Transcripts
wow crazy game so many implications
running back a particularly tight end
obviously Xavier worthy going absolutely
nuclear we have a lot to talk about but
I will flexing y'all real quick our
pickham entry for tonight does look like
it's going to end up hitting we had
Pacho with the touchdown we had Lamar
for over 49 and a half rushing yards we
had Derrik Henry for lower than 14 and a
half rushing yards thank you Underdog
fantasy turn that $10 into 63 but anyway
let's move this over and let's look at
the Kansas City Chiefs before we talk
about yes Mark Andrews somebody that I
did draft a lot and somebody that we're
going to have to definitely re-evaluate
real
quick but let's look at KC first off
with Mahomes there's not much to discuss
we know who Patrick Mahomes is we know
what to expect um it's not like the
Chiefs looked 100% different in terms of
what they had last year as a game plan
the passing volume didn't just
dramatically shift this was a team with
20 total Rush attempts with 28 pass
attempts it still was a very well
balanced offense overall this isn't the
Chiefs from 2018 this isn't the Chiefs
that's going to go out there and ask
momes to have 50 55 dropbacks and to
lead the NFL in passing yards and
passing touchdowns it's more so going to
be the smart Kansas City Chiefs looking
to play defense looking to a well
balanced offense similar to what won
them the Super Bowl
last
season so the passing volume for Mahomes
doesn't go crazy he's still Patrick
Mahomes we'll talk about the receivers a
little later on going over to running
back I thought I was smart I'm I'm not
going to lie to you I thought I was
smart once s p Ry signed with the Chiefs
in the flock League I dropped tank bigs
B I picked up samaj P Ry for the last
spot on our team yeah pery you going
right back to the wavers pyan did have a
Target out of the backfield had two
Targets out of the backfield one that he
pretty much just dropped the other I
guess he got receiving yards on but
regardless Isaiah Pacho pretty much did
operate as the three- down bellal here
Isaiah Pacho did have 15 Rush attempts
he had 45 rushing yards he had the
rushing touchdown as well with Pacho at
the same time he actually had some
receiving involvement he did go out he
had three targets out of this back field
he had 33 receiving yards as well very
respectable role for Pacho and it looks
like he continues to be a mustart player
going into the future now going over to
the receivers this is where things get
extremely extremely
interesting Rashid rice is now turning
into Michael Thomas and that he will run
one route that is it that is all he will
run the slant over and over and over and
over again but similar to Michael Thomas
in 2019 it looks like he is going to be
extremely productive with that role you
had nine targets for rice out of the 28
Patrick Mahomes pass attempts the man's
pretty much sitting there with a 30%
Team market share number if you are
looking at total targets and he looks to
be the wide receiver that you want going
forward even with Hollywood Brown coming
back very soon you assume that
Hollywood's going to be operating a
little bit deeper downfield Rashid rice
is going to be the guy with the slant so
if anything maybe Hollywood stretches
NFL defenses and creates even more space
underneath for ri rice to draw these
targets and I don't think rice will be
impacted whatsoever with the addition of
Hollywood it looks like rice will remain
a must start wide receiver every single
week in a full PPR format as the number
one target for Patrick Mahomes now going
over to Xavier worthy I want to say
hookham horns all right of course this
is a player that I am rooting for the
man supposedly rumors on the street in
Austin he trained to break the 40- yard
dash at a gym that's maybe seven miles
from my house like this is my hometown
Guy this is who I am rooting for and he
has won hell of a game today starting it
off with the rushing touchdown you have
a Jet Sweep he just shows off the wheels
I freaking out my mom texting me how
fast the gag
looks then you go over to the receiving
touchdown he breaks free safety doesn't
really know what's going on I'm not
going to say I could have scored the
touchdown but maybe I could have scored
the touchdown it was beautiful you had
two touchdowns coming for Xavier worthy
if you drafted in under dog best blood
draft your printing money could not be
more
excited now now now now now
now ranking him going forward is going
to be extremely difficult can I tell you
that similar to Rashid rice Xavier
