है मेरे लिए यह एक स्टोरी रीडिंग
एक्सरसाइज होती है उसकी पूरी जिंदगी एक
कहानी की तरह दिखाई देती है और वहां आप इस
कैंडिडेट की कहानी में आप देखेंगे कि
उसमें स्मार्टनेस है उसमें मेहनत है उसमें
संघर्ष है और एक यात्रा है इस यात्रा में
सेंसिटिविटी का भी सवाल संवेदनशीलता का भी
सवाल आता है जिसमें वह उन त्याग के लिए
तैयार हो जाती है या सामाजिक रूप से विवश
हो जाती है तैयार होने के लिए जिसे एक
सामान्यत कोई अन्य व्यक्ति आसानी से नहीं
कर पाएगा और जाहिर है संघर्ष की बात तो है

संघर्ष करते हुए और कई बार इंटरव्यूज लिए
हैं उनमें से कुछ ही इंटरव्यू ऐसे हैं जो
कि ऑनलाइन गए हैं लेकिन जो मैंने
इंटरव्यूज लिए उनकी संख्या उससे ज्यादा है
उस इंटरव्यू को आप देख सकते हैं क्यों
इंपोर्टेंट है स्ट्रगल क्योंकि आप देखते
हैं कि एक हिंदी माध्यम का विद्यार्थी जो
कि ग्रामीण पृष्ठभूमि का विद्यार्थी है
जाहिर है कि उसके पास संघर्ष रहे होंगे
उसके पास वो शुरुआती प्रिविलेजेस कम है जो
प्रिविलेजेस सामान्यतः आपको एक आगे की
स्टार्टिंग लाइन देते हैं बाकी लोगों की
तुलना में और उसके बावजूद उसकी भाषा उस 30
मिनट तक ईमानदारी से बात करना एक रोचक
तत्व है जब मैंने रवि कुमार सिहा का पहली
बार इंटरव्यू लिया था तब हमने उनसे पूछा
कि उन्होंने एक बड़ा रोचक सा अपना डिटेल्स
दे रखे थे स डिटेल में यह था कि उनके
परिवार की जो कृषि से होने वाली आमदनी है
वो लगभग कुछ संख्या रही होगी शायद ₹ लाख
या कुछ और उसमें उन्होंने पिता की आय ₹
लाख लिखी और मां की आय शून्य लिखी मैंने
ये सवाल पूछा उनसे कि राजस्थान में तो
फेमिनाइजेशन ऑफ एग्रीकल्चर हुआ है महिलाएं
भी खेती का काम करती है क्या आपकी माता जी
खेत पर काम नहीं करती तो उन्होंने कहा कि
हां सर माता जी खेत पर काम करती है हमारे
सारे इलाके में स्त्रियों को खेत पर काम
करना पड़ता है आपके पिताजी भी का खेत पर
काम करते हैं माताजी भी खेत पर काम करती
है फिर आपने अपनी आय को पिता की आय को अब
एक लाख और माता की आय को शून्य क्यों लिखा
बराबर बराबर क्यों नहीं लिखा जो भी संख्या
रही होगी जो भी रकम रही होगी वो मैं भूल
रहा हूं अभी आपके इस डिटेल एप्लीकेशन
फॉर्म से जो जानकारी मैं ले पा रहा हूं वो
यह कि आप एक गले ही किसान है आमतौर पर
केवल ₹5000000 वार्षिक आपने आय लिखी है और
बड़े पैमाने पर खेती का फेमिनाइजेशन पूरी
दुनिया में हुआ है राजस्थान में भी हुआ है
मैं अजूम कर रहा हूं कि आपकी माता जी भी
इस खेती में सहायता करती ही होंगी फिर
आपने इस राशि को केवल पिता की आय क्यों
बताया है माता जी की आय को क्यों नहीं
शामिल किया यहां पर आने के बाद वह
संवेदनशीलता आती है एक आसान सा तरीका
क्योंकि सवाल बहुत साधारण सवाल है अक्सर
पूछा जाता है जब भी ऐसी कोई गलती करता है
और अधिकांश लोगों का इसमें उत्तर होता है
कि चूंकि जमीन पिता के नाम पर है इसलिए
मैंने आमदनी को पिता की रखा है लेकिन रवि
ने तुरंत कहा सर यह गलती तो हुई है मुझसे
कि मम्मी का भी बहुत योगदान रहता है खेती
