okay so how to search Chat GPT for your

old conversation let's say you have

created a conversation a long time ago

or even a week ago and you're trying to

find that conversation but the chat GPT

sitebar history is very long sometimes

you have over a few hundred conversation

and it doesn't make it easy to find like

an old conversation that you created

when you need that conversation so I'm

going to show you how to uh use super

power chat jpt search feature to uh find

an old conversation first thing first

you need to go to Google and download

this uh extension called superow chat

GPT click on the first link and you'll

see a button I'll will send you to this

extension page you see a button up here

that says add to Chrome and when you

click on that button it will add that

extension to your browser once you add

the extension to your browser go back to

chat GPT and refresh the page so that

the extension gets triggered um one

thing to note here is that when you if

you look up here you see that your

conversation are syncing and it says

some feature like search and folder will

be unavailable until SE until uh sync is

complete what when you first um download

the extension and inst it we need to

sync your conversation into your

computer as you can see the sync just

finished and um once the sync is

finished you can see all the feature

like search and um folder and like all

these other feature appear here but um

the reason we need to sync your

conversation to your computer is that to

for us to be able to search between all

of your old conversation we need to have

a copy of every conversation into your

computer so by Sy in those conversation

into your computer it allows us to add

basically look at all the conversation

install the extension um it might take a

little bit longer to do the sync because

it needs to sync all of your

conversation into your computer but

after that initial syncing every

following syn should be very quick

because every time you create a

automatic sync them right away so only

the first the first time you're syncing

might take a little bit longer depending

on how many conversation you have but

anything after that should be very quick

so let's say you download the extension

installed the extension you finished

thinking and now you have the search

feature and you're trying to find some

some conversation you had in the past

search box up here I can click on it and

type whatever I want I'm going to type

JavaScript and it will uh filter all the

conversation that include JavaScript and

it will show them to me uh it has this

new nice highlighting feature so it will

highlight all the like um instances of

the word that I'm searching for in the

conversation and I can easily click on

every one of these conversation as soon

as I click on it it will highlight the

word in that conversation very easy to

use it makes it easy to find the word

you're looking for and um very intuitive

so usually um when you if you're if

you're like on on a browser and you

press command or contrl F it will open

the browser search box up here but when

you have uh super power installed when

you press command F focus on the search

box and it shows it like allows you to

search your old conversation if you

press command if twice it will open the

browser uh default search box and it

allows you to search like using the

browser but the first time you press

command f it will focus on the uh chat

GPT search function or the super power