Worthy is somebody that you need to
start this next I I can't I can't I'm
rooting for it I I really hope he does
come out here in absolutely
Crush but to look at the underlying
volume that Xavier worthy had Xavier
worthy had three Targets this game he
had a Target share of about 11 12% in
this Kansas City Chief's offense is this
going to be the case all season of
course not of course you'd expect the
rookie wide receiver that declared as a
true Junior that went round one in the
NFL draft he is going to continue to
expand his role as the season
progresses
but can we be super confident of how
large that role is in week two
personally I don't NE necessarily think
so so personally am I going to change
from where I rank Xavier worthy as a
wide receiver a low and wide receiver
two high and wide receiver three this
week no I think Xavier worthy next week
is still going to be a borderline flex
play dependent on your roster I don't
think he is in the similar category of
Rashi rice who is just a must start
player every single week at this point
regardless of matchup which is funny to
say because obviously worthy had more
points than rice today but looking at
the under underlying usage for these
players things could have gone very
differently and I'm saying this letting
you know that Xavier worthy was my most
drafted Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver
in Underdog baseball drafts this year I
sadly don't have much rice I thought
early in the offseason Rashid rice was
going to get suspended and it was
idiotic for me to make that take I wish
I could take all those xavor worthy
teams I have and trade them over to
Rashid rice teams because rice looks
like he is the alpha here so of course
I'm not telling you to sell worthy I'm
not telling you that he is that a bum or
anything no no no I'm just saying don't
think that all of a sudden he's an
immediately a must start player every
single week because off of three targets
he had two touchdowns it's phenomenal
but it is very volatile week to week and
I want to see this Ro expand which it
can now going over to the tight ends in
Kansas City this is what's going to be
really funny um Noah gray 37 receiving
yards uh Travis Kelce 34 receiving
yards um
he's not necessarily going out there in
giving you a Mark Andrews type game for
sure but not much
better this is concerning for Kelsey to
see this Rashid rice usage over the
middle of the field close to the line of
scrimmage naturally where you expect
these tight end targets to go seeing how
much more efficient Rashid rice was and
how much better he looked after the
catch then Travis Kelce is going to be
something that makes me a little
concerned am I just saying that Travis
Kel is no longer a top three tight end
in fantasy hell no but I will maybe
Victory lap and say I drafted Sam
leaport in the flock League I had
leaport to ranked as my tight end one he
was my most drafted tight end this year
probably wanted to draft the rookie
tight end that had more points last
season than Travis Kelce with Kelce
going into his age 34 year not too big
of a surprise that Kelsey is slowing
down a bit I'm not full-blown panicking
as we are with Mark Andrews as I can
pull up this Ravens game in one second
but real quick as I pull up the Ravens I
do want to remind you please if you have
not done so go down there hit that like
button subscribe to the channel if you
play fantasy football I'm going to be
live streaming every single
night and also if you want your roster
broken down from me the easiest way you
can get that done this year is actually
heading over to flock fantasy.com I can
go ahead and pull this up for you in
just one second but if you go over to
flock fantasy.com you can actually

you can purchase a roster review over

for you to do is just go make a $10

total yard for Monday nights you will

you find that link in the description
comment section live chat click it make
that $10 deposit and then you should be
good to go to get a free roster review
over there on the site but let's move
this back over to what we have with the
Ravens now looking at Lamar Jackson
Lamar did Lamar things now I am not
going to lie to you I ranked I believe
Lamar as the qb5 this week just because
I thought that this Chief's defense was
going to be very good I didn't think the
Ravens offense was going to be able to
score a th000 points blah blah blah um
Lamar Jackson dropped 122 rushing yards
all right we know Lamar has rushing
upside but to see this many rushing
yards it just goes to show that even
when you have a bad real life NFL day
