なぜこんなにまず分りにくいのかという

ことなんですけれども実は今のコ

パイロットは3つのサービスがそれぞれ別

なっちゃったって感じですねまず元々あっ

たビングチット個人向けの検索エンジン

ですねこの名前がコパイロットに

ワードであったりとか車内情報を入れるの

がセキュリティ的にまずいよねとただ

Bingエンタープライズシャットは

microsoft365のアカウントを

持っていればみんな使えてこっちでは

セキュリティ担保されてるよという感じで

出たんですけれどもこれもコパイロットも

なりましたえさらにはmicrosoft

365チャットでこれはBingという

よりは車内データを検索した上でそれを

AIが回答してくれるよという筋をなし

だったんですけどもこれもコパだったん

ですねなので全部同じブランドで違う機能

が統合されちゃったんで非常に分かり

にくいという状況になっておりますかつ

このコパイロットの中にもいくつか使う

インターフェイスがありましてさらにこれ

がやしいんですけれどもま今回使うのは

ですねこのBing.com

/mがこんな感じで大きく3つあります

まず1つは丸1番個人向けなんですけれど

もWebプラスチャットをできるような形

でインターネット検索しながらそれを

チャット形式で迫ってくれたりとかま

ネットも対応してるんですけどもネット

検索だけではなくてでアイディア出しとか

文書作成とかソース作成もできるよという

感じのまチャットGPTではないんです

けれども検索エンジンプスチャットという

AIチャットのまず通常のもんですねで

こちらはですねまあの1番最初に出てきた

BingチャットAIとBingAI

チット同様でこれが丸1番の機能になり

ますで大きく2つ目がですねノートブック

というものがありましてこれは最近

リリースされたんですけれどもこのweb

のプラス機能としてチャット形式だとどう

しても1番最初のプロンプとからどんどん

流れていってこうやり取りしながら進んで

いくわけなんですけどノートブックは左側

にプロンプと右側に結果という感じでこの

左側がずっと残った上で変えていきながら

まどんどんプロンプトを作ることができる

というものになっていてチャットGPTで

言うとプレイグラウンドという買発車で

あったりとかプロンプトをしっかり作り

たい人が何度もプロンプトを試せるような

そういう感じのインターフェイスになって

いますこのノートブックだとWebプラ

シャット形式は文字数が1000文字から

モードによっては4000文字という

ぐらいなんですけれどもノートブックの

場合は1万8000文字作ることができて

結構長いデータを入れることができるので

ちょっと凝ったプロンプトを試そうと思う

場合に有利というものがありましてこの2

つが個人向けのアカウントで使えるコ

パイロットのま使うパターンというかに

なりますでさらに法人向けは1番2番も

使えるんですけど3番の自社データプラス

チャット形式というものがありましてこれ

がですね同じアドレスに行ってもこの上側

にある職場というのを切り替えると一見似

てるんですけど全然別機能として元々

microsoft365チャットになっ

たものが似たようなインターフェイスで

使えるだけで実は中身は別物というもの

ですねでこの丸3番に関してはネット検索

も対応してるんですけどどっちかっていう

と車内にあるONEドライブ上のPDFと

かPowerポイントとかWord

ファイルとかそういったものも検索した上

で回答してもえるよというものになりまし

てちょっと出であったりとかいけが違うん

ですねなのでいはこののの1番2番と3番

が大きく違うもので特に私の場合方人向け

の研修をやったりとか自分もあのマロ

365でコパイロットを使うプラン入っ

てるのでこれが全部出てきてめちゃくちゃ

分かりにくかったんですねで何度か試して

やっと分かったので個人の方はま普通に

AIチャットとノートブックがあるだけ

ちゃあるだけなんですけど方針が

めちゃくちゃ分かりずるいですねこの3つ

があるのでちょっとこれを整理した上で

違うものですよとういう風に確認して

いけるといいんじゃないかなと思ってい

ますほど個人向けのアカウントと法人向け

のアカウントで実際の画面を見ながらもう

ちょっと詳しくご紹介できればと思うん

ですがまず3つ違う入力の形式がありまし

てまそれぞれ特性があるので用途に応じて

