all right so the first AI tool we're

going to be using today is chat GPT and

what we're going to be doing here is to

basically ask chat GPT to give us some

inspiration and ideas in terms of the

types of t-shirts we could create so

that could be a very generic question

for example you know what kind of

t-shirt themes could I consider creating

or it could be something a bit more

specific if you already have a specific

category in mind so let's say I know I

want to create something using the 90s

Nostalgia theme then I could ask them

but I'm not sure what image I could use

to go with that or what phrase I could

use to go with that I could ask chat GPT

to give me some ideas please give me

some image maybe 10 image ideas I could

consider using for the design of my

t-shirt leveraging and 90s Nostalgia

theme

all right so very quickly it has created

a number of ideas 10 to be exact because

that's what we asked it for this is just

so we can think of like if I want to

create a 90s Nostalgia theme what kind

of image should go on that T-shirt

design so I can either pick from this if

I don't like it I can regenerate the

response but let's take a quick look and

let's say I like let's say I like

Boombox so what I'm going to do now is

maybe I should come up with a phrase

that would go well with it on the

T-shirt so can you please give me 10

phrases I could potentially use for a

90s

Nostalgia T-shirt with a boom box image

on it

let's see what Chachi PT comes up with

pump up the jams rocking it old school

90s beats never die last from the past

bring back the boom tune into the 90s so

there's quite a few cute ones I think I

might go with glass from the past so

let's say we're gonna go with the broom

box up here as our image and then we're

gonna go with the blast from the past as

our phrase

okay now that we have our image idea

we're gonna hop on to Mid journey and

we're going to use AI to help us create

that boom box for our t-shirt design so

in mid Journey what you would have to do

is do backslash imagine and then we'll

put in our prompt which is going to be a

boom box so what we can do is boom box

and maybe I can add like I want it to be

cute I can put like Kawaii Boombox

illustration and maybe in terms of color

theme I want it to be like a boho style

pastel style so I'll put like boho

pastel colors and then I want it to be

on a white background because ultimately

I need to remove the background so white

will just make everything easier so

let's hit enter and see what happens

all right so now we have our four images

from mid Journey that we could choose

from and these are actually pretty cute

so one two three four I actually quite

like number three take a closer look

here we open it in browser

okay so I'm going to pick number three

so what I'm gonna do is come down here

so upscale means getting the bigger

version of these images so I'm going to

upscale one two three number three okay

so we're gonna wait for the journey to

do that and there we go so we have our

upscaled version what we want to do is

download this right now

I'm going to open it in browser

okay and then we're gonna save it

all right so now we have our image for

our t-shirt design

now that we have our Image Design

completed from mid-journey and download

it to our laptop what we need to do is

to actually enlarge that image further

because the image that we got from

mid-journey although it's upscaled

already it's not to the size that we

need in order to generate a high quality

T-shirt image so we don't want our image

to come out all pixelated or blurry on

our t-shirts so to ensure that we get a

high quality shirt or a sweatshirt we

want to come to AI image and larger or

any other image and larger that you

typically use and what we're going to do

is upload that image and in this case

I'm going to use AI image enlarger I'm

going to select the image that I had

downloaded from mid-journey earlier

upload that so you have an option to

enlarge it by two times or four times

I'm going to do four times and I'm going

to hit start

okay so now that it's done let's hit the

download button and we can now save this

version onto our computers and there we

go

okay so the next step now that we have

the image from mid-journey is to put it

all together on canva so before I go

ahead and do that what I want to do

first is to actually go to printify

which is the print on demand company

that I will be using to print and ship

my t-shirts because what I need to get

from here is number one I got to pick

out the product that I want to print on

and then find out what size that is so

that I know what size to put into canva

when I start designing so I'm going to

go to catalog so you can see there's a

lot of different things that you can

print your designs on which is

absolutely amazing for me I'm going to

go to women's clothing and maybe I'll

print it on a sweatshirt even for

sweatshirts there's a lot of variety for

you to choose from in my case let's just

pick the best seller for illustration

purposes and what I want to do here is

actually come down here

and so you can see there are a lot of

Print Different print providers they all

have different ratings locations are a

bit different they all offer different

colors some maybe have 18 colors 11 and

you got to take a look at the sizes as

well so in my case I'm located in Canada

so I'm going to leverage this one so

let's say if I click on start designing

here so what I need from here is to

print file requirements so this is what

I need okay so now that we have the

print area size we're going to hop back

onto canva and create a design

okay so we're going to do custom size

and we're going to put in

3600 times 4200 pixels and then click on

create new design

all right so what we're going to do now

is

click on upload and I've already done

that but what you would do is just

upload the image that we had just

created and we're going to put it in so

now what you're going to notice is that

although we had put in white background

before it's kind of showing up a little

grayish here so there's nothing to worry

