another video
today I am finally going to sit down and
do a full breakdown in honest sit-down
chat with you guys about what I have
used as an unnatural athlete using
anabolics through the course of my
fitness journey now I have only been
using anabolics since the end of 2021
and the reasoning I decided to kind of
hop on some assistance is due to many
reasons and I wanted to break it down
for you guys so I'm going to set you
guys up put you on a tripod and just
chat with you about everything to do
with why what I've used what's worked
what hasn't and everything like that and
this has just been a video that has been
super requested by all of you guys on
social media I did like an honest coming
clean about being an unnatural Athlete
on YouTube a few months ago and I
thought it was finally time to give you
guys all the information that I have
personally and this isn't me
recommending you hop on any anabolics
but a lot of people have used them and a
lot of bikini athletes have reached out
to me and said thank you so much for
being honest and open about the fact
that you have been using them so I don't
know this video I've been putting off
recording for a while because I'm just a
little bit nervous to record it but here
goes nothing sorry Mom oh okay it just
set you guys up in the kitchen gotta
come down a little bit but I am going to
explain

stuff this is her new supplement as you
can see she's going to be injecting some
we have to do that yeah she's going to
be having some tests and some Primo
right in the no I don't inject
like that guys don't worry

no this is an on breakdown and I just
wanted to kind of set the camera up and
chat with you guys because it's been a
while of me teeter-tottering around this
video and I thought it was finally time
I also just wanted the information about
what I've used to be out there because I
want to be honest with you guys I always
am on my social media platforms I'm
always open about like how I'm feeling
what I'm going through Etc sometimes a
little bit too much and it's a little
bit TMI but I thought that doing a
breakdown would help anyone else who has
gone through using anabolics or has
thought about it this like I said this
is not me recommending you take them
personally I enjoy them I haven't had
any negative side effects whatsoever and
they have worked for me personally but
that is just that's what this video is
about it's a personal usage so I have
wrote everything out in terms of what
I've taken how long I've taken it Etc so
that you guys can know all the
information that I have in my brain now
the reason why I decided to become an
unnatural athlete is because I went
through prep in
2021 and it was a long and hard prep it
started at the end of 2020 and it ended
in uh June of 2021. after that prep it
was a very hard for my system to recover
because I had been on prep for so long I
had gone through so harsh of extremes
with my old protocols from my old coach
that I worked with and it was a really
hard prep in general and I feel like I
lost a lot of size I didn't have as much
muscle mess as I needed to actually be a
competitive athlete even though I did
Place well through those competitions
now I decided to do it because I wanted
to take this thing called competing
super seriously obviously you guys know
that my goal is to turn pro and I would
love and dream about stepping on that
Olympia stage one day in the future I
will be able to to accomplish whatever
goals I set as long as I take this Sport
AS seriously as possible and for me the
seriousness and the ties to anabolics
came hand in hand because if you speak
to any of the bikini athletes standing
on the that Olympia stage I will tell
you that at least 95 maybe 98 of those
girls are completely unnatural though
none of them speak about it so I'm not
saying there's anything wrong with it
maybe people just feel like a little bit
more reserved I know that literally
every single guy in bodybuilding talks
about it Brandon is fully honest about
his usage as an unnatural athlete and I
honestly don't know why more females
don't speak about it it is what it is
everyone has a right to their own
information but I felt that it was
finally time for someone to actually
talk about it properly I'm not bashing
anyone I'm not saying that anyone's
doing anything wrong but there's a lot
of information out there for males
competing and being a natural athlete
but for females you don't really have a
lot of information out there you don't
have a lot of people talking about it
you don't have anyone speaking about the
side effects Etc and it's hard as a
female athlete to come around to
deciding to be unnatural since there is
no one speaking about it so time to dig
deep from my experience of using
anabolics I have had tremendous results
in terms of what my body has looked like
from my first prep to my second prep
I'll put these pictures here because
it's night and day and it's absolutely
crazy to see all of that comes down to
the fact that one I was using anabolics
two I was training my ass off three I
was eating and fueling my body to put
