secondly, You should Avoid buffalo milk and buffalo ghee or butter
Because they contain High Fat

you can use Honey for sugar
But you have to completely avoid jaggery, sugar, stevia, artificial sweetener

Now I will tell you in detail, according to the time
that what you should eat and what you should avoid.
Do Note down all the details
After you wake up in the morning, Drink Lukewarm water with lemon juice.
if the water is sour, you can add half or one spoon of honey to it.
After one hour of taking lemon water, you may have your breakfast
After taking lemon water, complete your washroom routine and
then follow your exercise routine
and then take your breakfast
Now let us see, What all can we eat for Breakfast.
I will give you 3 to 4 options and you will have to choose any 1 option for you
1st option is 2 eggs omelet
2nd option is Oats with milk and with almonds
3 option is paneer paratha with curd
make sure that there should be NO oil, No Ghee on Paneer Paratha.
and there should not be any kind of sugar, salt, or spice powder
4th option for breakfast is boiled Chuli Chana ( Kabuli chana)
You can make chaat of kabuli chana and add some paneer crushed piece
You can also have Boiled Mix Chana
With paneer
Or else you can have dry vegetable of any Chana
With one plain paratha without oil and ghee
So that's it for the Morning breakfast
After taking Morning breakfast you have to take Cow's milk after 15 to 20 mins
Take only one glass of Cow's milk
If Cow's milk is not available then you can use toned Milk
Take One glass of Cow's Milk after 15 mins of your breakfast
Make sure that you Do not add sugar to it and also it is of Room Temperature

Now, Mid-morning snack, before lunch when you feel hungry, what all one can Eat
Again I will give you 4 options
1st option is you may have DRYFRUITS
Only Almonds and Walnuts are allowed, you cannot take all types of Dryfruits
If you are still Hungry then you may have Veg Sandwich
Now, this Veg sandwich should be made up of Multi-Grain bread
and sandwich should not contain butter in it and also potato should be not included
If you want then you may have Fruit salad in your Mid-Morning snack
You may take any seasonal fruit
But make sure that, Apple and banana must be included in it
And last option, you may have Dry bhel.
Dry bhel may have desi chickpeas ( sing chana ) and also roasted Dry fruits
This is also nutritious. And you can have in your Mid-Morning snack
Now it's time for lunch
What can we eat for lunch so that our height increases ??
Again I will give 4 options you can choose any one or can mix and match out of four
1st option is our normal Indian diet
lentils, rice, Indian bread ( Roti ), vegetable
Rice you have to take only one bowl not more than that
You may have 3 to 4 Chapatti (Roti)
you can eat chapatti with Cow ghee on it but not with oil
with lunch, you have to take fresh Dahi ( CURD ) It should not be sour
In which you cannot add salt, sugar, spice powder
with this, you have to take half raw tomato salad
Which vegetables to eat? or which vegetables to make?
So, for vegetables also I will give you options
In vegetables you may have PANEER
Chickpea ( chana ) vegetable
Mix chickpea ( chana ) vegetable
Chuli chana ( kabuli chana )
Spinach, Fenugreek
Green peas
Any kind of Beans
you can also take RAJMA
So, you can have any of veg vegetable and have it for your lunch
What are the Non-Veg Options ??
you may have EGG-CURRY
Chicken
but if you take Chicken curry then you must keep in mind that there is more fat in curry
So you have to take Chicken but curry's quantity should be very less
The same goes with fish
From Fish Curry, you have to take Fish and curry in very less quantity.
You have to completely Avoid Fried Fish and Fried Chicken
So keep these things in mind.
What to take in the evening snack?? Evening snack is very important
Especially, if you are doing exercise for height increase
then also evening snack is very important.
Evening snacks should be full of protein
And after a protein-rich snack, if you workout

You can take a salad of boiled Chuli chana ( Kabuli Chana ) mixed with Paneer

So you can take any fruit, for eg: you can take an apple or a banana
Apple and banana are perfect
If you don't like fruits or have an indigestion problem or cold problem
So you can take a Cow's Milk with turmeric (Haldi) or saffron (Kesar)
just make sure that it is Cow's milk and without sugar.
