Q & A
What does the speaker mean when they refer to the 'Shadow'?
-The 'Shadow' refers to the unconscious aspects of one's personality that are often hidden from oneself and others. It represents the darker, unacknowledged parts of the self that can influence behavior and decisions without our conscious awareness.
Why is it important to confront the 'Shadow'?
-Confronting the 'Shadow' is essential for personal growth and self-awareness. It allows individuals to understand the underlying motivations and patterns that may be sabotaging their goals and desires, and to integrate these aspects into their conscious self to lead a more authentic and fulfilling life.
What is the significance of the quote by Carl Jung mentioned in the script?
-The quote by Carl Jung emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and understanding the darker parts of oneself. It suggests that recognizing and integrating the 'Shadow' can lead to personal enlightenment and spiritual growth.
What are the four main personality archetypes according to Carl Jung?
-The four main personality archetypes according to Carl Jung are the Persona, Anima/Animus, Self, and the Shadow. The Persona is the public mask we wear, the Anima/Animus represents our inner child, the Self is the higher self connected to the divine, and the Shadow is the part of us that we keep hidden.
How does the speaker describe their personal journey of confronting the 'Shadow'?
-The speaker describes a transformative journey that began with self-doubt, a people-pleasing attitude, and fear of embarrassment. Through understanding and confronting their 'Shadow,' they were able to overcome a victim mindset and create a life that aligned with their true desires, including wealth and fulfilling relationships.
What is the concept of 'San Karma' in the context of the script?
-San Karma, as mentioned in the script, is the accumulated karma across all lifetimes according to yogic beliefs. It represents the total storehouse of actions, both mental and physical, that influence one's current and future experiences.
How does the speaker's friend, the real estate investor, deal with negative thoughts?
-The real estate investor deals with negative thoughts by 'stuffing them out' and focusing on the positive. However, the speaker suggests that this approach is problematic as it does not properly address the underlying issues.
What does the speaker mean by 'making the unconscious conscious'?
-Making the unconscious conscious involves bringing awareness to the hidden aspects of the self, such as the 'Shadow,' and integrating them into one's conscious understanding. This process allows for greater self-mastery and the ability to direct one's life intentionally rather than being directed by unconscious forces.
What is the 'Letting Go' method as described by David R. Hawkins?
-The 'Letting Go' method is a three-step process involving acceptance of thoughts and feelings without resistance, focusing on the underlying feeling rather than the thought, and observing these feelings and thoughts from a detached, witness perspective. This method is intended to dissolve karma and promote personal freedom.
How does the speaker define 'true freedom'?
-The speaker defines 'true freedom' as the ability to do what's necessary in any given moment joyfully, without being enslaved to one's thoughts and feelings. It involves internal freedom where one is unaffected by external circumstances and can maintain a state of equanimity.
What advice does the speaker give for creating positive karma?
-The speaker advises to focus on positive attention and has created a video on 'The Quantum Law' that provides a comprehensive guide on how to build conscious karma. They encourage viewers to watch this video for insights on creating a life that aligns with their desires.
Outlines
😀 Understanding the Shadow and Its Impact on Life
The speaker discusses the concept of the Shadow, a term coined by Carl Jung, which refers to the unconscious parts of ourselves that we don't want others to see. They share their personal journey of self-discovery and how confronting their Shadow allowed them to create their ideal life. The speaker emphasizes the importance of performing Shadow work to become aware of and deal with this hidden aspect of ourselves. They also introduce the idea of the Persona, Anima/Animus, Self, and Shadow as the four main personality archetypes.
🧘♂️ The Law of Karma and Dealing with Negativity
The speaker explains the yogic concept of karma and how it relates to our thoughts and actions. They describe the four types of karma: Sanchita (accumulated karma from past lives), Prarabdha (current lifetime's allotment), Aami (actions in the present that affect future lives), and Kriyaman (short-term consequences of present actions). The speaker emphasizes that how we deal with our negative thoughts and feelings determines the type of karma we accumulate. They discuss the importance of not suppressing or resisting our feelings, as this creates more negative karma. Instead, they advocate for the surrender method as the most effective way to dissolve karma and achieve inner freedom.
