bastille le 14 juillet 1789 le 6 octobre
le roi et la famille royale arrive à
paris ils sont installés aux tuileries
cela fait suite à un épisode violent
un cortège de femmes étaient venues à
versailles depuis paris réclamant du
pain au roi situation avait dégénéré le
château avait été envahi les gardes
assassiné louis saez marie antoinette et
leurs enfants sont désormais sous
surveillance au coeur de la capitale
l'assemblée de versailles s'est
transformé en constituante et s'est

le 10 octobre elle décide que louis saez
n'est plus roi de france et de navarre

évêque d'autun propose aux députés de
s'emparer des biens du clergé estimait à
environ 3 milliards de livres
en contrepartie l'état se charge des
frais du culte et de la rémunération du
clergé
le décret voté à une large majorité le 2
novembre 1789 la constitution civile du
clergé est en gestation
la constituante décide aussi d'une
réforme administrative importante
la france est désormais divisé en 83
départements de taille sensiblement égal
dès la fin de 1789 et le début de 1790
en raison de troubles et de révolte dans
les provinces les patriotes décide de se
lier fraternellement dans les villages
les villes et les départements afin de
s'opposer aux ennemis de l'intérieur et
de l'extérieur
ces groupements pris le nom de
fédération et le 5 juin 1790 bailly le
maire de paris propose à l'assemblée
d'organiser une fête de la fédération
les délégués des gardes nationales dans
chaque province sont conviés à paris

la première pour son sacre à reims le 11
juin 1775 et la seconde pour passer la
flotte en revue à cherbourg le 23 juin
1786 la famille royale dinan public tous
les jours
le dauphin vient les rejoindre ensuite
les fédérer s'extasie devant ce charmant
petit garçon si aimable avec que le roi
les passe en revue à l'étoile sans arc
de triomphe à l'époque avec quelques
bataillons de l'armée
il est à cheval la reine l'accompagnent
en calèche découverte avec leurs deux
enfants et madame elisabeth la soeur du

diocèses et les paroisses réforme les
offices ecclésiastiques et change le
mode de domination des évêques
ceux ci seront désormais élu par le
peuple et non plus nommé par le roi une
rupture avec le concordat de bologne de
l'année 15 116 louis saez c'est très
bien que le pape est tout à fait opposés
à cette réforme
le 9 juillet 1790 peace hills avait
adressé une lettre très clair au roi
l'invitant à ne pas approuver la
constitution civile du clergé
selon lui elle précipiterait son royaume
dans le schisme et peut-être dans une
nouvelle guerre de religion

malgré tout le roi donnera son accord le
23 juillet pourquoi louis saez contrarie
t-il le pape et serez nitti lui main
pour deux raisons d'une part parce que
certains ecclésiastiques qu'il a
consultés n'y sont pas défavorables
d'autre part louis saez pense que le
pape finira par accepter la constitution
civile du clergé
le roi avait demandé à son ambassadeur à
rome le cardinal de bernis de faire
autoriser au moins provisoirement les
nominations des nouveaux évêques
ici ce ne répondra même pas
dès le mois d'août 1790 des évêques
commencé à faire de la résistance et
condamne la nouvelle loi devant la
vigueur de cette opposition l'assemblée
décide le 26 novembre que tous les
membres du clergé des curés jusqu aux
évêques devons prêter serment à la
constitution civile du clergé louis saez
est horrifié il écrit une nouvelle fois
au pape pour lui demander des
concessions mais pis s'ils se refusent
encore le 26 décembre 1790 louis saez
sanctionne le devoir de la prestation de
serment
on en connaît les conséquences le clergé
sera déchiré entre prêtres jure heures
et prêtres réfractaires
les persécutions contre le clergé
réfractaires vont commencer dès janvier
1791 louis saez réalise qu'il est pris
au piège est totalement dans les mains
de l'assemblée
il décide de s'enfuir avec sa famille au
mois de juin il est reconnu et arrêté à
varennes dès lors le roi n'est plus
qu'un otage les journées du 10 août 1792
et la prise des tuileries en feront un
prisonnier la famille royale est
conduite au temps oui 16 et destituer la
république proclamée la tragédie est en
marche
devenu le citoyen louis capet l'ex roi
louis saez et guillotiné le 21 janvier
1793 et l'ex reine marie-antoinette
devenue la veuve capet est exécuté le 16
octobre 1793 la terreur frappe la france
la fête du 14 juillet 1790 n'était