when you only have 273 passing yards off
of 41 pass attempts it doesn't matter
you're going to be extremely viable in
fantasy particularly in four-point
passing touchdown formats Lamar Jackson
just goes out they're and absolutely
crushes now this is where things get
interesting obviously the story line
here and what everybody's going to be
focusing it on will be Mark Andrews
Isaiah likely Mark Andrews Isaiah likely
we'll get to it in just one second but
what I really want to focus in on and
maybe this doesn't show up in the Box
Score but if you watch the games I I
think it
did Derk Henry looks
washed I I hate to say and I'm very
biased right
I was the hot take guy this year I was
the guy saying hey Derrik Henry's
declined for three straight Seasons um
Derrick Henry is going to be 31 in
January why the hell are y'all drafting
him way higher than where he finished
last year I have no interest so maybe
I'm very biased maybe I'm watching the
football game just hoping that Derrick
Henry doesn't score any fantasy
points but every time Derrik Henry
touched the football and like I said I'm
very biased maybe you don't want to
listen to me it looked like they decided
to give whoever they're right tackle was
the football and ask him to pick up
three yards to ask him to pick up four
yards he looked like he had no choose it
is week one he turns 31 in January he
has declined for three straight Seasons
it's a very tough match up against the
Kansas City Chiefs but particularly in a
full PPR format which is where I was
always concerned about Derk Henry the
thing is when you have the bad day
rushing you don't get the floor with
your receiving volume Derk Henry had two
Targets out of the back field to be
honest with you I was reviewing teams
onlog fantasy.com on one monitor I was
watching the game on the other I didn't
see one of the targets I saw the other
one and it it was laughable how immobile
Derrick Henry looked out of the
backfield and a full PBR format when
you're going to come out and when you
going to have zero receptions zero
receiving yards and it looks like you
don't have the big play ability that you
once did that is not someone to just
assume is going to crush in fantasy
football you go ahead and you look at
Justice hill now obviously I'm not
sitting here saying Justice Hill is the
rb1 in fantasy Justice Hill had one
carry but Justice Hill had eight targets
out of this backfield Justice Hill had
six receptions and 52 receiving yards
here now of course if Derk Henry in this
hypothetical world was a three- down
running back where he had the receiving
skill set where he had the receiving
role he would be phenomenal you give
those Justice Hill points to Derek kenry
the man is the top five running back yet
again but the reality
is um that's not the case he doesn't
have that receiving skill set he won't
have the receiving
volume should have drafted Josh aobs
over him I don't know what else to say
now please let me know in the live chat
right now let let's let's figure this
out because I I maybe I'm being an ass
maybe and like I said I'm an idiot I I
wish I drafted more um Rashi rice this
year I didn't I wish I drafted less Mark
Andrews I checked my Underdog drafts I
have 10% Mark Andrews and every time I
could get Lamar Andrews at the four five
turn I thought it was a great pick I was
just victory lapping saying I'm a genius
blah blah I know I'm an idiot okay so I
I know I may sound like an ass when I'm
talking about Derrick Henry here but I'm
trying to be reasonable I'm trying to
figure this
out how far does Derrick Henry fall
because in my rankings this season I
ranked Derk Henry at I ranked Derrick
Henry behind behind Josh aobs behind
Travis CN behind peka behind Kiren all
these players going ahead of him in
drafts and the running backs that I had
ranked directly behind James Cook I'm
sorry behind Derrick Henry were James
Cook and Rashad white so at this point
I'm going to need your help in the live
chat because I could be overreacting
would you rather have James Cook or
Derrik Henry in fantasy
football please spam the chat do you
want James cook or do you want Derrick
Henry
okay cook cook cook cook cook cook it
looks like literally everybody's saying
James
cck nobody's saying derkin right here
let's move down even further let's let's
go further in these running back
rankings would you rather have Joe Mixon
or Derrik
Henry yeah because literally every
single person in the mom is saying cook
now the mixing question this is mixing
some things in you have Henry Henry
Mixon Mixon Mixon
Mixon Mixon Mixon Mixon Henry Mixon
