Teams and Mechanics Q&A | Zenless Zone Zero
Summary
Q & A

do you think you have to chase meta in
this game like HSR to clear end game
comfortably I feel like you might in the
sense that there are there there are the
weaknesses enemies are weak to a type
and then they are sometimes also
resistant the element that the enemies
are weak to you do a 1.2x and then you
do 0.8 damage you do decreased damage if
the enemies are resist resistant to your
damage type your attribute type and then
if they're not weak nor resistant then
you do One X end game sounds very
similar to hunai impact 3 meta chasing
there there are no leaderboards though
so definitely will not be as hardcore
should should not be as bad as hunai
impact 3 where you have to actually
fight other people's wallets equivalent
of jingshi and
acaron what is a what's a jingshi mean
like a burst DPS what's a acaron what's
the equivalent of an haon like a top
tier DPS it's hard to say you can say
some Firefly teams defeat can can clear
things faster than
Aron wait I see me
OB I see
her W I wasn't expecting cutcenes with
are
wow wait that looks
sick I can't wait for me to release
is she going to slash
[Applause]
through
oh I think she's the Akron character who
was asking earlier I need to know who
the acaron character is I think I think
you have your your answer here
wait but I I feel like they're not
releasing a
1.1 given that she's a
ice attack unless they change her I
don't think they would release another
ice attack right away cuz we we have
alen so either they're changing her kit
and releasing her soon or they're not
releasing her
soon I could see the 2.0 release alen is
good alen is very strong she might be
the strongest like in in a vacuum I feel
like she might be the strongest with no
other teammates and now with teammates I
feel like she is even stronger cuz so
Kaku and the Lykan guy is really Op with
her she has like the perfect team comp
whereas julen is kind of like a
potentially she might get a good team in
the
future I would say the top characters
from standard Reena
Grace wolf guy if you have alen or if
you're planning to to pull for
alen and Soldier 11 is pretty good I
think for DPS early game her fire
infusion suppression thing is pretty
cool and then I I feel like neomia and
cola are the weaker to but I don't think
any of them are
particularly bad I think there's just
some that are a bit better and some that
are a bit weaker I feel like the best
team currently might be alen plus Saku
plus Leon but that requires one limit
five star a very specific standard five
star so Kaku at least is featured so
Kaku C4 even reduces ice res the three
of them combo really nicely together
Grace's best team Grace I think really
wants Arena Grace electric
anomaly Grace can probably pair with
Anton if you have Anton or fourstar
Grace Anton Ambi Grace for some anomally
buildup Ambi for stun Anton for DPS
Billy I feel like is weaker than Anton
unless you just like to play Billy as a
DPS like if you like his play style
better Anton I think is pretty strong
confu says I have Elan and so Kaku but
not like Kon I also have it the same
same situation I recommend Ambi Ambi as
our stun character we only have three
stun characters like Kon Ambi is the
four star Ambi is the only four star
stun and then the coleta fire St so I'm
also running alen soak and I'm running
Ambi for the third slot anomaly damage
only skills with oh no I think it is
proficient proficiency Mastery is the
efficiency so how quickly it's like your
weakness efficiency almost anomaly
Mastery affects the efficiency of the
buildup and then your anomaly
proficiency is the
damage your damage for anomalies also
skill from attack and bonus damage bonus
damage attack anomaly efficiency and it
counts like EV the stats of every
character who inflicts the anomaly or
who builds up the
anomaly on your anomaly characters you
usually have some passives that add to
how much you can how quickly can build
your anomaly or how much damage you do
like for Grace whenever she triggers her
eight Stacks using her special or ex
increases her increases the accumula
electric anomaly buildup so generally
they'll have something built into their
kit Grace doesn't really have a team I
feel like she works well with an Anton
cuz Anton wants the enemies to be
shocked and because Grace builds up a
lot of electric anomaly buildup there's
a pretty high chance like you you
overall get a higher up time of shock so
then your Anton can do more
damage I've been leveling up my Anton a
bit for the electric team a Grace Anton
Reena or Grace Anton Ambi if you don't
have Reena feel like Grace and Anton in
general combos pretty well cuz Anton's I
think
core his uh additional ability when
Anton is in Burst Mode when he's hitting
shocked enemies for every four Critical
Hits he does he does need to crit but he
hits a lot of
times and then he he can trigger an
additional bout of shock but it requires
the enemies to be shocked when he's
triggering
this who's your main in this
game I don't know if I have I don't know
if I have a main I really like Soldier
11 but I don't have a soldier
11 I like her cuz of her fiery
attacks and I like the animations and
