like so my workout Journey started after
my release was working out in jail a
little bit but like when I got out I
started doing runs like 3 m runs trails
in the back of my house as I started
kind of like getting in the groove of
that I went and got my trainer and in we
probably been at it about a year 3
months 4 months now so today I'm going
to be showing you a few of my workouts
few of my core cardio and a few of
weights and little here in na of my
routines and how I get in let's get into

roll you always got to start with a good
warm up get your blood flow your oxygen
you know what I mean my inspiration
was my career when I started working out
was kind of to help my mind just kind of
clear up so I could record and just do
like better music and put me in the head
space of where I've been so that had to
be my biggest inspiration just like
getting on track with the career so
basically after we mobilized stabilized
anchor which is just mobilizing the
joint stabilizing it and now we're
activating his
muscles growing up I played sports but
wasn't athletic I played basketball
majority in then I play a little bit of
football this is a simple kettle bell
pull through so this is consider
anti-rotation he has to stabilize his
glutes and his core together so
therefore it's he's basically just
firing up his core as much as possible
keeping his body

worked out with it's my boy him and the
Patriots when I went there they was just
open arms to just come in and get it in
Petri facility it was just a different
experience so all of them had special
gemms it was cool it was a good
experience so these are hanging knee
raises fors lower abdominals and it's a
hip core correlation so you know just so
you guys understand hips in your core is
connected so we're focusing on that
right now we do about 12 or 15 reps we
got about maybe four sets in usually I
prioritize Fitness on tour so I got my
train on the road with me he he did the
whole bit of sweet tour with me the
first leg and he's going to be doing the
second leg with me I just working out
every day in the morning even when we
get to a city 3:00 or 4 in the
evening we'll work out even on the off
days for show for the shows the D this
tour compared to my last to was big
difference this next exercise called the

food or even like I used to eat cereal a
lot that was my favorite cereal and
chips it's I took all them like off of
my rer so like I don't eat till like
after my first after my workout that's
probably might be like six eggs if my

dinner it just depends on what I feel
like like last night I had brino I love
grilled salmon grip Wings steak and like
vegetable so this right here is basic
triceps this is what the only thing I'm
touching right here trash I think

energy so this what we doing is simple
curls string on my biceps these 10 to 12
reps knock them
out it's a process we kind of be getting
through it so this not every day but
