anno segnato inevitabilmente
dall'avvento dell'intelligenza
artificiale nel settore fintech ma non
solo Quali sono le novità che si pongono
per per voi avvocati Beh una novità
importantissima è l'approvazione del
regolamento dell'Unione Europea su
sull'intelligenza artificiale l'ia Act
che che
verrà procedimento verrà finalizzato
entro 23 settimane e si prevede che sia
pubblicato a maggio Poi ci saranno due
anni per per l'implementazione ed è
importantissimo perché è il primo atto
normativo al mondo Che disciplina in
maniera sistematica e completa
l'utilizzo e la messa sul mercato
diciamo il lancio e la diffusione gli
strumenti di intelligenza artificiale
quindi le società avranno poi due anni
per adempiere a tutti quanti gli
obblighi è molto importante la notizia
degli ultimi degli ultimi giorni è
l'approvazione dell'ai Act ne avevamo
parlato in quest'anno alla Legal
Community week l'anno l'anno scorso in
realtà adesso è arrivato un giudizio Ha
rispettato quelle che erano le le
aspettative Cosa significa per voi
avvocati adesso la l'approvazione di
questa nuova normativa Beh devo dire
finalmente finalmente è arrivato perché
ne abbiamo parlato tanto adesso si
entrerà nella nella seconda fase quella
proprio dell'implementazione ovvero nel
nel predisporre dei piani di governance
del riprendere in mano tutta la
governance della transizione digitale ma
soprattutto con riferimento ad una
tecnologia che cambierà proprio il
nostro il nostro mondo devo dire
finalmente Non ho altre parole Forse ne
aggiungo un'altra che manca un
pochettino di sintesi perché sono più di
400 pagine quindi per tutti noi ci sarà
molto da leggere è stato un anno di
grandi novità in primis è stato il primo
anno di operatività del tribunale
unificato dei brevetti ci fa un po' un
punto su questo primo anno Com'è andato
dal vostro punto di vista gli avvocati
di patent Law Sì mi verrebbe già da fare
una puntualizzazione da avvocato il
primo anno in realtà non è ancora il
primo anno perché che è entrata in
vigore l'anno scorso a giugno dell'anno
scorso però ecco devo dire che Eh ci ha
riservato delle belle sorprese nel senso
che è diventato immediatamente operativo
il numero delle cause elevato e e poi
Diciamo che anche per quanto riguarda il
futuro di Milano è un futuro
interessante perché come voi sapete
abbiamo non soltanto la divisione locale
di questo tribunale unificato dei
brevetti ma anche in futuro a Giugno
prossimo una sezione della divisione
centrale del tribunale quindi insomma
sembra che ci siano anche in futuro
delle novità ancora più interessanti
anche proprio per il territorio italiano
è stato un anno di grande fermento sono
anni credo di grande fermento per i Life
Science in Italia si sta investendo
tanto in questo settore delle Scienze
della vita stanno arrivando tanti nuovi
fondi che stanno portando dando valore
all'innovazione alla ricerca italiana
quindi tanti nuovi fondi tanti nuovi
startup e c'è una grande importante
modifica normativa che secondo me
impatta sul sistema della proprietà
intellettuale che è la riforma del
Codice della proprietà industriale oltre
al tribunale unificato che se nè parlato
tanto questa forse se n'è parlato
Sicuramente ma ha un riflesso anche sul
mercato dell'Innovazione perché è stato
abolito per esempio il professor
Privilege che erano dei beni
che i ricercatori avevano nelle sulle
invenzioni sulla paternità delle
invenzioni che adesso viene riportata in
capo ai centri di ricerca alle
università con il sottostante di
valorizzare proprio il trasferimento
tecnologico la valorizzazione delle
invenzioni dei risultati della ricerca
in tanti mercati Sicuramente nel Life
Science è quello che ha dato una bella
spinta a questa nuova modifica e
speriamo bene che ci allinea tantissimi
paesi europei e non è stato un anno
molto interessante perché il settore è
estremamente innovativo molto
digitalizzato quindi stiamo parlando
moltissimo di impatto della
geni intelligenza artificiale generativa
sulla sulla creatività è uno dei temi
più interessanti del momento e poi anche
moltissimo delle nuove regole che stanno
arrivando a impattare il mondo degli
influencer della comunicazione aziendale
anche quello un
molto caro al mondo della moda quindi
direi essenzialmente queste due cose che
poi si parlano un po' perché ormai anche
tutta la comunicazione avviene sul
digitale quindi dal punto di vista
professionale delle nostre specialità
mette un po' insieme anche il mondo
dell'ip dell'it tante competenze che si
