to be finding small local business owners think  about your plumbers electricians chiropractors  

hair stylists restaurant owners any type of small  local business and we are going to help them get  

more clients by being found online primarily on  Google because if you're going to go through and  

find a plumber an electrician a chiropractor  you're probably going to Google and searching  

for a plumber near me right or a plumber in your  city and so what we want to do is we want to help  

these small local business owners get ranked in  Google which it's actually a lot easier than you  

might think and if they don't have a website  already we want to go through and be able to  

hook them up with even a free website and I want  to show you guys how we can actually give them a  

free website and get paid on a monthly ongoing  basis by just adding a few basic features to to  

that website so what we're going to do is we're  going to come over here to Google Maps so if you  

want to go through and do this along with me do it  along with me and what we're going to do you just  

type in any type of industry but for this one I'm  just going to say plumbers and then we're going  

to say near Bentonville Arkansas for some reason  I always like to do that the the headquarters of  

Walmart benville Arkansas but what we've got here  now all these different red dots right here these  

are all different plumbers okay and so we can go  through we can zoom out we can zoom in on another  

area but what we can do then is go over here and  let's say we want to click on this Davis Plumbing  

and LLC right so we click on them right there we  can see okay they've got a website and they've  

gone through they looks like they've claimed their  business they've got a lot of reviews so this is  

probably not the ideal type of clients that we're  want to go through and work with now let's come  

over here let's click on just another one right  here Jerry's Plumbing they've got eight reviews so  

not as many reviews and it looks like I don't even  think they don't even have a website they don't  

have any photos so looks like there's some things  that we can go through and help them with which  

by the way even if you're not a website designer  or anything like that I'm going to show you guys  

how to create a beautifully designed website for  a business just like this in a matter of minutes  

okay so this is a perfect business that we'd  probably go through they've got their phone number  

listed and we'd reach out to them and say Hey  you know I see you don't have a website I'd love  

to offer a free website designed for you and any  business that does not have a website and you're  

offering a free website design I don't know any  business in the right mind that would not be open  

to going through and having a free website design  for their business right so what I do is I use a  

simple software where I'm able to go through and  manage all of my business and all of my clients's  

businesses and so what I'm going to do right here  is I'm going to pop this up and then what we do to  

create their website and I'll show you how this  takes like literally like less than 60 seconds  

we're going to come over here to sites and we're  not going to do a funnel we're just going to do  

an actual website and and we just click on create  new website and there's thousands of templates for  

any type of Industry that you want to go through  and work with and then we're just going to click  

on continue and then from here you can obviously  browse through all these different websites but  

to just kind of cut to the chase here what we're  going to do is type in plumber and we're going  

to see what websites pop up so we've got these  two different plumber websites I'm just going  

to choose this one for this example right here  you can see it's a beautifully designed website  

everything's already pre-created all we'd have to  do is really fil some basic contact information  

for the business which takes about 2 seconds to  do so we'll click on continue and then it's just  

going through and creating adding the template  which like I said we could go through and do  

this for a number of different businesses and  especially if we're just working with a specific  

industry like let's say plumbers we can go find  five plumbers in one city go to the next city and  

find another five plumbers another five plumbers  which we could just use the same website template  

in design and then stick with me here because I'm  going to show you guys a few things that we can  

add to this website to then be able to charge a  few hundred per month per client for this website  

in these different services but the nice thing is  it doesn't take any additional monthly management  

or anything like that for you on your end all  right so we got this website popped up and you  

can see it's already pre-designed if we just hover  over anything we want we could easily go through  

and edit any of the text so if you want to go  through and even like throw their own phone number  

on there you could just come over to their listing  we could just copy this phone number right here or  

say 47949 come over here oh it's already copied to  the clipboard we just come in paste it right there  

and then we just hit save and publish right and  so that how easy is to go through and take this  

pre-built professionally designed website template  even if you're not a designer and get this rolling  

for the business and then this is something  that we can leverage and go show a preview  

to Jerry's Plumbing and so now once they're like  oh man that's an amazing website template I love  

it well this is where you can go through and add  additional value instead of just saying here's  

a website because traditionally websites only  convert about 1% of the website visitors into  

actual leads or booked appointments okay and that  is the kind of core of any of these small local  

businesses is they want booked appointments on  their calendar so they can close more business  

so what we're going to do here is we're going to  add two things to this website so one is we're  

going to come back over here and if we open up  the website you'll notice that it doesn't have  

