we'll talk about the AI autofill

properties and also how you can use the

AI assistant in line if you don't want

to open up the window that we learned

about in the previous video so we'll

start off by looking at the properties

now there are two types of properties so

far with which you can use the AI

assistant the first is with a text

property and in order for you to start

that you would either add a new property

or edit an existing one and you click on

text and that brings you to the object

settings you would simply toggle on this

AI autofill and give it a test at that

point so let's give it a test with this

date of birth property any text property

that has this setting turned on will get

this button which you can see here and

here and if I click fill that will fill

that in even though that's given more

than just the date of birth it has

actually put it in bold which I think

for the purpose of quickly scanning to

see when someone's birthday is I think

that's perfectly fine but if you decided

that you wanted to give it more precise

instructions there is a place for you to

do that open up the property settings

and click this add instructions button

and you can test things out there so

that's with the text property that can

work in an object but here I am in my

entrepreneur collection and I can still

see the buttons so I can click fill here

and it does the same now when we're here

you can also see the second type of

property that can be filled with AI and

this is the description if you have

added a description to your custom

object types you will see something when

you go to add one if I hover over the

title I can either add a description

myself or I can click fill description

and we can see that AI icon that we're

used to from before and that fills in

information about what I have got on

this page already if you have an empty

object like Bill Gates it takes a more

General approach so they are two

properties that you can use for AI

autofill at different times of the

process if you would like you can

obviously edit whatever is there and

actually with these text properties

you've got a lot of flexibility with how

the text actually looks inside it as

well so you could even add some color or

delete everything if you didn't want to

it's completely up to you what you do

with it but it's really nice to know

that you don't have to find this

information all of the time quite often

the AI can get it completely right and

provide it for you with just a simple

click of a button so there're the

properties we will now look at the Bill

Gates object and we'll have a look at

what you can do with the AI in line and

what that means is essentially whilst

you're typing instead of having to open

up the AI chat and type in here you can

actually get answers within the blocks

itself so I have a question here and I

want to ask the AI for the response so

I'm going to type forward slash and ask

and click enter and that is now going to

load the answer and paste it below that

block now what is happening behind the

scenes is this block is being fed to the

AI assistant as context it's asking the

question it's getting the answer and it

is posting it into this object for me

Allin one this saves a lot of clicks but

it probably isn't something you want to

do for all chats because obviously some

of the answers can be quite long so here

is the answer you can see it's been

pasted under this block which actually

is quite useful because you can use this

handy shortcut there was a space and all

of that has been captured under that

heading so you know what the context is

essentially you know the question and

the answer so that was an overview of

two extra AI features that we have right

now where you can have the AI AutoFill

in some properties for you or to be used

in line with the rest of your blocks

within the context of your object this

exists very nicely alongside the AI chat

window so essentially there's a way for

you to use AI kind of everywhere you are
