und heute ist Montag eigentlich ist voll

der blöde Tag um Geburtstag zu haben

aber ich wurde sogar montags geboren

habe ich gestern mit meinen Eltern

mein real geburtstag ich hat zwar schon

mal montagsgeburtstag aber ihr wisst was

ich meine und ich habe mich gerade

fertig gemacht wir haben jetzt kurz vor

11 und ich habe mich schon angezogen ich

habe einfach ein Pulli an mit Jeans weit

draußen ist es also das Wetter heute ist

wirklich es ist nicht mal nur Schnee es

gefühlt alles weggetaut aber es ist halt

super bewökt und grau ich hoffe einfach

dass es nicht regnet aber hanna hat

heute meinen Tag geplant und hat gesagt

ich soll um 12 Uhr ready sein und

ich habe mit Tamino und Celina zusammen

eine Geburtstagsparty für Sie geplant

wir werden am Montag erstmal frühstücken

gehen und dann wird sie eine Massage

überrasch Gast haben von dem sie

trotzdem geil schmecken also Challenge

dann gehe ich noch Blumen kaufen wie

gesagt und ja das alles am besten in

einer Stunde weil ich dann anso treffe

und ich muss noch Antipasti holen ganz

kennt und mich kennt der weiß dass wir

Antipasti über alles lieben und es gibt

ein Laden wo wir immer die ganzen Sachen

kaufen das heißt da werde ich jetzt

hinfahren und die Sachen schon mal holen

bzw vorreservieren damit die anderen das

am Montag abholen können so Update ich

war jetzt einkaufen und ich habe hier

Blumen gekauft für ano dann Brot haben

wir auf glutenfree und das habe ich ihr

gezeigt weil wer mich kennt weiß dass

ich glutenfree essen muss und jetzt

probiert und sie liebt es auch also

probiert es mal aus das ist sehr sehr

lecker vor allem getoastet dann haben

wir hier Antipasti also die ganzen

Cremes die frischen Sachen alsoas wie

Bohnen Garnelen und sowas ist Ruh ich

alles frisch am Montag dann haben wir

hier Oliven mit Mandeln und mit

Knoblauch die sind auch sehr sehr geil

nicht scharf aber die schmecken richtig

richtig lecker dann habe ich hier noch

zwei andere frischkäsecremes kisaerbsen

weil ich ma Humus selbst und ansonsten

haben wir noch ein paar Snacks die sind

auch sehr sehr geil oh scheiße

mein Platte ist angegangen die lieben

wir alle sehr auch Tamino liebt die das

weiß ich anso liebt auch hier

Kindersachen deswegen habe ich das auch

noch gekauft und die Blaubeeren Zucker

Vanilleschote und Sojamilch brauche ich

für den Kuchen bzw die

also Leute wir warten gerade auf niike

meine SP time ist over ja auf jeden Fall

es war sehr entspannt dieses Rituals

Ding viele haben es wahrscheinlich schon

gesehen auf tiktok und so ich habe davor

auch einmal auf tiktok gesehen und man

hat einmal so eine wasserbettmassage mit

so Wasserstrahlen die so in de dein

Körper reingehen ja die drücken rein und

dann noch so eine meditationsoase kannst

du ja auch noch buchen das hat

mir gebucht alles zusammen und ich sag

ehrlich es war wirklich richtig cool am

Anfang war ich so mir ist so warm weil

ich so geschwitzt habe ich dachte mir oh

Gott und dann liegst du da so gemin ich

habe mich gefühlt wie bei Avatar und bei

die Bestimmung weil das war so bisschen

Science Fiction auch diese diese Box und

SAS echt aus wie bei Avatar du legst

dich da so rein die sagt ja dann macht

es also kannst du es noch einstellen und

dann meinte sie auch so ach so genau es

war alles auf Englisch also ich stell

mir dann immer so vor wie Omis oder so

dahin gehen und die kein Englisch können

weil dann sagt er ja so durch Nase atmen

und Hand auf dem Bauch und ich war so

manche Leute werden nicht verstehen was

du jetzt machen sollst wie willst

richtig meditieren kannst ja die Sprache

nicht auswählen aber es war schon cool

es war sau cool ich habe mein komplettes

Leben Überdach in der Zeit ich habe noch

nie meditiert ich habe noch nie SAS

gemacht und ich will auf jeden Fall das

mehr in mein Alltag einbauen weil das

war so cool und hann und NCK müssen

nächst mal auf jeden Fall mitkommen noch

mal das war leider echt blöd ich wollte

buchen für uns drei also es ist schon so

dass jeder so seine Kabine hat aber ich

wollte eigentlich das wir zusammen

machen W cool gewesen war leider nicht

so viel nicht so viele Slots waren frei

das was voll komisch ist weil ich meine

W Montag und ich hätte nicht gedacht

