because I never knew what security was I

but did I use that as an excuse
to not use my potential no
no I never and I would never because yes
I wasn't born into a picture-perfect
family but that is not an excuse for me
to let my potential go to waste

should never be the reason for why you
treat people or yourself bad never
and I never want to hear anything of
this again like yeah my boyfriend
treated me so bad but she grew up grew

permission to treat other people like

struggle with something they should turn

and I had to go through hell my whole

I don't have to be born into a wealthy
privileged picture-perfect family to go
after what I want I don't have to and if
you think to yourself yeah it would be
also easier if I was born into this yes
of course it would have be easier but
would you be as proud as you can be of
yourself if you're going to make it if
you had all those kind of advantages

no you know in my religion we say that
God only puts onto your shoulders but
you are able to carry and I deeply
believe in this and every time when
something happens to me now I think to
myself who am I to not believe in myself
when God believes in me who am I to
think okay I'm not going to make it when
God absolutely knows this color going to

I created her and you don't have to be

was that being human

you see day by day look back at those
past versions of yourself and be proud
of them because they have taken you to
who you are now is that the future
version of you is looking at you right
now through your memories and you will
think to yourself in a couple of years
you will look back at yourself now and
think to yourself oh my God I'm so proud

how I know that someone is very
intelligent is when I see that they are
able to learn from mistakes other people
make without them having to do this

spending their money irresponsible or if
you see someone getting drunk every
weekend losing completely track and
control over their life I won't repeat
their mistakes they won't let them trick
you into thinking that this is the kind
of life you want or this is the normal
kind of life it's really important to
have people around you who influence you
positive and I said this in one of my
videos before but if you have people
around you
who make it seem that it's okay to lose
control over your life it's okay to
spend your whole money on things you
don't need it's okay to get drunk every
single day and lose completely control
over your life then you will start to
think okay this is normal because you
see it everywhere around you but this is
not normal learn from other people
mistakes without having to do them on
your own this is how you grow as a
person wish them the best but be like I
saw where your behavior got you and I'm
not willing to do this too don't be
around people who drag you into dirt and
make a teammates as if it's the most
normal thing on earth it's not I promise
you it's not it's not cool to lose
control over your life it's not cool to
run off the people it's not cool to I
don't know spending your money
recklessly it's not cool
and follow people who make it seem as if

write the qualities of this person that

do to get to those qualities that this

you go to the doctor they prescribe you
something you take the pill and the
symptoms gone
but they don't really research the cause
for that and the cost for nearly every
disease is often that something inside
of you your mental state that there is
something wrong there this is why it's
so important that you leave this stress
mode this fight or flight and survival
mode because what happens physically
what happens in your body when you are
in stress mode in fight or flight is
that your body use all of your energy to
protect your organs to make sure that
you survive there is no energy left for
creative process there is no energy left
for really living there is just
surviving it's really important that you
take care of yourself take time for
yourself and slow things down
slow yourself down meditate find a way
to release stress either it's with
sports with meditation I don't know find
ways to release that stress and that
enabled attention to make sure that your
body is not getting sick because mind
and body work together always if there's
something wrong inside of you your body
will show always and your body does not
know the difference between reality and
Imagination so if you constantly think
about bad things happening your body
your brain will release the same stress
hormones will keep you in that survival
mindset will keep you in that stress
mindset and there is no energy left for
you if your brain is using all of your
energy to survive because it thinks that
you are in danger
I always say that the love you give is
never wasted even when you gave your
love to someone who didn't appreciate it
or who didn't give you the love back
it's it's not wasted love will always
find its way back to you I promise you
love will always find its way back to
you so don't be afraid to give love
don't turn cold because there are some
people out there who haven't healed from
their trauma and they're trying to tell
you yeah it's more safe to stay cold
shut off your feelings
don't love anyone love love radically
love everything and
be sure that the universe will always
find a way to give you back what you
gave out if you give love out you will
get love back if you give negativity and
hate out you will get it back
you get what you give always this is
just how the universe works
and you know when I started to be more
loving towards the world towards animals
towards people when I started to show
more of what I feel because I was never
a person who openly showed her emotions
I was always very reserved in the past
but when I openly showed my emotions it
was crazy what kind of Miracles happened
in my life in a park and suddenly there
was a girl coming to me and she drew me
and she was like yeah I drew you you can
have this picture she drew me or
wherever I went to animals kept
approaching me people randomly came to
me and told me you have such a beautiful
hour you have such a beautiful energy
and this never happened when I was like
this cold person when I never showed
anything when I was afraid to show love
because what you signaled to the
universe when you are afraid to show
love or when you are afraid to be a real
authentic self is you signal the
universe okay
I know that when I give out this love I
lack the sloth this is not how it works
I can give out as much love as I want
and I will never lag because love when
you give love it multiplies
when you give love
it extends you know it's not like that
you have this love storage in your heart
and when you give it out it minimizes in
fact it's the other way around when you
give out love there is more love inside
of you
and last is never wasted
in my opinion love is what heals us in
the end
I truly believe
in empathy
in love
and then being there for each other
we are all connected with each other and
as I said before Society tries to make
us think that we are separate human
beings but we are not and people back
then they always knew this we are not
suffering two beings we are connected
and we have to work on this connection
we have to
live with love we have to approach with
love we have to choose understanding
instead of judgment we have to choose
compassion rather than hate this is how
we as a collective heal
and if you heal you inspire other people
to heal too so love yourself
love the people around you
love the universe love every animal love
every flower okay love every flower love
every single thing when you eat fruit
love the fruit be grateful in your life
being grateful is one of the fastest way
to get more for what you can be grateful
for
gratefulness is a beautiful thing
because it focuses on what we have and
how can we be happy with that instead of
focuses on all the things we may not
have yet you need to focus on the things
you have right now that you can be
grateful for in order to attract more of
the things that you can be grateful for
believe in good people
believe that the universe is always
working in your favor believe that there
are people out there who are rooting for
you who will love you who are good we
can go through life with the belief that
everything is doomed and people are bad
and then this will become true because
we create our reality with our thoughts
if you think that the world is a bad
place reality will prove to you that it
is if you think that the world is a
wonderful place you will get what you
think even the worst people you know
who really made me go through hell
there is
something inside of me left
that has compassion with them because I
know
that only hurt people hurt people
who are happy with themselves don't do
this
and yes you should always set boundaries
you should move away from these people
but realize that they are just miserable
on themselves and this is why they hurt
others and this is why I feel sorry for
those people because I'm not miserable I
won't ever treat someone like that
and if they do
it says more about them than about you
I really love you I'm proud of you and
please take care of yourself
