basically no
progress getting none of the sort of
positive momentum in business to the
version of you that just for let's say a
few weeks decides you're literally going
to like go full autist mode wake up and
work for 12 hours a day exercise for
like half an hour a day go to the toilet
and then basically just sleep and maybe
you'll read books for like an hour
imagine that version of UK he's I'm not
going to lie to you he's becoming
socially autistic like he's literally
going to start acting a bit more like a
weirdo he is right I'm not going to lie
to when I go into these periods I
literally start like feeling like a
[ __ ] like like um like how I used to
in high school where like this is off
topic I didn't expect to tell this story
but there's been times where I'll go on
to these monk mode periods and when I'm
coming out of it I rejoin the the sort
of fancy you know like the high status
cool gym in my city where like all the
hot beautiful girls go there's women
there that have dated there's men that
you know I've been friends with and
stuff and I've always noticed that after
these periods when I rejoin the gym for
like one or two weeks I cringe at myself
you know cuz I just say stupid [ __ ] or I
mumble or I won't look at like people in
the eyes and I'll just be scared of
talking to people and you know like a
girl will come up to be like oh hey Ham
like where have you been and I'll
literally like say a bunch of words that
like Blends into one another and I'll be
like what the [ __ ] like and she'll be
like what and I'll be like I'm just like
it's [ __ ] cringe I'm not lying to you
I'm going to tell you the [ __ ] truth
you get into one of these periods you
will feel like a [ __ ] idiot socially
you will feel like more of a weirdo you
will feel less attractive but it will
Propel you forward slingshot you forward
in goals like for your business goals so
much more than the balanced lifestyle in
the end most of us would like a balanced
life where we've got friends we've got
family we've got Health Fitness
relationships and and and then business
and success and purpose and work right
in the end you kind of want like three
four big aspects of your life but I
actually think the better way to build
that long-term balance is actually
through shortterm extreme and short-term
imbalances so shortterm you obsess over
just the gym and for like 6 months or 12
months it becomes like your entire
personality like you've probably had one
of those periods before where like the
gym is the biggest most important thing
in your life right you make so much more
progress when you're in that kind of
mindset than the guy like one of the
friends you've got who like casually
kind of goes to the gym and you kind of
invite him and he makes like no [ __ ]
gains the same with business it's very
difficult I'm not I'll never lie to you
on my videos and tell you like business
is easy it's [ __ ] hard and bro I'm
telling you it's hard as a [ __ ]
psychopath who goes into these periods
where I work for 10 12 hours a day and
I'm telling you it's hard there's people
out there who tell you like oh you only
need to like work one hour a day they're
[ __ ] lying to you the guy who works
like 1 hour a day isn't making progress
he's not going from like zero dollar
zero success in his business to 5K or
10K a month now by all means there's
guys who have already built up success
they're already at 10K now they work
like 2 hours a day and they're slowly
losing the revenue for a few months
whilst they go travel and then they'll
bump it back up yeah sure like you know
it maintenance is a lot easier than
growth but when you're trying to
accelerate when you're trying to
actually gain a new like muscle new
money it bro it requires your soul it
requires like not not 4 hours a day be
like at the end of school or your work
no it requires that you wake up at like
3:00 or 4:00 a.m. and you do 4 hours at
the start of your day before school or
work then you come home at 6:00 you go
to the gym for an hour and you do an
extra 2 hours of work and then on your
weekends you don't do chores you tell
your family you don't have time for it
which sounds [ __ ] awful it sounds
like I'm being a [ __ ] but then you
go and do another eight hours on
Saturday another 12 13 hours on Sunday
that's how you break through I won't lie
to you and say that like this is a fairy
tale you'll get the success in two hours
a day you're any anything cute like that
your mind needs to be on business for 12
hours straight for for you to break
through to the you know like
acceleration is a lot harder right when
you think about a Rocket taking off into
space the acceleration from zero up into
like the graval uh the orbit of the the
Earth it's very difficult they've got
the massive massive like [ __ ] I sound
like a ret like massive like
flamethrower what the [ __ ] is that
engines or you know what like the the
rocket fuel or some [ __ ] right it's
massive to take off and then they can
detach and then it only takes like a
little bit of like a a bit of a flame at
the bottom of the rocket to kind of
propel it a little bit forward it's like
it's very hard for a car to accelerate
but to maintain it's very easy so you
are in this acceleration stage right now
you can't can't do that with this casual
lifestyle where you know you're texting
this girl and you're thinking about her
and you're also going to the gym and
you're eating like you know 3,000
calories a day when you're bulking and
you've got like four different goals and
then you're doing this thing with your
mother then you're doing that other goal
and you work you got some martial arts
here then you're going to the gym then
you got your school work and then you
got like the little extra Hobby and
everything it's very very difficult to
see progress like that and so when you
go into monk mode you say no to those
things that are actually kind of good
for you that you actually kind of enjoy
so that you can just break through in
one major goal like business and then
when you get to a really good level in
that then you add in more of the healthy
things so I've done multiple monk mode
periods over the last few years and 100%
in those periods it is fairly unhealthy
it is unbalanced but it's what it takes
to get to the success then after you've
built the success it's so much easier to
maintain it like bro I could maintain
over $100,000 basically like like
working maybe about 5 hours a week right
now 5 hours a week not per day a week
$100,000 a month I could like a million