में और मैं लिख नहीं पाया सर तो आपको
लगेगा कि मैंने उसकी गलती पकड़ ली और इस
कारण ये नेगेटिव कि जबकि सच्चाई क्या है
यहां पर व्यक्ति की संवेदनशीलता दिखी
व्यक्ति की इंटीग्रिटी ईमानदारी दिखी जिन
जिन चीजों को हमने रेड फ्लैग कहा था ये
तीनों चीजें एरोगेंस की जगह विनम्रता
दिखाई दे रही है इन सेंसिटिविटी की जगह प
सेंसिटिव संवेदनशीलता दिखाई दे रही है और
डिस होने की जगह पर ईमानदारी दिखाई दे रही
है तो यह एक उत्तर जो कि दरअसल अपनी गलती
का स्वीकार है एक पॉजिटिव चीज बन जाता है
तीसरी कैटेगरी ऑफ इंटरव्यूज जो मुझे बहुत
पसंद है और अक्सर आप लोगों को शायद वो
उतने पसंद नहीं होंगे क्योंकि वो टेबल के
इस तरफ से ही बहुत पसंद हो सकते हैं ये है
जब आपके सामने कोई ऐसा कैंडिडेट आकर बैठे
जिसे हम आईआईटी और इंजीनियरिंग के कॉलेजेस
की भाषा में फंडू कैंडिडेट कहते हैं यानी
वह कैंडिडेट जो कि बाकी चीजों में आप को
कभी-कभी सोशल स्किल्स में थोड़ा सा कम
दिखाई दे सकता है या उतना कम नहीं भी होगा
लेकिन सोशल स्किल में हो सकता है वो उसकी
प्रायोरिटी में ना हो लेकिन वो अपने विषय
को लेकर एकदम डूबे हुए कैंडिडेट होते हैं
जब आपके पास ऐसा कोई कैंडिडेट आता है तो
एक शिक्षक के तौर पर मन खुश हो जाता है
ऐसे कई कैंडिडेट मुझे अभी भी याद आ रहे
हैं मसलन अगर आप सोशल मीडिया प जाकर रजत
शर्मा का इंटरव्यू देखें य यूपीएससी के
लिए लिया हम लोगों ने रजत ये रजत शर्मा है
जो आईएएस अधिकारी बनते हैं रजत शर्मा गणित
के शानदार फंडू व्यक्ति या अमृतपाल कौर का
इंटरव्यू जो कि इंजीनियरिंग की शानदार
स्टूडेंट रही या फिर मुझे याद आ रहा है
आशुतोष कुमार का इंटरव्यू जो कि गणित आईटी
कानपुर के आए हुए कैंडिडेट थे शानदार
कैंडिडेट इनको से बात करते समय आप इसलिए
खुश नहीं होते कि कोई अतिरिक्त बात है आप
खुश होते हैं कि जिस विषय के यह
विद्यार्थी रहे उस विषय से इनकी मोहब्बत
झलकती यानी इन्होंने अपनी लर्निंग
अपॉर्चुनिटी को वेस्ट नहीं होने दिया अगर
यह गणित पढ़ रहे थे तो गणित पढ़ते समय
इंजीनियरिंग पढ़ रहे थे तो इंजीनियरिंग
पढ़ते समय या सोशल साइंसेस पढ़ रहे थे तो
सोशल साइंसेस पढ़ते समय उन्होंने उसने
विषय से प्यार किया इसलिए उस विषय के बारे
में इनके फंडामेंटल्स बहुत स्ट्रांग हुए
और इसलिए इनसे बात करते समय लगता है
क्योंकि जब येसे बात अपने विषय पर बात
करते हैं तो ऐसे जैसे कि कोई म्यूजिशियन
अपने वाद्य को बजाता है और आप उसको उस
संगीत को सुन सकते हैं आप संगीत में चार
गलती भी निकालेंगे अलग बात है लेकिन इतनी
मोहब्बत अपने डिसिप्लिन से होना यह इनके
व्यक्तित्व को शानदार क्योंकि हमारा
व्यक्तित्व दरअसल केवल चंद चीजों की चेक
लिस्ट नहीं होता इस बात को समझिए कि हमारा
व्यक्तित्व हमारे एनवायरमेंट से हमारे
वातावरण से हमारे इंटरेक्शन से तैयार होता
है और अगर आपकी इंटरेक्शन अच्छा हुआ है तो
आपका व्यक्तित्व संतुलित व्यक्तित्व होता
है प्रसन्नता देने वाला व्यक्तित्व होता
है सफल बनने वाला व्यक्तित्व तो खैर व
होता ही है
