that is very personal to me as some of

you guys may know I am an Exon fans

content creator and I wanted to talk

about my experience with it and why I

decided to quit I still get a ton of

questions asking about my only fans

account and I also think this could be

helpful to other girls who are thinking

about starting their own only fans

accounts if that is you then I hope my

experiences can be helpful so I started

my only fans account at the end of

December 2020 and I quit around the end

of March 2021 so I was doing it for

about 3 months and this is how much

money I made so you're probably

wondering why the heck did you quit and

that's what I'm going to be getting into

in this video so what is only fans it's

pretty much a platform where you get

paid to create content so people will

subscribe to your profile and access

your feed you'll have your feed kind of

like an Instagram feed where you can

post photos and videos of yourself I

will insert some examples of what I used

to post on my only fans although I'm

sure you can probably already use your

imagination for that so that's where a

fraction of the money you make on only

fans comes from the majority of money

you make actually comes from messaging

so you can message your subscribers and

they can message you you can send them

paid locked content that they have to

pay to access and your subscribers can

also request custom content from you

that you can charge extra for it so

that's pretty much the basics of how the

platform works but I feel like there's

more to the platform that isn't really

talked about and that a lot of people

don't know about so a lot of the big

creators you see on only fans and even

some of the smaller ones they're

actually managed by management agencies

so a lot of the time it's not actually

them behind the screen sending messages

and posting photos they'll actually have

a team of people who are doing the

entire thing for them and pretty much

running their account for them so a fair

warning to you only fans users there's a

chance that you're not actually talking

to whoever you think you're talking to

um so I think the whole platform in

itself has just become very exploited by

management agencies I did have a ton of

agencies reach out to me while I was

doing only fans and even after I quit I

personally never went with an agency

just because I feel like I'm too much of

a control freak to let somebody else do

my messages and post for me I feel like

I always have to be the person behind

everything I sent out and everything I

put out on the internet so that's just

me honestly an agency probably would

have made my life so so much easier but

I just never really felt comfortable

with that so how did I get started on

only fans I've always really enjoyed

making content and taking photos and

videos of myself I remember even back in

middle school I'd make these like super

cringe videos of myself that I can't

even like go back and look at today cuz

it makes me cringe so much but I've just

always really enjoyed posting content of

myself and kind of using that to create

like an online image online Persona of

myself and so Co rolls around and you

know I was super bored I was always home

and I think at this point I was already

like pumping out so much content on my

Instagram and on my Tik Tok just because

I genuinely had like nothing else to do

with my time and so one day I had this

brilliant idea I was like why not get

paid while creating content you know why

not earn some money while doing

something that I enjoy doing right and I

think this was like right before the

peak only fans popularity back when

everyone was talking about it that was

also like around the time I had first

learned of the platform and I was kind

of like marinating the idea in my head

for a while and then I brought it up

finally with my ex-boyfriend of like 3

years at that time and I wasn't really

expecting him to be okay with it but he

actually was okay with it which was

surprising to me but that kind of gave

me the green light and I was just like

[ __ ] it like I'll make an only fans and

I'll see where it goes I really didn't

have any expectations going into it I

was kind of just like I hope I get a

couple subscribers and I can earn a

couple extra bucks to pay for my Boba

and whatever else that was kind of my

mindset going into it I really wasn't

expecting a lot out of it at all it was

more just like a personal hobby thing

but my account ended up blowing up

pretty fast and I ended up gaining a lot

more subscribers in a very short period

of time than I had ever anticipated I

think I had a peak of around 400

subscribers I will make a separate video

on how to blow up on only fans so if you

guys are interested in that make sure to

like And subscribe okay so obviously the

whole experience started off super fun

and super rewarding I would just like

take some cute photos when I felt like

it and I would log on and post them and

I would get a couple messages from my

subscribers and I thought it was super

sweet that people would even be taking

money out of their own pocket to like

view my content I just thought that was

so crazy and surreal to me so yeah I

started off super enjoyable I think

ironically when things started going

downhill was when I started gaining a

lot more subscribers which I know sounds

weird but yeah um once I started getting

a ton of subscribers rolling in I kind

of started feeling this like growing

pressure to be constantly posting

quality original like good content that

was worth the money that people were

paying especially since I did promise

daily content on my only fans so

obviously I had to follow through with

that and post daily content it just got

super stressful having to come up with

new content ideas every single day you

know posting them um it got to the point

where I would like wake up every day

feeling stressed about what type of

content I was going to put out today and

I would go to bed feeling stressed about

what type of content I was going to be

posting the next day and it was kind of

just this NeverEnding cycle of posting

something and then being stressed about

what I was going to post next if that

makes sense so that really started

taking the passion out of content

creating for me and it started shifting

from a hobby into what felt more like a

chore

and I think this is like an issue that

isn't unique to only fans content

creators I think a lot of content