📚 The Process of Letting Go and Surrendering to Our Feelings
The speaker outlines a three-step process from David R. Hawkins' book 'Letting Go' to help deal with our Shadow side and negative feelings. The steps are: 1) Accept and let be the thought or feeling that arises, without trying to push it away. 2) Focus on the underlying feeling, not the thought, and allow it to exist without judgment. 3) Get into witness mode, observing the feeling as it evolves without identifying with it. The speaker shares how practicing this method has transformed their life and freed them from being controlled by their negative thoughts and emotions.
🧘♀️ Achieving True Freedom by Surrendering to Life
The speaker discusses the concept of true freedom, which is not about doing what we want, but rather about being able to joyfully do what is necessary in the present moment. They emphasize that freedom comes from surrendering to life and not resisting our thoughts and feelings. When we are fully surrendered, we no longer identify with our thoughts and emotions, and we become untouchable and bulletproof, no matter what is happening outside of us. The speaker shares a story about Buddha and how he was at peace with the idea of going to hell, as he had achieved inner freedom. The speaker encourages viewers to practice surrendering and letting go to create the positive karma and life they desire.

until you make the unconscious conscious
it will direct your life and you will
call it fate K on my channel I've always
avoided this topic the topic of the
Shadow why in the past I always wanted
to keep things positive but the truth is
I would be doing you a diservice if I
weren't revealing to you the whole truth
see over the last 7 years I've been on a
very deep personal development Journey
from being a people pleaser trying to
get everyone to like me because I was
bullied as a child caring about how I
looked and always fearing embarrassment
and ruining my social reputation it kept
me stuck in a victim mindset and always
far away from the life that I truly
wanted to live the kind of money that I
wanted to make and the relationships
that I actually wanted to have it felt
as though I kept attracting the same
situations over and over again and I
just couldn't understand why until one
day I I realized what was happening that
day was when I first read that quote by
K young there was something unconscious
that was controlling me from a very dark
place that needed to be confronted but I
just couldn't pinpoint what it was
that's when I found out about the Shadow
and I finally confronted it within a few
short years I was able to create the
exact life that I dreamed of for years
the relationship the wealth the full
fillment it all fell into place as
though a huge block was just lifted the
term Shadow was coined by car young
still to this day it remains a mystery
Yung believed that there were four main
personality archetypes that we all
possess number one is the Persona which
is the self or mask that we wear in
public number two is the anima or animus
our inner child number three is the self
which is our higher self that that is
united with God and Number Four The
Shadow the deepest darkest parts of us
we don't want anyone to know about and
in the red book young says he who
comprehends the darkness in himself to
him the light is near he who does not
want evil will have no chance to save
his soul from hell in today's video I
want to share with you how to confront
the darkness within you so that you can
create the life that you truly intend
and not have a dark force keeping you
back from experiencing it but more
importantly how to become aware of that
shadow side of you that has kept itself
hidden for your whole life and that's
been sabotaging your results to do that
we must understand how to perform Shadow
work but in particular I'll share an
exercise that has helped me the most
with this before we get to the exercise
we must first understand the shadow a
little bit better with that let's get
started to begin with what I want you to
understand is that every single one of
us we all possess a dark side or a
shadow side to each and every single one
of us how you deal with your dark side
determines how your life turns out
whether or not you're going to be
successful whether or not you're going
to live the life that you want to live
to give you an example to demonstrate
this point a few
uh months ago I was having dinner with a
very good friend of mine and he was a
very successful real estate investor
telling me how yeah I feel so dialed
this year everything's going great but
then all of a sudden I just get these
negative thoughts and so I ask him how
do you deal with these negative thoughts
he's like oh well I just stuff them out
and you know put them to the side and I
just try to focus on the positive and I
told him there in lies the problem
that's where the problem is because
you're not properly dealing with them so
the big misconception people have is
that having negative thoughts is bad
right especially when you get into this
personal development Journey you start
to think oh having negative thoughts is
a bad thing a very long time ago I
learned that the desire to have positive
thoughts itself is a negative experience
I remember reading this book by Mark
Manson he was talking about this in the
book called subtle art of not giving a
and that's always stayed with me
for a very very long time because when
we try to desire the positive that
itself is a negative experience within
our psyche so that's what klung really
talks about learning how to properly
deal with their Shadow Self and the very
first time I was introduced to my shadow
self was when I was 4 years old and I
remember one day just getting these very
very negative thoughts at the time my