then the timing is interesting I like
fire fire ice Hydro water I find that I
don't don't like electric characters
that much I'm more of a fire ice type of
like my preferences for the different
attributes I like seeing the fire
effects and I like the ice the ice
effects and I like the water effects can
relate despite some electric characters
being like super cool and awesome I find
that I'm not that excited about them for
whatever reason if miabi was electro
well I don't think I will not like her
anymore
but well we'll see what she is we'll see
what she's
like Electro is more power focused not
always dual wielding Fire and Ice sword
I would do I would do a will fire an ice
sword what about Pikachu Pikachu is
cute cute what was that term cute is
Justice cute as long as your C it
doesn't matter
was really
cute you like neia do you think you
should
rroll wow Grace I think is really good I
feel like in these games it really does
come down to your personal preference at
the end of the day like if you're not
going to have fun playing without neomia
I feel like you should reroll for neomia
depends on how much you like her
especially standard characters you can't
guarantee you'll get one until 300 P at
least so if you feel like you really
like her I would roll it's the order you
place your team important it kind of is
I recommend DPS first stun second and
then your support third
your cuz your support can only proc
quick assist onto your next your next
character so generally you want to
position it
so whether if your DPS is first then
your support wants to be third if your
DPS is second then your support wants to
be wants to be first slot
stun support DPS that works I think I do
DPS stun support so I move it one
forward I think there is bullet fall off
I here I do 91 crit 69 but if I run up
to them close the numbers go up so you
do want to be close with grace even
though she can hit from really far
there's like a for the gun characters
Billy Grace the long range ones if
you're too far you'll do less damage in
general even though you're hitting them
versus here I'm doing over a 100 but if
I run far from them I'm hitting like 56
60 30 so on your long range characters
you do kind of want to be
closer did you see the hidden input that
you can do with Nicole the hold and then
move your joystick
around there're two hidden inputs for
Nicole I think you can hold attack and
then roll your joystick or press your
direction keys and then you can also
Dodge and do that I think it's a
reference to
Pandora from
DMC her suitcase is like the
Pandora weapon from
DMC do you think this is the type of
game where you quick swap often yes the
game literally incentivizes you to Quick
swap cuz you can only Parry with quick
swap I think it's a quick it's
interesting mechanic they really try to
incentivize or remind players about
swapping cuz in games where you have a
character onfield it is easy sometimes
to forget to swap so they tied the Parry
into swap so you can only trigger Perry
by swapping Siri says the Perry swap
actually feels amazing and the Perry
swap it's a very interesting mechanic
and I think they put it in to
incentivize players to swap there's also
the chain attacks where you want to swap
around every time you stun a boss which
is when you build up enough days that
the number gets to 100 the boss becomes
or not the boss enemies enemies become
stunned so unable to move or attack and
then you deal increased damage every
time you trigger a heavy attack on a
stun enemy you can proc chain attacks
where you you're invulnerable and then
your character you can swap around on
your characters and proc their combos
bons let you let you pull on the bang
boo Banner which is like a separate
in-game currency only Banner you can't
swipe on the bo for the Boop hunt and
then the bamboos are like your battle
companions battle pets you can kind of
think of them as pets they have an
active skill and a passive skill and
they buff your main characters while
also dealing a little bit of damage why
does EZ have to be 50 GB it has a lot
of they really they really made their
game bigger since cbt3 I think they
added a lot of things instead of think
of it as why does it have to be 50 GB
you can think of it as wow it has 50 gab
worth of fun and gam play and art and
music and World building world where am
I going
oh wait they have a claim allall for
achievement wow I didn't think they
would have a claim all that's pretty
revolutionary usually all the games make
you make you click on every single
achievement like cuz it's first time and
then they they want to give the players
the experience but we have claim all
it's actually really nice wow time to
hoard
achievements I'm just going around and
claiming claiming
these oh and it tells it keeps talk of
your pity here this is pretty nice we
don't have this in genin or Star R you
have to go and check your pity here it
keeps track of your a rank pity so
you're forc pity and your five star pity
that's really nice quality of life I
like it you don't have to go into your
into your Details page and count many
pages back to figure out what pity
you're on this is pretty nice no one
could ever
