hi my name is Hamza and I turn masculine
men into entrepreneurs in this video I
will help you make your first dollar
online I'm going to walk you through my
first dollar framework which is a
five-step framework I made to help
beginner entrepreneurs get their first
sale as quickly as possible and once
I've earned your trust the top Link in
the description will take you to my
entrepreneur school where if you want to
you can invest and get education from
teachers who will literally review your
business give you direct help so you can
go there when you're ready I remember
being in uh my bedroom in
2020 I'm on my computer and I've been
working on business or at least you know
like thinking about business for three
four months at this
point and I end up clicking on a video
that talks about the difference between
entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs
entrepreneurs is you know the guys who
have the business and a entrepreneur it
was like this almost derogatory insult
to the people who wanted to have a
business but they were just [ __ ]
talking about it thinking about it but
they hadn't made their first dollar
online yet and some random guy was
making a video and he was basically
[ __ ] on the people who hadn't made a
dollar cuz he said you basically just
haven't even made a sale you haven't
even made a product I remember watching
that thinking this guy was a [ __ ]
[ __ ] but that also he was right
because I was being a [ __ ] because all
of these random little thoughts that I
had of like oh no I'm not ready to sell
a product just yet I started to see the
weakness in that now I'm a guy like I
like going to the gym right I hear so
many fat [ __ ] skinny
[ __ ] who say oh I'm I'm not
ready to go to the gym just yet I'll
start on New Year's Day shut the [ __ ] up
you hear this all the time you hear like
people will have dreams and goals but
they'll say wait I'll just wait for some
for no reason at all and this was me
with the product and and trying to make
my first sale ever I kept on pushing it
off thinking oh you know I'll I'll post
a few more YouTube videos I'm not really
ready the product's not going to be good
enough yet you know I'm not ready to get
the sale yet whatever it was I realized
all of it was the same cope as the fat
man who says that he's not ready to go
to the gym yet so pissed off by this
video that I watched I decided okay [ __ ]
it I'm going to go and get this product
ready so I went onto this website called
Fiverr where you can basically set up
like freelance services and stuff right
it's just like a website you can sell
stuff and I went on and I made a little
listing for self-improvement coaching
where I said okay if you're struggling
with self-improvement like Fitness noof
fap cold showers discipline no all that
stuff I'll hop on a call with you I'll
listen to your problems and I'll give
you specific advice to help you get a
head I already had a subscriber uh
amount I think maybe about two 300 400
subscribers at this point as well so I
had like you know like a fairly Okay
small size audience I remember setting
it up and as I was working on it I'm
literally thinking like why the [ __ ] did
I I do this months ago because now I'm
learning what it takes to make a product
so I set it up I make it for as cheap as
the website allows it which was 350 £350
for an hour of my time bear in mind I'm
like 22 years old and minimum wage in
the UK was like6 s so this is half of
minimum wage but I set it up super cheap
get the link and I put it on some
YouTube videos where I you know I give
the YouTube video the value and then I
end up saying oh by the way if you want
my onetoone coaching if you're
struggling with self-improvement click
the link in the description and within
literally one day the first person buys
it straight away I still remember his I
won't say his name but I still remember
his name I still remember the
conversation we book a call it's
supposed to be a 1H hour call I stay on
for about 2 hours and 15 minutes just
giving it life advice we're talking
we're we're relating to each other we
end up getting into discussions about
like the fall of the West and religion
all these sort of things he's struggling
with like with weight loss like he's
been going to the gym but he's not
seeing much progress so I'm helping him
with that then we end up talking about
like no fap and everything I deliver the
value that was promised that he bought
for and as I'm coming off the call I
realize like it was just
procrastination I could have done this
three months ago and if I got my first
sale my first dollar month ago I would
have scaled it up and been on hundreds
by now I realized that all of the
thoughts that I had in my mind thinking
that oh yeah you know this is like it
it's a good reason to wait all of it was
just complacency and weakness and
laziness when I should have just started
this month ago for the experience so the
strategy of my first dollar framework
that I'm going to cover for you today
the strategy of it is literally just
make the product get it up so that