Mixon Henry Mixon Mixon Henry so it does
look like most people are in on Joe
Mixon as well I don't know if I can drop
Derrick Henry much further than this
because behind Joe Mixon on my
rankings I'm currently sitting with
Alvin Kamar David mcgomery James Connor
all running backs that kind of have
similar issues all running backs that
are aging themselves that have seen
efficiency Falls outside of the case of
David mcgomery
so I already had Derrick Henry ahead of
I mean behind a lot of these other
running backs like Jacobs ET and peo if
you had Derrick Henry ahead of those
guys I would drop him back behind him
but I think I even need to drop Derrick
Henry further I think he drops behind
cook white walker Mixon and probably
falls down to being my running back 16
running back
17 okay now let's go over and as you can
tell I'm stalling okay there's there's
nothing I want to talk about less than
the Mark Andrews debacle right
now like this is bad ladies and
gentlemen Mark Andrew I took in 10% of
Underdog drafts I'll pull this up real
quick but I did not take I did not take
Isaiah likeley in that many my Ravens
exposures in drafts this
year 10% Lamar 10% Andrews
7%
flowers 5% Henry 8% likely so I'm not
underweight Isaiah likely I definitely
do have more Mark Andrews than Isaiah
likely like I said 10% Andrews 8% likely
I don't have any in the flock League my
Titan in the flock league is Sam
lorta but I was previously coming out
and putting Andrews near the top of the
tier with McBride and K
Kaden after today we're at points it
looked like like Mark Andrews was an
offensive tackle he was the left tackle
for the Baltimore Ravens it is laughable
to even have Mark Andrew inside the same
tier as McBride and
concade I know it sounds like we're
overreacting to week one and very well
we could be overreacting week one I'm
sorry football's here I'm going to get
excited I'm going to read too much into
things but Mark Andrews had two
Targets in comparison to Isaiah likely
at 12
12 to1 okay Isaiah likely had 111
receiving yards nine receptions the
receiving touchdown Mark Andrew had two
receptions for 14 receiving
yards oh my
gosh I see a lot of people saying like
um Dean says I mean McBride took over
for Zack Herz maybe you could say that
like oh okay this is just another one of
those
situations this is just the Paton being
passed but my thought process with Mark
Andrew and why obviously this is a
player that dealt with injuries last
year but why I didn't assume that all of
a sudden he was Zack Herz is Mark
Andrews just turned 29 Mark Andrews
going to play this entire season at 29
years old Travis Kelce is about to turn
35 like Kelce is 6 years old older than
Andrews I thought Andrews still had
plenty of Runway
left Andrews is pretty much two years
younger than George
kle for us to see this kind of drop off
from
Andrews I don't know I I don't know how
you could have expected it maybe and
obviously Andrews looked bad and I I
don't want to take away from how bad
Mark Andrews
looked
but I think maybe a lot of this just has
to do not necessarily Andrews is cooked
Andrews is washed but Isaiah likely just
looks so damn good like all of a sudden
at the end of the game Isaiah likeley
got thrown to the ground looked like he
wasn't going to get up I I thought that
he was seriously
injured and literally 30 seconds later
the man almost caught a second touchdown
in the I mean to tie the game was that
far away from getting another Isaiah
likely touchdown today Isaiah likely was
everything for this Baltimore Ravens
offense and it looked damn good while
doing so
you go back to last season Mark Andrew
had only nine guy I mean sorry 10 games
played but he was averaging 54 receiving
yards per game which was right in line
in 2022 where he was averaging 56
receiving yards per game which is right
in line with this NFL career averaging
56 receiving yards per game so it's not
like you had a significant fall off for
Andrews last year was just the fact that
he got injured what it looks like it
happened tonight was just Andrews took a
back seat to the full-blown Isaiah
likely break breakout
party and like I said I took more Mark
Andrews than Isaiah likely and not by a
massive Gap 10% Andrews 8% likely but
still I mean I I definitely want to say
like based off my videos based off my
rankings if you were following me you
definitely have more Mark Andrew than
Isaiah likely as
well and I I don't want to overreact
because it is one game it is one game we
have these players their entire n
careers to look
at but can you let me know in the live
