5 stesso veloci per differenziarsi dalla
concorrenza ben tornato da andrea lisi
podcast copy persuasivo puntata 193
siamo qui dal 2016 ad aiutare
professionisti imprenditori e chiunque
anche manager o aspiranti professionisti
in questo settore vuole avere più
impatto più vendite più profitti con il
potere delle parole sfruttiamo l'arte
della persuasione così come c'è stata
tramandata da aristotele in poi e tutte
le tecniche che funzionano anche nel
mondo odierno digitale
io personalmente ho creato un'azienda da
centinaia di migliaia di euro e decine
di persone che ci lavorano dal nulla
semplicemente da un computer iniziando
anni fa quando nessuno pensava che si
potesse lavorare in remoto tanto meno
fare il copywriter free lance e in
italia e adesso aiuto tante altre
devi ragionarci in maniera strategica
aziende nostri clienti a dover creare
nuovi eccetera eccetera
solo se è chiaro a livello strategico
cosa ti rende superiore ad altri o
perlomeno diverso da altri o magari
unico non vuol dire che non ai
concorrenti vuol dire che sulla base di
quelli che sono i tuoi concorrenti poi
costruire una storia diversa una
proposta diversa per il tuo potenziale
cliente che è bombardato ricordatelo
tutti i giorni da messaggi di tuoi
concorrenti diretti e indiretti
arriviamo proprio a questo adesso primo
step sia che tu stia ragionando sul
business in partenza completamente a
zero oppure vuoi sviluppare nuovi canali
neanche sapevano di volere no purtroppo
possiamo prendere effettivamente quelli
che sono le promesse che stanno facendo
gli altri nostri competitor diretti e
vedere cosa possiamo dare di diverso la
fotografia ci serve proprio a evitare di
usare parole banali tipo qualità
migliore è efficace cosa del genere che
hanno un significato diverso per ognuno
quindi alla qualità il servizio
l'affidabilità eccetera eccetera
dobbiamo misurare dobbiamo concretizzare
queste nuove startup sorte negli ultimi
dieci anni che hanno modelli di business
e di mettersi in mezzo tra il
consumatore e fornitori quindi fare da
tramite un po come airbnb eccetera
allora per quanto riguarda huber senza
andare in profondo però fondamentalmente
tanti prodotti a basso prezzo
probabilmente amazon ti ha devastato e
questo è trasversale in tanti settori
che sono nati sul puro commercio al
dettaglio ok perché quei prodotti li
ormai la personali può trovare senza
intermediario come un simbolo
intermediario amazon che è molto più
potente sul prezzo basso e sul servizio
soprattutto insieme a quel prezzo basso
quindi non valutare solo i concorrenti
diretti valuta anche i concorrenti
indiretti cioè coloro che possono
portarti problemi anche se non rientra
nella tua categoria professionale
aziendale e nel tuo codice ateco eccola
e poi c'è anche l'altro peggiore
concorrente forse ancora peggiori in
far nulla e come tu puoi scardinare poi
avuto appunto in consulenza colico avuto
in dettaglio all'interno del manuale te
marketing molto superiori o soprattutto
non era rifatto campagna buttando soldi
per cercare cliccare in testa alla gente
un concetto che per loro è poco
desiderabile per i motivi che dicevamo
prima quindi quattro step di fare una
sintesi di questi fattori queste
risposte
usciti come potenziali fattori
differenzianti futuri quindi nuove
appunto strateghi come insegna l'arte
chiaro effettivamente cosa differenzia
in fondo è molto veloce come operazione
prossima settimana ciao