someone can buy it Market the product
and you'll get the sale it's that simple
like you you just make a product have
some way that someone can buy it put the
offer so you know the the ability to buy
it in front of like 50 100 people
through social media content and someone
will buy it it's that simple we can
literally get your first sale within 24
hours like before you go to sleep
tonight you let's say to be a little bit
lenient before you go to sleep tomorrow
you should have your first sale if you
watch this video now you might be having
some questions in your mind you might be
thinking wait what if I should just wait
to start the product I would suggest
that you start the product now for the
experience because look day one of
selling your product can be now or it
can be 3 months from now and waiting 3
months just means that your results and
your progress as an entrepreneur has
been delayed by three months I know what
you're thinking is like wait I'll just
focus on YouTube or I'll just you know
learn about other things for now but you
sound like a [ __ ] when you say that
there's a reason why like you say it
with like a sheepish kind of voice of
like oh you know I'll I'll focus on
something else right now because you
know that's not the disciplined approach
the best case scenario is like let's say
you're posting a little bit of content
like YouTube or something you know for
business best case scenario is you start
up the product right now so that you can
actually mention it in your YouTube
videos what would you say to the fat guy
who tells you he's going to wait before
he goes to the gym answer the question
really answer the question really think
to yourself imagine you had a fat friend
and this fat [ __ ] said to you I
want to go to the gym and I want to get
fit but I'm going to wait till next
month to start
what do you say to
him you'll tell him listen
fatty start now because a month from now
you're going to wish that you started
today it you don't gain anything by
waiting it's just that it's easier to
say oh you know what I'll leave this for
my future self the reason why your life
isn't as good as you want it you know
why like this is a off topic I didn't
think I'd get into this R but you want
to know the one single reason why your
life isn't as good as you want it to be
because you're a [ __ ] [ __ ] and
you're selfish you're selfish because
you prioritize your current self you
today over you tomorrow the cure to
depression is delayed gratification the
cure to being broke is delayed
gratification the cure to being lonely
is delayed gratification place your
future self as the priority above you
today that's literally the the number
one tip in life because you become your
future self and you leave your current
self behind
so you set this up for your future self
and you might also be wondering okay but
what if I make the product and it's not
going to be good what if I make this
product and it's going to be like a
crappy
product it is there's a few things you
can do about that my first product when
I made it I made it very cheap so I made
it £350 on purpose because you know I
wanted to kind of find my feat I wanted
to get a fast sale so that I could start
this process I didn't you know who gives
a [ __ ] about if your first sale is $5 or
$50
it's not that amount is not going to
change your life just for the first sale
you know eventually we want to make more
money but really what we're trying to
hit is the Milestone of your first sale
so that you get the experience and you
know it kind of unlocks that part of
your brain kind of like when you're
exploring on like Grand Theft Auto the
map goes from like being blacked out to
like being visible that's kind of like
what we're doing in the game of
Entrepreneurship we've got like a
blacked out section of making money
having the product and we want that to
become visible as fast as possible and
we do that through just navigating it so
it's better if we make your product
really really cheap because then if your
product is super cheap it kind of makes
it easily more likely to be worth it
compared to if you make it like $50 $100
now eventually we do want your product
to be much more expensive like
eventually I made my my onetoone
coaching a 100 times that price so I
started it at £350 and eventually I made
it £350 for a month of my onetoone
coaching and texting and stuff right So
eventually we'll increase the price but
if you start it really cheap you won't
have this guilty feeling thinking like
oh it's not really worth it right and
also the truth is you're going to make a
lot of products as your an entrepreneur
in your life so if you expect to become
an entrepreneur for the rest of your
life which you probably do right you
probably aren't expecting to like start
a business and then hopefully get a 9
to5 in the future you're probably
expecting to be a businessman for the
rest of your life right what that means
is you're going to have lots of products
over the rest of your life probably tens
probably 20 probably 50 probably a 100
