showing you the exact strategy that I've
used to send up to 1,000 cold DMS per
day on autopilot to scale my agency to
25k per month now there's two possible
reasons why your agency isn't scaling
you're not getting clients and you're
not seeing progress number one is that
not enough people are hearing what it is
that you have to offer you just need to
generate attention there's not enough
people knowing about what you do and the
second problem you might be running into
is that your offer and what it is that
you do is simply a commodity right slash
it's not different from all the other
agencies that are in your same exact
Niche and for that point all that you
have to do there is change the frame in
which you do the service because you
could have the same service as everybody
else but if you tweak the frame to it
then you're able to actually be
different but what we're going to be
covering in this video is the first and
most important problem which is not
enough people hearing about your stuff
because even if you're sending the best
cold DM script but you're only doing 10
DMS per day 30 50 100 DMS per day you
are going to get beat by the guy that
made his own DM script and he's sending
1,000 DMS per day any day of the week so
if I'm able to send 25,000 DMS per month
on autopilot again I don't lift a finger
I don't do this it might upset you to
hear this but the truth is is that
you're working harder than I am if
you're still sending cold DMS 1020 a day
you are putting in more work than I am
yet I'm getting 20 times the output that
you're getting and again it comes down
to leverage so I'm going to teach you
how to use leverage here so you're able
to 10x the volume of Outreach you're
doing so you could beat everybody else
because you could be selling anything
you could be selling a damn banana right
but if you get a thousand people every
day to hear about this banana that you
have to sell I guarantee you that
there's going to be somebody multiple
multiple people on this planet that will
buy a banana just because so many people
heard about it so that is the whole
volume game and how volume negates luck
it negates chance and honestly volume
negates strategy again if you're sending
1,000 DMS per day you're going to be
everybody else so that's why you're
going to want to watch this and I'm
going to break down the strategy for you
right now Leverage is what makes people
wealthy and in order to understand this
you need to see who I mean who are the
hardest workers in the world right you
might think maybe it's the blue collar
guys but the thing is the blue collar
guys doing the hard labor every day
working harder than any any online
business owner they're not making Mills
so hard work is not correlated with how
much money you're going to make and when
you understand this you now see how the
eight figure guys the people making 100
Grand a month they're using leverage and
they're working less than not only you
but they're working less than me and so
what we need to do is we need to
introduce leverage into our client
acquisition process so we're able to
systemize it and actually run a business
because if you're sending cold DMS right
now and maybe you got cursed out by some
Prospect right or maybe somebody ignored
your offer and said that you suck and
just said bad things about you and then
you stop doing Outreach for that day or
you stop the next day you're letting
your emotions take over because a real
business all they care about is that
they're hitting their kpis right their
key performance indicators of knowing
that only 5% of every out Outreach
message you send is going to get a
positive response and so they don't care
what the heck the 95% of other of all
the other Outreach messages were what
the responses were they only care about
the 5% that are positive responses if
that's making sense so you need to
remove emotion from the process and the
only way that I found to do that is to
use leverage and hire somebody to
actually send the the DMS for you all
right so now let's break down what
exactly you need to do so step one when
we're just getting started with Outreach
in general you are going to be the
person doing the DMS because you need to
find a process that works and I'll give
you um one of the kpis like I just said
one of the the indicators that we need
to be at in order to know that what
we're doing is actually working and I
use 5% so what this means is if you send
100 DMS per day you should be getting at
least five positive responses and as a
testing size I would I would use a week
right so five working days let's say we
send 500 DMS in a week we want at least
25 positive responses right and if
you're not meeting this it means that
there's something wrong with the message
slash the niche maybe you're not
reaching out to the actual ideal
prospects although you should be able to
see these people's profiles and make
sure that they are within your Niche but
99% of the time it'll be due to your
message and messaging on DMs like this
is something that I have a pet peeve
about there is no cold DM script that
works better than others in terms of if
you try to follow what other people are
doing you are going to look like every
other person that's in my inbox right
that I get all the same DMS about doing
editing and that type of stuff so you
need to stand out and the only way you
do that is coming up with your own
framework so I do want to give you a
general framework that you can follow to
you know give you the creativity to come
up with your own idea but I mean very
simple man in terms of framework for the
actual DM process I use we see about a
6% positive response rate um again well
within kpi and so it works I'm not
changing it but first thing we want to
say in the message is just give them an
intro
um so you could just you know say why
you are reaching out slash where you
found
them now the next step I would put in
some social proof here so here's where
it can get tricky if you don't have
clients here's kind of the framework I
would use I would say something along
the lines uh of you know I I actually
you know
specialize in X right I actually
specialize in X and you could explain
exactly what you do and if if what you
do is directly align to that exact
person and what they're looking for
there's a good chance that they're going
to keep on reading now if you have any
case studies any testimonials your own
case study right maybe you're working
