In San Fransisco, during the Unpacked event, which I attended, Samsung announced their new devices.

These devices are the S24 Ultra, S24 Plus and the regular S24.

In this video, I'll discuss 20 features that Samsung hasn't announced during their event.

S24 series can now run 2 esim cards at the same time.

However, the device itself only supports 1 esim. But how can that work?

If you go to the settings, you'll find that you can add multiple esims, which you activate two of them.

You can use dual sim cards without ever having to use a physical card.

All you have to do is to add and then activate them.

Make sure you have an internet connection before you activate the esim cards.

There's a feature that only makes AI features only work on device without using the cloud.

This feature means more powerful privacy in case you want to use AI.

These devices support high privacy.

With these devices, you can now create a unique background or wallpaper.

This is a built-in feature in the S24 series.

With One UI 6.1, the lockscreen will now show widgets such as the battery, weather and so on.

They also appear on the Always-On Display.

This is done because of the newer screen developed by Samsung.

If you don't prefer the capacitive buttons, now you can use the gesture bar.

To enable the Circle to Search feature, you'll have to press and hold on the square button.

With this feature, you won't have to take a photo of what you are trying to search for.

This feature can work from anywhere, whether you are in app or browsing photos.

Samsung KSA website now offers 3 unique colors with the pre-orders.

The colors are orange, green and blue.

Samsung didn't show any of these colors in the event.

These new colors are only available in the official website.

These colors are still available until now.

The new series is now capable of storing HDR Ultra photos.

This feature was first introduce with Android 14.

This means better colors and accuracy.

The new series are better with gaming.

One of the main hurdles facing smartphones when using them for gaming is heat.

But with the bigger and more improved cooling system with the S24 series, gaming will be way better.

I'll have to test this feature and tell you about the results later.

But now matter how better the cooling system, the device will still produce heat.

But companies are doing their best to dissipate heat while extensively using the device.

The camera UI is now different.

It is easier now to reach certain camera features.

If you go to the settings, you'll find a plethora of new features.

One of which is taking photos with high efficiency (HEIF).

This feature is only supported on these devices.

And despite this, some websites and social media platform don't support this type of photos yet.

AI edited photos will have a watermark.

You can remove this watermark, but not the metadata of the photos.

This will allow people to know whether these photos are edited with AI or not, even if it doesn't have a watermark.

WIth the Ultra version, you can record a 4K@60fps videos and switch between cameras while shooting the videos.

This is the first device from Samsung to support this feature.

The S24 series come with a new app called Samsung Find.

Using this app, you can track your different devices that are connected to the SmartThigns platform.

But first, you have to enable SmartThigns and add all your devices to it.

And then you'll be able to track your devices when there's internet connection.

The app comes with the One UI 6.1

This UI is expected to arrive to previous devices soon.

There are 3 different levels of location sharing, and you can adjust them from the app.

There are paid apps that are free on this store, only because you are a Galaxy user.

The lockscreen now is dynamic and changes depending on the status of the weather.

It is a smart feature that is available with the UI.

And to benefit from it, Samsung collected all the features in one place.

This place is in the Settings, Advanced Settings, thenAdvanced Intelligence.

You can find out about all the new AI features from there.

These services will increase throughout the year.

Arabic language is supported, and will be soon available.

These new devices now support sharing files and media using the new enhanced Nearby Share.

This feature will allow you to transfer huge files with nearby Galaxy devices.

You can also do the same with other nearby Android devices.

Or even with computers that use Windows OS.

Nearby Share is an excellent feature.

It is easy to use and setup.

With the S24 Ultra, Samsung reduced the reflection by 75%.

Reflection on the screen is really bothersome.

And based on my personal experience, I think what they said is true.

Wait for the comparison between this device and the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

One UI 6.1 supports 3 levels of battery protection, which will also be supported on devices that receive it later.

The first is the basic, where the battery charges to 100%, and when it reaches 95% it starts to charge again.

The second option is to charge the device to 80%, and then the charging will stop.

It is strange that it only charges up to 80%, though.

The third option is the Dynamic.

This mode charges the battery to 80% and then stop, and later charges the rest of the battery before you start using it.

It is really an excellent feature.

This ensures that the battery won't degrade fast.

Before, you could only charge to 85%.

All the devices support 45W charging speeds.

With the S24 series, you can start a broadcast using bluetooth low energy.

All nearby devices that support Oracast feature can connect and start listening.

This feature is great for team management.

You can now use your S24 devices as an external camera for your tablet.

However, the tablet must run One UI 6.1 with bluetooth and WiFi on for it to work.