different products I've probably had
more than 10 products that I've sold so
far in a few years and so your first
product doesn't need to be great in fact
it isn't it like more likely in just
common sense that your first product is
going to be [ __ ] right so think about
this your first product is going to be
[ __ ] whether you make it now or you make
it one year from now so it makes sense
to make it one year from now because you
can't expect your first product to be
amazing just like the fat man can't
expect his first workout to be amazing
but if you start now with the shitty
product with the the shitty workout one
year from now 5 years from now you can
have a really good product really good
workout so here's the five step-by-step
tactics of my first dollar framework
Step One is figuring out the niche the
demographic of your product Niche means
basically what topic what subtopic
subcategory our product is going to be
in so we don't just want a product which
is like I'll help you with uh with fat
loss and dating and and cold approaching
girls and not watching porn and I'll
also help you with like business and
making money online like I see a lot of
young entrepreneurs whose products look
like that they literally like I've seen
the the value stack is like oh I'll help
you become a better footballer and I'll
teach you how to make money online and
if you want dating advice I'll also give
you some dating advice and also I'll
teach you how to like ground and so if
you aren't wearing shoes it's kind of
healthy if you like step on you know
it's all over the place what we want is
one clear Niche the clear Niche can be I
will help you lose 10 lb of body fat
that's already really nice and that's it
we're not going to help you with dating
I'm not going to help you with noof fap
I'm just going to help you with the one
topic it takes discipline to cut off the
other options and say okay this is the
only thing that I help people with if
you've watched me for a while you can
see that I've done this recently I
helped people on YouTube and with my
products with so many different areas
didn't I I I used to have videos on noap
and and cold approaching girls and
health and everything now I just help
masculine men who want to be
entrepreneurs that's simple and I make
[ __ ] more like a [ __ ] tons more money
because it's that simple I just help one
kind of person along with this sorry
like I should have mentioned but like
along with this is the demographic of
the people you want to help so try and
be as specific as possible for the
person that you want to help so you
don't just say okay I'll help anyone
lose weight you say I'll help a
particular kind of person lose weight
who's probably similar to you so I had a
coaching client of mine back in like
2021 and I've just recently analyzed his
business he's doing really well I
remember in the first month of his
business he started to make a few
thousand dollars think about that in his
first month of starting his business he
started to make like2 or $3,000 how
amazing is that right in his first month
his Niche is that he helps South Asians
like pakistanis lose up to 10 kilograms
without cutting out their South Asian
food think about how specific that is he
helps Pakistani people lose body fat
without cutting out their cultural food
how specific is that marketing pitch and
so he is doing so well because he gets
so many people from the same kind of
culture going to him because he's like
the go-to person for that Niche that
that demographic of people so for you
your first step to making your first
dollar online is to just think okay what
very specific kind of person can you
help them and with with what specific
pain so you could say okay I can help
young men because I am a young man with
the specific pain of porn addiction now
imagine that I help young men with porn
addiction that's so specific now we've
we're talking now we can actually make a
pretty good product imagine if we
suddenly said I help young men with porn
addiction and I'll also teach you about
the gym and I'll also help you make
money online it's like that starts to
get confusing you you know what H
happens when you do that by the way you
actually make less money less people buy
your product when you mention that
you'll help them with multiple things
how interesting is that you'd expect it
to be more right you'd expect that when
you talk about oh I'll help you with
three different topics more people would
buy it but actually what happens is the
person who would have bought it like the
guy who's just got the porn addiction
he's going to watch your video where you
say like oh and I'll also help you with
Fitness and he's like oh no like I don't
really need help with Fitness so I guess
this product isn't for me it confuses
the buyer and it lowers your conversion
rate basically the percentage of people
who end up purchasing from you so in
simple words
create a very very specific product or
create like let's say we're going to
create a solution we'll talk through the
