what you're trying to work on or what
you're feeling like or or whatever that
makes you hit the golf ball straight to
start off when I try and swing harder on
the golf course it looks exactly the
same as my normal golf swing and it's
sad swinging hard doesn't necessarily
you're mean you're always going to
farther right does not mean you're going
to farther one bit we've got to find
ways to create effortless speed this is
what we're doing so effort speed
effortless speed so when we're swinging
super hard and see crazy you know ah you
know whatever that's actually the worst
thing to be doing on the golf course you
don't want that okay but what we're
trying to train here is the fast twitch
muscles boom boom making it go faster
faster faster pushing yourself past your
neurological limit so will I be able to
walk after today uh

we're focus on ball speed I'm going to
try and get his ball speed from 167 on
average to 175 we can talk about
distance and you can go to 2,000 spin or
whatever and kind of cheat the system a
bit we're really focused on ball speed
cuz if you have higher ball speed you're
ultimately going to hit it

in the bag no problem that was after it
I never swing hard this is so weird
I actually never in my life go after
golf balls hard still make the same

get to 80 now my goal for you is to get
to 80 why so important to speed train
every once in a while because you get to
that new level and then you try and hone
that level in right you know if if
you're never pushing you're never going
to get there right right and so you can
stay at the level you're at but you've
got to push a little bit and make it go
a little crazy even though not which is
great to get to that new level you do
not care where it goes you're just
moving the face faster through impact

I'm an mat guy so any of that though
make sure you go to the gym make sure
you go see your therapist I haven't done
any of that so just go get a massage
after okay I'm the out but I'm serious
though you've got to make sure this is a
disclaimer so nobody gets injured or
anything like that make sure you take
care of your body first that was fun I
love it I love the challenge that was
really fun was good it's like so
rewarding when you get it yeah and but
my body I felt like my golf swing was
like you you said you weren't going to
talk about it maybe till now but why was
I hitting it straighter when I was
swinging harder I don't so so the the
reason for that is potentially the shaft
is working a little bit more in your
favor cuz you know you said it was super
stiff oh yeah yes up at those swing
speed yes the shaft is kicking
consistently that way it's squaring the
face up just a fraction more I want to
cruise at like once this makes me just
want to cruise a little bit faster but
not change my golf swing I want my golf
swing to always stay the same exactly I
just want to cruise now again here's the
key you want to get speed once you have
speed hone it in right hone it in at
that level right and that's where I
could swing any which way to gain speed
but eventually you want to start honing
in at those speeds making sure you're
swinging your your DNA That Swing DNA
you have is not changing one day sore
tomorrow you will feel it okay good all