使い分けていきましょうという話があり

ましたさてまずはですねまこの3つにおい

てどんな風な入力であったりとかデータ

インプットができるのかというところで

当然文字を入れることは普通にできるん

ですけれども1番のWebチャット形式と

ノートブック個人向けに関しては画像で

あったりとかマイク入力ができると

で一方で3番の法人向けに関してはなぜか

今のところ画像マイクは認識していなくて

ただ車内データ持ってくるというタイプの

新しいデータを使うことができるという

感じでまこの3つのインポート形式があり

ます実際画面見ながらご紹介したいと思い

ますまずこれログインをしていないゲスト

モードで出しているビングチャットになる

んですけれどもこの上にですねコ

パイロットとノートブックとありまして

こんな風に切り替えることができますで

それぞれ下にこうインプットする部分が

いうのが基本になりてますでこの左下に

行きますとここでえ画像とあとファイルも

対応しましたね最近ねあの画像ファイルに

関してはこれを押してデバイスから

アップロードという風に押すと画像を

アップすることができるの

で画像のファイルをアップロードができる

とまだファイルもいけるみたいですね

ちょっとこれバージョンによって出ないか

も僕ちょっと出ないケースが多いんです

けどファイルがある時もあるとまたこれ

音声ですねマイクで押してマイク使用する

と

ロボットと一緒に働いてる様子の画像を

作っ

てという感じで入力をする

クリエでえコパイロットに関してはこれ

個人アカウントでサインしてると無料版で

あっても画像を作ることができると今これ

ゲストウンドなで作れないですけどこんな

感じができるとで左側ノートブックに行き

ましてノートブックも似てましてま左側に

行って成AIで業務効率化する

アイデアとかって押すとえノートブックの

場合には左側で入力したものがそのまま

残って右側が変わるわけなんですけどま

これをちょっとずつこう左側のプロンプト

を変えていくことによってどんな風に右側

変わるのかってことをまトライしたりとか

試すことができるっていう部分がメリット

になるタイプの見た目ですねまチャットの

場合には1回送ったやつをもう1回直すっ

てのはあんまりなかなかないかなと思うん

ですけどノートブックはがたくさんの

データが1万8000文字入りかつこの

ような感じで左側が残って修正してまた

送ることができるという感じになっている

のでちょっと難しいプロンプトを何度も

練りながら作り直していくような用途に

向いてるんじゃないかなと思いますでこの

左側でも画像を追加したりとか音声入力を

使うことができ

ますさてこれがですね法人向けの

アカウントなんですけど法人向けは

ちょっと見た目変わったりとかこの上が

たくさんあってちょっと分かりにくなっ

てるんですけどもこれがですねちょっと

はまるポイントというかかまずこのweb

というのがさっきやったWEBからやる

コパルと一緒ですねで画像認識ができたり

とか音声入力もできるよとノートブックも

同様で画像アップしたりマイクやったり

あのデータができるよとで職場と押すと

ここで以前のmicrosoft365

チャットに切り替わるようでしてここに

なってくると全然話が変わってきて自社の

過去データをこれで添付することができる

自社のこのドライブの中にあるデータを

検索したりメールを見たりすることが

できるんですけどでWebもできるんです

けどインターフェースなんですがこっちは

元々ビングでこっちはMS365の

シャットなんでこれが別って感じですねで

これがま違いがあるのでこの2つを

切り替えながらえ例えば画像であったりと

か音声入力はこの元々えビングチャットと

いう風になっていた検索エンジン側ですし

車内データを使う場合には職場を使って

いくという感じでこの切り替えが違うと

いうところが非常に分れにくい状況として

ありますでさらに分かりにくいんですけど

これ左下にちらっとこの個人とのデータが

保護されていますと出るんですけどこれは

報酬向けの場合には同じビングでもビング

エンタープライズチャットモードなんです

ねなので入力されてるデータは保護されて

ますよということでま一定の機密方法とか

入れてもいいんじゃないのという風に

使えるようなものになっていますさて入力

はこんな感じでえ個人向けと法人向けで見