product in a second we're going to
create a solution for a very specific
kind of person so I help young Pakistani
men or young Muslim men quit porn that's
very specific that's going to be our
product we're going to think okay what's
the major deliverable that we can give
to someone to help them with that for a
lot of us who are watching a lot of the
things that we can deliver is our own
time and service so basically we can say
okay I help people lose weight by going
on calls with them and giving them
advice and and telling them about
strategies that they can Implement I
also will make some workout routines for
them I help young Muslim men quit
watching porn by going on calls with
them listening to their problems and
giving them some life advice and and you
know giving them some support so there's
going to be a major deliverable that
you're going to give to someone which is
going to be the the sort of major part
of your product so for me it's going to
be my core so inside of my entrepreneur
school I'm making this massive massive
program which is like a video course
teaching the 101 of Entrepreneurship the
first principles the foundations that's
like the number one like big key product
that I'm selling for you it might be
your onetoone call it might be like a
video course then the second step of the
first dollar framework is we're going to
spice up the product that we just had
into a package with a bunch of relevance
bonuses so we go from having the one
very clear product that okay I hop on
calls with people and I do coaching
calls with them or I have like a course
and now what we're going to do is add in
as much things as we can which are very
very relevant to the niche to the topic
that we're trying to help with so for
example we go from selling the onetoone
coaching calls where now we're going to
say okay well you'll also get texting
with me you can text me on Whatsapp I'll
also add you to the group chat I'll also
add you to the big Community Forum page
I'll also give you a video course I'll
also give you a meal plan and a workout
routine suddenly we're not just giving
them like a onetoone call we're giving
them like a list of seven things but one
is the big thing okay the the big
deliverable that's what you're buying
bonus number one the workout routine
bonus number two the video course bonus
number three this thing this thing this
thing this will help you to sell way
more it's just like a psychological hack
on basically kind of like it sounds bad
but like kind of how to like manipulate
your buyers into thinking you're giving
them more if you say to them okay for
$200 I'll do all of this you'll get less
money if and compared to if you say for
$200 I'll give you my onetoone coaching
but then as a bonus I'll also give you
this thing and this thing and this thing
in the end you're giving them the same
thing but if you label them as bonuses
you'll end up literally doubling how
many sales you get so so far what we've
done is we've thought of the very
specific Niche kind of person we want to
help we want to help Muslim men quit
porn we want to help Christian men
improve their relationship with their
wives we want to help Pakistani guys
teenagers lose weight we want to help
skinny teenagers build muscle right and
then we're going to think of the one
major product okay so it's going to be
our onetoone coaching our course
whatever then we're going to package
that up and add like five bonuses that
are all relevant so this is important we
don't add in a bonus that's irrelevant
we don't say to them okay I'm going to
help you quit porn and bonus number five
I'm going to teach you how to make money
online what you need to do is destroy
this entrepreneur ADHD that you have and
just cut off the other categories just
focus on the one category you're helping
someone with I see this all the time
it's like one of the biggest mistakes I
see of young entrepreneurs they just
they've got this ADHD where they're like
oh I'll I'll teach you everything that I
know please buy from me you don't do do
that just keep it on the same Niche so
all of your bonuses are on the same
Niche or at the very least they are very
very connected so for example if we've
got a dating product so my let's say
Okay I I help uh teenagers get their
first girlfriend my biggest product my
biggest deliverable is like my onetoone
coaching where I hop on I listen to your
ADV your your life and I give you advice
right my package inside of that could
actually include like a fitness program
if I related it to his goal of getting
the girlfriend so I wouldn't just say
okay you know here's a bulking course
but I'd say okay here's a bulking course
because when you get bigger you are more
attractive to girls and you'll end up
getting your first girlfriend faster so
do you see how in that example even
though we're in the dating Niche and
I've given a bonus on Fitness it
actually still works because it relates
to getting them to their dream outcome
which is that they want to get a
girlfriend so for you let's say if we're
helping like Muslim men quit porn what
