going to go over everything you need to
do to succeed with a cold email Outreach
system if you fail to follow these steps
it will be impossible for you to win

that lightly physically it will be
impossible for you to win long term all

deliverability if you don't know what
this is this is how well your emails are
hitting the inbox so basically you're
avoiding being sent to spam or getting
IP blocked some of you might be IP
blocked and you don't even know it the
outreaches you send are not even hitting
the inbox you're sitting there on mail
tracker seeing the mail tracker thing
say view but guys that stuff is a scam
we're going to get into that you're not
even hitting the inbox okay
deliverability is the most important
aspect of a cold email system if your
email does not land in their inbox it
does not matter how insane your Outreach
is they'll never see it you could write
them 14 sales Pages of, 1500 emails and
um do their like child's meal planning
for school and they don't even care
because they'll never see the email okay
you have a 0% chance of booking them on
a call
if your email never even hits their
inbox so how do we optimize
deliverability what you have to
understand is that every time you send
an email the management servers you were
sending are checking for three main
factors first is the domain trusted so
is the domain you're sending from the
website you're sending from trusted so
like KJ copy.com is copy.com a trusted
domain or is this really sus next if the
domain passes is the mailbox trusted so
is KJ at pop.com trusted is this actual
mailbox that we're sending from trusted
and then is the actual content of the
email save is what you're sending like
spamy or is it actually going to be safe
for someone to receive so if you set up
your system and accounts in a way that
checks yes to those three questions then
you have a high chance of Landing in the
Inbox and actually getting clients with
your Outreach so first is the domain
trusted right second is the mailbox
trusted yes okay then is the email
content safe yes if you check yes to all
these you will be fine so domain um this
is actually from my paid stuff so this
do really apply to you but like we
bought domains on trusted servers and
added them to Pro records I'm going show
you guys in this video how to get
domains on the right servers and have
the proper records in place if you don't
know if you don't know what records are
then I'll explain that too okay mailbox
we host our mailboxes on Google and
perform checks regularly okay so you
always be on Google do not use anything
else besides Google to send email or
else you just you're going to have bad
deliverability next email content we are
very careful with the content in the
emails we are sending and we we use
tools to make sure they we're taking as
many precautions as possible so let's go
over how to check yes to these boxes and
ensure your outreaches are hitting the
Inbox and you're actually getting
responses getting clients let's get
right into it hope you're excited this
is the 12 Commandments of cold email so
what I've done is I've compiled the
following list of Commandments for you
to follow to ensure your deliverability
stays as high as possible while sending
Outreach okay the first step is you have
properly warmed up your account using
instantly for at least 14 days so if you
do not know what instantly is it is just
a a software it's amazing it's a website
where you can add your email addresses
in here you can look up a simple YouTube
video it's very easy and then they will
warm up your accounts for you so if you
look at this account right here jessiej
r.com this a test account I did show you
guys how this works if I go to um I
don't know how to go to settings why is
it not opening hold
on where's the
settings brother
hold
on there we go so now it opens up the
settings as you can see like it's
sending
emails for me back and forth it's
warming up this account for me so what
you want to do is you want to come
inside of instantly put in your new
email account in here when when you buy
a domain connect it and then let it warm
up just click this warm thing it's going
to warm up for 14 days that's all you
have to do okay so you've properly
warmed up your account using instantly
for at least 14 days if you don't do
that good Lord you're never going to
make money without reach like you're
just going to go to spam immediately if
you don't do this okay next you have
dkim dmar and SPF actually and MX put
that in there and MX records installed
on all of your domains I'm going to show
you guys how to do this at the end of
this video it's very technical and it's
very you have to do it though like
there's no way around it and this is
going to give you a massive Edge if
you're sitting outreaches against your
competition who has no clue what this is
they're they're lost okay so we go in
here instantly all you got to do to
check this is you can hit test domain
set up so as you can see my other
accounts that I have blurred out here
are perfectly fine but I have this one
that doesn't have them installed so you
guys can see what's going on so we have
dkim not found and dmark not found which
I'm going to show you guys exactly how
to set up so if you do this instantly
you can tell whether your stuff is set
up or not if you you don't if you don't
know what this is then you obviously
don't have it set up okay so let's let's
figure that out next you are not sending
more than 20 emails per day per account
and this includes
follow-ups guys if you want to scale
with cold email you cannot have one
account you need a lot of accounts
that's the secret that's the secret that
no one's telling you guys you need a lot
of accounts you can't just have one
account because you can only send 20
emails per day and that's including
follow-ups so you can only see like five
outreaches and 15 follow-ups it's it's
tough you have to have multiple accounts
but that's just what you have to do next
you were sending emails from a godaddy
domain and a paid G Suite account so
basically you go to godaddy.com you buy
a domain oops I'm already in here you
buy a domain and then you connect this
and you send you you buy a Google
workspace you go to Google workspace and
you guys can't figure this out well
you're probably not going to win sorry
it's kind of tough but like go to Google
workspace go get started sign up for
your account it's like five bucks or
something connect it to your to your um
Google domain and now you can send real
emails from a real domain and you'll be
verified this is what we talk about when
we talk about sending from the right
servers so Google and GoDaddy are very
trusted servers you're going to have