creators in general can relate um it's

very different from a 9 to-5 job where

like once 5:00 p.m. hits you can leave

and you don't really have to think about

work till the next day with content

creating it's very different because

you're always going to be thinking about

what your next piece of content is it's

this never ending cycle 24/7 in your

head and you can't even do anything to

stop it I've tried trust me but your

brain will constantly just be thinking

about that and you can't really control

it so that ended up being super mentally

draining for me I think this issue is

just especially Amplified for only fans

creators because the consumers of your

content have literally paid money to be

able to view your content so obviously

that added to my stress of posting

regular quality content on top of that I

would be flooded with hundreds of very

sexually explicit messages every day

I'll show you guys an example of the

nature of most of these messages

although once again I'm pretty sure you

can use your imagination for that but

honestly a lot of these messages I was

receiving every day made me feel super

uncomfortable but I also felt like

obligated to reciprocate in these

conversations because once again these

subscribers literally paid money to be

there right so I kind of just always had

this internal conflict going on of like

I feel like I kind of have to respond to

these messages but another part of me

was very uncomfortable with it and so as

I think it would for anyone that ended

up being not very good for my mental

this was especially bad for me during Co

because I really didn't have a lot of

human interaction other than the people

I was talking to to online and like 90%

of this ended up being having these

explicit messages with people on only

fans um so yeah I could kind of feel

like that was mentally affecting me so

another thing like I mentioned earlier

only fans is very heavily exploited by

management agencies so the platform just

felt very impersonal to me I never

really felt like I had a community of

people to talk to or just anyone I could

reach out to who who was kind of doing

the same thing as me I never was really

able to make any friends on the platform

and so that just made the experience

feel very isolating and lonely to me

yeah but you know even with all of that

going on at this point I was kind of

like the amount of money I'm making

really justifies like whatever [ __ ] I'm

going

through so I kind of just pushed myself

to keep doing it I was like don't be a

[ __ ] like you just have to keep keep

the ball rolling because you're making

so much money and it doesn't really make

sense for me to stop now right so um I

just kind of kept doing what I was doing

and I think the final Tipping Point for

me to like officially quit was when my

mom found out about my only fans yeah so

I still remember the exact day she had

called me and I kind of already knew

what she was going to talk to me about

like you know when you kind of just know

so I had this like pit in my stomach and

and I was out that day and I was really

dreading going back home I was like

trying to find any excuse not to go back

home and putting it off for as long as I

could but obviously I had to go back

home eventually and she like sat me down

on the sofa and I was so terrified I

have Asian parents obviously I have very

strict Asian parents who are also

religious which is super great for me

but my heart was beating so hard I was

like this lady is literally going to

beat my ass yeah I was just very scared

of how she was going to react but um we

ended up actually having like a pretty

genuine conversation about the whole

thing and I actually ended up having

like similar conversations with other

people who are very close to me in my

personal life I could tell that it was

bothering them I think the main issue

for them was that my social image was

affecting their social image if that

makes sense you know when you're an only

fans Creator obviously you're going to

be promoting your account and

publicizing it and trying to push it out

to as big of an audience as you can and

people who you don't want to find out

about it are going to find out about it

and that's just inevitable that's

something you have to expect going into

it people within your Social Circle and

way outside your Social Circle will talk

about it people from your high school

will subscribe to your only fans I had

dudes from my high school who subscribed

to my only fans and they didn't even

like make an effort to change their name

or anything and I was like I know

exactly who you are but I guess like the

social image that is associated with

being an only fans Creator which is what

I had was affecting the social image of

people who I was close with I guess

although it didn't personally bother me

I could tell that it was affecting the

people around me and I'm so someone who

always really prioritizes the feelings

of the people who are close to me that I

love and care about so taking that into

consideration on top of everything else

I was already experiencing was what made

me finally quit yeah since then I have

transitioned to a different subscription

platform called passes if you guys don't

know what that is it's also a

subscription based platform but it does

feel a lot more user friendly to me I'll

definitely a much more intimate

tight-knit

able to meet a lot of new friends and

yeah it's been really great especially

after my only fans experience it also

it's going to be there and I can't do

anything about it but I think there's a

it does get exhausting having people

like constantly assuming that you're a

full-blown sex worker I also do want to

say that I find nothing wrong with sex

work I think it can be super empowering

um and I honestly have so much respect

for people who can do that longterm

because I obviously couldn't I had to

tap out after 3 months but it honestly

it does take a lot out of you I really

do think it's an experience that people

who haven't been through it just really

wouldn't understand I feel like it's one

of those things that you have to do to

really understand yeah that was pretty

much my pretty shortlived experience

of advice to girls who are thinking

about starting their own only fans is to

really make sure you're 100% committed

to it because you do need a very strong

mental for it and that's something that

I think a lot of people don't expect

going into it but yeah I will probably