bonus could we give them which is
slightly off topic but it is still
connected to their big goal of quitting
porn really think what what a somewhat
off topic but kind of on topic bonus we
could do for example a group chat a
community because it's kind of off topic
you know he came here to to overcome
porn but when we tell him that oh yeah
guys who are lonely are more likely to
fap and so we're going to give you a
community of like-minded men he's going
to be thinking oh yeah okay that makes
sense so if I join this community my big
problem of porn is going to be reduced
so do you see how it's still connected
it's not like oh and I'll just I'll
teach you how to make money online for
no reason at all you know you could
probably cope enough and say okay if
you've got if you're making money online
with a business you're busy whatever but
you want to at least relate all of the
bonuses to the major pain point that
they have so at this point we've got
clear on what kind of person we're going
to help with what very specific pain
that they're going through what major
deliverable we're going to be selling
and then also what bonuses that we can
put inside of that now here's the thing
you're probably think okay you know
we're moving along too fast like how do
I go ahead and you know build this all
out what do I actually sell this is the
important step and it might scare you
because this scares a lot of young
entrepreneurs it's the third step of my
first dollar framework which is sell
before you build sell before you build
means don't actually go ahead and make
anything for your product the video
course the the workout routines instead
go ahead and make the sales page first
where you talk about what you're
offering and see if you get some sales
first because there's two ways you can
go about it you can build before you
sell which is what you probably assumed
you were going to do so you start to
work on the video course where you know
it's like 10 20 videos where you teach
like how to quit porn addiction or
something you work on the workout
routines and you work on this bonus and
this thing and this thing and this thing
and then at the end of it you get ready
to sell it you make the sales page and
then you try and sell it that's actually
the bad way to go about business
especially as like a young Entre
entrepreneur who's trying to get his
first sale faster the better way is to
sell before you build so you start with
the sales page first where inside of
that you mention what you're going to
give to them so you record like a little
video or you have it in text saying okay
deliverable number one I'm going to do
the onetoone coaching I'm going to help
you with this then also bonus number one
I'm going to give you the video course
bonus number two the community whatever
you mentioned that you set it up so it's
for sale that someone can buy it right
now and you can mention on there as well
that you haven't built it just yet but
that as soon as they buy it that you'll
you'll like make it with them right and
then you sell it before you build and
you know why you do this because imagine
if you set it up and no one buys it
imagine if it turns out that your idea
for the product that you could make or
you know the the people you could help
that people aren't interested in buying
it even though that would hurt your
feelings you've just saved yourself
weeks of actually making the product
without getting the sale now the scary
part of this is wait wa okay so if I set
it up to for sale before I build it what
if someone buys it and I don't have
anything to give them this is the scary
part and you need to trust me on this as
soon as someone buys it you can
literally message them or email them and
say hey I'm working on making you know
the things that you haven't you can't
kind of give straight away what do you
want me to include in it because as part
of your package most likely there's
things that you can do straight away you
don't really have to build like for
example a onetoone video call with you
texting with you you can like offer that
straight away so you set that up for him
and then you say to them okay there you
know that you haven't made the workout
routine that was bonus number five or
you haven't made the video course your
first few customers you say to them I'm
making it right now it's going to be
awesome what modules would you like in
it so that this way he's he's literally
the first thing he's seeing is oh okay
it's not ready but then he's getting a
message saying what you want me to
include and he's like oh that's awesome
like I get to choose what modules is
going to be inside this video course or
you know this other part of the the
package and no one ever gets upset by
that now if someone ever gets upset and
says wait I wanted it to be ready right
now I want a refund you just give him
the refund no problem no problem at all
I done this multiple times not a single
person has ever asked me for a re no one
has ever shown me any way that they are
upset because they get what they're
