hey guys it's will and I want to share
with you three things that Sam ens told
me that completely changed my life
completely changed my business and made
me millions and millions of dollars and
by sharing these with all of you guys
who watch this video uh My Hope Is that
they can do the exact same thing uh for
all of you as well so just to give you
context if we rewind back to
2020 I think it
was June July August Is
2020 that I finally invested in Sam's
Mastermind now this is a mastermind that
Sam closed about a year and a half ago
now and it used to be called Quantum it
was $36,000 a year and there was a 100
people in there or or thereabouts
depending on the uh the year phenomenal
Mastermind and that Mastermind is
actually where I met the bulk of my
highlevel friends that I'm friends with
uh to this day pretty much all of my my
high level friends I either met them
through a
mastermind or after meeting them in a
mastermind I was introduced to other
people along the way but I dare say 90%
of my high level friends all came from
Mastermind so there's a lesson in that
in itself now I joined
Quantum back again mid
2020 and I'd been watching Sam's content
for quite a while I really resonated
with it I really loved and respected and
trusted
Sam and I wanted to learn from him and
carry on growing and and carry on
scaling my company which back then uh
was the trading education company that I
exited uh last year so I was still in
the process
of uh building and and growing that
company now at that time I can't
remember exactly what we were doing per
month but we were
doing 80 100 120 a month or or or
thereabouts and when I joined Quantum I
I I distinctly remember my first call
with Sam I'll I'll never forget that
call I got on there and it was one of
his uh
weekly Quantum Q&A calls that he used to
do every week for two hours uh all
Mastermind members were welcome and I
remember I got on that call and I
started breaking down my my my business
to Sam so I said look we've got a bronze
thing a silver thing a gold thing
Platinum thing we've got some coaching
that people can buy it's this price it's
that price on and on and on and here's
the first lesson that Sam shared with me
that I want to share with with with all
of you today and it's
this get rid of everything he literally
said he genuinely he said to me will
what is the one thing of all of that
that makes you the most
money and it was the top tier Platinum
program which back then was
uh
2,000 or1 1995 to be specific and that
by far made us the most
money so I said to him well it's it's
the the top thing that we sell it's the
most expensive thing that we sell it's
the thing that you get everything in it
you get the program the documents the
coaching just everything is in there and
that makes us the the most money by far
and he said
right I suggest that you stop selling
everything else get rid of the bronze
silver gold Platinum get rid of the
coaching upsell get rid of the resources
downsell and just sell that one
thing have one main great program with
everything in it simplify the whole
business it's going to simplify
operations for you deliverables for you
it's going to simplify decision- making
for your clients as well
and one thing that that I've always done
and I don't I don't know where I get
this trait from but whenever somebody
above me tells me to do
something I just blindly do it I don't I
don't even question it I don't think
maybe they're
wrong I don't think is this going to
make or break the company I just blindly
do it and I've I've always done that if
if anybody who has made wildly more
money than me who is wildly more
successful than me who is much much much
further ahead than me who I am investing
in and putting my trust in if they tell
me to do something I just do it just do
it and that's exactly what I did so
immediately um we stopped selling all
the teers we stopped selling all the
coaching and we went all in on the one
program for the 200
pounds now that
year in actually December the year
before so December 2019 I joined Alex
Becker's Mastermind his iron
Mastermind and uh we were experimenting
with running a webinar and running ads
and T testing price points and testing
offers and Sam's advice to go all in on
the Platinum program that also carried
into everything else that we were doing
the webinar the ads so on and so forth
and it really by simplifying the product
offering and just selling one main great
thing the benefits of that carried right
through the entire business and we went
from just below a quarter of a million
in
2019 to 1.2 or 1.3 million uh C cash
collected in uh 2020 so
we pretty well we did we we about 5x the
the company that year and it's all
thanks
to uh Alex and also that advice from
from Sam so that was the first thing
that Sam ever shared with me and that's
the first thing that I want to share
with you and and and to this day I
highly highly highly recommend that for
almost all people now nowadays I do have
uh three different tiers that people can
work with me within
but that's just to suit three different
avatars whereas back then we were only
selling to one