a year I could maintain that working
about 5 hours a week 10 times less than
most people work it's very easy to
maintain just like muscle mass it's very
easy to maintain it takes [ __ ] like
15 hard brutal sets to get a bit of a
bigger bicep every week but now if I do
like one set for bicep per week my bicep
will stay the same size
now monk mode helps you to penetrate
through that resistance the the
difficulty of acceler ER ation that's
why it's so powerful because you cut out
so many things that were distracting you
from going all in so what should your
monk mode period look like well if you
are focused on business and you want to
get to 10K a month like this big lovely
Milestone it's basically wake
up
work little workout little little bit of
exercise
go to
sleep it's that simple I would love to
tell
you it needs all of the self-improvement
habits if you've watched me for a while
you probably know like I was really big
on self-improvements I was like the face
of like YouTube self-improvements for
years when you want to become an
entrepreneur you realize that many of
those self-improving habits are not
necessary for the game of business they
are love like you know all these Habits
Like meditation gratitude grounding
sauna ice bath all of those things like
let me just make the points they are
really good for your health they're
really good for your lifestyle for
happiness for Progress all those things
but simply to make money bro there's
there's fat [ __ ] making more
money than you there's unhealthy
[ __ ] making more money there's
guys who wake up and the first thing
they do they check their phone and
they're making more money than you many
of the self-improvement habits will
actually detract away from the success
and the money that you will make just
because quite timec consuming so what I
would suggest is for your monk mode
periods just visualize like this perfect
day you wake up and as soon as your eyes
are open you bolt to your computer and
you literally start to work within 20
seconds of your eyes waking up that
literally means by the way like you
don't even brush your teeth right now
you don't even like go for a [ __ ] right
now like if you can hold it obviously if
it's like if it's like ready okay fine
go have a [ __ ] but you don't even shower
right now either you probably think wait
that's kind of gross okay look you're
inside your house right it's fine it's
like you woken up at like 4:00 a.m. no
one else is even awake right now you're
not going out into the public or
anything obviously every single time you
step out your shower you shower you
brush your teeth and stuff but this is
like the first few hours of the day from
like 4: to like 7:00 a.m. before you
have to go to school or work if you have
those things you just wake up and you do
a solid block of like 3 hours on the big
work task that is in your business that
you've been like studying online that's
what will really put you ahead honestly
if you just do that like 3 hour Block in
the morning you will start to actually
see results and then if for example the
rest of your life is very clean very
simple you're you're not dating a bunch
of girls and you know thinking about
what to text them and going on a
20-minute FaceTime call with them you're
not like getting into internet drama
with this guy you're not watching like
you know like just um degenerate brain
Rock content of like influencer drama
Hamza said this online and here's my
reaction to Hamza and sneo did this and
you're not watching any of that [ __ ]
you're just like watching educational
content which is about business and then
you come home from school or work if you
did go there and you just do an extra
one or two more hours maybe go to the
gym as well that's what your day-to-day
life will look like it's you can say
it's very boring and you know what I
what I'll just tell you for certain
people at least for myself maybe not for
everyone but for certain people in a
weird way honestly it's actually kind of
it's kind of like more fun that's like
what's so strange about monk mode and I
think if you're anything like me you
you'll kind of understand what I'm
talking about it's weirdly like more fun
than normal life because if you're like
me you get the greater sense of like
satisfaction fulfillment from making
progress to goals I think masculine men
just love being in the pursuit the hunt
they they love building something so for
me when I have a bit more of a balanced
life and I've literally got like more
friends and I've got girls in my life
and I'm like going out and being more
social and I'm going to like five star
restaurants like I'm in a festar hotel
right now in a few weeks I go stay in
one of the most prestigious like
well-known hotels in the world it's like
um $2,000 a night right and you know
what's interesting I literally most of
the time I actually have more fun in
monk mode than I do in these like
periods of travel because for a lot of
men our fulfillment comes from the work
that we do and when we start to live a
bit more of a lifestyle when we're
texting more girls and stuff it actually
kind of like takes more away now am I
saying like love is bad no of course not
like if you can have the the progress in
your work with love with good friends
then by all means that's the best life
but often you don't actually have the
height you know you don't often have
like the girl who's [ __ ] amazing who
you're going to marry and the friend
who's like really high quality you often
have like you know like not that high
quality people in your life especially
earlier on in your life when you don't
really know yourself that much and
you've only mixed with the people in
your geographical area because of school
then for me most of the time I actually
prefer staying in those monk mode
periods now it it gets to the point
where I start to feel a little little
bit insane because for me I do my monk
mode periods at home with my my family
so I like even though like I'm I'm very
successful I make a lot of money right
now but I'll routinely go move back home
to the same home uh for two to 3 to 6
months at a time to just put my head
down like I've just completed a period
where I moved home in January and I just
left now in like June so I was there for
about 5 months and um for men like me
honestly like traveling around and all
that stuff it's like it is fun it's
quite you know it's a nice experience
and sometimes you need a little bit more
of that thing of you know to go out and
to have like a bit more of the sort of
junk food uh diet where you're cheating
