that's what I've done so if you're new
to the channel if you don't know who I
am my name is gusen I own a agency I own
a software education company I'm brand
ambassador affiliate marketing a lot of
revenue streams but I have a oneperson
business model I have one person on my
team a VA but other than that it's just
me and I love this business model
because it allows me to have multiple
streams of income and a lot of freedom
no calls no sales calls no proposals
it's just whoever I feel like it's a
good fit there's Synergy and energy
alignment I can pick and choose who I
want to work with and I don't say that
to be cocky I'm fortunate to be in that
position but that's what I want to share
with you how did I build a personal
brand and a one person business model
that allows me to make pretty good money
so just to give you context uh my
Channel right now on YouTube is 27,000
subscribers but at 10,000 subscribers
already I was able to make my first 100K
so 7 figure business at at 10K
subscribers right and I've since then
obviously if you've seen some of the
videos I've been through a burnout after
having almost 20 people on my team so
I've seen the ups and downs the Solo
freelancer versus the agency I was able
to automate the agency and still burn
out through some other lessons and you
don't want to hear that whole story now
but I tell you this to say like this is
the best business to create Freedom by
Design to actually have a business that
you enjoy so with that let's dive in
here's a checklist if you follow this
checklist you don't need anything else
to build a 7ig personal brand yourself
or for other people so if you want to
partner with them and be their Goto
expert to implement this for them that
works really well as well but use this
as a checklist okay a road map so here's
what you need number one is a personal
brand and if you're building a um an
agency freelancing business or an info
product business a personal brand this
information is going to help you stand
out no matter what you're selling so I
want you to become the niche don't pick
one meaning don't just go into a niche
and say this is what we do cuz nobody
cares about what you do the features
they care about the benefits and the
outcome and the rest is just tools right
so they care about working with great
people so become the niche through your
expertise your passion your conviction
is bigger than your authority of like
working with and I've worked with big
clients like Tony Robbins Dean gracii
Russell Brunson but people who genuinely
become community members and sort of
family online family are people who
resonate with me as a person right so
your biggest passion experiences lessons
maybe mistakes you've done and your
epiphanies from those mistakes is what's
going to be your foundation for your
personal brand your mission what your
discovering on the journey is what
you're going to talk about so it's not
always about I am this expert and I'm
telling you what to do it's also hey
I've learned these things and I'm on
this mission to discover how to build
this or do this and I'm just sharing and
building in public I'm just telling you
what I'm learning as I'm doing this
right so if you then take that and then
create your your own right so your
curator your curate information then
create your own methods your systems
your Frameworks your process around
getting a result and that's what's going
to be the foundation for your personal
Brand add to that distribution like
short form content leading into to long
form and creating a show creating more
valuable free stuff than other people's
PID stuff like I have a 10hour free
course there we go 150,000 views super
valuable right so it's a it's a cash
flow asset set having distribution in a
personal brand um you can create a show
it's like weekly episodes whether that's
ENT entertaining or educational content
you can structure in a way where it's
like it builds on top of your stuff now
you get binge wordy content number three
list building so you take something like
your YouTube X Twitter Instagram
Facebook so I have for example my uh
Facebook profile right I have links here
where people can go and buy stuff or
download stuff and I make posts about
stuff that I'm doing but that helps fuel
the long-term business and the assets
and the email and it's both fueling the
main Channel which is YouTube right cuz
YouTube Works 24/7 it keep 24/7 it keeps
growing and other social media platforms
don't do that so I take that and then I
give out free stuff like this so this
was one when AI became a thing I
launched like an ebook but I've Ed
freebies as well that I give out and
that allows me to build a list and now
can own the traffic I I can reach those
people through emails and SMS or
Whatsapp or however you want to do it
and you can do this for clients as well
right you can set up the freebie the the
Automation and all that which is why
this so powerful you can do this for
yourself you can do for other people and
um I'm able to uh write an email click
Send and it reaches thousands of people
within seconds which is super powerful
now number four market research know
your customer then make them your
mission so send out a survey to your
audience about their problems right give
them a free gift for filling it out and
then compile a list of things they
mentioned they want help with so I've
done this for myself uh when I launched
my first info product I've done this for
clients one of my clients had thousands
thousands of responses where we were
able to see what they're struggling with
what they want help with how much they
want to pay for it and uh we sent out a
survey we said if you fill this out
you're going to get this thing and early
bird access and early bird pricing as a
thank you right and we gathered so much
data that we could then uh use for
content for emails for launch
promotional a copy and all of that and
that all came through market research
you don't have a personal brand and an
audience and by the way this works if
you have couple hundred followers as
well but if you work with a client and
you partner with them then use this to
create the info product with them it's a
killer way to uh gather the right
information before you launch something
to make sure that it's actually uh
selling actually it's me to number five
info product trade time for leverage not
money so every hour that you put in make
sure that it's leverage and it's
compounding into something else so
YouTube email list uh product Community
nurture uh brand ambassadors Affiliates
systems that then grow without your time
so if you're doing freelance work make
sure you partner with clients to have
recurring Revenue coming in you can do
upfront ongoing or percentage of sales
right instead of just oh this my hourly
rate so get clear on what info product
and offer is going to be then name your
info product and plan the deliverables
what's going to be included and then
create the initial infrastructure of the
info product so the software you're
going to use to host your info product
the email to send out the info product
to give them access the automations all
of that either do it for yourself or if
you don't have an info product do it for
a Creator or person brand who has one or
wants to launch one number six sales
funnels so I have one for my software
it's a sales funnel that gets leads
every day um fun University might look