with gyms and you say that you actually
used to work at a gym and you used to
call the leads that they were getting
and they sucked and I've developed a new
way to get better leads right if that's
the case you could input that in here um
which would be you know your own proof
right if you have any client studies you
know you could say that I've I've worked
with you know 30 gyms right or whatever
it may be you know I I worked I worked
with
Dan in you know Dan in in in
Miami and we were able to get him X
result right like very barebone
stuff um you just want to add some level
of social proof here so they're you know
they they understand that this is what
you do the most important part guys and
let me I'm going to bold this stuff so
you should already like you should be
able to develop a message by the end of
today and like there's no way for me to
know what's the best message for you you
you craft a framework you test it you
send 500 DMS for a week and you see if
you got a 5% positive response rate like
that's all there is to it if you didn't
you have to change something in the
message change the intro change the
social proof change one variable at a
time so you're able to test that
variable right don't change the intro
the social proof and the next step which
is arguably the most important the
mechanism right how are you different
right how are you different
slash one
unique part of your process right so put
in one thing a you know in the in your
strategy that you use that's different
from most things out there or maybe that
your the person reading this message
doesn't necessarily understand a lot of
people like to put put a mechanism on it
and say use my automated Authority
funnel right something like that it does
work I prefer to just use a little
section of it so if you're running let's
say ads let's say video ads right you
could say um and I'll just give you an
example here for gyms
right um hey found you found you on the
explore page uh Hey found you on the
explore page and and love what you got
going on in your gym I actually
specialize in helping Jims get more
clients like how we recently helped Dan
in Miami get him you know 25 new members
in the door in the first 30 days and
then I would go to the next paragraph
and say and we do it by using one simple
video ad that takes 5 minutes to set up
that you see that like that adds so much
curiosity and then last step guys we
don't want it to be too long is give
your call to action right this is the
sauce this is the sauce right here for
the call to action never ever ever ever
ask to just book a call it doesn't work
I it just doesn't work don't do it don't
try it you could test it if you want but
it's going to be a waste of time what I
would do here is I would sell a
vsl so I don't want you guys to
complicate this I would make literally
honestly dude you could make a 2 to 5
minute video if you want and literally
just explain how your process
works it's so simple and once you have a
two to five minute video saying Hey you
know we helped Dan you give a little bit
of social proof in the video and that
this is for a whole separate YouTube
video but you'll get a little bit of
this sauce you know hey we just helped
this person with this and this is how
the process works first we're going to
do this and then we're going to do this
and this so you can get this result and
then in the video is where you give the
call to action to book a call you see
what I mean um but that's now that we
have a vssl and you could kind of put
this in the background now the call to
action in the message would be I'd love
to to to share a video going going over
how the process works so you
can um so you
can implement it for for your
gym does
that sound does that sound fine like
something like that like I'm giving you
an actual script here but now other
people are going to use it so come up
with your own variation but the basis of
the call to action right you know I I
want to give you a video so it could
help you get this result and you could
implement it yourself right so that's
just a general framework of what I would
do here in terms of scaling this thing
right this is mainly why we're here
here's what you're going to do right
first things first you need a aged igf
Facebook SLX right Twitter account to
send messages on now on this account you
could either go for you know just just
some personal pictures of you so
literally I I've made so much money by
just having some accounts that have a
couple of just random pictures of me
with nothing that I do or another
variation is you have you know you have
content you know giving away value some
testimonials in the bio and a bio with a
call to action slash you know
explaining what you do that that you
know relates to your DM like if your bio
says I help chiropractors scale and then
your message is like you know I want to
share you video on how I can help you
grow your gym obviously it's not going
to work but that's step one is you know
get an aged account this could literally
be your personal account guys this is
how I started Next Step would be to you
know obviously build your leads list so
build your leads list and you could do
that by using hashtags on IG right
Facebook groups work great um literally
using the search bar like you could find
these people based on your Niche very
very easily um and that's how you'll be
able to build a list of all the people
that you're going to be reaching out
to and the next step is obviously to DM
them and here's a little sequence that I
follow guys right you you go for dm1 um
pitching the video and if they don't
answer what we're going to do is we're
going to follow
up follow up follow up
okay so if they don't answer our pitch
we're going to follow up three times and
that's that's how you know that's that's
all I do here dm2 so now once we get
them to say yeah I'd love to check out
your video I would go for dm2 and dm2 so
dm1 is the pitch dm2 what I would do
here is I would ask I would ask for
their contact info right so bear with me
guys I've had to re record this video
two times because my loom application
just completely just shits itself so I
I'm on Zoom now and I want to wrap up
here because this is the most important
part that you need to understand again
you you you need to do this yourself
first before we can get into the scaling
process okay so we just went over the
entire process and I'll cover you know
some of the stuff that I already Drew
over from my previous recordings in a