on your diet a bit more you sometimes
you need the cheap day to make to remind
you of how good your normal diet makes
you feel if you understand that analogy
but you might be wondering now is like
does it really actually only take one
monk mode period to hit 10K a month from
nothing and honestly that's what it took
me now this was the longest monk mode
period I have ever done in my life it
was about 13 months long up until that
Milestone and I even stayed in it longer
through that period I ended up having
you know a bunch of days where I [ __ ]
up a bunch of days where I cheated on my
diet a bunch of days I purposely like
went off the the hard work routine so
that I could go hang out with someone or
go meet a girl for a date or something
so you know it wasn't like a whole 365
days of just pure grind I ended up
taking a bunch of days off but I did
take a lot less days than at off than
like the average person would who you
know he's basically off like most days
of the week or you know he goes to the
work but he turns his brain off and then
he's got weekends off or something for
me it was like I would maybe spend like
3 hours of um an evening with like a
friend friend or something or maybe like
once a week I'd end up like cheating on
my diet a little bit like so it wasn't
pure 100% Focus but it was for like a
year straight one year if you're willing
to put that in for your goals for your
business and really grind and also
follow the plan that I'm about to set
you with like you know just turn your
brain off if you just follow this piece
of advice like this action step if you
do that for a year straight and you
basically cut out everything else in
your life you will hit the 10K a month
Mark and again it it's sounds like kind
of awful it sounds like wait you're
going to cut out friends and you're
going to be a bit of like a weirdo you
know socially and stuff but straight
after you you get to a milestone in in
Revenue you can often maintain it or
maintain about 80% of it whilst adding
in the social part and the sexual part
and the fun hobbies again so it's very
hard like for you to go to 0o to 10K
whilst you're doing martial arts and gym
and you're texting girls and you're
meeting girls and you've got friends and
you've got this old Discord server and
you've got this other Hobby and you've
got school you've got work you got
family it's very difficult I don't know
a single person who has like a balanced
life who accelerates but if you cut out
most of those things you get to 10K and
then you add in way more time with
family then you start dating a girl then
you've got better friends then you start
traveling you'll dip down to about 7 or
8K a month revenue and then it's like
yeah sure like you're still living a
[ __ ] awesome life you're still fairly
close to 10K so and this is isn't the
norm like again I I'll never lie to you
in these videos and tell you that
entrepreneurship is easy because the
difference between me and like these
sort of like money in entrepreneur
influences is I actually want to
convince to that entrepreneurship is
hard not easy because the program that I
sell is me wanting to like basically
teach you like the first principles the
the pure education of Entrepreneurship
not just to help you make money like I
only have one Link in the description
it's not a program to try and help you
make money as fast as possible like one
of those like scam products that like
you know little YouTubers sell it's a
product to like literally help you
become like a top tier entrepreneur and
because it's a really [ __ ] hard
journey to learn how to be an
entrepreneur how to think like an
entrepreneur how to work like an
entrepreneur obviously inside my program
I do teach you like models and and
business you know tactics and stuff but
I I'd never want to lie to you like I
see so many creators and they act like
oh you know it only takes like 30 days
or 60 days or 7 days to make some money
or something [ __ ] that bro it took me 13
months of fulltime zero friends and like
zero like fun habits activities to get
to 10K and I was already like a
hardworking disciplined guy I was
already going to the gym for like 5
years I already had like a very very
strong mindset back then never mind even
now and so I I'll never lie to you and
tell you like it's going to be an easy
Journey but it's not the norm to get
results like this the average
person let's say the average person who
watches videos like this maybe including
you you're not as tough as you think you
are most guys who watch videos like this
they like to believe they're hard like
they like to believe that they're tough
and you probably do as well monk mode
shows you how tough you are because when
you think to yourself okay I'm going to
wake up I'm going to work I'm going to
exercise and then I'm going to go to
sleep and I'm going to do that seven
days a week every day of the month for
12 months straight you think you're
tough you think you're hard you'll
probably quit within like 5 hours on the
first day and start coping and saying oh
well yeah it's not even healthy I'd
rather just live a balanced life oh you
know it's it's going to ruin my social
life you realize how tough you are when
you go onto a protocol like this or most
of the guys who are watching this they
don't have the [ __ ] like big [ __ ]
nuts to go ahead with something like
this you need a bit more of your
balanced lifestyle you need a bit more
of your like sweeties of your like you
know texting a girl who's not even into
you who's getting [ __ ] down by someone
else you need a bit more of the fun
lifestyle if that sounds like you
obviously click off this video because
I'll keep offending you by accident it
must suck to be next to like men who are
discussing like big Ideas chances are
you don't want to act like the [ __ ] and
you would rather go ahead and think to
yourself yeah [ __ ] it I'm ready to
dedicate myself to my goals so let me
ask you the question that I love to ask
my
students are you willing to work hard as
[ __ ] to make a [ __ ] ton of
money usually I say this in like live
calls and I tell them like type one in
the chat and the chat spams with one
because young men have the drive like
the kind of men who watch me they have
the drive and they're willing to work
hard if you want to make passive income
get the [ __ ] out of here you've probably
got low testosterone but if you want to
make active income if you're willing to
dedicate your life to to this if you're
willing to wake up early 3: 4: 5: a.m.
