to this but i don't like to play that
card because then you just willingly
give up and say there's nothing i can do
about it i think every condition uh
known to man can be improved if we'll
work out and improve our lifestyle maybe
not gotten rid of but improved for sure

exposing your body to allergens is a
good way to flare this thing up

way to your skin so it's a bit more