after it just takes you a little while
to make like the video course and
everything people would happily wait for
a better product than a rushed one and
especially when you say to them I'll
build it with you what modules you want
what do you want this to be like do you
want this to be like this do you want
this to be like this it's way more
customized so people would actually
prefer that so the the third step of my
first dollar framework is selling before
before you build and this is the hard
step because there's so many like just
bits of resistance you need to go ahead
and set up a sales page before you've
built out anything else so how do you
set up a sales page well the website
that I have my business on actually I
think has the the easiest way to set up
and get collect sales if you're selling
something like coaching and community
and video course it's linked below like
it's my product but you can like click
on the links or whatever and go find out
like how to make your own School
community and that I think is better
because it's $99 a month but you get the
free trial for 13 days so what I would
recommend my students to do is get the
free trial you're not paying anything
for 14 days right get the free trial set
on an alarm and calendar on your phone
for 12 days or 13 days just to be safe
so it's not 14 and literally if you get
no sales in that time just cancel the
free trial and then you don't pay for it
at all if you do get some sales then you
might decide to stay on this website
that I'm recommending has the highest
conversion rates that I've seen
basically it's like to to make it very
very simple you're more likely to get a
sale if you use the website that I'm
recommending than if you go on to some
random website and it your your sales
page looks kind of like scammy like you
know most influencer sales Pages look
kind of scammy if you just go click on
the top Link in the description just you
don't have to buy my product but just
have a look at what that website looks
like it looks really official it almost
reminds me of steam you know that that
um video game software that you can get
on like your computer it looks like a
very professional website and it's it's
growing like this website is growing a
lot which which means that this page is
going to look very familiar kind of like
how Amazon looks familiar you never go
on Amazon and think like you're you're
about to get scammed or something this
page is going to look very familiar
because so many big creators are hopping
on and so literally like this is what
I'd recommend is you go and create your
own School Community set it for $50 a
month or $25 a month whatever you want
to do and H just basically go make
What's called the about page like the
sales page part of it set it all up you
don't even need the course or anything
else in there just set that up now if
only if that relates to your business if
for example you wanted to sell like
supplements or like merch or something
as your first product you're not going
to be able to you know sell it on school
but if you are going to sell something
similar to me which is like coaching and
video courses and community and giving
advice to people then I would really
really recommend this website because
it's super easy and you could genuinely
they let me just put this like little
action step for you you could set up
your sales page within an hour from now
there's no reason why if you look at the
the time right now for you go and look
at the clock or whatever there's no
reason why you can't have a sales page
that someone can buy from you within 1
hour from right now that means that from
1 hour from now you are no longer a
entrepreneur because that in my belief
the moment you have something up for
sale that someone can buy and give you
money for you're now an entrepreneur
even before you have your first sale so
you could actually be an entrepreneur 1
hour from now you just go set it up set
up the sales page write some details
maybe record a little video of you
hyping up what you're going to um build
out for them and everything and then
boom you've got a link with to your
sales page and you I would recommend
pring it fairly cheap maybe 15 25 35
bucks a month or something just for your
first customer you can even write in
there as well like for One customer only
or one person only 35 bucks and then
after this the price increases forever
that will get people to think oh [ __ ]
like one person only okay I want to be
the person who's got the the discount
there the fourth step of my first dollar
framework is then marketing the sales
page so we have a sales page where we
can sell something and it's important
that we go with this stepbystep order
rather than trying to like randomly post
YouTube videos how most like young
creators are doing they're randomly
posting YouTube videos without even
having a product to mention once you
have the sales page now we Market the
sales page this is why we post YouTube
videos and Tik Tok videos so many like
young entrepreneurs don't understand
