その人であるのかどうかなるほどていう
自分なのかっていうここがないと絶対偏る

ぐらいに集中するうん結構勝つべき人は
どんどん勝っていくしうんうんなんか放置
される人はどんどん放置うんされていくし
で反省してその放置されまくった人に対し
てマネージャーが頑張りますって言っても
なかなか成果がさはいはいこう3ヶ月半年
かけていくと伸びていくかもしれないけど
今月の数字とかいう時にいやそこ頑張って
もなみたいな話あるからまただらっとな
放置されていくっていう惜しいみたいな
上がりかけたら放置上がりかけたら放置
うんで結果が出る人はどんどんあの育て
られてでかつ多分仕事をすれば仕事が
分かっていくみたいなサイクルに早く入る
んでうんだからなんか新卒雇とった時に1
年目はできるだけ高く飛べっていう話を
この差は一生がつかないぞってうん言った
んだけどなんか会社って人事側で言って
あげるとその穴をあのそもそも研修って
いうことで埋めるっていうのは間違いうん
もうもう埋まらないうんうんうんうんだっ
て誰に合わせた研修になるかもうわかん
ないもんねそうすねもう仕事したら勝手に
テティンって言ってる人その検証行く必要
ないし行かないですそうでやべえって言っ
てる人集めてもこれを今知っとけって言っ
てもちょっと難しいみたいななるほど
なるほどなどちょうどミルな人別情持って
育られてるだからなんで修やってもあんま
意味ないんだよねなるほどそうなのであの
マネージャーがえっと結局エコ引きするっ
ていうのからま出れないわけだからうん
本当は配置の時に相性がいい人間がどうか
をめちゃくちゃ考えてあげるなるべき
なんかそこの部分もずれててやる気とか
あの成長欲もずれてるみたいな話だと絶対
放置プレイになるってことうんだから
テコ入れは研修ではないていうことと働く
方もえっといかに可愛気のある部下なのか
は多分ちょっと考えた方がいいですよね

上司がいてもいなくても自分で週末も使っ
て人脈も使って勝手に成長できるような人
だったら別に放置で大丈夫なんだけど
やっぱその確認しながら教えてもらい
ながら伸びなきゃいけないみたいな時に
教えられやすい人うんうんうんそれ多分
素直に言ったことをやってみてこれでいい
でかみたいなことがちゃんとあってあでき
てるじゃんみたいなうんうんていうその
コミュニケーションとフィードバックを
やっぱすごく量が多かったりとかお岩さん
から習ったことでうまくいきましたとか嘘
でも言っとく嘘は良くない
からみたいなやっぱあれ良かっただろう

できてるま社交的かつ可愛気のある部下
うんじゃないとなかなか時間かけられない

かなみたいながあるから割とやっぱ組織
全体のその大変なところをやっぱ
引き受けるみたいなところがないと
なかなかその上司の時間っていうのが流れ

かけるしかないっていう環境をどうやって

し組織作る方はそう相性の配置っていうの

ことが出口管理になってるうまくいって

なんとかしてくださいいやなかなかなんと
かならないのよだから出口管理って絶対
おかしいよねっていう入口の
あのにその会社がってる教育のねリターン
インベストメントねあのま突っ込んだお金
とか時間がちゃんと時間経過共に
跳ね上がって帰ってくるっていう風になる

みんながあ確かにと思ったのがその教育
コストの本質ってのは上司の時間である
みたいうんうんそうマネージメントの時間
ってのが貴重なのでうんうんうんそれがね
あのなんだろうクオリティのチェックにに
使われるのかお客さんとの談に使われるの
か自分も営業行ってる時間に使われるのか
部下の時間に使われるのかまマネージャー

マネージャーの勤務時間の中で誰かに教育
をするっていう時間在庫自体が有限じゃん
で部下は10人いると10人に割当てたら
1人5分ずつでそんなわけにいかないわけ
だから誰かに50分突っ込まれちゃう
みたいなことはあの会社の構造的な問題で
あってマネージャーのあの人間力で他の9

れるマネージャー研修ってもうこの会社で
マネージャーやりたくないっていやそう
ですよねなるからそれ現実的じゃなくない
ですかみたいなのはもう20年企業さん
サポートしてますけどもう本当あるあるで
うんなんでマネージャー研修の要件定義を
人事部とする時にうんあのさらに
マネージャーをつくさせるってやめた方が
いいですよって余計えっと部にそうだなそ
部下に流れる愛の時間が減ってるんではい
あのそこワしましょうみたいなだから
やっぱ配置こそが本当にえっと人事の中で
最大な多分工夫をする領域だし改善が
できる領域だっていう風にま世の中の人事
の人は思ってもらえるとすごいハッピーか
なと思っております採用に関わって人は
特にうんもう大事に採用した人とかやっぱ
こうみんな大事にしてくてなりやすいと思
なりやすいねすごい大事にして採用し
たって感情的な話じゃんで僕も採用15年
ぐらいやってたからそのえい気持ちは
分かるんだけどうん実際は例えば採用人数
30名って時に頭数30名じゃなくて
何かしらの戦闘力があって例えば内定車で
ね5段階評価で3以上は合格って言った時
に30人ともが評価33333っていう
内定者なのか5段階評価の5が10人
ぐらいいて4が8人ぐらいいて3がいえと
かいうのか実は戦闘力で決めた方がいいの
ねうんうんなのでそのみんな一緒って嘘つ
けっていう1人1人だってもうねうんうん
中途だったら全然キャリアも違うし新卒で
もね大学生のとか商売やってる人もいるし
とかうんうん実際裏でその何かしら評うん
評価がついてるからまあなんて言うのかな
ギリギリでなんとか入ってきたっていう人
もいればうんうんもうなんか100年に
1度しかいない在だって言われてるねはい
はいあの人とかはいもう入して初年度で
いきなり子会社の社長バってきて言われる
人もいればってそんだけ違うからさはい
うんだから採用した時に熱い思分かるんだ
けど入社したら全員公平ってそんなわけが
ありませんっていうことも含めて理解し
といてほしいねなるほどこれはだからま
その教育される側の本人もうん知得べき
