to an elderly customer on the telephone

now they wanted to place an order from

our company website

but they were not very tech savvy and

normally i had to deal with all customer

talking them through the process and

reassuring them

that everything was safe i asked them

questions to establish their order

requirements

and i then spent quite a lot of time

walking them through the online order

process

until everything was complete now at the

end of the process the customer thanked

me

for taking the time to help them and

they went on to become a long-term

customer of ours

which was great to see so that's a

weekday evenings and also sometimes at

the weekends if i am
