opportunity I'm going to bring to you

was revealed to me by an investment

it's going to lead you to fill out a few

questions here we're just going to

create a workspace now you can choose

paste in text generate or import a file

we're going to click generate that

middle one and we want to click

presentation right here on the left and

then I'm going to choose six cards right

here and at this point we have to tell

the AI what we want it to do and what

we're going to tell it to do is actually

to create like a PowerPoint presentation

and wait before you click off I know it

sounds crazy but this isn't just any

PowerPoint presentation this is a very

specific type of PowerPoint presentation

that has an extremely high value of

multiple thousands of dollars like I

showed you in the screen screenshot

earlier and we're going to make this AI

do the whole job for us so we don't have

to do hardly any work ourselves now you

might ask me what kind of PowerPoint

presentation could go for $2,000 or more

the answer to that is a slide deck for

an investment banker you see since the

year 2020 a lot of investment bankers

are now working from home and the things

that they might have had people in their

office to do now they're doing from home

actually click in and make edits to it

so if the company has giv you specific

information that needs to be put in at

different parts in the presentation you

can just easily go in and click and

change the text it's really really

simple you can add images or whatever

else you want for example some of these

numbers like this funding opportunity

stuff you might need you might get

specific information from the company

that you would fill in there but the

basic structure of the whole thing is

done for you you can just go on there

you saw there's other people doing this

on upwork that would be where I would

recommend you go to sell this type of a

service and you already saw they're very

very high price points now this next AI

tool is buried deep in a website called

Wix now you may have heard of Wix before

but keep watching because a lot of

people don't know that Wix can do what

I'm about to show you all you need to do

is go to wix.com

and then click up here in the upper

right get started and then what we're

going to do here is we're going to have

it create a website for us click Start

chat and we're going to type in the

information now we're actually going to

use the same information from our

fictitious company that I showed you

with the last AI tool called Fetch we're

going to be doing this for a small

business so they're going to give you

this information that I'm copying and

pasting in here you can see that we're

just pasting in the information about

the company and we're just putting in a

few details here and then we're going to

click generate and you can see right

here it is creating an entire website

for US based on this company information

that we gave it right here I'm going to

click on design site and we're going to

click generate a design right here and

you can see boom right there it's

created an entire website from just us

putting in a few little details in those

text prompts now you can click right

here this button continue to the editor

you're probably going have to make a few

small adjustments to the site once it's

done and there is our completed site we

can click in it's got a chat box it's

got all kinds of stuff added in all

ready for us all we need to do is go in

and make some small adjustments for the

client now you might say how could I

sell this to somebody really all you

need to do is go into Google Maps type

in whatever category so in this case

it's pet groomer and you just need to

scroll down on the left until you find

businesses that don't have a website yet

and in this example right here I did a

quick search and you can see out of all

these top sites only one of them

actually has a website so then you just

go in and contact so I would go in and

contact all these pet groomers and say

hey I noticed you didn't have a website

yet for your business and I created this

website for you are you interested in me

setting up this website so it can be

made viewable for the public for your

customers and the nice thing about it it

only took a few minutes to create the

website and I could send it out to five

different pet groomers even if only one

out of those five is interested I've

already got a sale I've already got the

website com completed and it's awesome

for them because they can see what I'm

able to do before paying any money at

all they can see results in advance you

much money other people are making

people and if you look right here this

person is selling each infographic and

remember it only took it you saw it only

took maybe like 30 seconds to make it

with

AI they might not know they can make it

with AI but they're charging $40 for

each one and you can see they've got

going to do here is we're going to set

up an AI person that can actually answer

the phone and hold a conversation and

talk to someone and it's almost

impossible to tell that it isn't a real

human being now in the past you needed

to be a complex computer programmer to

be able to figure this kind of thing out

but this is so simple to do now I'm

going to show you how to make money from

this in just a second but first let me

show you an example of the kind of thing

that you can build with this this is a

conversation between a real person and

the AI tool hey James it's Alexander

from Tesla Motors how's your day going

so far it's going pretty good my man how

about yourself and you said from Tesla