chat right
now Isaiah likely or Mark Andrew not
from a real life NFL Talent perspective
I don't care about none of that nonsense
from a fantasy football perspective What
freaking matters here who would you
rather have on your team rest of season
Mark Andrews Isaiah likeley we're going
to look at a very funny situation in the
flock league in just one second as well
we got one vote Andrews Andrews likely
Andrews Andrews Andrews likely Andrew's
likely likely likely likely
likely Andrews Andrews likely likely
likely likely likely likely likely
likely it it does look like most people
wants Isaiah likely in this live chat at
the
moment I want to go ahead and look at
somebody that I was making fun of this
is one of the developers of flock
fantasy.com you can see what this man
was doing at tight ends going into today
he was sitting here with both both Mark
Andrews and Isaiah likeley on the same
roster in a redraft league we were all
making fun of him he's just a developer
on the site of course the rest of the
sight's full of some pretty serious
fantasy football creators we're all
saying man what the hell are you doing
just going through and handcuffing a
tight end like what you have no no idea
what's going on and all of a sudden if
you are this guy and you have Isaiah
likeley and Mark Andrew on the same team
how do you not start Isaiah likele next
week
I don't know I I think you go ahead I
think you move probably likely into the
starting lineup at that
point now let's go ahead and let's look
at what we have with Z flowers Z flowers
looked great he had 10
targets now the issue that you would
have had with Z flowers if you weren't
drafting him this year I was luk warm on
Z flowers I was fine taking them I was
fine avoiding him is not anything
against Z flowers
himself it's particularly the passing
volume in a Lamar Jackson Baltimore
Ravens offense I would to be on record I
think Lamar is a good real life NFL
quarterback I think he's an elite
fantasy quarterback based off his
rushing upside but if you look at
consistently the Baltimore Ravens
passing offense with Lamar Jackson under
Center this is not a quarterback that's
anywhere close to the top of the NFL in
passing Dage in passing attempts this
will consistently be an offense that is
near the bottom of the NFL in total
passing volume instead you have a ton of
rushing production whether that's from
old man Henry or whether that's from
Lamar
Jackson Z flowers is somebody you can
comfortably say based off his overall
Talent profile he is going to have a
high percentage of this Baltimore Ravens
offense the question is just does it
really matter if this Baltimore Ravens
passing offense isn't going to have a
ton of
volume so going through and pulling up
my rankings on flock fantasy.com real
quick trying to figure out where maybe
we move Z flowers if anywhere where I
had Z flowers and these are my rest of
season rankings on the site obviously
you can see my rest of season rankings
or my weekly rankings I had Z flowers
ranked at wide receiver
26 I hit him right ahead of tankel and T
Higgins and right behind Rashid rice and
Michael Pitman Jr
in my rankings to be completely honest
with you I don't think based off this
game I can move flowers down or up I
don't think really anything changes he
looked great at times but at times
Michael Pitman Jr looks great at times
tank Dell looks great at times T Higgins
looks great you know so I think he still
kind of Falls inside this tier the
massive adjustment that we need to be
making obviously is Rashid rice is going
to be just flying up these and we can go
back over to my rankings on the site
real quick and just talk talk about how
high Rashid rice is going to end up
Rising so I had Rice ranked as wide
receiver 24 I had Rice ranked directly
behind Malik neighbors I had Rice ranked
behind Stefon Diggs DJ Moore DK meaf I'm
not even going to ask y'all because I
don't care I know exactly what I'm doing
right now I going to be moving rasid
rice ahead of Malik Neighbors in my
rankings after today where rice had nine
targets 103 receiving Ys I don't think I
can do anything differently rice goes
ahead of neighbors rice goes Ahad of
digs rice goes ahead of DJ Moore rice
goes ahead of DK meaf rice goes ahead of
devont
Smith rice at the very minimum is wide
receiver 19 in these rankings at this
point now here's where I think we can
have a conversation here's where I think
that maybe you can get some push
back who would you rather have between
Cooper cup r
Rice please spam the chat and um Marcus
says rice is likely getting suspended in