that muscle mass on because even though
you are assisted you have to train hard
you have to put in the work and you
still have so much effort that needs to
go into it just because you take a much
pill doesn't mean you're magically gonna
grow muscles now to explain what I have
taken when I've taken it how long I've
taken it Etc and some of these things I
had tested out in order to see how they
would work with my body and all of this
was under the guidance of my coach
Kellum and I'm truly grateful for him
because without him I would have never
decided to become an unnatural athlete
if you asked two and a half years ago
Jordy if she would be an unnatural
athlete she would say hell no but I have
grown so much in the last let's say two
and a half three years I've honestly
transformed my body to
um a badass bikini athlete if I do so
myself I have literally like written out
like everything that I've taken and when
I've taken it I'm not going to tell you
the amounts because they have varied
based on the substance but all of it was
orals except for GH which GH you use a
little micro needle basically and you
basically just slightly inject into your
stomach that's so weird to say I
honestly never thought that I would
actually do like a breakdown video and
talk about the stuff because it's super
awkward but here we go in October 2021
that was about four like August
September October that was four months
after my first prep I decided to
completely give in my Natty card and I
started off with Austrian now Austin is
a sarm and I honestly hated it
completely and I used austrin ngh as my
two main components in order to put on
muscle mass now Austrian I blew up like
a freaking balloon and I felt like I
just gained so much weight and so much
water retention but I felt strong as
hell it was crazy I was lifting weights
that I hadn't lifted in the gym like
ever and it was overwhelming and very
exciting it was weird I was I was very
proud of the strength gains but I did
not enjoy using that substance
whatsoever and I only used it for a four
week period and that was it then I did a
month off after that month off I went
back on in terms of doing like Cycles so
I did three four week Cycles prior to my
prep in 2022 and that is just because as
a female you don't need to pump a lot of
drugs for an extended period of time
they will have their effect on you
within a short period of time and you
don't want to keep them in your body too
long because it is very harsh especially
using orals and not doing injectables
because orals are a lot harder on your
liver it's a lot harder on your
digestive system and it can screw up a
lot of things internally after my month
off I tried anavar ngh again through
this entire process I was on GH the
entire time just because it is a good
thing to include in order to have
healthy bone skin Etc it helps with
recovery and everything in between so GH
was something that was just like a
consistent throughout my entire like
anabolic usage I never really cycled off
GH at all now with anavar I took a small
amount at my first time and I used it
for about five weeks and that was it it
was honestly game changing I felt a lot
of muscle mass put on at that point I'm
giggling about this because I just feel
awkward and I also felt like I didn't
get bloated from antivar like it wasn't
like filling my muscles up with extended
periods of water I didn't experience the
same effects as sarm so I didn't feel
like a bubbly balloon the entire time
and I truly felt like I could get strong
without that feeling and I I loved it I
loved feeling this wrong clearly I like
feeling strong it was the thing that
truly works with me and then I went with
a month off again to cycle off make sure
that all of my hormones were
re-regulated making sure that I was
healthy I also got blood work throughout
this entire process just to make sure my
levels were on point because having your
Bloods done is super important when you
are assisted because it can help you
understand what's going on with your
body and if anything goes kind of out of
whack then you know to pull back as well
and then after that month off I was back
in the UK and something that was used
was Primo pills so not Primo injectable
it was Primo pills and I I felt kind of
like similar to anavar but it wasn't
anything special I preferred using
anavar and I only used the Primo pills
for about four weeks now after that I
was off for about a month and a half of
everything except for GH and that was
just because I want that was right
before prep and I wanted to be healthy
before diving into my prep of 2022. it
was a really good decision because of
course you don't want to go right into
prep after you've been pumping anabolics
for a month or so it just extends the
time that it's in your body when prep
began my my like starting prep cycle
within the first one to two weeks was
Clem T3 and T4 as well as GH the reason
why T3 and T4 were thrown in into there
so early was because of my experience
with my thyroid now my first prep my
thyroid completely bottomed out it was
absolutely nothing my body thought back
because for a majority of it I did it
