computer science student at Yale how to
glow up in summer in just 7 Days let's
go so the first thing you want to do is
fix your mindset guys summer is the
perfect time to glow up maybe you have a
1- month break or maybe even 2 or 3
months and that is a lot of time you
don't even understand but most people
waste their Summers just partying doing
nothing at home and traveling without
any goals and by the time you go back to
school you realize you wasted your
summer what a shame listen I'm not
saying that you shouldn't spend time
with your friends and family I'm
actually at home and I'm really happy to
be back but crucially you should get in
this mindset of self-development because
what I've realized is that leveling up
is what makes me happy progress is what
gives me purpose and really you only
need like one week to glow up so day one
tell yourself that for the next 7 days
I'm going to invest in myself I'm going
to improve my life during the summer and
that is how you have the mindset of a
winner day two you want to build an
aesthetic body chances are if you're
skinny fat the best thing you can do
this summer is to get lean and cut or
maybe if you're really skinny like a
stick the best thing you can do is go
Sam selic mode and bulk whatever it is
create a workout plan call in how do I
know what to do first should I bulk
first or cut first listen forget the
fancy metrics let's keep things simple
the next time you want a shower go take
your phone out and take a picture of
your physique be honest do you look fat
in the picture if you do then obviously
you need to cut first if you look too
skinny you need to bulk first and eat
more now if you want to improve your
physique some people I'd recommend

and of course David laade go on YouTube
and watch some of their videos later and
take notes for me I go to the gym three
times a week on Mondays Wednesdays and
Fridays and on Tuesdays and Thursdays I
go boxing and swimming now once you have
a workout plan schedule it on your
Google calendar and include exactly what
time you're going to work out and
exactly what you're going to do during
that workout guys every week I want you
to take a picture of how you look yes
this might feel uncomfortable but you're
going to be so grateful you did it later
on in your fitness journey and I
guarantee if you stay consistent for
just one to 2 months you'll have crazy
results and get a glow up this summer
day three learn a new hobby or
alternatively if you already have
hobbies invest some time in them so one
hobby that I'm trying to improve on this
summer is making house EDM music maybe
for you it's learning how to DJ how to
write and how to shoot cinematic videos
guys there are three types of hobbies
you can pick from the first type is a
physical hobby I'm talking about tennis
swimming running and boxing the second
type is a cerebral hobby I'm talking
about Chess reading books learning a new
language or even playing poker something
that trains your mind and the third type
is a creative hobby I'm talking about
music art film writing and dance so pick
one or two Hobbies this summer and
invest some time into learning them guys
hobbies are something that will last you
a lifetime and especially during the
summer it's much easier to invest in
your hobbies like for example if you
want to learn boxing you can join a
boxing club near your house or if you
want to learn music production you can
watch lots of YouTube videos for free
and who knows your little hobby of being
a DJ might be a money-making machine in
the future so set a foundation for your
hobbies and you'll become much more
fulfilled day four learn a high income
skill I'm talking about content creation
I'm talking about writing design
programming and animation so pick a high
income skill maybe you want to get into
content creation so you start your own
YouTube channel or maybe you want to
become a better writer so you start a
Twitter account or your own blog page or
maybe you want to learn programming so
you join Harvard's free cs50 course
online so whatever it is this summer
it's time to learn those High income
skills and make some money because later
when you're in your 20s you can use
these skills as a money-making machine
to make you filthy rich day five you
want to improve your style but first get
rid of all the clothes that you don't
like all the clothes that you don't
really wear anymore or maybe it just
doesn't fit you go ahead and sell them
or donate them guys you don't have have
a wardrobe that looks full but deep down
you only like three t-shirts that's
completely absurd if you're like me you
dress like the intellectual Chad you
dress like the modern Asian Batman with
black linen shirts hoodies and Suits but
honestly go and find your own aesthetic
go on Pinterest and find some
inspiration and create an aesthetic that
matches your character and personality
then go and invest your money based on
the aesthetic you've chosen remember
quality over quantity if I had let's say
$100 to spend on clothes I'd much much
rather just spend that on one item as
opposed to three items that are just
good not fire of course one thing I must
caveat here is that if you have a good
physique it's such a great amplifier for
your fashion and style your style is
simply a complement to your physique but
once you find your style wear it with
confidence and you'll become much more
attractive day six read more books when
you read books you're literally getting
years of knowledge in just a couple
pages and summer is one of the best
times to start the habit of reading now
you can read fiction books if really
like it or want to improve your
vocabulary but I would highly recommend
reading non-fiction books and I've
actually made another video on the best
books that I would recommend reading but
if you're just getting started I'd
recommend reading the almanac of Nal
ravikant how to when Friends and
Influence People an influence by Robert
Kini right now I'm actually reading
million dooll weekend by Noah Kagan and
it's actually a pretty good book now
when it comes to reading books you want
to apply those lessons in real time so
if there's an absolutely fire quote from
the book that hits hard you want to save
it in your memory like I'm talking about
circling that quote in the book and try
to memorize it in your brain that way
you not only get smarter but you can
also have more interesting conversations
with friends and family and drop some
really cool wisdom so start reading
books this summer just 10 minutes a day
before bed and by the time summer is
over you'll feel much more smart and
attractive day seven expand your tribe
during the summer it's always nice to
reconnect with some of your OG friends
and family guys go and do some cool
stuff with people maybe have a
mastermind and Bali like me with some of
your boys or maybe go to the gym
together go boxing go jet skiing make
some music together and have some fun
also you want to try to provide some
value to your friends and family because
the best relationships in life they're
not built from taking they're built from
giving it doesn't have to be through
money it can be through wisdom it can be
through providing a positive high
frequency Vibe and it can also just be
having fun together also surround
yourself with people who inspire you who
are high frequency individuals who have
abundance in their life expand your
tribe level up together and of course
