how you can set up missed call text back
automation now there's a couple of ways
you can do that assuming you've got a
virtual number either from twilio or
from LC phone system you're gonna go to
settings and uh if you come down here
there's a feature called missed call
text back
now you can enable this
any chance you don't like this or you
just don't want to use that
what you're going to do is you're going
to disable this from here and then go to
you know after saving obviously
go to automations
and then create a new workflow
start from scratch
I'm going to call this missed
call text back
and I'm gonna say call status
now the reason why I'm using this
is because I can set up different
filters and based on the different
filters I could send uh automated
different automated messages right so
let me show you what I mean so the call
direction will be incoming to the number
and the call status will be
no answer busy so I don't want to go
with busy just no answer so let's go no
answer and then I could just send an SMS
that's it
so this is when call status is no answer
right uh if the call is declined so in
this case if the call is busy
I mean the call status is busy hey sorry
your call
something like that
also if the call status is canceled or
completed uh I don't want to go it
completed so that's a different uh
conversation so I'm I'm just gonna
explain busy and uh no answer right here
and also there you can see uh different
filters so you can choose the phone
number also based on if you have like
multiple phone numbers for multiple
agents or multiple team members in your
uh in your company you could uh select
the phone numbers in this case I only
have one that's why I'm selecting
nothing here so by default it will be
working for that phone number so I'm
just gonna select no answer
and the SMS will be sorry I missed your
call so this is what
uh high level will be sending to the
number who whose call you missed right
so publish it and hit save
and yeah this is your missed call text
back automation
