money I made sure to simplify it and
only Ed words that everyday people could
understand and over the next year or so
these videos resulted in millions of
views and over 100,000 new subscribers
all from something I didn't know
anything about a few months before I
served as the translator between
technical engineers and entrepreneurs
it's simple my software development
agency gave me credibility then me
synthesizing those podcasts into my own
unique perspective made it valuable and
this value solidified my personal brand
as the guy who talks about business

now I got pretty lucky with timing a
trend and was definitely in the right

saw with celebrities on wedi boxes we
will start seeing micro creators on
every Niche product possible in the last
few years alone so much has changed look

he has recently gone all in on his
personal brand because paid ads just
aren't working as well as they used to
just the cost to acquire customers is
insane just because ad costs have gone
up so dramatically and so I'm watching
guys like you and other people who are
getting so much organic free traffic we

relaunching our podcast like and my goal
is in a year from now to be able to be
getting more traffic from organic than
we are from Paid soon paid ads May no
longer be an affordable option and
organic content may be the only way to
get customers not only that but with AI

you have to start a personal brand
before 2025 or you seriously risk

something year-old kids have I had in my

expertise it can just be you curating
the best AI tools or sharing the
knowledge from some books that you read

something even if you just learned how
to do it yourself whatever type of

need to map out some big Vision or need
7 years of experience you will sort out
your personal brand over time once you
get feedback from your viewers and don't
