hello everybody and welcome back to the

channel got some really exciting news

today

um and today we're going to be talking

about two fantastic Community tools put

together by some fantastic people and

we'll talk about how they integrate we

talk about how this can really really

make a difference to your game today we

are going to be talking about the

officer tool and

Spock's club we are going to be talking

about how they integrate how they work

well together

um after some fantastic iterations done

by Juneberry massive shout out to

Juneberry obviously for what he has done

massive shout out to glare for what he's

been able to do as well for another one

um of the Integrations and yes we now

have it guys we now have it where you do

not have to input all of your data

manually if you're one of the most

requested features ever since the

officer tool launched ever since box

clubs launched I know juneberry's got a

lot of information on that a lot of

requests and things for it so we're

going to take a look today and we're

going to see how it all works how it

integrates how they talk to each other

and how this can massively help you in

your planning game when it comes to stfc

Let's dive in and take a look

so I think the best place for us to

start is where do you access these tools

so Spock stock Club is the website for

these box Club tool so spocksclub Spock

dot club and what that will do is that

will take you to the home page

you will need to create an account with

Spock tool which you need to verify with

an email really really simple process it

sends you a one-time password for you to

log in and then providing you keep using

the same browser it will keep you logged

in the officer tool again shout out to

Stewie obviously the work he does on

this honestly it is one of the it's just

such a fantastic tool the work that goes

in behind it both of these tools are

they are a labor of love I know I see

the background of the time and pin that

goes into it so honestly Juneberry

Stewie Doo wow what you do for the

community is so so good so so good and

we all thank you

and to access the officer tool all you

need to do is join our Discord and in

the link to officer tool Channel you

will find the downloads there for both

Excel and for the Google Sheets version

so let's talk about this and let's talk

about how we are going to get our

information first of all into sports

club and then into the officer tool

because these will now talk to each

other and we can also get Sports Club to

talk to the game this is so exciting

honestly it's going to revolutionize the

way you plan in stature Fleet command so

let's get started so I think a great

thing to do will be to start off and get

him and we will show you how this

currently relates so if I go into my

research tree

in spokes club and what I'm gonna do I'm

gonna go find a research that is not yet

that I can upgrade

so we are going to choose this one we're

going to choose Battleship Shield so you

can see Battleship Shields here is

currently showing at level 9 which is

125 if we go back into game we can see

my battleship shield in the territory

tree is level nine and it's currently at

125 we are going to upgrade this

until we're going to do it we're not

going to wait for speed up for the

purpose of this video

we're going to rush through this

I won't upgrade it so this is now at

level 10 and out of 12 and 150 now when

we go back into sports club

obviously this has not yet updated so

what we need to do is we need to import

our data from in-game

oh yes I did say that correctly we need

to import the data from in-game to

update this Battleship Shields and every

other research that we have done since

we last did this process now let's talk

about how we're going to do this because

there are two ways that you are going to

be able to actually do this

synchronization

so we're going to start off with on the

right hand side this is my iPhone okay

on the right hand side you are seeing a

direct screen mirror from my phone you

need to download this app so in either

if you are on Android it'll be through

the play store or obviously through the

App Store on iOS you download spokes

club and then we are going to launch it

now when you launch it you can see here

that we have link scurply ID as an

option

you will need to have logged in on this

mobile app first so again same sort of

process the first screen you'll get to

is to log in once you log in you will

get an email with a one-time password

enter the one-time password and the app

will remain logged in on your device

once you're logged in and you'll get

this section this is where you used to

be able to click on manage research and

then you could go in and you could

search for the research and update it

all manually Dunbury has done something

magical

um along with glare to obviously make

this a really seamless process so now

what we're going to do now I'm going to

link our scruply ID to spox club and it

is going to import all of the data for

us

so I want to press we're going to press

down at the bottom here we are going to

press link scopely ID it will then ask

us to say that it wants us to be able to

access the information we're going to

press then continue it's then going to

bring you to scurply ID login page now

I'm just going to do this obviously off

the video so obviously nobody gets data

I don't want anybody tracking anything

