be as as bespoke as we want to be or as unique asĀ we want to be just by sending over something thatĀ Ā
we're seeing on their website hi like I saw thisĀ blog post and uh yeah I related to it because ofĀ Ā
XYZ by the way I'm reaching out because of thisĀ reason okay so that's what a lot of people doĀ Ā
to personalize their emails and it does stillĀ work very well so do not rule that out but it'sĀ Ā
getting a little bit more diluted because more andĀ more people are doing it and so agency owners haveĀ Ā
started sending Loom videos Loom is just a way toĀ record your screen you can do this on QuickTimeĀ Ā
or any other screen recording software and theyĀ will go over actually be on the potential client'sĀ Ā
website and say hey look my name's Jordan I'm fromĀ here I'm on your website because of X reason andĀ Ā
this is what I want to do for you they've recordedĀ a bespoke introduction keep it very very short andĀ Ā
then call to action and meeting so they're sendingĀ a complete completely bespoke video over to everyĀ Ā
single Prospect and therefore showing them howĀ much they want to speak to them and it's a veryĀ Ā
personal approach this though can be incrediblyĀ time consuming it might take you a couple of hoursĀ Ā
to create 20 different Loom videos which is fineĀ when you're first starting out okay it's importantĀ Ā
to get in and do the gritty work you want to saveĀ costs on software Etc so go out there and do thisĀ Ā
and try it for yourself but as you start to getĀ more clients as you start to get a team you'reĀ Ā
not going to have the time to be going out thereĀ and doing this manually this yourself I certainlyĀ Ā
would not have the time to do this myself and soĀ tools like replicue have their place so let meĀ Ā

to automatically scroll down the leads websiteĀ but you can have their LinkedIn profile their TickĀ Ā
Tock their Twitter their Facebook and so on and soĀ forth even their Instagram or their YouTube pageĀ Ā
now I've only tested websites so far and we'veĀ almost doubled our results okay you've seen theĀ Ā
results they're very clear I would argue thoughĀ that it may be even better if you have theirĀ Ā
LinkedIn profile if you have their Twitter if youĀ have their YouTube or whatever okay any of theseĀ Ā
others that it could convert even better becauseĀ at some point enough agencies are going to do thisĀ Ā
and most will go for website and therefore if youĀ do something else it's going to make you stand outĀ Ā
even more from your competition that's somethingĀ we always want to be mindful of how do I standĀ Ā
out from my competition how do I keep on top ofĀ what everyone else isn't doing right now so we hitĀ Ā
websites and then it's simple we upload our videoĀ and we hit next and it's going to go ahead andĀ Ā
we're going to upload all of our leads it's veryĀ simple it's a step-by-step process I don't needĀ Ā
to run you through it anyone can do it now theĀ other option is becoming an AI Avatar now this isĀ Ā
really interesting and I'm going to be completelyĀ transparent here I don't believe the technology isĀ Ā
there yet okay now you can watch this video butĀ it's self-explanatory what we're going to do isĀ Ā
going to upload a series of videos and pictures ofĀ ourself it's then going to create an AI version ofĀ Ā