what is called a website chat widget so you might  have seen this on some websites but in the bottom  

right hand corner there on a lot of websites  there is a chat widget where if you have a  

question you can just type in your question and  then they'll be able to go through and Converse  

back and forth with you to be able to answer all  of your questions whereas if you don't have this  

like I said the typical website is going to  convert less than 1% of website visitors into  

leads so we can add this website chat widget with  this simple software by simply copying and pasting  

a little bit of code and guys I don't code I don't  know any code but if you can copy and paste like  

me you can go through and make this happen so  we're just going to come over here this live  

chat right there we're just going to go through  and add the live chat you can come in customize  

it changing out the picture I'm just going to  leave it as is because it looks pretty good but  

if we wanted to change what the intro message was  what the return message was anything like that we  

could do that and so now I'm just going to click  on get code I'm going to copy this code and it's  

says add this to the body tracking code of  the website all right and so what that is  

we're just going to click on Save right here  we're going to click ignore now we're going  

to go back to the website and guys this is so  easy even if you have never done anything with  

websites before we're just going to click on  websites we're going to find that website that  

we just created this plumber template and we are  going to go to the settings and inside this body  

tracking code so see right there all we do is  we just paste it and then we come down and we  

want to hit hit save so once we go through and  hit save now when we pop up this website it's  

going to have this little chat widget onite on  the website so now you can see we've not only  

added value to the small bit local business owner  because we've given them a free website design  

but now we're going to be able to help them boost  the number of leads and appointments they booking  

through this website chat widget right here which  this one feature alone is something that software  

platforms charge $100 to $200 per month for so if  they came in here and it say they ask a question  

something like that then we can go through and  have someone on their team go through and respond  

to all their questions but wait we are going to do  even something better because the plumber probably  

doesn't have somebody in house that has time to  go through and respond to all the questions that  

are coming in on their website so what we're  going to do is we're going to leverage AI to  

automatically respond to all these questions that  are coming in and automatically send these clients  

to book an appointment on the plumbers calendar so  they can then go close more deals and ultimately  

make more money and so all we're going to do  right here is we would just take this website  

URL which this is obviously a preview URL but we  just copy that right there come back to this this  

software and then in settings we would click  on this thing called conversation AI okay so  

conversation AI is basically anytime a business  gets any message on Facebook on Instagram they  

text in or this website chat chat widget we can  go through and have ai automatically respond to  

all the questions that the client might have so  we can come over here and say supported channels  

SMS we want to do Facebook we want to do Instagram  Google my business profile the chat widget we can  

even do this live chat right here which we just  added to the website and then we click save but  

now you might be thinking well how does the AI  bot know how to answer the questions that the  

potential client might have and that is where we  get into training this bot and what we're going  

to do is click on this bot training right here and  we would just paste in the URL to the business and  

click on get data now obviously this is just a  demo website and the demo preview URL so I'm not  

going to go through and do that but what the AI  will do this is so cool it's going to go through  

and scan the entire website learn about that small  local business whether it's a plumber electrician  

chiropractor restaurant owner hairstylist doesn't  really matter know what price points they have  

what services they offer and so whenever  somebody asks a question the AI bot will be able  

to automatically respond and answer the question  and direct them to the right place and typically  

from my experience all small local business owners  they will usually get about five to six frequently  

asked questions questions they get all the time  that they just need someone to go through and  

respond to and that's where we can go through and  add a simple Q&A right here and add the question  

and give the answer so so you can actually train  to a deeper level this AI bot right here okay and  

then over here on the trial once you've trained  the bot and given the frequently asked questions  

and you've given the website you can come in here  and and test it so you say what is the price now  

obviously we haven't gone through and and trained  this so it doesn't even know what they're talking  

about but it says I'm sorry I don't have enough  information to help you with this sick question  

and so if you've trained it properly it's going  to spit out whatever you've trained it to respond  

and if you like the the qu the answer that it gave  all you do is give it a thumbs up but if you don't  

like the answer it gave you just thumbs down it  and you say our pricing is 5.99 oh per month okay  

and then you just say train bot and now what  we can do is reset the conversation we'll just  

test this out right here and then say what is the  price what is the price okay now we see if the the  

aiot is going to actually work our pricing is $599  per month and so now you just go through and say  

thumbs up this was a good answer and so you can  easily train this bot and with these simple things  

we can help these small local business owners not  only get more business because they're able to go  

through and have a website presence for businesses  that don't have a website but we're able to help
