that I have dabbled into multiple

businesses I'm a multiple business owner

I started a property management company

back in 2020 you know when nobody was

traveling and I started out with one

property I scaled my business to seven

properties within a year so made over

$200,000 in my first year for

reservations and my company started

growing that business and became really

successful in it really fast um the

other thing I started doing with that

company is I started teaching other

people how they can also start an Airbnb

business or an Airbnb type business and

you don't even have to own any

properties and so so one of my parts of

that company I actually did start a

coaching program it's a very fast-paced

simple coaching program you're not going

to be spending $67,000 like I did to get

started it's actually a really cheap

program because I didn't really think

there was a need for me to spend $88,000

business model it could be it could be