basically completely naturally until the
last four weeks then I added in a little
bit of clean but it was a little bit too
late for anything to happen at that
point so T3 and T4 will always be within
my preps because my thyroid is just not
functioning properly and it's been a
thing I've been working on it we worked
on it last off season it got better but
again through prep it kind of diminishes
into nothing which is what I'm focusing
on now is getting my hormones rebalanced
and my thyroid back to a actual properly
functioning thyroid I know that speech
speaking about this I'm gonna have a lot
of backlash in terms of like why would
you prep if your thyroid's gonna bottom
out and if you know these things etc etc
but everyone has their reasons and
everyone goes through a different
process so at the end of the day my
choice my body Etc now through prep I
had obviously those four components
within my system and then at about eight
weeks out we popped in anavar because we
wanted to keep me full maintain that
muscle mass that was about all the
components that I use for a majority of
prep and after my first show which was
Calum show in September we decided to
add in aromasan aromasan it's a big
thing and it's a little bit scary
because it's an estrogen blocker and I
was very very very hesitant to use it
but it is something that I did use
because obviously as females we do carry
estrogen within our bodies and the
stubborn Parts AKA under the glutes that
hamstring high-end and the arms is a lot
where it takes a lot longer for body fat
to come off especially when you're
estrogen dominant as a female now this
was added in in order to decrease that
and come in tighter have those hamstring
tie-ins pop and make sure that I had
that complete look I hated the way I
felt when I was taking this because I
truly felt empty I felt like my ice
cream was gone I felt like my identity
as a female was diminishing and it was
really really uncomfortable like I
remember telling Brandon like I feel
nothing like I of course through preps
you're gonna feel tired and you're not
gonna feel yourself but I I felt nothing
I literally wanted nothing no one don't
touch me don't come near me depression
mode I'm not speaking like it was crazy
how that one little thing that one
little pill can affect you mentally
physically and of course I saw results
through that but it was very very hard
mentally to go through that like you're
just you're you're fighting yourself at
that point so I hated it and after my
three shows this year
um I basically like weaned off
everything stopped anavar right away I
stopped aromasan right away and I took
some time off to try to reset my system
and get my health back in check I had
about six weeks off fully of any kind of
external supplements in terms of like
anabolics and then a couple weeks ago
literally the beginning of January we
decided to try substances again in my
system the middle of December I went to
Olympia obviously and it was so amazing
but my body was actually suffering a lot
in terms of my digestive tract in
general things weren't happening the
right way blood in areas it shouldn't be
and that should have been the clue to be
like hey Jordy like maybe not the best
time to add stuff back in we had decided
decided to do a little bit of a cleanup
because pojo was obviously very very
hard for me mentally physically binging
Etc like there was a lot that went on I
got really really sick post show yeah I
went through a binging phase and that
was something that I had to deal with
personally and was a lot on me mentally
but it was also a lot for my system and
clearly it had caught up to me we tried
using anavar T3 T4 Clen to clean things
up but within like a three week period
of trying that stuff out my body has
just like truly been like no bueno no
thank you we don't want any of that in
it whatsoever so right now I am working
with another coach to truly get my
health back in general and make sure
that I am on the right track in order to
be a better athlete one got my thyroid
fixed to fix my digestive system three
and still have those goals of stepping
on stage again and becoming a pro I
wouldn't blame anabolics for those
problems because they aren't the one
main cause it's stress it's preps it's
how hard this sport is on my body
personally and I've gone through a lot
you guys would say were you doing
everything in terms of health to make
sure that you were all good taking these
supplements and being assisted yes I was
Callum has an extensive list of
supplements to be taken as an assisted
athlete to make sure that like any side
effects are combated and make sure that
your system is in full health effect I'm
just gonna summarize all of this kind of
information now I am doing this because
I want to provide information as a
bikini athlete I wish that someone else
had spoken about stuff that they've
taken or anything like that or side
effects that have occurred with them as
a bikini athlete like I wish I could
watch a video two years ago Dougherty
and really understand what people take
and what they go through I had heard