about what we can do is just click on

this and within canva we can actually

easily remove the background so we're

going to click on background remover

so very quickly canva has helped us

remove the background so now as you can

see it Blends in with the white so what

we're going to do is as you remember

earlier uh when we were on chat GPT we

asked it for some ideas in terms of

phrases that we could include on our

t-shirt so the one that we had picked

was blast from the past so what we're

going to do is come back here and click

on text

I'm going to add a heading I'm going to

type

last from the past and what we're going

to do is find a font that we like

and it can be anything and try a few

this one's not too bad let's see what

effects we can put let's do this okay

that's pretty nice actually let's say

I'm happy with this design and actually

I'm going to make it a little bit bigger

we'll actually make the words bigger too

if I want all right so let's say I'm

happy with this then what we can do is

export this and when we export we got to

make sure that we export with a

transparent background because we don't

want the whole white square on our

t-shirt we're going to click on share

and we're going to click on download and

PNG is fine but what we're going to do

is click on transparent background click

on download

and we're good so now if you go to your

downloads folder we should see it here

we know that we can't really use a black

T-shirt because the text is not going to

show up but I'm planning to use a

lighter colored t-shirt so I think we'll

be okay

all right so now that we have our design

completed from canva we're going to hop

back onto princifi here and what we're

going to do is upload our design so

we're going to come over here on the

right hand side I'm going to go add

design from my device because saved on

my laptop I'm going to click on the file

from canva and we're going to wait for

it to upload

okay so now that our image has been

uploaded what we want to do is to make

sure it is positioned in the place that

we want it to be we could also enlarge

it or Shrink it so I'm going to make it

a little bit bigger and make sure

nothing goes out of the margins sure

it's kind of centered okay so that looks

good so we're going to click on product

variants or you can click here for

different colors and take a look at what

they would look like black is definitely

a no-go in this case because our text is

not going to show up

uh we can also have the sand color it's

also a sport gray although sport gray

the text might not stand out too much so

I think in this case we're going to have

to pick the lighter colors so what I'm

going to do is actually I'm going to

come over here because you can also

select it's been product variants here

and you can see the cost of each color

we're going to click on white I think

I'm also going to pick the sand color

and maybe also the ash color I'm going

to pick these three for now and then

click update

and you can take a look at what it looks

like and let's say we're happy with this

I'm going to click on Save product to

move on to the next step

okay so now what it's asking us to do is

to create a mock-up for our shirt so we

could either choose this one which is

the default one that they had provided

to us which is okay too or you can have

a model wear it which also looks quite

nice so I actually prefer someone

wearing it so I'm going to pick this one

and you have to pick a mock-up for each

of your colors so I'm gonna for

consistency purposes pick the same

person

uh actually sorry so I'm gonna have to

so I'm going to pick this one I'm going

to unselect

all the

ones that are worn by I don't think I

need that many

okay so there so these are the ones that

I have selected this is going to be my

main image

maybe this should be my main image and

then this one

I'm gonna pick this as my main image

so all of these are the same ones

selected so that's perfect so now we're

going to come down here and we're going

to add a title so you can certainly do a

bit more research on your title you can

take a look at your competitors what

they put and also leverage some tools

for keyword research but in this case

we're just gonna for illustration

purposes put last from the past 90s

here in the description we already have

a pre-populated description based on the

product that we had selected so it shows

like the materials the size details and

also a little bit description of the

actual product that we had selected but

what we can do is also add a specific

description on the design of the product

so we can also put this sweatshirt is

designed for women who enjoys the 90s

Nostalgia Vibe honestly you can put

anything you want this is just for

illustration purposes and basically it's

a description of your product that's so

that when customers look at it they kind

of have a sense of what your design is

all about

okay so what we're going to do is select

all here is where we edit the pricing

right now it's already default to a 40

margin so here we're going to edit the

pricing this is ready so I'm going to

select all

and I'm going to edit the profits so

this is basically

um a way for me to guarantee that you

know no matter what the cost of my

product is because the different colors

are cost have a different costs the

different sizes of a different cost I'm

going to make sure no matter what like

the unit that I sell is going to make

this amount of profit so let's say if I

want like a 15 profit uh or you know a

twelve dollar ten dollar profit then I

could put that so for now let's just put

twelve dollars and apply and

okay and so what we're going to do now

is so let's see product visibility

only show in stock variants and hide any

so this is what we want

I'm going to show uploads and we are

going to so I'm going to hide it for now

just because I want to make sure I'm

comfortable with it so okay I'm going to

click publish

and there we go your product is now in

the process of publishing so what we're

going to do is I'm actually going to

order the sweatshirts for myself and I'm
