and have more reviews and more five star reviews  so you can see right here we've got 438 reviews  

110 reviews 334 reviews then in addition we've  got their website directions all this good stuff  

so now if we're going to be selling websites  to these small local business owners what we  

want to do is click on more businesses so it's  going to show all of the massage therapists in  

the area so you can see all these little red  pins this is where these massage therapists are  

located now if we continue to scroll down most  of these massage therapists they have a website  

but occasionally we'll come across one that  does not have a website but even if we don't  

find one that doesn't have a website as we're  scrolling through most of these websites are not  

that nice and they're not set up and optimized  to convert website visitors into leads and so  

that is our goal not only to set up a website for  the small local business owner but also to set one  

up that is going to convert more of the website  visitors into leads for the business now I just  

scrolled to the second page and I found one of  these businesses that does not have a website so  

you can see there's no website listed right here  but they've been in business for over 10 years  

they've got 71 reviews and so this is probably an  ideal client that we can reach out to and offer a  

free website design to help them not only have  a website but then be able to send more people  

to that website so they can get more leads more  business and ultimately make more money and the  

cool thing about this is I found this business  in a matter of 60 seconds with one simple Google  

search and if I continue down and I just searched  more of these businesses and even clicked next I  

would find a lot more of these business businesses  that do not have a website and then on top of that  

if I just want to work in the Nashville Tennessee  area I could then put in plumbers or electricians  

or orthodontists or dentists or any type of small  local business owner just in Nashville Tennessee  

or take all those different types of business  owners and put whatever city in the United States  

or even Canada or anywhere in the world for that  matter but for this example right here we're just  

going to use this business since we have already  found it now what we're going to do is we're going

so now what it's done is it's kicked us into the  website builder where you can easily change in

say and then you just click save up here and then  when you're ready to go hit publish and it's super  

easy to C customize this entire website and so  now once we have this website done we can just  

click on back and we can check out a preview  and there's all these different pages that are  

already pre-built pre-done without you having to  really do much of anything and then we just grab  

a preview link to this page and we can call up or  reach out to this business owner right here which

this they're a lot more open and receptive  to hearing what you have to say now the cool  

thing is you could either sell them this website  which a lot of people do people charge as much as  

thousands or $5,000 for a simple website design  however what I like to do is I like to set up  

my business to create monthly recurring Revenue  because it's really cool to go through and sell  

something for $1,000 or $5,000 but that's just a  one-time payment and then you're only as good as  

your last deal and you have to keep finding  more and more deals so you can keep putting  

food on the table every single month whereas  with a month recurring Revenue business model  

if you sell something once it's a lot lower price  point instead of $5,000 might be more like $300  

but it's every single month and you're selling  them a service that they're going to continue to  

pay for because every single month is continually  adding value to them in their business think about  

Netflix you continue to pay for Netflix because  every month you're still getting more and more  

value from the service so you continue to pay each  and every month and then this way you only make a  

sale once and then that continues to pay you every  single month and then you can get the next month  

another client and then another client and another  client and as you stack up more clients you able  

to stack up your monthly recurring Revenue which  is honestly is the best way to set up any business  

because it brings you massive Peace of Mind  knowing that at the beginning of every single  

month when your bills are due you're not starting  over completely from zero trying to find your next  

deal so there's a couple things I like to set up  in addition to just having a website because you  

go through set up the website just charge like  $30 to $50 per month for website hosting which  

is very common practice to go through and do but  I also like to add a little bit additional value  

to the small business owner to be different than  everyone else so I'm not just selling the same  

exact thing as everyone else and so then when I  go through and present it to them they see the

a chat widget to this website and the cool thing  about this software if I pull up a little preview

visits the website typically most websites  are going to convert less than 1% of people

their phone number is right here so if somebody  types in massage therapist in Nashville Tennessee

businesses a lot of them don't have the money to  have an assistant a secretary if you think about a  

massage therapist most of them are just working on  their own so if they're actually in an appointment  

they can't stop the massage and just pick up the  phone and answer the phone call right and so if  

somebody calls in what we're able to do is set up  a simple automation where instead of the person if  

they call this number and they don't pick up and  they call the next number well if they call right  

here instead of them calling the next person we're  able to send an automated text out to that person  

saying hey sorry I missed your call how can I  help you and so what we do to set that up it  

literally takes less than 30 seconds we come over  here to the simple software we click on settings  

underneath the business profile where it's  automatically up there already just going to move  

my head really quick we just scroll all the way  down and you can see it's already enabled you just  

check this on right here enable Miss call textback  it says hi this is and then autop populates with  

whatever the business name is I saw that we just  missed your call how can I help you and you can  

easily come in here and customize the text you can  have it say whatever you want and then just click  

on save Miss call text settings and just like  that it's set up so so that anytime a phone number  

or phone call is missed this is automatically  going to be sent out now you might be thinking  

well Jason if this auto missall text goes out and  the massage therapist is giving a massage who's  

going to actually respond to these text messages  which that's a valid point that's a great question  

where this is another simple additional  service that we can go through and add to

autoresponders called conversation AI so we  just click over here on conversation Ai and  

I'll just move my head real quick here so you  can see this easier we're going to click on the  

supported channels and we can see this is anytime  an Instagram DM comes in a Facebook message SMS  

the chat widget that we just set up the live chat  and then we just hit save and then we can say hey  

we want an AI bot to automatically respond to any  incoming message that comes in on in any of these  

channels right here and then we'll just click  save and you might be thinking well how does the  

I bought know how to respond to all of these  questions and how do they know to give the right  

answer well the sweet thing about this is we just  come over here to this bot training and then we go  

and we grab the website URL that we just made for  this client we just copy it we come back over here  

we paste it in and click on get data and so what  happens now is this AI bot is going to scan the  

entire website it's going to know what hours are  open what server service they offer the pricing  

literally all of the questions that any client  might ask and even you can tie in your a calendar  

so they know when to book an appointment on the  calendar for the massage therapist so the massage  

therapists can completely remove themselves from  this entire process and just focus on giving  

massages and then on top of that most businesses  only have about five to six questions that they  

get asked all the time and so if the information  wasn't uploaded when you upload the website  

you can just add the frequently asked questions  right here type in the question the answer click  

on Save and then once you've gone through and  entered all the information you can test out  

this bot to make sure that it's giving the right  responses now obviously that's just a demo website  

we didn't really upload any frequently asked  questions but you can come in here and say um  

how much do you charge and I don't know what it's  going to spit out because we haven't really fully  

gone through and trained it but it's going to  go say hey there our pricing is $599 per month  

okay so it looks like on this demo website right  here it probably had $599 per month okay and then  

from here as you're training it if you like the  answer if it was the right answer you just give  

it a thumbs up or if it was the wrong answer you  just give it a thumbs down and you just update the  

answer and so it has the right information click  on train bot and you spend about 5 to 10 minutes  

training the spot and then it is all set up and  ready to go so this this in my opinion is the best
