也就是说高级别的一个移民项目

第三个就是Atlantic Intermediate-skilled Program

也就是说比较中等类别的

一个移民项目

这三个是对应不同的类别

申请人可根据自身的情况

然后选择最适合的项目移民

市中心穿城而过

这是最基本的

你可以申请这个项目的条件

具体要求就是说

你在大西洋4省

已经住过至少16个月

在过去的2年之中

并且你在这4个省份里

获得过你的degree

diploma或者certificate

也就是说获得过你的学位

也就是说

你有4年的本科的1个学位

或者说1个2年左右的

1个专科的学位

或者说1个certificate

也就是说

学过课程的这样一个证明

你一定要是一个全职的学生

在你的学习的同时

不能说你是一个

part time的student

这是不可以的

如果你的课程是英语

或者法语等等语言类的课程

这个是不符合要求的

也就是说你学的东西

必须是专业的一些东西

不可以是语言的东西

如果你是网上授课

网上授课的时间

超过了你学习总时长的一半

这个也是不符合规定的

然后还有一个类别

不可以申请

就是说

你是国家公派的一个学生

你要回到自己的祖国

那么你也是不可以申请这个项目的

当然这个项目

也是要求

你有一定的语言基础

比如说基本上来说

你都要达到雅思

大概4分左右

这样一个水平

才可以申请

还有资金的要求

由于资金的要求比较低

我这里就不重点提了

大概在几千块钱加币左右

然后你需要一个job offer

也就是说你需要在这4个省

拿到一份工作

这个工作不是任何的单位都可以的

如果你是一个patient services associate

也是可以申请这个项目

所以大致看来

第一个小项涵盖的范围比较广

第二和第三个小项

比较偏向于照顾人这类的职业

比如说护士

或者一些照顾病人的技工等等

第一个小项就是说

NOC C类级别的工作

你都可以申请

只需要一个高中的学历

然后这个项目的语言要求

和其他两项也一样

都是一个雅思4分的要求

然后同样它也需要一个job offer

然后大西洋中等技术移民项目

它的job offer跟上两项

稍微有一些不同

它的job offer要求

你是一个永久性的job offer

也就是说没有一个结束的日期

它是永久性的工作

才可以申请

但是上两项比如说

国际留学生

和高技术移民项目

它只要求你在一年以上的

这样一个job offer就行

但是这个大家一定要记住

它需要一个永久性的job offer

也就是说permanent job offer

才可以申请这个项目

假如说雇主给你的工作合同是两年

那么你就不可以申请这个项目

你要考虑申请上两个项目

如果你其他条件是符合的话

当你的申请获批以后

你跟你所有的家庭成员

都可以一起登陆加拿大

然后小孩上学是免费的

所有的医疗也是免费的

来雇佣和办理

外国劳工的签证

来到加拿大

需要证明雇佣这个外国人

相关工作经验的人才

比如说打广告

招聘这个职位

且工资不能低于平均水平

然后这个广告

还需要一定的时间

不是说你今天发上去

明天拿下来就可以的

需要一定长的时间来放这个广告

才可以

然后你还要把所有来面试的人

所有收到的简历都做记录

然后证明这些来面试的人

都不符合要求

然后最重要的是要说明

他们不符合要求的原因等等

所以说这是一个非常耗时间

和物力财力的一个过程

这也就是为什么

大部分的雇主

都不愿意出LMIA的原因

因为实在是太耗费时间精力和物力了

但是大西洋四省的移民项目

是不需要出LMIA的

大家一定要划重点

这是非常大的一个优势

也就是说

只要有雇主愿意雇佣你

就是有资格申请移民的

但是当然了

这个雇主必须是

大西洋四省

移民项目清单里的

这样一个雇主

如果他不是这样雇主的话

他可以跟政府申请

当这样一个雇主

这个比LMIA的申请

要简单太多了

共同推出的一个移民项目

也就是说主要是

为了发展这4个省的经济

做出的1个试点移民项目

它是不和其他省的省提名

共享联邦通道的

比如说加拿大的四省移民项目

它有一定的配额

去年好像是2000个左右

然后政府预计

在接下来的几年中

会翻倍

达到4000个

甚至6000个这样的一个名额

它的审核通道是一个单独的

也就是说

你不需要和其他的省提名

共享联邦通道

你的审核是非常的快速便捷

好像也有个中文名叫彩虹桥