so it give me one second I'm just gonna

log in as normal as you would in the

normal web store with your scopely ID

information but now I am signed in once

you enter your username and your

password your email let me just quickly

hide the logo so you can see everything

you will then be presented with this

page so the sync allows you to sync your

scopely ID automatically to retrieve

your player details which includes

research buildings inventory obviously

officer details as well from the game

server so you don't have to put things

manually that's the thing at the top and

we are then going to press begin sync

this will take a while it will then

bring up the list of the things that

have changed since your last sync so we

can see here look that Battleship

Shields this was the one that I just

upgraded it has identified that since my

last synchronization we have now gone to

level 10 so it's now picked up and

obviously a couple of other researchers

that I've done in the background since I

last did this we are then going to click

save changes at the top

and give that a second to work it's

magic

and it's done it you then get a

confirmation statement to say that that

has now been upgraded so now if we pop

back into if I close down my iPhone

screen and pop back to Sports Club

I can then refresh this browser and we

see Battleship Shield still showing at

nine let's refresh it

if we to upload update go back to

Battleship Shields so go back to

Battleship Shield we can see that it has

now updated all the information from

in-game how amazing is this guys how

absolutely outstanding is this that it

has now pulled the data from in-game

you've just seen me up complete the

research we've done a really quick

process on the spox club app and it's

then updated it within our spox club

account absolutely superb now obviously

that was using the mobile app you will

we will also include

um a link down below to a download that

you can do to create to get a desktop

version of the updater so basically what

you've just seen me do on my iPhone uh

you will be able to which is basically

this you will then be able to see

um exactly the same process but you can

get a web browser version for it as well

um an actual spox Club app that you can

use on your desktop so you don't have to

actually involve a mobile phone within

any of this process now where this

relates to the um officer tool so

student we must make this big enough so

that we can see it we can go into our

officer tool and we are going to go back

into game because I want what I want to

show you an update where you can pull

all of your officer data through as well

from Spock's Club into the officer tool

including traits and all that

information for us so what we're going

to is we're going to pick an officer

that we can add a level two so we've

seek we've got Arium here so Arium is

currently at level 10 but he's at rat

butcher rank four so it's showing red so

I know that I can put some um experience

into air into Arium so if we go back

into game

oh this is one thing to notice yeah when

you do do an update from Sports Club it

will log you out of the game to be able

to do it so we'll need to quickly just

assign back into game and we're back so

if we go into officers we should be able

to find if we sort by name we should be

able to find Arium at a level 10 but

tier four and there she is so what we

can do is let's just put a level on

Arium so we're going to spend 30 000

officer XP and we're going to pull that

up to level 11.

now because we have made a change what

we need to do in order for this to work

properly we need to re-update our spocks

club so what we need to do again let's

go back into the spox club app

there she is and we are going to click

link scurply ID again again because

Juneberry and everybody involved in this

process we do not start any of your data

or anything like that you will need to

re-sign in every single time that you do

this so again I'm going to re-sign in to

my scopely ID give me one second

we are now signed in we can click begin

sync again and then this will probably

show that the uh it's logged us out

again you can see that in background

just to evidence that for us so we'll

relaunch into the game so that we've got

it we'll bring the phone back up so you

can see Arium now gone from Level 10 to

level 11. so we can see what has changed

nothing else has changed in relation to

traits buildings or research this was

the only thing we've changed since the

last synchronization a few moments ago

so we know that that's now updated we

can click save changes on our iPhone

let that reflect and pull through

brilliant

so what they should do now if we go into

sports club

now

we can close that down and we can

refresh this browser watch Arium change

as we as we refresh this go from Rank 10

to rank 11 so we've pulled the data from

game and obviously we have now been able

to update Arium now what we're going to

be able to do is we're going to be able

to use the Import and Export button from

within spox Club this is going to help

us update the officer tool so click the

import or export you can see we've got

both options here export to the officer

tool we are going to click that button

it will then copy all of your operator

data into the clipboard meaning that you

only need to go back into the operator

tool itself point out again let's look

at REM level 10 rank 4.