better deliverability than sending all
stff random whack cheap or free um inbox
okay next you were only sending one link
or less in your initial cold email if
you were sending more than one link if
you're sending pictures you are fricked
bro like you need to be sending one link
or less in your initial cold email if
your picture to word ratio is off or if
you're sending multiple links you're
you're going straight to the spam um
after like 10 emails next your email
copy gets a great score on mail me your
spam Checker so if we open this up what
you can do is you can post your email
copy in here and you can it'll tell you
what words are terrible so this says I'm
a Financial Consultant I am a let's see
Finance nope that one doesn't work I'm a
money's not going to work for real I'm
a um
longterm
growth there we go longterm wealth
growth consultant like you have to just
change words to make sure your stuff
work if you're sending emails and you're
not using spam cheer you're fricked bro
like I don't know what to tell you you
have to be sending your C emails
checking it right here and if you remove
all these words what it's going to do is
it's going to tell you that you have a
great score and you're good to go now
you're going to actually hit the Inbox
and so you just need to shift your
emails around and there's a lot of words
that you wouldn't think about like for
you this one is terrible so like you
there's a lot of words you don't know
like you think you're avoiding spam
Checker by not putting money in dollar
signs but if you're doing this you're
going to go to spam so yeah very
important um next thing your email
includes opt out message at the bottom
very simple all you do at the bottom of
your email is just say if you would like
to stop receiving messages reply with
stop or something like that very basic
you just need to have an opt out message
because Google will check to see if you
have this in your messages if they don't
have a way for you to opt out when
you're sending call emails people are
going to mark you as spam and Google's
going to mark you as spam this is huge
next you were sending emails from an IP
with less than three Blacklist so
basically you can use this link right
here um and check your IP to see if it
has a black list or not if you have less
than or if you have more than three you
need to use a VPN to connect to a new IP
that doesn't have Blacklist and send
from there you have to do this or else
you're just going to go to spam next you
aren't using short links so tiny URLs or
bit.ly those are just literally scam
abundant links so never use short links
okay don't use Link shorteners none of
that for the love of everything good in
this world please do not have an open
rate tracker I know some guys who've
been following me for a while I've been
using this and it's I wasn't sure how
how good it was or bad it was I I never
used it myself now I know for a certain
because I've asked people it is terrible
it will lower your deliverability it
will get you into spam do not use open
rate trackers it will make your inbox
untrusted so you have to get rid of this
immediately do not use this ever never
have an overate tracker ever again no
mail Suite no mail tracker no whatever
okay 11 you aren't sending any attached
files so you have nothing attached um to
your emails it's just the one link that
you're sending whether that be copy Loom
whatever or even even loomless it could
just be just text okay but you aren't
sending any attached files and then all
of your email accounts have a real
profile picture a real name a verified
phone number and a recovery email you
have to do this this is the little stuff
because they will check bro they will
check to make sure you not a scammer if
they see that you have a real profile
picture a real name you have a real
phone number on the account and a
recovery email you going to have high
deliverability um granted all this stuff
is checked so the technical stuff how do
we actually set up dkim dmark SPF and MX
records so SPF and MX is very easy it is
automatically set up when you verify
your domain in Google workspace so when
you go to Google workspace and um I'll
actually show you guys right now it
whenever you sign in like with your
domain it will ask you to verify it and
all you got to do is click like
authenticate with GoDaddy you sign in Go
Daddy and it will go ahead and put these
records on there you can double check by
coming into here and going to account I
think go to domains manage domains
and then you can verify them here they
seeing that it's verified so mine is
obviously verified on my like main
accounts which is why I don't have any
of those errors pop up when I use
instantly now what we need to do is we
need to go ahead and set up the dkim and
dmark so for dkim you want to go to the
admin can um console go to Gmail
authenticate email generate new record
2048 generate so what you want to do is
go in here let's go to close that let's
go to apps go to
Gmail want to go to authenticate email
with DCM you're going to have to
generate this and what you're going to
do is you're going to copy over this txt
record and we're going to put it into
GoDaddy to actually like set up this
record okay so let's go ahead and do
that let's go ahead and go to go daddy
let's go to this um right here we go to
DNS now what you'll do is you'll add a
new record you obviously do txt like it
says you type in the at sign so google.
domain key we'll put that in here for
the name and then you just want to copy
the string of characters and put it
inside this and change this to half an
hour make sure that's right I think it's
half an hour yeah half an hour and
you're good to go I'm not going to do it
because I already have this set up which
is why mine checked the uh the Box on
instantly so it's good to go there next
we need to just do the same thing for
Demar but without having to do the
Google thing so for DeMark it's very
simple you just come back into this you
want to add a new record go to txt you
want to do um copy this over so
underscore DeMark put that right inside
of here so _
dmark and then for the value you just
want to copy this that I'm showing you
right here so it's vdark this and you
just change the end of this to your
domain so for me it would be like you
know at copy.com so you change this
value and then change the end to be at
copy.com and put this in and do one hour
and you're going to go and save it wait
24 hours Check your stuff again
instantly if we test domain setup you
can see that mine that I'm using this on
is completely fine it's 100% clean
health score of 100 we are good to
freaking go we're all set so there you