will you have three tiers now
though you know but you're saying to
sell one thing but that's because again
we have three very very very different
avatars one is a basically an agency
offer where we just do everything for
the client and that just wouldn't be
possible without that Standalone offer
basically so that's the the caveat there
but uh going back to this I mean before
my YouTube channel blew open and I
started really taking this new
Consulting business seriously if we go
back to uh December last year and and
back I only had one thing it was just my
training program anytime on toone
coaching and my WhatsApp and that was
again it was just one main thing for one
Avatar very very simple very very clear
um and this
is so
powerful so for almost all of you
watching this the next thing that I tell
you is going to really glue all of this
together so wait until I share the
second thing Sam taught me in just a
second but just before I tell you that I
can't stress the importance of
Simplicity one great product one great
offer sold for a high ticket
price that is going to make you a lot of
money
way faster way easier and it's going to
have a much better impact for your
clients as well so that's the first
thing that Sam taught me and uh to this
day it's it's served me immensely well
okay now the second thing that Sam
taught me was actually in the last event
that I ever attended the last because
basically within his
Mastermind um every quarter there'd be
uh an event and it was in person where
you could attend virtually if you
preferred as
well and this was in I think it was the
end of
2022 if I if I remember correctly I
might
be might be slightly wrong there but at
the last event that we ever well that I
ever
attended uh Sam was sharing what he
called the model and this was just
around the time that he was launching
his uh wibe offer and if you've bought
the wibe offer you'll know exactly what
I'm talking about here but the model was
this sell two things High ticket front
end Mastermind on the back
end with a YouTube channel to get
traffic and build trust organically that
is
it that was the model that Sam swore by
lived and died by Tau to everybody in
Quantum advised everybody in Quantum to
do and it was very very simple Sam would
just say look the fastest easiest most
efficient model to sell information
online to sell coaching to sell