different when you're watching this
video but this has been uh working well
the funnels that I use are automated so
we don't do sales calls it just sells
24/7 and that's why it's scalable as a
onep person business so design the fun
Graphics um first of all turn your
website into automated Sales Machine
right not just leads and calls actually
sell stuff for yourself or for clients
and then design the funnel graphics and
write the sales copy build out the
funnel in the software and automate the
delivery test the funnel so everything's
working correctly before you launch
because what we're going to do and even
if you have an offer you can do this you
can create what I call a cash campaign
so cash injection is where you create a
campaign a launch sequence of a special
offer or special discount because of a
reason like the holidays coming up or
this or that and it's um a reason for
them to act now instead of someday in
the future so what you're going to do is
you're going to create a launch campaign
create excitement and create urgency
around the launch then you map out the
launch date and a deadline for early
bird pricing right a launch campaign
sequence for content and emails on
social media Instagram stories a YouTube
video that mentions it uh Link in
description to a funnel emails go out
the whole n90 yard you can do this for
yourself you can do this for clients
then offer a beta version at a
discounted price for those first s days
I've even done it it where it's been
like 5 days and every day it goes up a
little bit for 5 days so it creates that
urgency and scarcity don't fake it
actually have um legit urgency then turn
that launch which is a one-time cash
injection into an evergreen campaign so
now you have Evergreen cash flow uh
where you build out ecosystems for
automated
monetization I've done this through
freebies with an email sequence free
community with upsells or courses that
offer one1 so every every step this is
called like funnel linking or chaining
together funnels where they go from free
low ticket to backend higher ticket so
you map your entire offer letter front
end to back end you consistently improve
products and customer experience because
yes I know a lot of us are marketers
we're in the marketing space but we're
in the service space in the impact space
and we have to focus on product
development and actually carrying more
than selling and then sales are going to
come as a um as a result and then create
cash flow campaigns for consistent um
cash flow and revenue uh where you
automate and schedule plan out your
emails going out content videos all that
one thing that I do have even though
they're not fulltime in-house is I hire
people to edit videos that are more
advanced because I can go on a trip for
example and have a team edit the videos
I know exactly how much the video are
going to cost and then I get them back
and upload them without having to do
anything of the work so you can still
Outsource to Freedom you know to have
that time yourself but you don't take
any risk because you don't have them on
like a 10K per month 5K per month 15K
per month content theme on your uh on
your expenses and operations and this by
the way imagine the difference between
someone who's like a full-blown ads
agency growth partner versus someone
who's building out the info products and
funnels like the the cash campaigns if
you do campaigns you can do the launch
then take a week off and the clients are
still going to love you you can schedule
a few emails they're still going to love
you versus if you run all their ads you
got to be in there all day every day
tweaking and optimizing and you can do
that if you hire people an Outsource I'm
not saying it's like impossible I found
that I love freedom more than just more
money so I'm happy with like 50,000 a
month and not having any stress versus
100K per month and then having like all
these things and deadlines and stress
and I pick Partners not clients if that
makes sense flywheels uh turn your
customers into raving fans and promoters
so if you're personal brand you have
your own info products collect
testimonials reviews case studies let
the results speak louder than your
promotion offer incentives to promote
your offers for commission so make uh
Affiliates brand ambassadors for
long-term growth and nurture the
community to fuel Ascension and that is
how you can scale with flywheels because
then if you have good products people
get results have a good price you have
marketing and content that fuels the
whole thing you can create a flywheel of
the more people that come in the better
results they get the more
recommendations you get um and the thing
starts to fly by itself right that's how
Amazon grew the Amazon flywheel so step
one personal brand Market uh brand
identity which is more about you than
the visuals the big idea so every
business has a big idea right so uh my
big big idea is you can become a a
partner with clients rather than selling
services and you can charge up front you
can charge a percentage you can char
charge monthly fees I've had clients
where I get paid 10,000 a month to just
help with their info products and
funnels because we create campaigns
right instead of just selling a logo
design or website offers what are you
selling sales message visual branding
Authority presence and audience so
presence is like your social media
audience is your audience size how do
you grow all of that uh if you're just a
beginner you can have authority by
association associating yourself to the
right people platforms communities data
statistics talking about those instead
of your results which you don't have yet
and if you're building your portfolio
you can create concept funnels and con
uh concept copy and concept projects to
Showcase what you can do for clients and
in the beginning you can say you don't
have to pay me anything up front because
I'm just getting started and I want to
earn
my uh my place in the marketplace um
distribution short form lead to long
form written I'll create more videos
around this but just so you can see how
it works um freeb to build the list you
can do this for clients as well imagine
if you take everything off their plate
and you say I can do this for you
because we have a system now it's nine
pillars and you probably have some of
them I'll do the rest I'll create the
market research survey right I'll help
you create the info product I'll help
you create the sales funnels in fact I
me gust and I have the templates for you
and you can customize those for your
clients because it's not just about the
funnel and the landing page right it's a
tool to do what to build a business that
your clients love where they can scale
info products instead of having to trade
their time for money so you're the
partner that that allows them to do that
right launch campaigns social media
posts that then lead to emails going out
and then Revenue coming in when you do
what's called the open cart when do you
open it so people can buy it Evergreen
cash flow you can help them optimize
their social media you can help them um
optimize their emails send out weekly
emails uh like an email newsletter and
you you can optimize their funnels and
that helps them increase their Evergreen
cash flow now you can probably see how
valuable you are to a client if you do
this or if you have your own info
product business or personal brand and
