my previous videos I did mention it so
in this video I've decided to talk about
exactly what the void state is why it's
helpful for shifting and how to actually
get into the void State and I hope that
it clears the air with you know exactly
what the voice state is because at first
for me at least I found the voice to say
a really hard concept to kind of like
grasp without further Ado let's get into
the video okay I almost forgot to
mention that before you attempt to enter
into the void State you need to have
quite a clear picture in your mind what
you're going to do after you've entered
the void state so you need to know what
shifting method you're going to use what
affirmations you're going to use
basically have a plan so that you know
exactly what you're going to do once
you're in the void state so you know you
don't want to be in that situation where
you just sat there in the voices
thinking like
okay what I'm gonna do now so I've got
notes on my iPad so if you see me
looking back and forth that's why so the
definition that I've got written down
about what the voice state is I've wrote
the void state is a deep meditative
state where your body is asleep but your
mind's awake so in this state you are
not connected to this body or anything
to do with this reality so you'll feel
as if you're just nothing you'll feel
like you're floating once you're in this
state it is so so easy to manifest
anything and like I said in the intro
getting into the void state is really
helpful when people are trying to shift
so I just mentioned how when you're in
the void State you can manifest things
instantly the reason why you can
manifest things so quickly is because
time in the void state is irrelevant so
when you're actually in the void state
it will feel like you've only spent like
a few minutes there when in reality
you've probably spent hours and hours
there but like I said it will only feel
like you've only been there for a few
minutes so now I'm just going to be
talking about how to actually get into
the void state so that you actually know
how I'm not gonna make a video about
what the voice state is without
explaining how to actually get there so
the first thing you want to do is that
you want to get into a comfortable
position with no distractions around you
if possible I know for me or share a
bedroom so half a time it's not possible
for me to get absolutely zero
distractions but if possible try and get
into a place where you have as little
distraction as possible and you can get
into a comfortable position the next
thing that you want to do you want to
become relaxed now it is recommended
that you can meditate during this
process but it's not necessarily like
you know compose three but meditation is
proven to calm the mind so it is
encouraged to meditate if you want to
now the next thing you want to do is
focus on your breathing and repeating
affirmations in your head such as iron
pure Consciousness not connected to any
reality or I am entering the void today
affirmations like that now the last step
is to continue doing this until you
start to feel disconnected from this
reality and like I said in the kind of
beginning of this video you'll feel as
if you're nothing and like you're
floating and you'll know when you're in
the void State like you'll feel it
you'll have that good feeling that
you're in the void State and once you
know that you're in the void State you
can go ahead and do your shifting method
or whatever you do to attempt to shift