this we don't just post social media
content just for the sake of growing an
audience because you end up getting a
[ __ ] audience that doesn't even relate
to your product you first start with
making the product making the sales page
then growing an audience based on the
product that we've just made so if your
product your sales page is very nich you
help Christian men quit porn you help
Muslim men lose weight whatever it is
now we go and make a bunch of marketing
content basically so like social media
content YouTube videos Instagram reals
Tik toks Twitter posts just on the exact
same topic as our product so if our
product is helping Muslim men with their
porn addiction every single bit of
content that we make is talking about
helping Muslim men with their porn
addiction does this mean that you'll get
kind of repetitive after you make like
videos yes is repetition a Bad Thing
[ __ ] no no the amount of young guys who
want to argue with me who literally
they've got like look how many
subscribers I've got bro the amount of
young guys who've got like 50
subscribers and they're like Al Hamza
you know your advice is making me sound
really repetitive you want to be
repetitive go and look at have you seen
Sam suluk on YouTube his videos are
repetitive as [ __ ] it's just him in the
car then he's in the gym then it's him
in the car repetition is a good thing
have you watched friends or The Simpsons
or South Park or future armor or any of
these TV shows they're all repetitive it
starts off with a nice little theme song
where everyone's like singing and then
dancing and then there's like all the
characters are there and then there's a
misund understanding and then there's a
bit of drama then there's like a
relationship there's a conflict then
they make up again and there's like a
funny little joke every single TV show
is repetitive for good reason this is
why people will binge your content so
don't be scared of being repetitive be
repetitive like saying that oh but my
videos will get repetitive if I just
keep making them you know on the niche
of my product helping Muslim men quit
porn or whatever it's like saying like
going to the gym and saying oh no no no
I'm not going to hit bench press because
I already hit it 4 years ago I'm not
going to repeat the exercise are you
[ __ ] dumb imagine some so you you
take like some little [ __ ] [ __ ] to
the gym he hits bench press once the
next week you take him back for the for
the next push lesson and he says oh no
but I already hit bench press I'm not
going to repeat myself you'd be looking
at him like shut the [ __ ] up bro
repetition is how you grow so why do I
have to keep explaining this to so many
young entrepreneurs they don't like it's
like your brain just doesn't even
understand understand how business Works
repetition is a good thing and also by
the way most people who watch your
videos don't actually watch all of your
videos so if you've repeated yourself 25
times on the same topic but you make a
new video half of the people who watch
the new video have never seen any of
your previous videos anyway so it's only
when like basically when you think
you're being repetitive that's often
when you'll be growing the most because
it shows that you're very consistent
with your your funnel your your sales
process so step four go and make a bunch
of videos on the exact niche of your
product try to not be overly repetitive
in the sense like don't keep making the
same video with the same title obviously
don't be stupid but for example one of
the videos could be how Muslim men can
quit porn the other video can be what
the Quran says about porn the other
video can be what my Imam said about
poem so it's it's very similar but you
can see you know there's a little bit of
a difference between each video right
I'm not saying like oh yeah just copy
and paste the same [ __ ] title over
and over again although there's social
media channels that do that that still
blow up anyway so that's theep
step five once you've posted probably
about 10 anywhere from 1 to maybe about
15 videos on the niche of your product
you will have your first sale it's that
simple once you've posted about 10 to 15
to maybe 25 videos like let's say
YouTube videos or Tik toks or probably
50 Tik toks for example but let's say
YouTube videos once You' posted about 20
YouTube videos on the niche of your
product and you've mentioned your
product in every YouTube video you'll
have your sale literally it's that
simple so to get this what you need to
do is each video that you make you need
to just mention the product kind of like
how I did at the start of this video
which was by the way when you trust me
enough the top Link in the description
will take you to X that's it you you
don't have to sell it you don't have to
tell them the price or anything like
that you just kind of tell them okay the
top Link in the description is X people
will go and click on it if you mention
that in every video of yours and you're
go and record 15 20 videos on the niche
of your product you will get your first