if you're willing to wake up before your
school or work and put in the [ __ ]
hours which by the way if you do that
you're even like you're harder than I am
because I was I was never able to juggle
entrepreneurship with um with University
when I was working and with like my
full-time job I often had to sacrifice
one for the other if you're willing to
work and live like that then you are the
person who is above the norm and then
you can go and get the success above
what is average which I do think 10
1 year from now is realistically
unrealistic for the does that make sense
like reasonably unreasonable so it's
like yeah it's it's unreasonable but
it's like it's kind of reasonably
unreasonable for the kind of psychopath
that I'm assuming you are one year from
now you could be at the 10K Mark and you
probably know what happens when you're
at the 10K Mark you're profiting 50 to
70 80% basically you've got like an like
a stack of5 to $8,000 a month just added
to your bank account you can go to move
to 90 95% of countries you can go and
travel most of the world you can go and
rent an awesome awesome place in your in
your capital city in your country you
can give your parents one or 2K a month
and they're completely relieved from
their financial like problems they they
aren't retired but they're no longer
like stressed they're actually like
bringing their head above water
now 6 to 12 months is what i' I'd set
for you
here and what are you doing in the
season then so I wrote down like a plan
this is what I assume hang on this the
the cleaners up the
door
hello yes please thank you thank you you
thank you
let me just move over to the corner a
little bit
so I wrote down a plan of what I would
recommend to someone who's going onto
their monk mode season for the first
time and this is what you do step one is
you make a niche product so you aim to
be exceptional at helping your customers
with a very specific pain or goal so you
think to yourself okay what's a very
specific kind of person that I want to
help just think to yourself right now
who is the kind of person you'd like to
help for many of us it's someone who is
similar to us so it could be for example
think about the sex do you want to help
men women or both think about the age do
you want to help old people really young
people boys teenagers young men most
likely it's it's your age or maybe a
little bit younger What ethnicity do you
want to help everyone do you want to
help people of the same race as you I
have a one of my very very successful
clients from years years ago I coached
him and his Niche is that he is he's a
brown Pakistani guy and he helps Asians
lose body fat like that's his specific
Niche he helps South Asians like
Pakistani people lose weight and so he's
become like well known in that Niche now
and I remember like in the first month
of him starting this business he ended
up getting to like 40 clients like he
was making thousands of dollars in the
first month he started it because of how
specific and how much he cared about the
people he wanted to help so I would ask
you right now just think of the kind of
person if you had to break down his age
the sex the ethnicity the geographical
location is it all over the world or is
it just in your country what race if you
make it very specific to the point that
you can say Okay I want to help married
Christian men that's specific then you
think to yourself okay what pain what
specific problem what like area of Life
do you want to help people with so
imagine and you know you use your own
experiences maybe for a long time you
hated the fact that you had like
addictions to a lot of like the the
dirty content online and so your Niche
becomes you want to help married
Christian men overcome porn addiction
maybe so that they can improve their
relationship with their wives imagine
you are like some married Christian man
and you know this is very relevant for
you suddenly you have a very specific
Mission with your business and that
helps you to come up with the kind of
product that you should try and sell so
then you think okay well what product
should I try and sell to my potential
audience well I can sell them a package
of me actually being very close to them
and helping them I can go on to calls
with them every day I can text them I
can message them I can check in with
them I can ask them like you know is
everything okay today you know you
haven't done anything I can even create
like a software for them that blocks all
the dirty websites I can create like a
inperson events masterminds everything
so that it's all based on just helping
this specific kind of person with that
problem this is how you start
entrepreneurship is you think about the
type of person you want to help and the
very specific Niche pain you want to
help them with the step after that is
this is just a general recommendation of
what I think works well right now in
2024 is I would suggest doing a high
ticket one to one package what that
means is get high ticket means basically
more expensive and it's usually like
around $1,000 per month uh and it can go
higher or lower based on your age or
expertise so for example I have a
student of mine who's 15 years old and
for him high ticket is $200 everyone in
the entrepreneurship space would say
like wait that's not high ticket that's
still low ticket but it's obviously it's
based on your rage for a 15-year-old 20
$1 a month is still fairly expensive
right so I would suggest charging more
and doing more of a personal one-on-one
kind of work with each customer the
reason why I would suggest that rather
than what's called a low ticket where
you charge way less you know like 20
bucks a month or 50 bucks a month but
you can help way more people is when
you're starting off in business you just
don't have the number of people who
could potentially buy from you so for
example let's say you're starting off as
like a small YouTuber and you've got 200
subscribers if you made like a low
ticket product that was like 25 bucks a
month out of your 200 subscribers you
might get like two people who buy it and
so okay you're on 50 bucks a month like
basically nothing but what's interesting
is out of the 200 people that you have
in your subscriber list one of them
might end up buying something from you
