I've been using for the past 6 months to
transform my life reinvent myself and
achieve all of my goals this system has
helped transforming me from someone who
was unconfident unhealthy lack Direction
and desperately needed a change to
someone who is now running her own
business managing a team of five I am
now also much stronger mentally and
physically and my only hope in making
this video is that you can also do the
same in this video I'll be showing you
how I'm setting my personal goals for
the next 90 days so you can see exactly
how I set my goals and how I plan to
achieve them which will give you a very
practical idea of how you can do the
same but first I want to touch bace as
to why 90 days is a good way to start if
you want to reinvent yourself or want to
change statistically speaking it takes
around 21 days to form a new habit but
it takes 66 days for that new habit to
become automatic so therefore 90 days is
long enough to keep you excited
motivated but also long enough for that
habits or the change that you make to
become automatic and the first step is
to do a full life audit I mentioned this
in detail in a video that I made 2
months ago so feel free to check that
out but just just to go through that
quickly based on the Wheel of Life I
write down exactly where I am in each
area of the wheel of life and what I
also do is I would write down where I
want to be what I want for myself for
that area I would write these down in
details so that I can identify the gaps
between my current self and what I want
for myself in the future and once you
see that Gap you want to pick around two
or three areas of life that you want to
work on for this 90 days or this quar
because you don't want to overwhelm
Yourself by doing many of them and ended
up not achieve any of them remember is
not about numbers of goals that you set
but actually it's more about number of
goals that you can actually achieve and
I would recommend anyone doing this
every now and again especially when you
feel like you're a little bit behind or
you don't feel good about life you don't
feel good about yourself but you're not
quite sure what it is that you need to
work on I did this myself when I started
my reinvention journey a couple of
months ago where I just didn't feel good
but I didn't really know why I didn't
really know what was causing it but
doing this exercise intentional life
audit it came to light that the area
that I was really unhappy the most was
my health and my negative mindset and
those were the two that I focused on
changing in the first 90 days and just
working on those two massively change
how I feel about everything I became a
much happier person I had more positive
outlook in life so you'll be amazed how
few little things can actually have a
big impact in your life and on top of
that every time I do a live audit what I
also like to do is write down a brief
vision of my ideal future let's say it's
a life Vision 5 or 10 years from now and
this is important because all your
desires goals should align or contribute
towards the life that you want to have
in 5 or 10 years so let's go over to my
laptop and I can show you exactly what I
mean okay so this is a template that
I've been using for the past 6 months to
achieve all my goals once I've got all
my ideal life all my 5 to 10 years
Vision then I work on my onee goal So
based on that big overarching goals what
do I actually want to achieve this year
to work closer towards my five or 10
years plan and I broken down into four
areas for you it could be something else
but for me my main focus for this year
will be on personal growth business
physical and mental health and
experiences and actually looking at this
now just makes me feel kind of proud of
myself I can promise you that there were
years that I set even half of these and
I never ever were able to achieve them
because I didn't have a good system but
this year as you can see I have already
crossed off a lot of them so so that
speaks volume of how important it is to
have a good system by the way if you
want this exact template I will leave
the link in the description but really
you can use any template you prefer or
the template that you already have after
yearly go I then narrow down what I want
to focus on this quarter and for me for
this quarter or this 90day I want to
focus on my business I want to increase
net profit margin by 5% because if you
look at my vision my vision for this
business is actually to increase the
valuation by threefold so what can I do
this quarter to make sure that in 5
years time this business faes three
times more than it does I also want to
focus on personal brand and another
thing that I want to focus on is kind of
relate to the list I already cross off
which is settling down in the US in a
new country these three then become my
goals for the next quarter the next 90
days the goals have been set how do I
actually plan and to achieve all these
goals and this is where the 12we year
method comes in according to the 12we
year book and it is such a great book
I'm not going to go into details in this
video but I want to show you how I apply
the knowledge from that book into how I
plan to achieve all my goals the notion
of the 12we year is consistent actions
turns dreams into reality so therefore
what we do every day is actually what
counts I can say that I want to be
healthy I can say that I want to get