second um but this is how you set up an
account right this is what you do on
each account you you make sure it's it's
aged you put the content you build your
list this is the script you want to
follow and on each account you'll be
able to send 40 DMS per day I would
split it up into around five or 10 per
hour so you don't get banned and all you
have to do is replicate this with four
other accounts and you'll have five
accounts that you could use to get up to
200 DMS per day by yourself here's where
it gets fun so stick with me guys now
we're moving on to the scaling process
because now from that alone you'll be
able to get to 200 DMS per day and when
that happens this is what we're going to
find right here guys you are going to be
getting more leads right and as a result
you're going to get more appointment
setting that you have to do so you're
going to have to get on the phone and
set more appointments you're going to
get more sales calls you're going to get
more clients to deliver on right which
is going to equal you spending a ton
more time working on things other than
Outreach never ever ever stop doing
Outreach because you're overwhelmed when
that point comes is when you know that
it's time to introduce leverage and for
that here's where guess fun guys you're
going to go to onlinejobs.ph and you're
going to hire a VA for $3 an hour to do
this for you I recommend you pick up two
vas $3 an hour it'll be around $480 a
month each um you could also give them
commission that's what I do to give them
a little incentive so
you know you can give them $50 per
client that signs up from their
leads and with this alone this is the
framework guys on how you could hit 10K
a month I mean I want to like drill this
in your head this is all that you need
okay two vas alone will easily be able
to send 400 DMS per day and you
shouldn't have any questions here
because since you did this yourself
right 200 DMS per day by yourself you
just followed what I just taught you and
replicated it over five accounts when
you bring a VA on you just make a little
loom video right or or not Loom use zoom
since since lom's kind of crapping out
on me but you're going to make a video
and explain to them look you we're going
to set up five H accounts right for each
VA this is how you're going to build
your leads list right this is how I do
it now this is the DM process the DM
sequence you're going to follow right
and then you don't have them do the
appointment setting okay you're still
doing that yourself you you're still the
one that wants to actually call these
leads okay um and now they're going to
be able to get right into you know the
swing of things they'll be able to send
400 DMS per day that's what I did to hit
my first 10K month and here are the
numbers behind it so at 400 DMS per day
if we're looking over a 24 workday month
that'll be around
9600 DMS per month and if you're getting
5% um if you're getting 5% of DMS to
turn into positive responses right
remember guys kpi that I showed you over
here we want at least 5% to actually
turn into positive responses so if we're
sending 9600 and we get 5% we'll end up
uh with
480 leads right here now from that from
those
480 leads what we like to get is around
a
10% actual
booking rate so that means 10% of your
leads
right should turn into bookings and that
would become 48 bookings per month for
this remember guys you never ever ever
want to only just send a calendar Link
in the DMS it doesn't work um as the
only Avenue right we want three Avenues
where these leads can book a call with
us one is the email that we send them
right with link to the video and give
them um a link to book a call two is
asking them in this follow-up process
right um how' you find the video based
on their response you send them a link
to book a call and the most important
one that books calls for us personally
is finding their phone number and
calling them because these people are
leads okay and so you're calling warm
leads you're not cold calling and it's
going to help you a ton to get to a 10%
booking rate if you get 48 book
appointments per month you'll get um you
know call it a 50% show rate which is
honestly pretty bad but just to be
conservative 50% of these booking show
up so that's 24 showed if you are
closing at
25% which is standard you'll get around
six clients per month and if you're
charging 2K a month that is $112,000
guys so right there that's the step by
step on how you could hit your first 10K
a month it's not rocket science it's not
shiny it's not pretty but not what
people are just laying out for you you
know what I mean um that alone's how you
do it guys I mean this is another point
that I mentioned in my previous
recording just do everything that I just
explained in this video I don't want you
to go and watch another Iman godsy
YouTube video I don't want you to start
listening to some podcast don't read
another book until you're sending 400
DMS per day I'd even put in here on
autopilot guys use leverage okay higher
vas it's going to save your life you're
going to love life okay this is how you
get
rich you don't get rich
by trying some new shiny object on how
to get clients it's by doing the boring
work okay it's by following this and
replicating it over and over and over
and over again and that is how
eventually you get to a, DMS per day
because right now we were just looking
at if we do these two right well and we
hit 400 excuse my terrible
handwriting what if we added three more
vas right and now we got another 600
that's how you hit a th000 DMS per day
guys and you could run the numbers a
th000 DMS per day like that's how you
easily hit 20K a month um but it just
becomes a replication process and the
thing is is like this stuff isn't shiny
it's not pretty guys guys but this is
what's going to get you rich right um
and you need a bigger goal a bigger
dream past just making money maybe you
want to end up in a Porsche 911 right
maybe you want to retire your parents
maybe you want to travel the world just
going after money is why you're failing
because you're just looking for the next
shiny thing that's going to get you
there quickly but if you have an
ulterior goal like an ulterior motive
past just money and you have a true
desire it's worth going after you'll do
this boring work but unfortunately a lot
of you guys aren't going to do this work
but the ones that are you guys are going
to win and you guys I want you guys to