scenario it's gonna be at 1.5 meters we can't haveĀ 1.5 rounded up and put two because again this dataĀ Ā
is low so I've got two meetings there you closeĀ one that's 1K for you for your agency lifetimeĀ Ā
value let's say they saved you three months that'sĀ 3K and you have invested 200 to get 3K back intoĀ Ā
your business massive return on investmentĀ there okay you you run these numbers higherĀ Ā
you get a better book meeting book rate you getĀ a higher positive Supply rate good response rateĀ Ā
Etc etc etc you send these across DMS as wellĀ you're not just sending via email sending plus DNSĀ Ā
there's a massive amount of return on investmentĀ on a service like this hence why it is the priceĀ Ā
that it is okay but if you want to let's go intoĀ some of your options this is option number oneĀ Ā
and you want to follow the principles in thisĀ video I'm sure you're not doing it by arai butĀ Ā
just following the principles using manual loomsĀ you can smash out 10 looms an hour this is ifĀ Ā
you're really screwing up okay 10 looms an hourĀ so you're spending like eight minutes per LoomĀ Ā
uh that's if you're screwing up so that we've gotĀ 10 looms an hour times three hours let's just sayĀ Ā
you do two hours in the day you've got 20 loomsĀ a day that is you've got 100 looms a week 400 aĀ Ā
month and they press so you can send out 400 hyperĀ personalized zooms every single month as well asĀ Ā
cold calls as well as DMS and it costs you enoughĀ this is what I recommend for the majority of youĀ Ā
who don't have a lot of money when you're firstĀ starting out in your agency send manual loomsĀ Ā
okay follow the principles that have gone throughĀ in here try this out okay as long as well as coldĀ Ā
calls Etc okay but try some manual looms andĀ this is Niche dependent it doesn't work withĀ Ā
every Niche okay you do want to make sure that youĀ test this out some niches won't receive this veryĀ Ā
well some niches you don't even need to do thisĀ you can just send a normal email and DM that'sĀ Ā
the pleasure of marketing it's a pleasure of salesĀ welcome to the industry it's very unpredictable weĀ Ā
need to split tests we need to try out differentĀ variables and we need to not be lazy okay don'tĀ Ā
just copies one thing that somebody else did andĀ expect it to work in the same way for you okayĀ Ā
you don't deserve success that is what you do youĀ need to be prepared to test out different thingsĀ Ā
to get the cream okay if you want to be a top oneĀ percent agency do what the top one percent do notĀ Ā
with a 99 do final option is gonna be doing thisĀ through VA okay so the VA system I'm not going toĀ Ā
break this down right now properly we can createĀ another video for this in the future if you wouldĀ Ā
like me to smash a comment down below and thenĀ enough of you comment and I'll record this videoĀ Ā
so VA system is simple this isn't going to be aĀ breakdown of cost but instead what I will do costĀ Ā
instead what you're going to do is you recordĀ manual video okay so you're going to record theĀ Ā
manual video just like we do with replicue and theĀ VA records client website or lead website and thenĀ Ā
VA stitches both together using Automation andĀ they can do this with automation they can also itĀ Ā
manually and so instead of you now just being ableĀ to do 10 looms now and doing two okay that's 20Ā Ā
looms a day right you could also can just do thisĀ over eight hours and do 80 looms okay some of youĀ Ā
absolute animals but I'm just catering this to theĀ masses here if you can do more you should do moreĀ Ā
they're going to be able to create 20 looms anĀ hour okay at least they can create more than thisĀ Ā
um and over the course of the whole day what areĀ we looking at we're looking at between let's sayĀ Ā
you're doing six hours realistically of solidĀ work then you've got like 120 looms a day youĀ Ā
can just say 100 to 150 over the course of aĀ week it's 500 looms a week minimum and you'reĀ Ā
looking at 2K looms a month now this is goingĀ to cost you anywhere from 600 to 1K dependingĀ Ā
on where you hire the VA from you can go fromĀ South Africa or India it needs to be here fromĀ Ā
a developing country really if you want to getĀ this rate if not you're going to pay home soilĀ Ā
it's going to be like 2K or any uh 1.5 Ken UK 1.5Ā K in the US roughly in the caveat to this you'reĀ Ā
gonna have to manage this team okay you're gonnaĀ have to deal with the team and actually nurtureĀ Ā
them and make sure that they they taught you trainĀ them and so on and is something that you're onlyĀ Ā
really going to want to do if you're more of anĀ established agency and so this is kind of theĀ Ā
cheaper version of doing this but you don't getĀ all these custom websites and so on it's just theĀ Ā
loom video or a video that you upload and youĀ host somewhere else it's got added complexityĀ Ā
it does work really well I know lots of agenciesĀ that do this this is the easiest solution thoughĀ Ā
if you've got money this is money in money outĀ you upload your list you're done no fannyingĀ Ā
around you're gonna get return on investment ifĀ you're just starting out you haven't got money IĀ Ā
would recommend doing uh the manual solution okayĀ until you earn money to then put it into somethingĀ Ā
like this or if you want it to be a little bitĀ more complex but you can drive the cost down aĀ Ā
little bit more then you can go with a VA systemĀ sweet okay let me quickly run you through whatĀ Ā

download there then all you do is you upload thoseĀ leads into instantly or your Outreach tool and youĀ Ā
use this variable and what it then does is itĀ automatically takes that video and uploads aĀ Ā
preview into the email and send it out to allĀ of the Outreach or all the leads that you'veĀ Ā
uploaded into your Outreach tool in fact let meĀ just quickly show you one of those uh emails okayĀ Ā
