made a good choice because Iran Iranian

strengthen their brand
and to have a strong Iran brand
it starts with the people
so it's not about politics it is not
about religion
it's not about
these kind of things it's about you as
an individual
you people from Iran you need to take
the responsibility to develop yourself
don't wait for anybody it is your duty
it is your ethical Duty
to become a strong brand by being
smarter more creative more innovative
and align that with your values so that
you also develop personal integrity
because branding is also what you
promise to order
but you will destroy that
you will destroy your brand if you don't
deliver what you promise to others
that means if you promise somebody that
you will
deliver this and you don't deliver then
you will damage that that means your
personal brand should be aligned with
your with your action with your behavior
so that you don't come in conflict with
your conscious and that I call personal
integrity
and personal Integrity is very very
important because
without that there is no ethical
leadership
so authentic personal branding is an
essential part of ethical

leadership globally is gone there is no
ethical leadership globally
not in Russia not in America not in
Europe there's a lot of corruption going
on
and the the world is being destroyed
step by step very soon
so we need to wake up
we need to wake up everywhere not only
in Iran
also in America also in Europe also in
China
so that is the movement I started also
with my new book

started because of this respect of
animal and the nature
so we need to have a new system
to align to harmonize
personal human development with the
development of Nature and respect for
animals make it a holistic system and
apply that because there is a lot of
blah blah blah and globally
with so many books about leadership
branding did but all the same blah blah
blah BS
so we need to apply that
that's why I started the move on 20 well
25 years ago with almost 25 books
globally also endorsed by Harvard
Business School MIT Etc
and I hope people globally and now we
are talking about Iran
I hope the people in Iran will use these
techniques especially the new book so I

focus on sustainability

about empathy empathy means you need to
make the emotional connection with
others again

and that is all about the personal
branding it's not about marketing not
about sales
it is the personal brand is the
emotional connection you make but for
that it should be
it should be holistic it should be
sustainable it should start with your
values with your dreams
and then translate that
into your personal brand not only a nice
brand statement
check also what is your SWOT what is
your audio strength and your weakness
what makes you you need
discover that
99 of the people globally also in Brazil
and China and America Europe
they don't know themselves
and the problem is they don't know it
they don't know that they don't know it
foreign
so how will you develop yourself for you
and your family
and for your company and for your
country sustainably if you don't know
that
we don't take five minutes time a day to
think about
why I am here on Earth
if I die what Legacy would I leave
behind
who am I
for that I developed a framework to
discover and re-engineer and redesign
yourself
and that is the starting point of a
strong personal brand
it's all about creativity
all about innovation
Einstein said you cannot
solve the court of problems we have
globally and in Iran with the same way
of thinking we had when we created that
you need to have a new way of thinking
that is what Einstein said about 100
years ago
but nobody's thinking about that I think
that you need to focus on imagination
you need to focus on the value and align
that
you need to
reduce your ego
you need to balance your right side of
your brains with your right left side of
the brains
he didn't say how I ca I come with how
in my new books also in this personal
branding book which you are launching
now in Iran this week
so it is your responsibility
to launch this book and to help
everybody in Iran to implement that
and it's not difficult
it will take you two months for yourself
to redesign yourself and discover
yourself and attract success
success will not come to you you need to
attract it

the chart if you see in the personal

it's a charge it starts with your
mission your vision and your key roles
translated that in your objectives
short-term objectives objectives
the measures how you measure that
because you must measure them and the
targets and the action
it's a charge it will take you one month
to Define that

and you implement all these elements in
that chart
every day
within two months you will see you will
change
you will be become smarter you will
become more successful
and you don't need anybody else to guide
you to coach you you need only yourself

both is about emotional intelligence