stronger but unless I go to the gym
consistently three to four times a week
and consistently eating healthy I am
never going to get there so instead of
setting traditional goals that I never
really achieved I've switched to the
12-week year actions based scorecard so
let me run through how that works so
each goal has to have several tactics in
order to get to the goal and for each
week we need to plan what are the
actionable steps that we are going to do
so that we make sure that we work
towards all these goals every week and
every month and therefore we will have a
successful quarter of reaching the goals
so for me one of the first tactics that
I am going to be implementing to reach
that goal is transfer appointments into
the new system so that we reduce no show
late cancellations by the way I run a
dog grooming salon so that is what I
think is going to contribute to the net
profit margin of the business and I want
to make sure that I work on these daily
so every day I'll be entering the
appointments on paper onto our new
system so that in 90 days time I have
all the appointments in the system
another thing to increase net profit
margin is of course increasing Revenue
so what can I do to increase the
company's Revenue so what I can do is I
can tell two people a day about our
other products the retail products that
we have on on the shelf and in order to
increase profit margin I need to have a
good understanding of the where the
revenues are coming from and where the
big costs are so therefore every week I
should do a weekly checkin and I would
do that once a week another thing that I
can do as I think about it now is to
build a stronger relationship with my
clients and I can do that by doing
weekly Instagram post and in order to do
the post I need to film edit so those
are very specific achievable and
relevant and in order to make sure that
I keep track of all my actions at the
end of each week I would go into this
notion page and then I would tick off
the things that I've done so this week
and I've been doing that every single
day and therefore I'm getting 100 on
that tick I have achieved 100% for this
week now the second one tell two people
a day about retail product and I am
going to be honest there was only one
day that I told two people so I only got
20% score now I'll come back to this in
a second but let's move on to another
tactic check in revenues and cost and
margin I haven't done but I will do
straight after filming this video so
I'll will mark this as done I did film I
did edit and I did post so I got 100% on
that one and as you can see for this
goal I achieved 75% this week now in the
book The author describes that you don't
need to aim for Perfection but if you
achieve around 85% every single week
that means you are certainly definitely
going to hit your your goals if there
are instances where okay you're not even
hitting 50% or 85% of the goal then
there are two things that could happen
first whether this goal is realistic or
another thing is it could be that I
didn't try hard enough and I am going to
admit that for this one I didn't try
hard enough because this is so out of my
comfort zone I've never been in a sales
position I've never been in a client
facing position but I know that I need
to learn so therefore it's fine that I
don't achieve 100% on this tactic this
week I'll do better next week but doing
action-based score card rather than just
set random goals you know exactly what
is lacking and what you needs to work on
and whether or not your goals are
realistic whether you have enough time
of the day to do all those and you can
revise the goals next week so I know
that for week one for this goal I
achieved 75% and I am working a little
bit closer towards achieving 100% of the
goal and just in case you're curious
here are my tactics and action plans for
goal number two which is building
personal brand and goal number three
which is settling in a new country
another tool that I use to make sure
that I keep taking actions is to utilize
Google Calendar I block my calendar in
the morning to check Notions I also
block 15 minutes on my calendar to check
in every evening to make sure that I'm
not missing out on any task and making
sure that if there's something that I
forget throughout the day that I get
them done done I also use task function
on Google Calendar to set a task to
remind me of the task that I keep
forgetting so I get notification during
the day to remind me to perform that
task you can also use app like habits
now which is something that I used
before previously but lately with Google
Calendar I can cheack all my tasks and
that is also the app that I use for my
calendar so it's kind of everything all
at one go and of course after you doing
this for a while there are are going to
be time where you feel
unmotivated and that happens to the best
of us and what I find really helpful
when it comes to the time where I feel a
little weak and unmotivated to not
follow through my actions plans and my
goals is to look at my vision it is kind
of like your why almost to remind you of
why you doing the things that you're
doing why are you saying these goals to
begin with and why you're setting all
these action plans to begin with I think
sometimes it is so easy to lose sight of
what we working towards constantly
remind yourself of your why your bigger

reminder that we are on the way to the