parents traveled a lot one day I just
had this negative thought of what if my
parents have like a plane crash and die
what's going to happen then and that
thought just kept recurring and every
time it came up I just tried to push it
away push it away I just didn't know how
to deal with it and throughout my whole
life I up until the point that I really
learned the yogic sciences and the law
of karma I was always haunted by these
frequent pangs of negative thoughts that
I didn't know how to deal with that I
stuffed them to the side and they always
kind of showed up and crept up in my
life in different ways the mere tiny
ones actually manifested into physical
existence and they really stopped me
from experiencing the life that I wanted
to fully experience until the time that
I was around 19 years old when I started
to learn about the yogic Sciences so for
those of you who have dealt with your
negativity and you see that negative
thoughts are the bane of your existence
you don't have any control over it and
you are controlled by this dark force
holding you at your heels once you
understand the law of karma everything
is going to change for you within the
karmic laws there's basically four main
laws okay there's four main types of
karma the first type of karma that the
yogis believed is what's known as the
San comma if you believe this that we
have multiple separate lifetimes it
karma then is the karma that we've
accumulated across all lifetimes it's
like the total Storehouse the total
factory of karma that we've accumulated
now the word Karma literally translates
to action whether this be mental action
in accepting or resisting thoughts and
feelings or in physical action you might
think your mental actions have no
consequence but they do if you're
watching this Channel and you're into
the Law of Attraction and creating a
reality you know that your internal
thoughts and feelings they influence
your reality even though it may not be
direct so San karma is the karma the
action that has been accumulated
throughout all of our lifetimes the next
below that is what's known as the paraba
karma the paraba is the allotment of
karma that gets triggered and activated
for this lifetime because we can't
handle all of our sun in one lifetime so
only a certain amount gets allotted and
when you run out if you're spiritually
welldeveloped enough and you have proper
s and a proper practice and you've
worked out a lot of your karma then you
can activate more and more until you
work out all of the karma of all of your
lifetimes in one lifetime but that
requires a very high degree advanced
level of spiritual awareness of
spiritual growth okay but it's not
entirely impossible and a lot of yogis
that's what their journey is throughout
this lifetime is to undo all of their
karma so they can no longer be reborn
into this same cycle of Sam Sara or
suffering paraba is the current
allotment of karma that we have that
gets activated that we can handle in
this lifetime later on I'm going to give
you a story that demonstrate this point
so I want you to pay close attention to
this because once you understand that
story you'll no longer be held back by
this dark side but you can use it to
actually create favorable circumstances
in your life the third type of karma is
what's known as the aami karma the aami
karma are the actions that we take today
the karma that we have today that gets
stored up for the future for our future
lifetimes it goes straight into San so
this is more of a long-term consequences
of our current actions and the final
type of comma is what's known as the
cream Mana comma what the cream Mana
comma is is the short-term comma so the
actions that we take today that
immediately produces a consequence in
this current lifetime for example if I
were to drop this piece of chalk the
consequence is that this chalk breaks
into multiple pieces in this Lifetime
and I can see that consequence that's K
man aarma however the long-term
consequence could be that in a future
LIF time this uh piece of broken chalk
it causes ripples in the atmosphere and
it creates a tornado because the
disturbance of this chalk breaking I
don't know it's a highly unlikely
scenario but it's not impossible so
that's the difference between cre aami
aami is something that affects you in
the very very future more of a future
Lifetime and get stored in the sun chter
because there's not enough space to be
handled here and cream is something that
you're going to experience in this
current lifetime so the caman is more of
a cause and effect kind of chain in the
short term let's listen to this story to
fully understand this let's say we have
someone by the name of Jane a lady by
the name of Jane who becomes a medical
doctor she has a legacy in Harvard
Medical School because her dad went to
Harvard Medical her spirit takes on the
womb of that particular family because
of her son TI Karma and she has a desire
to care for people and heal them that's
her son chitter that's why she's born
into a family of doctors in that
instance what paraba would look like
would be that Jane becomes a surgeon and
not a medical doctor or a nurse because
of certain things within her own sanitt
the allotment of karma that gets
activated is being a surgeon because she
can more effectively let's say heal
people or actually directly cause a
healing in someone aami Karma would be
the actions that she takes today let's
she let's say she does something that's
unethical that affects her future
lifetime she gets born as someone who's
a criminal cream Mana in this instance
would be the actions that she takes
today let's say she has neglected her
health because she's been working so
hard at being a great suron She's
suffering physical ailments and her
family won't talk to her anymore she's