た目似てるんですけどちょっと違うという

ところがあります一方で出力に関しては

どれも大体一緒でしてまコピーしたりとか

ダウンロードをしたりとかあとは音

読み上げといった各種機能がありまして

これらを使うことができますえまた無料版

のゲストで開いているこちらに行くんです

けもコパイロットのこの聞かあった上で

コピーすると文章内コピーされていると

またエクスポート通すとワードやPDF

テキストといった形式でダウンロードを

することができるのでまほとんどテキスト

なんでそんなに多く使わしじゃないかなと

思うんですけれどもあの表形式を作ったり

とかそういう時に便利とまた読み上げを

押すとこの分だけ現境を描いており

まして想像的バランスよくそしてより厳密

にという3つ側がありますでまこれあの要

はちょっとモードが変わっていて内容違う

よということらしいんですけれども想像的

だと比較的柔軟に1つのキーワードとか

質問に対して幅を広げてくれ厳密の場合に

はデータとかをしっかり見た上であまり

広げずにに返してくれるでバランスよくは

中間ということになっていますで私もいく

つかの質問で使い分けたら見たんです

けれどもそんなにめちゃくちゃ変わるかと

言うと正直個人的な印象としてはそこまで

大きな差があるような印象はなかったので

ま基本的なバランスよくがいいんじゃない

かなと思っていますただこれもなぜかなん

ですけどもバランスよくの場合には入力

文字数が2000文字なんですけども厳密

と想像的になると4000文字に増えるの

でちょっと多く内容たくさん入れて聞き

たい場合にはバランス良くではなくて想像

的であったり厳密にを使うことによって

ねで不思議なことになぜかですね放銃向け

の方がプランが高いのにまだこれが公開さ

れていなくて個人のプロしか使うことが

できないという状況になるんですけれども

これはチットGPTのGPTのように事前

に指示をしておいたものに基づいて取り

あの回答してくれるというものになりまし

てまこれは使いこなすと非常に業務効率が

上がってGPTのように便利かなと思うの

でま有料版個人でコパトプロに入ってると

いう方においては有力な機能になるんじゃ

ないかなと思っています一応見てみますと

これが今

あの個人の有料版のアカウントになるん

ですけども右側に行って全てのパロGPT

と押すといくつかあるのに加えて自分でも

作ることができるよと例えばこのチャット

GPTの活用スれていうのを押すと例えば

ですねえ例えばえ食品スーパーのバック

オフィス

タントとかていう風な感じで言うとこれ

裏側では入力した企業の内容に合わせた上

でチャットGPTがどんな活用ストーリー

にあの提案をしてくれるのかチャット

gbtが使えるのかみたいなも出してねと

いうようなプロンプトになっていましてで

このプロンプトをやることによってこんな

風にただこれを入れるだけで細かい指示が

なくチャットGPT活用ストーリー出して

くれるっていうような自分が作ったGPT

ですで選択肢1番2番3番があってもっと

クリエイティブなの作って欲しいなという

ことで2番を選択するとこの2番に合わし

て新しい活用ストーリー作ってくれるま

こんなようなGPTな機能がえコパでも

できるということですねでこれ裏側どう

なってるかというとを見てみるとこんな

感じになってまし

て作成すると構成するま構成する分かり

やすいと思うんですが名前どんなものかで

手順としてこんな風にまこれはコ

パイロットのGPTに非常に近いんです

けれどもこんな感じで内容を入れるとこれ

に沿った感じで指示ができるよとで自分の

ファイルをアップしたりまたブラウジング

イメージ生成というオプションを選択する

ことができるのでこれを設定することに

よって自分に適しえ専用のAI専用ののコ

パイロットを作ることができるというもの

ですねまこの作り方に関しては別の動画で

えGPTSをどう作るかということをご

紹介してるのでほとんどそれと一緒かなと

思っていますGPTの市街としてはど文字

数がですね多分2000文字ぐらいしか

有効じゃないようでして結構長い指示を

入れると今んところエラーが出ます

ちょっと文字数制限も書いてはいなかった

んですけれどもまあのおそらくこれも拡充

されたりとかできることが増える感じに

なるんじゃないかなと思うのでまこんな

機能があってこのGPTのようなコ

パイロットGPTビルダーを使うことが

