बाहर भी एस्टेब्लिश हुई जो काफी फेमस हुई
लेकिन इसे जो इंडिया बॉडी का रेक्कनेशन
नहीं मिला क्योंकि इनकी डिमांड्स लार्जली
लोकल रीजंस के इश्यूज तक लिमिटेड

काफी नैरो और लिमिटेड था जिन्हें ज्यादा
रैखिक मिशन नहीं मिला बंगाल के अलावा

पुनः सार्वजनिक सभा को एस्टेब्लिश किया जो
ब्रिटिश पॉलिसी और इकोनामिक इश्यूज को
जर्नल्स के थ्रू रेस कर रहे थे साथ में
मद्रास महाजन सभा 1881 और मुंबई
प्रेसीडेंसी संगठन 1885 ने भी ब्रिटिश

ब्रिटिश गवर्मेंट से अपनी मांगों को
पॉलीटिकल तरीके से मानव सकते हैं इसलिए
इंडियन संगठन ने कोलकाता में दिसंबर 1883
को एक जो इंडिया नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस को
ऑर्गेनाइज किया जिसमें बंगाल के साथ बाहर
की लीडर्स भी शामिल हुए और फिर फाइनली
1885 में इंडियन नेशनल कांग्रेस का गठन

डिमांड्स ऑफ फ्री कांग्रेस ऑर्गेनाइजेशन

पहले डिमांड थी पब्लिक एक्सपेंडिचर को कम
करना जिसके थ्रू ब्रिटिश
को फुलफिल कर रहे थे दूसरी डिमांड थी
इंडियन सिविल सर्विसेज में रिफॉर्म्स
जिसकी चर्चा हमने पहले की इसके अलावा यह
ऑर्गेनाइजेशंस लेजिसलेटिव काउंसिल में
इंडियन के इंवॉल्वमेंट की डिमांड को भी
पुश कर रहे थे ताकि इंडियन को अपने देश की
गवर्नेंस में रिप्रेजेंटेशन मिले वो
लेजिसलेटिव काउंसिल को एक पॉलीटिकल
प्लेटफॉर्म की तरह उसे कर ब्रिटिश
रिप्रेसिव पॉलिसी का पॉलीटिकल विरोध भी
करना चाहते थे ताकि सिविल लिबर्टीज पर
अटैक कम हो सके वह प्रेस की लिबर्टी के भी
सपोर्टर थे इसलिए इनमें से कई
ऑर्गेनाइजेशंस ब्रिटिश गवर्नमेंट के
वर्नाकुलर प्रेस एक्ट जैसे पॉलिसीज के
खिलाफ एजीटेशन भी कर रहे थे
फाइनली उनका डिमांड था की मॉडर्न एजुकेशन
को विलेजर्स तक पहुंचा जाए जो अभी तक
सिर्फ कुछ लिमिटेड सेक्शंस तक
