de gaat jaarlijks 15 biljoen dollar aan
mijn aan goederen over deze planeten

heb je het opeens over heel veel geld en
dat is dat is allemaal gewoon hele
duidelijke business-case en dat kan
eigenlijk alleen maar dat kunnen we
eigenlijk alleen maar realiseren wanneer
de

leiding waar eigenlijk de hele maritieme
wereld omheen draait ook daadwerkelijk
naar een digitale versie kunnen krijgen
ja en dit klinkt als een probleem maar
wel een probleem dat we al hadden kunnen
oplossen
waarom is dat nog niet gebeurd dat klopt
want je kan trucs zeggen ik maak een
pdf-je van elektronisch ondertekenen en
en klaar is kees
het heeft een heleboel denk ik het
probleem het wordt als de heilige graal
van de global zweet genoemd waarom we
dit nog niet opgelost hebben
dat heeft met een heleboel zaken te
maken belangrijk is wel dat in heel veel
rechtssystemen het gewoon is vastgelegd
dat het papier moet zijn met een
handtekening
gek genoeg zelfs in de nederlandse in de
nederlandse inzet in de wet dan kom je
ander papier dat je dus altijd een
digitale versie winnaar papier moet
hebben
nou hebben ook nog schillende
rechtssysteem over de wereld er komen
loon engelen op dat soort partijen
afrika zuid-amerika het is wereldwijd zo
complex om dat te maken dat het
eigenlijk nog daaraan vast licht gegeven
het feit dat over wereldhandel gaat en
alle alles goede we over wereld die
beelden opleiding moet hebben dan heb je
het over zo'n compleet en een impact
voel proces dat dat heel complex is
ja dat nadat het moet al heel lang wordt
opgehoogd en er worden heel veel
pogingen toe gedaan
dus elektronisch maken diep moeilijk
waarom nu is omdat nu eigenlijk
tweeledig enerzijds zie je dat de de
digitalisering en vlucht neemt
zeker nu door kofi 19 hebben gewoon
voorbeelden waarvan
goederen niet verscheept worden omdat de
papieren documenten niet opgehaald
kunnen of mogen worden omdat we geen
documenten mogen aan waren of om te
reisbeperkingen zijn waardoor de goede
per schip welk waren maar dit
het papieren document niet en je dus ze
niet op kan halen of ze niet kwijt kan
geven en en dat wordt men nu dus
urgentie tweede is en dus niet
onbelangrijk is dat de technologie en
wij noemen de blockchain ons in staat
stelt om dat te faciliteren
waar het vroeger nog niet zoals in
altijd een autoriteit nodig had is
blockchain-technologie noodzakelijk voor
het oplossen van dit probleem
ik zou niet zeggen noodzakelijk je kan
het ook wel aan de manier oplossen met
met turk bar die

contact met singapore grootste haven in
als je grootste haven

project was eigenlijk ervoor al begonnen

het bedrijfsleven doen is tieve hebben

juridisch vlak is een eerste kick of
geweest met onder anderen ministerie van
justitie en
verkeer en waterstaat om te kijken van
nou oké wat is er nou eigenlijk nodig om
die digitalisering van digitale
eigendomsoverdracht en en bijzonder
eigenlijk ook verpanding mogelijk te
maken in de nederlandse wetgeving en
martijn wat zijn nou de volgende stappen
en waar verwacht jij dat jullie over 5
jaar zullen staan
volgende stappen zijn deze deze
technische ploeg concept uitbreiden naar
live omgevingen uiteindelijk het is dat
we echt containers in een omgeving
tussen singapore en nederland kunnen
verschepen
met titel overdracht van dat van die
bidden of kleding dat zal eerst in een
klooster waar met moeten waarbij de
autoriteiten meekijken
uiteindelijk zal de wetgeving moeten
worden aangepast zodat dat de nieuwe
standaard manier van werken wordt
ja en over vijf jaar er zijn een
heleboel bill of leden initiatieven
elektronisch die de standaardisatie van
het document voor ogen hebben
als dat samenkomt dan hebben we niet
over vijf jaar maar hopelijk over een
jaar of tien dat dat dit de wereldwijde
nieuwe standaard is waar wij dan hun
steentje aan hebben wij gedragen hem het
is allemaal open source dus we werken we
samen aan de rand we moeten handel
faciliteren dat is niet iets wat je zelf
kan doen
we hebben voldoende vertrouwen opgebouwd
het dat we iets hebben wat werkt
we willen dat door middel van pilots nu
echt gaan toetsen dat zal in het begin
zullen dat schaduw transacties zijn maar
je wilt het langs man steeds een stukje
serieuzer gaan worden daar gaan we de
komende tijd ook aan werken en ja waar
we over vijf jaar willen staan ik hoop
dan dat de wet niet meer zegt papier
maar zegt papieren en of digitaal en dat
is mijn wens voor de komende 5 jaar