which is 500 or a th000 bucks a month
because that's how it just wealth around
the world works right like you know
there's one like a very small amount of
people in the world like 1% or like you
know 10 15% of people have a really good
amount of money they've got thousands of
dollars in their bank accounts whereas
most people don't even have like a1200
$300 in their bank account that they can
spend on like internet products and
influencer products and everything so
what I would recommend is as a beginner
choose to charge more and work way
closer with the people you're trying to
help and so for example you you start
charging let's say if you're like 13 14
15 years old and you're helping kids
quit playing video games or something
you charge like 200 bucks a month
because that for your age would be sick
to get another kid to pay pay you that
much if for example you're 25 years old
your five or 10 years of experience in
like whatever Niche topic you're helping
people with like you know quitting porn
you you quit porn over 10 years ago and
you've been researching it and you you
you're Adam and you can help people with
it then you can start to charge like 1K
per month from this and so I would
suggest you the big step with your monk
mode is to start off with the product
the package you're going to sell and
then all we need to do is just Market it
so when you have a good idea of like you
know I'm sure right now you're not
feeling very clear on it but what I
would tell you is remember don't be very
like committed to your first few
products because they're often going to
be kind of bad it's kind of like your
first few gym sessions it's it's a
really good idea to not think that your
first ever gy gym session is going to be
great right most likely you you have the
attitude of like a fat ignorant man who
imagine if we had a fat friend right
most likely I'm assuming you go to the
gym but imagine if we had a fat friend
who said like oh no I'm not going to go
to the gym yet I'm just going to think
about it more you look at him like fatty
get into the [ __ ] gym like you don't
need to think about it you need to just
go have like a workout but he's like no
no but it the workout wouldn't be great
right now what would you say to him well
we'll say listen fatty like go to the
gym anyway like go get into the gym go
and actually train harder you don't need
to like have this Perfect workout right
now it's the same as for you you don't
need to have the perfect product right
now you need to just go and get into the
gym first or go and like sell the
product you know make the product sell
it first and then you might make a
second product like 3 months from now
you might make a third oh thank you you
might make like a third product like 6
months from now I I've made made like
how many I started with onetoone
coaching then I made a fitness program
then I made a sex program then I made
like a few more courses and I sold them
online then I started Adonis Academy
Adonis tribe Adonis School I've probably
made like eight nine 10 products and I'm
telling you right now I only think the
one product that I'm selling right now
is the first one that's like pretty good
right so for years you like you you know
it's like for years you're going to the
gym and you might think you're like you
know you're kind of hard you've you've
got like 14inch biceps but it's only
when you look back you're like oh I
didn't even know anything about the gym
you can't expect your first few workouts
to be awesome you can't expect your
first few products to be awesome so I
would tell you to actually go with more
of the sort of casual Vibe of starting
the product immediately like literally
go get up a sales page as soon as
possible all of this stuff if I can just
give you a quick plug all of this by the
way I walk you through step by step in
my uh entrepreneur school there once you
have a clear idea of the product then we
just simply need to Market it and so the
best way to Market a product is to just
go and make social media content that's
on the specific topic of the product now
I'm talking to you about very specific
like business tactics here the reason
why is because when you get onto the
monk mode period you'll have such a
clear action step to focus on so
basically what you're thinking is okay
I'm going to go into monk mode from like
tomorrow let's say if you're like an
action taker you're like yeah [ __ ] yeah
I'm ready to go onto it tomorrow for a
year straight or six months straight I'm
just going to be a [ __ ] loner I'm not
going to have friends I'm not going to
text people I'm just going to lock in
for 6 months your big action step will
be one set up the idea of the product
and what you can who you can help set up
the product sales page as soon as
possible and then make as many bits of
social media content on the same topic
as the product and then mention the
product as I have done a few times in
this video by mentioning the
entrepreneurship school that I have
which is the top Link in the description
because this is what's called a niche
video Niche is kind of like what topic
what subject you're talking about so you
can see how to Market my product which
is a online school for entrepreneurs I'm
making a a video which is for
entrepreneurs so do you see how this
video is on the same topic as the
product I sell that makes sense right
can you imagine the amount of small
YouTubers who won't do that imagine if
they had the same product as me as
school for entrepreneurs they'd randomly
go and make a video about fat loss like
I do this all the time like sometimes it
blows my mind I look at my YouTube
channel I'm like why the hell did you
just make a video that was completely
off topic it's like marketing is like
supposed to be for the product just make
Niche videos on the subject of the
product and then this is like a fun goal
that for you make them daily say to
yourself you're going to enter monk mode
for a few months and you want to post
daily you will not miss a single day of
your upload you will post hundreds maybe
you'll even stack a month or two months
in front of your schedule of posting so
that you're so ahead of your content
scheduled your marketing and every video
you make is on the same topic as your
product so for example if you're that
Christian guy he makes hundreds of