this one high ticket product on the
front
end Mastermind on the back end that's it
no upsells no down cells no cross CES no
running ads on Instagram and Facebook
Facebook and Tik Tok and YouTube no low
ticket into mid ticket into high ticket
nothing one high ticket FR an end a high
ticket Mastermind on the back
end with a YouTube channel to grow your
audience and game followers and build
trust that was it and then a bit of
YouTube ads on on top if you wanted to
pour fuel on the fire and again I I
never forgot that and that's before I
started uh the other Avatar stuff that
I've just done recently um in my last
business that's all that we
did Platinum program which back then
when I sold the company was
85,000 one main program 8 and 1 half K
Mastermind on the back end 5K for a
virtual online
Mastermind that's
it and even in this Consulting business
before I started
uh doing what I do now just again
December last year and back exact same
thing uh one main onet toone High ticket
program on the front end and my
Mastermind on the back
end and simplicity I guess it's the same
as as Point number one as well it's just
clean simple very very efficient uh
because of the the ticket prices it's
and this is the thing as well um I was
was literally just on a call with a
newer client on uh Monday this week it's
Wednesday
today and awesome guy fantastic offer
very downto Earth very humble and he
just said to me will how can I get to
10,000 per month that's my first goal I
know it's a small goal um but that's my
first
goal and he had an offer that was ÂŁ150 a
month I think for some kind of group
community with a course with coaching in
there and I think he was doing 2 and a
half thousand a month or or or something
like
that and he said well I'm thinking of
doing a high ticket program and just
doing that what do you think and I said
dude absolutely do that absolutely do
that and the the picture that I painted
for him was this so I said to him if you
want to make 10K a month right what is
the faster easier
way is it two 5K
clients right or is it I I don't know
how many clients you would need to make
10 grand with 15 pound membership I
think 150 for one um 10 people would be
one and a half K 100 people yeah so
something like you can either have two
5K clients or like a
100 uh 150 pound per month clients two
or a
100 and he was just like
Simplicity like I didn't even do the
math and so many people don't even do
the math when they when
they you know think about their pricing
so for you guys watching this right now
how much are you charging or how much do
you want to charge and how much do you
want to make right and if you're selling
let's say let's use the same example
let's say you want to make 50k a
month well you can either have a big
mess of
like I used to and a bronze and a silver
and a gold and a platinum and a low
ticket group and a high ticket program
and a workshop and a mastermind and an
upsell and down sell or you can just
have one great product that you sell for
appropriate price for a high ticket
price and again if we use that 5K price
point which is a long it's it's about
average to be honest I've seen higher
I've seen lower I've seen 3K 4K 5K 8K
10K 12K okay but I'd say five is about
the middle ground of of high ticket
price points from my
experience would you rather get what is
it 2 46 I think it's 10 clients isn't it
yeah so yeah 10 10 at 5K so would you
rather have to make 10 sales to make
50,000 or would you rather have to make
500 sales 50 or 500 and I can tell you
this for a fact it it's just as easy to
make someone give you ÂŁ 150 as it is to
5K if your offer is really good and they
like you trust you respect you you can
genuinely solve their problem you know
it they know it the right person will
just give you 5K they really really
really will so that's the second thing
that I learned from Sam ens the model of
his high ticket front end nothing else
Mastermind on the back end nothing else
and that's the recipe to dominate you
can honestly make hundreds of thousands
of dollars a month with that model and
that's why Sam is teaching it to to us
all um because it's just the most
efficient way to to get there so that's
number
two now number three I was literally
just talking about this yesterday with
with one of my clients on a oneto one
that I was having with the guy and Sam
used to stress the importance of
product he used to say
you know if if your product is really
really great it's really well made
really well built it's deep it's
extensive it ticks all the boxes all
areas are
covered and it's just a phenomenal
product then your life is going to be
easier your business is going to be
easier you're going to make more money
you're going to make it for
longer and the longtail effect of having
a great product I and I've really really
learned this over the last two years is
phenomenal it is in fact literally
literally this morning I woke up and I
had an Instagram message um from from a
guy I can't remember his name and he
said uh this person that I know bought
your program said it was amazing will
this other person bought your program
and said it was amazing will I want to
buy your program please what what do I
do do I need to book a call can you just
give me access and I just thought to
myself that is so it just feels so good
it feels so fulfilling when other people
sing your praises
because I can just imagine that guy
being in a room or on a call with those
people and if the product was good as as
as it is then I can just imagine them
saying yeah I went through Will's
program it was awesome it was deep
detailed it was a game changer for me I
made loads of money and it's just like
the best free advert in the world
especially when it comes from your
friends and equally I can imagine that
if if my product was
rubbish then it would have been a whole
different Ball Game Wouldn't it they
would have been saying oh don't buy that
you know Will's product is rubbish it's
it's not whatever you know and then
they'd like oh yeah I'll I'll avoid that
guy so it's the word of mouth of having
a great product and really doing what
you say you can and will
do is a game changer that from my
experience most people
underestimate H honestly nine out of 10
people seriously underestimate having a
great product now there is a caveat that
I want to add and Sam added this for me
in fact if you've ever been through any
any of Sam's training programs uh one of
the first things that he says in there
is just start with an MVP a minimum
viable product so if you're just if
you're new to this I'm not saying this
I'm not saying go and spend six months
making a product do not do that that's
really stupid here's the way to do it
and this is the way that Sam teaches and
it's the way that I teach as well just
make a
program that is good enough to start and
go and sell a few people in five 10
people put them through and they're
going to have feedback they're going to
say and I I remember this from my first
product as well people would say oh why
isn't this in there or I'm getting stuck
on this can you help me with this or is
there another way to do this or that or
whatever they give you feedback and then
you make your product better then you
sell more people in then you make the
product better again
then you sell more people in then you
make the product better again that is
how a great product is is created over
time so if you're brand new to this do
not go and try and build an amazing
product you don't even know what an
amazing product is yet okay and and you
don't know what to build yet that's
going to be perfect for the people for
for your customers right so build
something like an an MVP a minimum
valuable product just good to get get
people just good enough to get people a
result get 5 10 15 people in get their
feedback make it better a few more
people get their feedback make it better
and I've done that over the last two
years with this the the training program
that I now share with people with with
my
clients it is it is it is a beast it's
just insane it's like not only
everything that I've ever learned about
how to build and grow and exit one of
these online information businesses but
because I've put the better part of
250ish people through it now and got all
their feedback and got all their
guidance and whenever anyone gets stuck
I remake the program in different ways
and just keep making it better and
better and better and better it's got to
the stage now where if you're knew that
Bloody program can get you to 10 20 30k
a month no problem if you experience
that program can get you from 100K per
month to 300 to 500 K per month plus no
problem everything is in there but it's
only now in there this is my point
because I mean number one I've
physically done this for almost a decade
so I know exactly what I'm doing and
what I'm talking about and I'm one of
the best in the world it without being I
mean too nonh humble um that's just
a fact backed up by all the evidence in
the world nonetheless and all the
clients that have gone through it you
know all the case studies all the
testimonials I've got a whole bloody
YouTube Channel full of video
testimonials with people's full names
you can search them you can search their
businesses you can bloody message them
uh and again just like the guy that
messaged me this morning the feedback
will be hopefully hopefully touch would
uh the same it's like yeah Will's
program is amazing it is a game changer
it's changed my life it's changed my
business it's made me tons and tons of
money go and buy
it so and when I first went through
Sam's
product I know that I went through it
about I mean Sam had been iterating on
that program for years so I went through
that program when it was like at its
best I know that he'd rebuilt it three

program man so well made so well

and you know mini videos oh it was just

you've got to do is just sell a high
ticket front end man that's it just sell
one great program at three or four or 5K
and it's just not hard man it's just
really not hard like I could teach my
bloody mom I might even do this in in

with my girlfriend and just documenting
me building a brand new business with a
brand new person with no knowledge just
to show how easy this stuff is so I
actually might do that in the future and

of having a great product that really
works that people love because it will
do your sales and marketing for