dass da so viel los ist ja vor allem

waren bei mir so bei den Massagen war

neben mir frei vielleicht bin ich auch

einfach so jemand der dafür anfällig ist

aber in dieser man soll ja runterkommen

man soll auf seine Atmung achten ich

habe mein komplettes Leben von abiszeit

überdacht weil du so eine halbe Stunde

hast du Zeit nachzudenken und dann ist

da so ein Sternenhimmel und so Lichter

und Musik und so Klänge und das ist voll

toll du denkst jetzt über nichts

Negatives nach sonder denkst einfach so

ich habe mich gefühlt wie so Avatar und

fliegst übers Wasser und ich sehe so

sehen und fliegt so durchs Meer ich habe

mich wirklich gefühlt wie im Film in

dieser Kabine das geile war das also

wirklich bis zu der Sekunde nicht wusste

was wir machen weil ich wollte auch so

was ganz anderes machen und ja im

Richard da wusste ich aber nur weil ich

hätte ich das tiktok nicht gesehen hät

ich gewusst das müssen wir auf jeden

Fall noch mal zusammen machen da kommt

man also ich hätte es nicht gedacht weil

ich habe so gedacht die so ja jetzt hast

du noch das in der Kabine dann bin ich

da reingegangen und dann ging der ging

der Sprecher an und so laut leiser und

so lauter leiser so und dann fängt an ja

wir machen jetzt breathing Übung und

sowas ich war so boah bin ich der

richtige Mensch für sowas weil ich war

so in Jeans aber dann auf einmal ich

konnte auf auf jeden Fall gut abschalten

das hätte ich nicht gedacht und das

freut mich voll half abding hast du auch

Vlog ist nämlich schon lang genug und

ich habe alles was in diesem VOG rein

sollte reingepackt ich werde euch auch

noch meine Geschenke zeigen ich habe

aber noch nicht alle bekommen und ich

zeigen aber ich weiß dass da

wahrscheinlich paar Fragen kommen werden

und ich habe ja auch die Geschenke on

camera aus gepackt nur man hat sie nicht

komplett gesehen und ja ich bin unnormal

dankbar für diesen Tag ich kann es gar

nicht richtig in Worte fassen ich wollte

aber unbedingt in diesem Video noch mal

bereitet haben und dass sie so viel

vorstellen können also ich hab also ich

glaube man hat es oft genug gesehen dass

ich mich wirklich gefreut habe ich habe

dreimal an dem Tag oder so geweint ich

war so oder ich bin so unendlich dankbar

für mein Umfeld für meine Familie für

meine Freunde und auch für euch danke an

alle die mir gratuliert haben ich bin

gar nicht hinterher gekommen es hat mich

unnormal happy gemacht weil ich

Geburtstage Liebe und alleine wie ich so

gesehen habe wie viel Mühe sich jeder

gemacht hat dass sie alle da waren und

mit mir gefeiert haben und sich die Zeit

genommen haben es hat mich so so so

gefreut und ich also jeder der das Video

sieht der da war und jeder der mir

einfach gratuliert hat danke danke danke

danke ich habe mich wirklich unnormal

gefreut und mir ist wieder aufgefallen

und gebe ich jedem mit auf den Weg ich

bin so froh 2024 gerade jetzt am Anfang

des Jahres dieses Umfeld an meiner Seite

zu haben und das soll euer Reminder sein

dass ihr nicht viele Leute in eurem

Leben braucht aber ihr braucht die

richtigen Leute und ich habe die

richtigen Leute an meiner Seite und ich

bin ich kann also wirklich ich lag

abends im Bett ich habe wieder geheult

weil ich so dankbar bin und gerade an

dem Tag es hat mich so viele so viele

Emotionen sind in mir hochgekommen und

ich habe richtig gemerkt wie sich es

anfühlt wenn man richtig dankbar ist es

hat mich so gefreut und Z warar einer

der tollsten Tage

ever und einer der tollsten Geburtstage

bis jetzt und der Tag war wirklich so

toll was die alles auf die Beine

gestellt haben ich hoffe ihr habt alle

auch so tolle Freunde oder

Familie an eurer Seite und ich bin

unendlich dankbar für die Menschen in

meinem Leben und ich kann es nicht oft

genug sagen ich weiß gar nicht was ich

noch zu dem Blog sagen soll ihr habt

alles gesehen und wir haben die Zeit

richtig genossen es war also ich habe

nichts auszusetzen nichts es war alleine

das Wetter war nicht gut aber es war es

war alles so es es war einfach toll und

ich glaube man hat das gemerkt dass es

mir sehr gefallen hat und den anderen

hoffentlich natürlich auch ja das war's

jetzt auf jeden Fall mit diesem Vlog ich