completely as strange because she's Dove
deep into her work that will be an
example of a short-term cream Manama so
I hope this makes sense the real
question now is in understanding what
this really means why do we accumulate a
certain kind of Karma and not another
kind of karma what does this mean for
our shadow side well going back to the
previous example of looking at these
negative thoughts and how we deal with
them how we deal with them determines
the kind of karma that gets stored up
when we deal with our negative thoughts
by resisting them it creates more of a
negative comma of comma there are
basically three main types that we can
pinpoint there is what's known as
positive comma or desirable things that
happen in your life that you would like
to experience there is negative comma
undesirable things as a result of your
actions and there is what's known as no
comma which is dissolving comma in
reality there is only comma and no comma
positive and negative are our
interpretations of comma if I like
something to happen in my life I say
positive comma if I don't like something
to happen in my life then I say that's
negative Karma the charge of karmas is
solely determined by me but yogis don't
see it that way yogis see it as karma
and no Karma their whole goal is to
transcend all Karma so they don't care
if they're born into a positive life
where good things happen they become
really rich they don't care about any of
that they want to get rid of this cycle
of Life altogether and they want to
completely annihilate themselves that is
the sole goal of the yogi you may not
want that you might want a positive
experience and this is how that works in
order to create the desired Karma the
karma that we like we have to know how
to deal with our shadow side and most
people when they have negative thoughts
negative feelings a side of them that
they don't like what do they immediately
do how we deal with our feelings there's
a great book on this it's called Letting
Go by David R Hawkins I've read it four
or five times over the past 5 years so I
read it once a year but in this book he
outlines a mechanism for dealing with
our feelings properly but he also shares
with us different ways in which we do
handle our feelings that create more
karma at the lowest level what happens
is once we've suppressed our feelings so
much they become repressed feelings this
can be our shadow side or our
unconscious side that we're not fully
aware of a level above that how we deal
with our feelings is through
suppression okay this is conscious we
consciously choose not to deal with
something until they become repressed
and when they become repressed they
start to act out in ways and influence
our lives in ways that we just can't
explain oh I don't know why I just can't
speak in front of a huge crowd I don't
know why I have social anxiety I don't
know why I eat this way and I eat junk
food all the time I don't know why I
keep participating in the same
destructive behaviors there's a side to
me that keeps pulling me back into those
what is that side that is the shadow
side that has not been address that has
not been dealt with and that's why that
unconscious side of you deals and
controls your life until you make the
unconscious conscious you will always
control your life you will always call
it fate so a level above suppression is
expression when a shadow side perhaps
finds healthy or unhealthy expression
even this is limited think about it this
way if you're angry and you immediately
express your anger you pun something you
break something you slap someone there
is a consequence there is a cream
consequence You're Building Kama there's
also an aami Kama consequence of you
doing that so you you're still building
comma when you do that and most of the
time it's undesired Karma comma that you
don't want if it's coming from a
negative place like anger but a part of
it does get dealt with and processed but
the most powerful method to deal with
Karma the karma that actually makes us
emptier gets us to dissolving most of a
comma the most powerful way to deal with
that is the method that David AR Hawkins
outlines in this book it's called The
Surrender method so the four ways in
which we can deal with our feelings are
through repression suppression
expression and the highest level is
through surrendering to them now you
might not like the word surrender might
make you feel weak that's something I
suggest you deal with but surrender to
God surrender to the highest power is a
very empowering thing if you ask me
personally and that's that's that's
really how I see it but there's a
three-step method to surrendering that
David R Hawkins talks about that is
going to help you deal with your Shadow
Self and once I started to use this my
negative thoughts had no power over me
my life completely transformed once I
religiously started to use this and I've
coached over a thousand clients every
single one of them once they learn to
deal with this Shadow side of them and
perform this method of Letting Go
properly cuz there is an improper way to
do this so I'm going to show you how to
do it properly where you don't build up
more and more karma or undesired Karma
at the very least the three-step process
to letting go is as follows whenever you
have a thought or a feeling come up
accept it fully and let it be do not try
to let it go because when you try to Let
It Go you're actually trying to push it
pushing is resistance Newton's Third Law
whatever you push will push back on you
let it be when you let it be you let
your God down you open yourself and the
karma that needed to be worked out has
now space to be worked out it can move
through you and pass through you sure
it's going to be uncomfortable but it's
kind of like working through a sickness