できるよというのが有力版有料版の機能と

して出ていますえということでですねもう

1回まとめというか改めに復習しますと

まず一言でコパイロットと言っても今

たくさんのやつがまとめてコパイロットに

なってまして個人向けのビングチャット

法人向けだったビングエンタープライズ

チャットさらにmicrosoft365

チャットと呼ばれる車内データ検索も

コパルとなっていて同じところで

切り替えるだけで使えるようになったん

ですけどそれがちょっと混乱しやすいかも

しれないという話ですねで大き3つの形式

がありまして特に法人の場合は3つが

バラバラになってるので注意が必要なん

ですが元々検索エンジンだったBingの

AIチャットであるえこの丸1番のWeb

プスチャット形式まWEBからデータを

取得して回答するってケースなので

チャットGPTとかに比べると毎回検索し

ちゃってま参照もり流そうという動きが

あってAIがその場で回答するっていう

感じはちょっと弱めかなと思っていますで

文字数はモードによって変わるんですけど

2000から4000文字であんまり多く

ないとただ画像生成もできますしおそらく

これが一番個人向けではあて注力されてい

て昨日各が進んでるんじゃないかなと思っ

ていますで最近だノートブックこれは左側

にプロンプト右側に結果でプロンプトを

どんどん変えていくことができるという

ものになるのでこれは結構使うシーンが

あるんじゃないかなと思っていて文字数も

1万8000文字で非常に多いので特定の

処理向けのGPTのようなものをしっかり

これで作りながら仮設検証とか試していく

という時に結構使い勝手が良くていいん

じゃないかなと思っていますまただこれ

チャットじゃなくてチャットのようにこう

会話しながら進むことはできないので割と

ワンショットで送るアウトプットの

クオリティを上げるという時に使うタイプ

のものかなと思っていますなので研修とし

ては会話形式で深めて欲しい場合は丸1

プロンプトの中身をメってもらって初回の

プロンプトからの回答結果の制度を上げる

ワークでは丸2番という感じで使い分けを

提案していますでさらに法人の場合には丸

3番の選択肢がありまして自社データから

回答するとでこれは自社データのやっぱり

検索制度がめちゃくちゃいいかと言うと今

んところまこれからかなと思うのでそんな

にすごく使うシーンが多くはないかなと

いうのが個人的な印象ではあるんですが

あのWebも対応してるんですけど丸1と

丸3を使ってみると丸3の方がチャット

GPTに近いつまりその場で回答して参

照元に流そうというよりはそこで完結する

ような動きが強いかなと思うのでチット

gpdのように処理メイン情報検索とか

ニュースとかそういうものを探すんでは

なくて処理をして欲しい時には1番1番

よりは3番の方が回答制度が高いなとと

いうことで処理系のタスクにおいては丸3

番がいいんじゃないかなというケースも

ありますそんな感じでま全部が全部ですね

似たような機能でもあるので1個に特化し

てもいいかなと思うんですけれども別の

機能があってそれぞれ特徴とか特性がある

ということを覚えておきながら用途に応じ

てどのコパイロットを使うのかということ

を決めて車内研修であったりとか展開して

いくのが今後重要になるのかなと思うので

ものをですねコパイロットプロンドに統一

しようとしていてるに詰め込んでるという

かまただその本当にプロジェクトが色々

あるものを整理した上でそこに落とし込ま

れてるというところにおいては短時間で

すごいなというところもあるんですけれど

もちょっと難しいこういうところに関して

整理した上で誰がどれを使うのかという

ことを確認しながらやることによって

ワークショップとか車内研修もあの

スムーズに進むんじゃないかなと思うので

ましかもこれは2024年3月の今17日

なんですけれどもまたどんどん

アップデートされてUIとか中身変わっ

ちゃうこともえすごく想定されまして

ファイルもアカウントによってはアップ

できなかったりできたりするわけなんで

ちょっとこの辺が未知数というか非常に

面白いところであるんですけれどもま

おそらく車内でえコパロトしか使えないん

でこれしかないよねていう方であったり

チットGPT有料版嫌なんで無料で使える

コパロト使ってみようかなという方にとっ

ては有益な整理になってるんじゃないかな