December though so I want to be on
record I don't have a lot of she rice
and Underdog drafts I wish that I did
it's one of the worst calls it looks
like I made this off season is I thought
rice was going to get suspended we had
seen certain situations the NFL go
through like the Z Jones case they
didn't wait for the legal process to
play out they just suspended the guy
right away based off their own private
investigation and the case of Rashi rice
they specifically said about last week
or two weeks ago that they're letting
the legal process play out I think rice
gets suspended in 2025 I don't think it
happens this
year but looking at Rice vers cup it
does look like it is kind of U mixed in
it looks like maybe it's a tossup
between the
two so I think that's where rice
probably ends up Rising I think rice
ends up going to around wide receiver 17
18 right alongside Cooper Cup right
ahead of like the Devon Smith DK meaf DJ
Moore type of players and probably right
behind like say Devonte Adams Brandon
iuk Jaylen Wadd those type of guys so I
think rice has to be viewed as a low in
wide
receiver a super low in wide receiver
one highend wide receiver
two worthy needs to rise in my rankings
I previously had worthy ranked directly
ahead of Keenan Allen Roma dunay Brian
Thomas Jr Christian Watson obviously if
you were using my rankings you got a ton
Savor worthy but like I said previously
worthy had three targets today 100% love
the game that he had he was my most
drafted Chiefs receiver I don't have any
Chiefs receivers in the flock League I
wish I had rice but it is what it
is terms of worthy versus Christian Kirk
I think I can move him ahead of Kirk I
think I can move him ahead of Jaden
Reed I know it's crazy I don't think I
can move worthy ahead of mclen Pickins
Higgins I think Worthy is still kind of
like a high and wide receiver three low
and wide receiver 2 I'm really hoping he
continues to expand his role I'm really
hoping we end up seeing more and more
from savior worthy this
season
but ultimately it was a spot where you
had three total
targets so I'm not trying to sit here
and overreact to be honest with
you but I think that is about it for
this recap I definitely want to remind
yall of course if you wanted your team
broken down from me in a live stream I'm
going to be streaming overall um live
Q&A fantasy football type streams every
single night throughout the entire year
last year I live streamed over 200 days
in a row right now I think I'm at about
a 100 days in a row live streaming give
or take a few but regardless I'm going
to be answering fantasy football
questions every single day the vast
majority of roster reviews that we're
going to do we no longer do super Chats
on this channel are all going to be
through flock fantasy.com but the
easiest way to get your team reviewed is
actually going to be going and making
that $10 deposit over on Underdog
fantasy where you can check out a ton of
special pickups that they're offering
this week I have never seen Underdog
offer this many special pickups and it's
specifically because it is NFL kickoff
week they have Christian mcaffry more
than less than half a total yard
exclusively for flock users you also
have a Dak Prescott special pickup more
than less than half a total yard for the
Dallas game and on top of that if you
use code flock you're going to get a 50%
deposit bonus up to
$1,000 plus with code flock you are
actually going to be getting a roster
review from yours truly for free through
flock fantasy.com all you have to do is
click the link in the description
comment section or live chat go deposit
10 bucks on Underdog fantasy this is an
offer for accounts made on September 5th
and
Beyond and then make sure you set up a
free account on flock fantasy.com it can
be free it can be paid whatever you want
but set up an account on flock
fantasy.com with the same email address
that you signed up to Underdog fantasy
and made that $10 deposit with and then
this weekend you will be granted with a
free roster review voucher so I can go
through and I can break down your team
recommend trades give it an overall
grade look at waiver wire potential
moves and fix your overall roster
construction specifically for your
league
format but thank you again ladies and
gentlemen I really do appreciate you I
really hope that I get to review a ton
of your teams tomorrow night in the live
stream and yeah like I said just make
sure you are going through and taking
advantage of those Underdog promotions
because I've never seen them have this
many in a single week
