made it guys to the beach area and we are  going to swim and it's going to be so fun

the first thing I'm really like laughing about  and smiling is that Risa just came and got some  

footage from some stands and ended up with  this little Peach orange apple mango apple  

mango mango that's what I was thinking too  and now the girls see it and now that's all  

they want so we're here to explore just have  an incredible day today and it is beautiful  

sunny get some good views of the island  the beaches and of Mount Fuji across the  

anos island is a very popular tourist destination  as you can see it's a common day trip from Tokyo  

and a lot of people come here to take the  train that goes right along the beautiful  

Coast near hayama Kamakura and just enjoy  beautiful coastal areas on this side of the

oh so now that we've pushed our way up here with  this very heavy stroller that everyone seems to  

get a kick at and they like look in it they're  like you got like a mini you pushing up here but  

we made it up here just pretty level with like  the first or like the main Temple here and we  

made it out here to a fun Little Harbor View  beach side over there there's a little boat  

that you can take fery to get all the way to the  other side of the island and then yeah just beach  

beach Mom we need to the map and we need to look  at the map so I made my way up to the temple to  

go see what it was about and there's a lot going  on up there there's a lot of different temples  

to go and View at a lot of different praying  areas they saw people like throwing in coins  

but before they did that they would wash them  they'd put them in a little basket and wash it  

and it was just really cool to see all of the  different like tokens yeah what happened to  

there sweetheart broke oh my goodness not a good  time at the first of the day huh I did not bring  

extra shoes though we'll see anyways it was just  really cool to see all that was happening there  

it's like wrestling happening place and there's  just so much culture here every time you like go  

to these sites I'm like wow like there's so  much for us to learn and just take in if you  

guys have been following along you'll see that  we posted an update video of like how we were  

really doing and we were very honest and we said  that things were kind of a little rough we were  

kind of hit a low moment with that transition  but we are so happy to say that we are like up  

at it we're loving it we're feeling like super  settled and and we have so much energy to go and  

explore places so we're just happy to do this in  like Kickstart the summer Adventures we was like  

let's go mom Let's Race and I'm like no let's  take it a second to look at this View and then  

we can there she is and there must be a beach cuz  I like hear this music you going to the cave guys

what do you have a pineapples PPP it was  time for a little snack and people have  

these little cucumbers and I'm not even  sure what this red looking stuff is I'm  

kind of hoping that it was like a sweet  strawberry like jam I know it's not that  

it smells more like a Chili kind of like sauce  of sorts anyway the other one was to get miso  

and mayo and now I'm kind of wishing  I would have got miso Mayo but here we

go what is that definitely a really good  snack to have on a warm day like today I  

need to go ask what that is because it  is it's good it's different it's not  

the flavor that I was thinking it would  be rest have a try maybe a little fruity  

maybe a little spicy maybe some chili but it's  mild Everything is Everything is mild it's so

unique good job

wow good job wait where were we just at the  dragon love Bell we just rang the dragon love  

Bell and there is a cave very close nearby  where we stopped got the Cucumbers pineapple  

but we are hoping to go to the beach and we  haven't ate lunch yet so I think we're going  

to bypass that just for the sake of time  um it would be cool but there is quite a  

long line um but there's a lot of things to  do here so honestly you can spend like a full  

day just like walking around the island know  what you are so big and I have so many flashbacks  

with Willa traveling don't you feel that way  yeah she's so much like her [Music] ha I mom

so I was wrong I was thinking that the  cave entrance was like just where that  

little line was with like all the purple  Flyers like not this it was a big surprise  

to me to come down and see that there is  a very very long line for the caves and  

a very beautiful coast line here so people  are literally standing so close to the edge  

of the ocean will will get over here don't  worry we've got a n our kids but yeah people  

are really close and it's just incredible to  be right here right next to it there's a ton  

of different like tide pools the water's coming  in the Tide's coming in there's boats out there  

it's beautiful and this is like an environment  that we've never been in before and it is so  

cool Noah is like loving it she's like feeling  she just wants to like jump in the water for

sure we're not going to lie being over there by  the water the ocean next to the caves was really  

awesome and fun but also a little anxiety inducing  because we have two Littles and they want to  

explore and they obviously not the safest that was  a little stressful at times just running around  

but after that we found some Ramen we  came down to like the main area next to  

the pedestrian bridge and then we waited in  a really long line to get our first Japanese  

shaved ice we're really hoping it lives  up to the hype because the wait was really

long know what set her down

hey and now I really truly think going  to make it to the beach I think prior to  

coming we were thinking we were going to  have a longer time at the beach and just  

kind of explore the island but it was  more than we expected there was a lot  

to do and um we bypassed a lot as well  so we could have spent even longer yeah  

it's definitely a full day trip and if you  want to come to the beach like come early

I walked a short distance underneath the  pedestrian bridge the vehicle bridge and  

came to see the view from the other side of the  beach and the beach just stretches on for a long  

time I really can't wrap my head around the  fact that this is like in our backyard like  

this is I think tner said like 11 mil away from  us and although it took us longer than we would  

think to drive here because of traffic and just  people drive slower here in Japan it is wild  

that this is like close it's it's awesome and  it's definitely not like the first closest  

beach to us there are definitely other ones  closer to us so it's just so fun to like have  

this be part of our Japanese experience like  I love that there's beautiful beaches coastal  

towns and I mean I was telling Tanner as we were  walking like I feel like we're just like gone on  

a weekend traveling trip because you know  it just feels like we're a wave like we've  

never lived in a very t fory area it's kind of  weird to have that but it's freaking awesome  

that this is our view and this is what's  available and it makes me really excited  

for more summer days and more of this to come  stickies oh no a smile melts me cheese cheese

cherish forever and it was just a really fun night  to be with our family and actually a fun day that  

was a full day adventure and you guys saw that  we're now on a line to get out of the parking lot  

so traffic is going to be crazy we thought it  was crazy getting in but I think it's probably  

going to be a longer Journey on the way home  luckily it's a girls bedtime so maybe we'll get
