for an employer they're likely using

some of these tools at least one of them

if they have a relatively mature cyber

security program so of course A lot of

these are tools that you have to pay for

for a subscription so let's ask it maybe

if they can provide a list of Open

Source tools this may also give you an

idea of other tools that you can use

specifically in cyber security that that

may not need you to pay for a license to

use them because sagittarity is well

known for a lot of Open Source tooling

so I do think you should take advantage

of that especially if you're someone who

is just learning out maybe you maybe you

don't want to pay for a license to learn

a specific tool and that completely

look at when you're looking for skills

subject matter expert in it or have used

easier to understand when you're just

getting started from scratch it may not

have any previous experience in cyber