I don't know if you've ever been burnt
out but if you've worked so hard and
you've tried to suppress everything for
a very long time finally when you take a
vacation your body gets sick I've had so
many friends who that has happened to
personally I can say I'm grateful that's
never happened to me because I've
learned this method and I know how to
deal with my feelings or at least I
think I do but this has majorly majorly
changed my life and I've only seen ease
and freedom in my life because of being
able to fully utilize this Letting Go
method the second step is to focus on
the underlying feeling of that shadow
not the thought that comes up the
thought is the illusion one feeling
causes a thousand different thoughts
every single thought that you have is
trying to justify the presence of a
feeling if you feel anxious you try to
justify why you feel anxious by a
multitude of thoughts oh I feel anxious
because of this bill and of this
customer that's dissatisfied or this
thing that's happened to me online this
negative review that I got it's trying
to justify the presence of that feeling
of anxiousness and fear focus on the
feeling focus on letting the feeling be
and once you do that you'll see like a a
pressure cooker you're going to get
lighter and lighter you just focus in on
the feeling and you let it be you say I
allow it to exist so in the case of my
friend who was the real estate investor
and he had that negative thought what
was the underlying feeling what if I
don't become successful with my real
estate investing what if I fail and
remember every single fear or negative
emotion it all arises from the fear of
death the ego believes that in order to
survive it needs to be fearful it needs
to be angry it needs to be anxious and
so it convinces you to continually feel
this way because it's keeping the ego
alive that's the greatest lie we've been
told we justify ourselves that we need
to feel this way in order to survive we
need to feel desire otherwise we won't
one things is that really true I don't
know I don't really think that's true
that's the illusion that we believe that
the illusion of separateness when you
dissolve your karma you become one with
the greatest source of creation the
third and final step is to get into the
witness mode where you completely
observe and watch you just observe and
watch this play happening this feeling
how one feeling evolves into another
feeling you're not it you're not the
feeling you're simply watching it you're
watching the body feel the feeling
you're watching the Mind think the
thought you're merely the Silent Witness
behind it all and you'll know that
you've surrendered something when your
general attitude towards it is it's okay
if it happens it's okay if it doesn't
when you get into that state of equinity
more likely than not the thing that
you've wanted to happen does happen
because now all of your attachment
you've no longer put it on a pedestal
you're you're okay either way you're
full internally either way you're no
longer in Sky That's The Power of
Letting Go as you do this continually
this is by the way a completely Dynamic
process you could be sitting at work and
you're feeling something that's making
you anxious perform this three-step
method let it be whatever is happening
Let It Be oh a negative thought comes up
that's that's okay it's just a thought
if I have a thought that my parents
might die in a plane crash it's a
terrible thought let it be I can't do
anything about it the more I fight it
the more I'm creating that Karma that
undesired Karma the more I'm creating
resistance and even now and then I still
have these thoughts but the thoughts
don't run my life when I go on a plane I
might have the thought that this plane
might crash I might die but you know
that's the shadow side it too is allowed
to exist it's simply a thought I don't
know where it comes from maybe it comes
from the accumulation of San from my
previous lifetimes I don't know I don't
care Let It Be it exists it is not me I
can choose to identify with it Freedom
comes when you have the choice to
identify with whatever thought you want
to identify with in order to experience
whatever you want to experience in your
life but if you're unconsciously
identified with your thoughts and
feelings that's slavery you are enslaved
to your thoughts and feelings you know
every single day you wake up oh today I
want to do this today I want to do that
yes I feel like oh you know I don't feel
like doing that you're a slave to your
feelings that's not Freedom
unfortunately that's what people think
freedom is true freedom is having the
ability to do what's necessary in this
moment joyfully I can do anything right
now even if you put me through hell you
know it's funny there's a story about
the Buddha everyone during that time
they wanted to go to heaven they would
come to the Buddha and say you know I
want I want to go to heaven I want to go
to heaven and he was like what's all
this fuss about heaven you know forget
Heaven I don't want to go to heaven send
me to hell I'm great within me I'm so
perfect and still Within Me it doesn't
matter where you send me in anyway I'm
going to be free be like the Buddha when
you can have true internal Freedom it
doesn't matter what's happening outside
of you you're bulletproof you're
untouchable it doesn't matter everything
could be falling apart sure it doesn't
feel great but that feeling too is not
you because you're completely
surrendered whatever is happening life
is going to take care of you and more
often than not when you do this life
does take care of you because you don't
sabotage you don't get in your way and
so as you do this more and more your cup
gets emptier and emptier when your cup
gets emptier and emptier you have the