sale genuinely you will get your first
sale mistakes here is that you might go
and make one or two videos on the niche
of your product and then randomly you'll
go and make a video on on [ __ ]
Fitness or losing fat or whatever like
you know like an off topic thing which
isn't about your product you must
understand and and use social media not
just for your sort of therapeutic
feeling of talking about whatever comes
to mind but for the specific outcome of
marketing for your product and so it
doesn't make sense to have a YouTube
channel where you have a product like
you know helping Muslim men quit porn
whatever the product is I'm just using
that as an example but then you start
talking about fat loss or anything if
you want to you know if you feel like
you want to talk about other topics go
and talk to friends therapist go and
talk to family whatever girlfriend
whatever keep your business very pure
keep your marketing just on the niche of
your product that's it 10 20 25 videos
you'll have your first sale now here's
where most guys will stop they'll stop
at step four of this framework and they
will be [ __ ] entrepreneurs if you want
to be a good entrepreneur who makes more
money you need to do step of my first
dollar framework which is you get your
first sale and you deliver you build out
an awesome product and you make the
customer happy the best entrepreneurs
don't focus on the sale they focus on
the customer the worst entrepreneurs
focus on the sale not the customer what
what I mean by this is bad entrepreneurs
young entrepreneurs they're just
obsessed over getting the first sale
which is probably why you're here today
you just thought oh yeah getting the
sale is what I want the best
entrepreneurs don't even think about the
sale they think think about the customer
because when they have the customer they
want to help the customer with the
promise that they made you know they
they genuinely imagine there's like a
Muslim guy out there that struggled with
porn for so long he genuinely wants to
help other Muslims give up porn so when
he gets a sale he's not like oh yes
kaching got a sale can't wait for the
next one so I can take a screenshot he's
thinking oh um Ali just bought my Pro
program I can go and help him to quit
porn that's the energy that you need
that when you get a sale don't just
think oh yeah I made money you know by
all means celebrate cuz it is an awesome
Milestone but think to yourself oh Jack
just bought my product I'm going to help
him with this thing I'm going to like
eradicate this problem for him if you're
selling like you know noof fap coaching
or something you're thinking to yourself
like oh I'm going to make sure that he
doesn't watch porn I'm going to get him
to that
point that's the the first dollar
framework I've walked multiple people
multiple students through this in fact
one of my students he's 15 years old his
name is
and he makes over $11,000 a month
following this exact
framework think about that he's 15 years
old in fact he was 14 when he starts he
makes over $1,000 a month following this
exact framework and even on the website
that I told him to like he he basically
like you know that website I mentioned
to make your sales page he made it on
that priced this product at like $150
ended up getting a bunch of people who
bought it after following this advice
and he he's above $11,000 a month now
how awesome is that you see your life as
an entrepreneur you've heard it so much
you'll be making 10K a month you can
travel you can be in barley like I am
right now you can buy the nice clothes
and the watch and all those things and
those that's very nice but honestly one
of the best parts of being an
entrepreneur is getting the customers
and really helping them you're here
watching this kind of video instead of
the the flashy kind of ones because you
actually want to be not just an
entrepreneur who makes money but you
want to actually genuinely help your
customers to eradicate the pain that
they're going through that you've been
through yourself and so Props to you for
that because that's the best part of
Entre R preneurship it's it's a very
like like spiritual wholesome fulfilling
journey to think okay there's a pain out
there in the world of porn addiction of
you know um eating [ __ ] food whatever it
is and you want to make your business
your full-time job eradicating that pain
good on you for for caring about people
like that and also let's just be honest
when when you're successful as an
entrepreneur it is pretty [ __ ] sick
Bro come on I am in Bary it is [ __ ]
sick I get to travel around I was just
in Singapore for a few days I'm in Bary
stay and at this like Retreat right now
for a few days busting out these videos
loving life it's awesome man it like the
lifestyle you get is [ __ ] awesome
it's a Tuesday right now by the way I
could be back in England working a
9-to-5 job making 25k a year 30k a year
I make that in 5 days now how [ __ ]
that's [ __ ] sick isn't it click and
watch this video to continue learning
more about entrepreneurship goodbye mAh