right it's the car

company yeah that's right I'm calling

from Tesla Motors the car company and

you can hear the the person speaking

with a British accent is actually the

computer and the other is the real

person but you can tell it's almost

impossible to tell that it's not a real

person if I hadn't told you it was a

computer you wouldn't know now mark my

words bus businesses are going to be

jumping on this trend if you can offer a

service where you can create a phone

answering bot for businesses where AI

can actually answer the phone for them

at the fraction of a cost of a real

human receptionist I predict these

businesses are going to be clammering at

your door in fact there's probably small

businesses out there that can't even

afford a real receptionist to answer the

phone maybe even the business owner

themselves are answering the phone and

when they see that their incoming phone

calls could be answered by an a a i that

sounds exactly like a human being

they're going to be amazed and like I

said before it's really not hard at all

to set up you don't have to have any

experience or programming experience to

do it so let me show you so if you

remember before I cleared the pallet so

that it was totally blank and we can

start 100% from scratch you're just

going to click that gray button in the

upper right of the box right there this

is where you're going to type in if

there was a real person answering the

phone for that company what would they

say now I'm going to type in just for

you can see what it can do how are you

just cuz I'm going to show you a couple

features right here that it can do then

you click on plus and this is where

you're going to type what you want the

computer to say next so we typed in

first Hi how are you and then the human

being on the other side says something

like I'm fine or whatever I'm doing gr

and then we're typing in the first thing

we want the computer to say which is hey

it's Sammy with fill in the blank of the

company name it's been a while since we

spoke and I just wanted to check in and

see if you were still considering

selling your house so I'm doing this for

real estate situation for you it would

change depending on your client now this

is where it really gets amazing what

we're going to do here is we're going to

type in a bunch of possible responses

that could come from this question so

the computer's asking the human are you

still considering selling your house and

so we're going to type in a bunch of

different things that the human could

say the human might say yes I'm ready to

sell the human might say I'm not quite

ready yet I'm going to type in a bunch

more you see those three red dots each

one of those three red dots represents a

different path that this conversation

could take at this point but the nice

thing is because this is an a ey that

we're talking to the human doesn't have

to say these exact words someone who's

ready to sell their house might say it

in all different kinds of ways and

because this is an AI it can understand

all those phrases and Route the

conversation in the right direction

based on how it understands human speech

so then what you do here is you drag a

line over and you say here's the three

directions that this conversation could

take at this point and now I'm going to

say what I want the computer to say in

each of these three instances so let's

say they say I want to sell then I want

the computer to say great what kind of

time frame are you thinking you'd like

to have it all wrapped up and then here

this is where they say they don't want

to sell we're saying did you already

sell it or did you just decide to stay

then we can add even more possibilities

that could happen in the convers ation

at this point they might say they

decided to stay here or they might say I

already sold it and now we've got

another little tree to make and then you

draw you drag the lines over these are

two more possibilities of the tree of

what could happen in the conversation

and you just keep on going with it like

I'm doing right here there now I have

created a whole tree here which is a

bunch of different possibilities of

different ways that this conversation

could go in a real estate type of

conversation and again you're going to

do this for whatever client you get and

then we're going to click save now I

want you to hear what this sounds like

when someone calls this decision tree

thing that I just made It's Sammy with

Joe home it's been a bit since we spoke

and I just wanted to check in to see if

you were still considering Che me on

house um no I don't think I'm going to

anymore gotcha did you already sell it

or did you just decide to say so you can

kind of see how it works and how it's

having a very real sounding conversation

with the person it'd be almost

impossible to tell that you weren't

talking with the computer it's also

pretty smart in the sense that if the

conversation goes in different

directions it can handle a lot of

different stuff happening while it's

talking with the human because remember

it's an AI that can understand human

speech now air. a isn't the only one out

there there's a few other companies that

are also jumping in on this trend and

creating tools to do this but they're

all very similar and easy to create with

just a drag and drop interface some of

them might have better reviews than air.

one so you can kind of get an example of

business that is just waiting for you to

jump in early on the trend and the nice

thing is you can create these demos for

small businesses so they can actually

hear for themselves what it would sound