all you're going to do we notice now on

our clipboard because we press that

button in spokes Club we're going to

click in cell B5 where it says Rarity u

in the top one we're going to press Ctrl

V Ctrl V which is the command for paste

we can see now look area has now updated

to level 11 but rank four and they're

back in the roster page area now updated

to level level and rank 4. now obviously

this is a very small update that I've

made

um but you'll you imagine if you have

never used the office at all before or

you struggle to keep it up to date

because

um you've got to check it every maybe

three four times a month or something

like that it now gives you the option in

one swift move to do a bulk update of

everything within the officer tool which

then means that things like your preset

Cruise will now show whether you've got

officers at the correct level it's going

to help you when you're doing your ATA

planning your ATA overviews and because

they're now going to be upgraded so if

we pick an away Mission I've selected

lead expedition it has pulled through

our officer trades for our respected

levels and we can see here look that

we've got Beckett Mariner Nero and Pam

that that is our crew that we use for

this particular aware Mission because

it's pulled through all of the trade

numbers to us how amazing is this guys

and obviously officer stats and um the

traits and things that are built through

that's one thing the other thing is your

bonuses so in your bonuses page

obviously updating all of your building

information stuff is also very important

so you can see I've left Allman at zero

at the moment and what we're gonna do is

we're going to go back into sports club

and within our officer screen again with

the import we've got the other option

for exporting bonuses to the officer

tool so we're going to click that that's

then going to copy off our bonus

information to the clipboard so if we go

back to the officer tool we are going to

be able to go back into the migration

page where we paste all the opposite

data and we are then going to be able to

go into the bonuses import section and

bearing in Manchester we has added this

import export from spox Club link here

by clicking this link it will take you

straight to that page that I was just on

where your Import and Export buttons are

so you can collect your data even

quicker and obviously directly from the

officer tool we are going to go into

I'll still forget Stewie has put all

these guys at the top here's data from

the old into B5 players did from the old

into y5 it tells you exactly which

button that you need to press so they

are there so we're going to click into

the academy building we're going to do

control V again and that is now updated

all of our bonuses there so if we go

back into bonuses it has now updated all

of this section as well so remember guys

that you need to make sure that you do

both obviously after you've updated your

spokes Club from all the information in

game to make sure that you have got the

most accurate data within your officer

tool that is really really important for

you guys

and one more thing that I think we need

to mention while we're talking about is

importing data and things from the

officer tool I will stress this if you

are a player that uses the marker system

so this down the left hand side where

you put your own Shard counts in there

you put other information then you want

to be able to use the markers there will

be one additional step that you need to

take now prior to updating with Spock's

club and remember this is just if you

are a user that uses the markers section

if you don't use a marker section you

could ignore the next 30 40 seconds or

so if you do use the markers to be able

to keep information you need to go to

your migration Tab and you will need to

import the markers in from your old

version to the new version as you have

done in the past so by copying the full

amounts including the markers and then

import them in when you import them in

it will then add obviously all of your

markers to this column here into this

one what you will need to then do is you

will need to copy this entire section so

all the way down from the top to the

bottom all the way down there to Zao you

will need to copy it so Ctrl and C for

copy you will then need to go back up to

the top and you will need to right click

in the correct import cell it says at

the top there S5 right click and you'll

need to paste values only by pasting

values only that will then allow you to

be able to continue to use your markers

this is a one step process when you are

doing this for the first time remember

this needs to be done prior to sports

club and this will then become a manual

part of the process when you update your

officer tool on a monthly basis so you

need to import your markers

so you will need to use this section in

order for you to come across and bring

your 80s across that you save or your