videos on the topic of helping Christian
married Christian men quit watching porn
he makes videos over and over on the
same topic often he feels like he's
repeating himself but he's like nope a
new person is going to find this video
they need to hear it every video links
back to his sales page which he has
Linked In the description that's like
the big major task that I would suggest
that you start off with with your monk
mode period but then a big part of this
which we have to speak about and you
might be like getting a bit bored by
when I say this but a big part of
Entrepreneurship or the most important
part of Entrepreneurship is not getting
the the sale it's getting the
customer there's a difference if you
want to be like most of the trash
entrepreneurs they only focus on getting
the sale that's it the top entrepreneurs
focus on getting the customers and then
helping the customers get the result
that they wanted so think of two
Christian men Christian entrepreneurs
one guy he has the product okay he helps
married Christian men quit watching porn
he gets a sale of his like one to one
Christian mentorship package right the
moment he gets it he's really happy and
then he's waiting for the next sale he
you know he's got this client that's
paid him the money and he can't you know
he does the calls with him and he tries
to help him but whatever he's focused on
getting the next sale the other guy the
same topic helping married Christian men
quit watching porn he gets his first
sale and he almost has a little twinge
of anxiety thinking damn like I need to
treat this customer well this customer
is in pain and I need to help them to
get to the point where they've quit
watching porn and so this entrepreneur
obsesses on getting that customer to the
points where they actually genuinely
quit watching porn because he really
cares about them this is the big
difference and it's a very important
entrepreneurship lesson that I need to
teach you even though we're more
specifically talking about the sort of
productivity routine of Monk mode you
must listen to this if you want to be a
good entrepreneur it comes from you
getting customers and then really trying
to get your customers to the dream
results that they paid for not just
obsessing over the next sale the next
sale the little payment icon that's what
these like little internet entrepreneurs
do and that's why the sort of Internet
entrepreneurship space looks so scammy
because so many entrepreneurs even
including me for so long all we cared
about was getting the little PayPal
notification not actually getting the
customer to the dream result now that
that's what I'm focused on I'm telling
you it is way harder but when you care
about your customers because you've
actually chose to like you know help
customers who are similar to you that
you really feel fulfilled and like like
passionate about suddenly you actually
really want them to you know achieve the
results that was promised like for
example quitting porn to improve their
relationship so part of your monk mode
period should be okay you've made the
product you're marketing it and when
you're getting sales you want to have
periods of your monk mode where you are
just focused on customer results you're
speaking to your customers you're going
above and beyond you're texting them
every single day asking them like what
your product is like how they're liking
it what success they've gotten what
results they've gotten you're just
constantly asking them these questions
getting a bunch of feedback and
improving your product your package the
way that you're helping your people and
you're collecting what's called
testimonials like you're asking your
customers to send you videos or texts of
them saying like oh yeah your product
worked and then that gives you
conviction in your product so that you
can sell it even further it's off utmost
importance that that is the priority of
your business is getting customer
results relieving their pain so many
entrepreneurs they just focus on the
sale and it's so sad to see because it
makes you such a weaker entrepreneur and
you know what the beautiful part of all
this is if you just follow the three
steps that I've just listed out you will
get to 10K a month within 6 to 12 months
from now if you go on to monk mode and
then you spend a bunch of your time
making the product getting it up for
sale and then marketing the product
using social media content and then when
you do get some customers treat them
really well and really try and get them
to the result that they you know the
sort of dream result that you've been
thinking of in your product if you just
do that you'll get to 10K within 12
months from now
seriously so now I want to ask you most
likely like the [ __ ] have clicked off
this but there's probably a few bits in
your mind where you're thinking like I
don't really want to sacrifice that
thing that girl that things are going
well with she's not your wife she's not
going to have your children but you know
like maybe you'll clap her cheeks right
that girl that friend who's not going to
be your your lifelong friend he's not
going to he's not going to be your best
man at your wedding he's not going to
stand there you're not going to invite
him to your [ __ ] wedding but you know
be kind of awkward if you didn't speak
to this one friend group chat or
something right now that group
chat that diet that tastes good but it
gives you brain fog that distracting TV
show or Instagram or whatever it
is would you pay thousands a month to
have those things in your
life because if the answer is no like
like think about that question would you
pay thousands of dollars a month to hang
out with that one [ __ ] friend friend
who's like disrespectful to you would
you pay thousands of dollars a month to
watch the TV show to play the the video
games probably not right like imagine
imagine literally to play whatever video
game that you might have been addicted
to most likely you you aren't but like
you just for the example sake imagine to
play the video game the subscription to
play it was like $4,000 a month you
would not be paying that right no one
would but that's basically what's
happening when you are choosing these
distraction actions over a fulfilling
business that you can go all in on