rumors I had heard from Friends Etc but
there was no one really out there
speaking about it so I felt like I need
to fill a void in order to help others
like that's always what my channel what
my Instagram what everything has been
about with me doing social media in
general and this is just another outlet
for me to help Brandon literally told me
he's like answer if I regret being
assisted and truthfully if I was to be
honest with you guys I don't regret it
whatsoever yes I'm going through a
little bit of negative negative side
effects from potentially using the
anabolics potentially my system just
being a but I don't regret it I
have loved seeing my body change through
this I have loved seeing my progress and
welcome welcome to the video again

like digestion thing as well I don't
think personally that it has anything to
do with the anabolics that jordy's used
like you know disrupting because I've
never personally heard of in my in my
entire life male or female anyone sort
of deal with like those sort of Digest
of issues because of anabolics I
personally think the main issue for the
disruption with the whole like you know
whatever's happening down there
we don't talk about it
she like Jordy knows this is my opinion
but it's purely down to the foods
utilized over long durations of time and
like additional stuff that do upset a
lot of people's stomachs overuse of egg
whites and liquid egg whites you know
this isn't like a it's not a real food
and there was a prep where Jordy would
literally eat liquid egg whites for like
four meals a day and that was the most
nutrient dense thing that she would have
and there was also like it was 20 to 30
weeks of egg whites fiber powder
sweeteners that was no no whole meals no
no real density and obviously like we're
not just talking about doing that for a
few months it is the only thing the
body's consuming while unnatural while
starving so you're like giving the body
nothing to survive on this reel I don't
think that there's a place in anyone's
life to do a prep purely on just
chemicals like you need to have whole
food good quality nutrients and stuff
that's going to Aid the body in
recovering from the damage that you're
doing to it from the anabolics from the
training from the extensive like two
hours two and a half hours of cardio
that Jordy was doing and then on top of
that on the off season having like
numerous other sweeteners in like coffee
and all these different like I think
that there's no extensive research in
the prolonged use of all these new
things in our generation that are meals
and Foods created by purely chemicals
and I feel like jordy's a good example
of what can happen when you don't make
great food choices obviously last part
was a bit different because it was like
whole food good for like it was yeah
good meals last prep was Whole Foods and
it was a really good basis it's just
like where has all this come from which
is what I'm trying to figure out but I
definitely think it all started from my
first prep of really screwing up my
system because I suffered for eight
weeks per show of literally bleeding
from my bum so there you go it's
everything intertwined this could be
very very specific to Geordie though
because some people are allergic to
different foods some people can't have
gluten some people can't like you know
everyone is so so different and you have
to prep sort of around that and
obviously introduce an anabolics to
someone's system this is why regulation
preface of course the fact that you know
just because jordy's doing this doesn't
mean you should too because I've
literally said that because at the end
of the day this is my choice my body and
everyone's gonna be affected by it
differently and if there's any dudes
watching I know a guy who I used to be
friends with when I started the gym and
he did like two injections of
testosterone only testosterone and
ananthate and it made him ill like
seriously ill and it was just two Jabs
in and I've jabbed thousands of times in
the last like five to six years and he
couldn't even take two you might not be
someone that can take it so don't just
jump on the bandwagon and I feel like
everyone glorifies this whole bikini
athlete anabolics everything like that
but it's not a glory it's not a
glorified beauty pageant at the end of
the day it's literally like hard work
training as an athlete putting your body
through so much stuff and it's not for
everyone so take all the information
that I've given you guys with a grain of
salt this is an advice for anyone to hop
on anavar or Austin or anything in
between I honestly recommend that
whoever is going through like preps or
anything like that do at least your
first prep natural see if you actually
like the sport before deciding to be
become an unnatural athlete because you
will learn a lot about yourself that's
kind of like how I approached it I did
my first one I decided I loved it and I
wanted to throw myself wholeheartedly
into it and then I decided to go the
route of becoming an unnatural athlete
that's about it guys I can't really say
much more on this subject but I hope