setups your crew setups that you save

and likewise your ship levels you will

need to continue to do those manually

with the import export as you have done

in the past but that process that I

showed you is simply if you use the

markers

and the additional step of the copy and

then re-pasting of the values following

the import you will only need to do that

on the first migration from an old

version to a newer version after that as

you have done in the past with all

versions of the officer tool you could

just use the marker import data sections

to pull your data across and before we

move on any further I do just want to

give a couple of really quick shout outs

again I've done this a few times but I

can't tell you how um how much work and

effort and stuff has gone into the

background of this and somebody that

Juneberry pointed out to me it deserved

a lot of gratitude he's a lot of work

with uh Juneberry and glare over there

at sports club and that is as Lindsay

thank you so much for all you've done as

Lindsay thank you so much for all the

work you've done if I've put you your

name I apologize if you've never watched

my content I'd all that for everybody

but no massive shout out to you guys

over at spokes Club so honestly

absolutely Sublime obviously the way

it's been done in the background for

this I know it has been one of the

biggest requests for both tools why do

we have to do manual entry it takes so

long for us to be able to get it in

there I understand that so that's how

it's going to relate to the officer tool

that is how you update your officers in

game obviously links down below will be

to our Discord where you can pick up the

officer tool and obviously our Battle

Log tool to get to Spokes Club I will

put uh with the website link forcebox

club also in the description of this

video but it is just spox.club even if

you search sports club you'll be able to

find it nice and easily and remember to

do this you won't just need the browser

version you will also need

um to have the app as well whether that

be the desktop app which obviously we

will put the information for the video

in the video description as well or

whether you've got the one that is for

Android or for iOS so you can get from

your respective app stores you will need

all those tools obviously to take the

biggest advantage of this but then what

this also allows us to do just to show

you some other uses because we've pulled

through all of our research we've pulled

through all of our

um obviously data for efficiencies if we

go back into sports club

we can now use the menu we can go into

the requirements cal calculator and like

for example if we wanted to look at

operations I want to know how much it's

going to cost me to go to the next

operations level so I'm currently at 55

and see how much I need to go to 56

because we've pulled all the research

through from in-game these are all 100

accurate so I know that I can depress

myself knowing that I need

32.73 trillion past deal to go from

where I am at the moment up to opt 56

and you can see that it's pulled through

all of the different levels what I've

got for all of my buildings a bunch of

Shipyard it's found the lowest one I've

got so about it as my dry dock is

currently level 54 because it's ticked

that box because it's pulled that data

through from

um the game itself when we have done the

import of information so I know exactly

how much it's going to be for me to be

able to get up to Ops 56. let's depress

myself even further so from where I am

today to get to op60 I only need I say

only as a joke

683.94 trillion past deal

which is a crazy number and then you

start looking at things like

um rare or I need 209 000 rare G50 I

need 603

000 uncommon Crystal I need 1.87 million

bringing around the conversion rate for

the latinum for this is 12 to 1.

do the math in your head there and 1.87

million common refined gas so honestly

the fact that we can import these

efficiencies all of our research we can

take them from game in literally a

matter of seconds plug them into sports

club and we can get all this information

through and then we can use spokes Club

to import all the data over to our

officer tool so you can do your preset

crew planning so you can get it there

you can check which offices are going to

be the best ones for you to be able to

upgrade in the

um officer tool roster page obviously by

selecting the scores it's going to be

absolutely massive again I want to shout

out I've said this a few times a massive

shout out to June Brie massive shout out

to glare massive shout out to Stewie Doo

what you guys do in the background it

really does change players game lives

I'm not going to say total lives because

that's a bit um a little bit extreme

isn't it but it changes the game Life

and the ability to plan moving forward

obviously with this game because if you

are not planning you will likely not be

being the most efficient in the game

that you possibly can be so thank you to