you're literally like costing yourself
that much because there is an
opportunity cost to the things that we
do so the final point I want to break
down is well how do you actually get
onto the monk mode period without
quitting because like I said bro tough
guys get onto monk mode and in the first
day they end up quitting because they
realize just how difficult it is the
reason why people quit is because they
cope and they say to themselves oh well
you don't need to be that is Extreme
balance and moderation are key the only
time rich people have said balance and
moderation are key is when they're
trying to sell you products of balance
and moderation like drugs and cigarettes
and alcohol and nights out and all these
things rich people successful people
they do not live balanced lives I'm
telling you like if like all the
influences that you watch they're in my
WhatsApp like I I I'm fairly well
connected with a bunch of the
influencers that you watch not a single
one of them is actually balanced what's
interesting is I see a lot of these
[ __ ] like they kind of talk
about oh yeah but you know like you
should have a bit more of a balanced
life not a single one of them built
their success from being balanced all of
them were imbalanced all of them were
living in an unsustainable way it seems
to me like the only way to create
success is to live in an unsustainable
way where you are in balance for a few
years where you're just grinding and
sacrificing working like a dog and then
when you have the success you can start
to kind of taper off a little bit I've
heard this from different sources from
all the way from Andrew T Ean gaji
Jordan Peters and Wall Street Playboys
like you know I've heard this from so
many different people that basically
like when you're very young it makes
sense to literally overw and hustle and
work really [ __ ] hard for like 10
years straight and then in your late 20s
early 30s you can start to like slow
down a little bit take more weekends off
stop finishing work at like 700 p.m. or
something but when you're like 20 like
one years old you genuinely bro you can
wake up and work 12 hours a day you
genuinely can I promise you right now
you're probably only doing like one or
two hours of real work a day you
actually can [ __ ] really grind when
you're young and I think it's a good
experience too like would you like I it
sounds like I'm some hustle culture bro
type of guy and maybe I am but here's
the thing would you be happy to die
before you ever knew how hard you could
work [ __ ] that it's like think just
think about this for a second would you
want to die without ever having
experienced the the the life like memory
of like working so hard you couldn't
work any harder of being overworked of
hustling as hard as you could would you
want to die before you've had that
experience [ __ ] no I want to see how
[ __ ] hard I can work right I want to
see how many hours I can work I want to
see how much weight I I can lift does
that mean that I'm saying that I'm going
to be 70 years old still bench pressing
140 kg like I can do right now [ __ ] no
probably not probably I'll go down to
like a 100 and you know I'll try and
maintain that like a reasonable two
plates but [ __ ] me when you're young you
want to be at least experiencing the
height right imagine the guy who never
increases like his bench press weight
because he's scared of injuring himself
and he always bench presses like 60 kg
imagine never like experiencing the the
two-plate bench press imagine never
experiencing like the 10K a month like
uh routine imagine never working 12
hours straight in a day till you're
sweaty like I am right now I'm sweating
underneath this Roe [ __ ] that I want to
experience like all parts of life and a
large part of that is the grind so these
little low testosterone little soy boy
[ __ ] little vegetarians might say to
us like oh well this is hustle culture
this is toxic your toxic productivity
I'm not like usually they say that about
these cute little you know productivity
gurus and stuff I'm not some cute like
[ __ ] productivity nerd or something
I'm just a guy who's willing to work
like a [ __ ] psychopath because I
started to enjoy this [ __ ] and I like
winning I like competition it's what men
do you ever think like men going to war
like a big [ __ ] competition you think
that like we're supposed to be balanced
like oh but guys you know we've been
staying up quite late where you don't
want to be sleep deprived [ __ ]
off Life as a man was supposed to be
tough it was supposed to be competitive
well then welcome to the [ __ ] Arena
did you think that I was going to tell
you to like relax a little bit did you
ever think when you click on one of my
videos I was going to tell you like take
it a little bit easy [ __ ] no maybe 10
years from now when we've all got kids
that's when be telling us like oh bro
like you know why are you working like
12 hours a day into midnight go [ __ ]
get in get in bed with your wife and go
raise your children right fair
enough you do understand what I'm saying
here like we don't have forever to work
as hard as we possibly can because when
you are a father you're not going to
want to do 12 14 hours day you're most
likely going to actually want to spend
hours playing with your kids in the sun
in in nature taking your wife out every
single day right because you've already
made it you'll still want to work hard
but maybe your hard work will be like a
few hours a day in your business early
morning then a lot of your hard work
will be kind of like homeschooling your
own child and training with them and
stuff right so that means like at some
point we're not going to work as hard on
business anymore Maybe by what age 30
35 so you don't have forever to work
this hard and I don't know about you but
I'd rather frontload the hard work in my
life because I don't want to be like
these you know the these the people with
skinny necks that say this is H hustle
culture and toxic
productivity they are choosing the worst
deal they're choosing to work 8 hours a
day 5 days a week 40 hours with commute
and all that [ __ ] for the rest of their
lives I'm choosing to work 12-hour days
for like 5 10 years they'll choose 50
years of being a slave I'll choose 10
years of working like a psychopath with
some like you know with some like weird
like arrogant like smile on my face of
like yeah I'm working so hard they'll
just choose a life of [ __ ] misery
complacency and mediocrity you you take
your path you follow my advice I'll work
you like a [ __ ] dog for the next 10
years oddly you'll be kind of fulfilled
when you do that at that point when
you're at 10K 100K a month Millions a
year you can start to tone it down
especially when you have children bro by
all means make it two three hours of
hard work a day 10 years that's what I'm
asking you to to give up and oddly
you're actually going to be fulfilled
doing this what the world wants from you
what like these people who would
disagree with me and you know they'll
like monk mode is is a scam or whatever
they're asking for you to work the8 hour
days but then for the rest of your life
till you're like 65 with the promise
that when you've got arthritis and your
wife's dead then you can go and take a
[ __ ] cruise around America or some
[ __ ] [ __ ] that I'm telling you you can
go and have like the the dream lifesty
I'm 27 sexy attractive young confident
healthy Rich I've got clout and I can
travel the world as I am right now
most guys quit monk mode when they get
onto it what you need is more discipline
you need to get onto it not expecting it
to be easy it is a daily battle it's not
like you just choose to be on monk mode
and then you don't get any like thoughts
and desires that pull you away from it
you get on to monk mode or even before
you commit to monk mode you're getting
the thought like oh but you know this's
one text conversation with this girl it
is going quite well I might consider
monk mode after that you know or you on
to monk mode and then there's like
someone who you know you're old friends
or you're quite tired you want to go and
rewatch Game of Thrones or some
[ __ ] every single day there will be
desires that pull you away the important
thing is your mindset through this you
need to understand that you will slip up
you will end up just like accidentally
you know [ __ ] up and not like
committing to the monk mode not
following through with the rules that
you set for yourself like no TV shows no
video games GES waking up at 5:00 a.m.
the important thing is that you don't
have the All or Nothing mindset which a
lot of like dos on self-improvement have
which is that when they have like a bad
day they'll suddenly just say okay well
the the day is ruined so I'll just keep
ruining it more it's kind of like the
little self-improvement artists who
really get into no fap and they're like
oh no I fapped so since I'm on day Zero
I'll just fap three more times today
it's the same with monk mode you can't
expect it to be perfect you're going to
have these days where you [ __ ] up where
you end up reverting back to your old
self you cheat on the diet you end up um
I don't know messaging like Old Friends
girls whatever so expect that don't get
into this zero some mindset this binary
mindset that you know it needs to be
perfect and if it's not perfect then you
have to reset the uh progress or you
have to like you know take the day off
or something cuz so many guys have that
mindset and they end up making less
progress because of that if you are the
top tier entrepreneur who's focused on
the customer results and you just go
through this massive
monk mode period we just focus on making
the product marketing it getting a few
sales and then just trying to deliver on
the promise of your product making your
customers happy you will get to 10K a
month within 6 to 12 months from now
which is a crazy amount cuz I still top
1% income of the entire world which is
amazing not only that you do this hard
work you are creating this impact for
the people you actually want to help
like this is the beauty of
Entrepreneurship when you're doing it
the right way you are helping people
that you actually care about like you
know your potential customers that you
thought of that you wanted to help with
the specific pain that they're going
through and it becomes your day-to-day
task as like this wholesome specialist
human being where you're just helping
people with the pain that you have
personally overcome yourself it's so
fulfilling because you're focused on the
customer results you're focused on the
promise that you've made them so you
have so much purpose as an entrepreneur
and also let's just be hon honest the
money you make is [ __ ] awesome and it
is as good as they say where you are
able to go and travel and live in
whatever City you want you can go move
to the big city in your country and go
and meet the people there the women
there and you can go move around you can
afford the expensive gym memberships I
have been able to travel and enjoy like
a very like open free life experience
for the last few years because of the
money that I've made I've moved to many
different countries I've traveled a lot
I've went to social events and festar
restaurants I stay in festar hotels and
it doesn't like Dent my bank account at
all it really is as good as it seems and
to compare that to like the sort of 9
to-5 normal work where you have to wake
up and commute to work it's it's like
the difference between being like a king
who's completely free like a like a
digital age no mad Adventurer to being a
9-to-5 slave it really feels like that
much of a difference imagine the life
experiences that I've had if you've
known me for a while over the last few
years imagine if I had to go and work a
9 to5 again like you can imagine someone
like like i' You' be going insane right
well it's the exact opposite of that if
we take the normal 9-to-5 worker or even
just someone who has been in the school
system all their lives and we suddenly
give you the freedom that comes from
being an entrepreneur who's making a
good deal of money you can go to
wherever you want like there's no time
schedule like I choose what day to work
I choose what time to work I choose what
uniform to have it is like almost like
becoming like a human right to become an
entrepreneur because jobs keep getting
worse and worse every year whereas the
flexibility and and the ease of becoming
an entrepreneur actually becomes easier
and more realistic year on year click
and watch this video to continue
learning goodbye mAh
