van cambiando y las vamos asimilando sin
darnos cuenta
y hasta que no hacemos este ejercicio de
retrospección no somos conscientes de
cómo fuimos adaptándonos
nuevas generaciones se van sumando a las
fuerzas laboral y con ellas cambios de
motivadores cambio de
propósito de valores
se van incorporando
Es evidente que el cambio
es vertiginoso y exponencial y muchas
veces nos estresa
Pero saben que descubrí
que podemos asimilar mejor el cambio Si
hacemos los que nos apasiona y somos
felices
saben que trabajamos más de la mitad de
nuestras vidas
si en promedio empezamos a trabajar a
los 20 años y a los 65 nos retiramos
a disfrutar una nueva etapa que es la
jubilación y el promedio de vida más o
menos está en 80 años les puedo afirmar
que trabajamos más de 40 años

el trabajo es nuestra fuente de ingreso
Pero también
es nuestra realización personal y si
hacemos lo que realmente nos apasiona
podemos disfrutar al menos la mitad de

organizacional es la piedra angular Si
queremos tener equipos de altos
desempeños que cumplan los objetivos
pero que también sean felices

equipos a ese compromiso a ese éxito a

a develar la fórmula de coca-cola todo
lo que les voy a decir Ustedes ya lo

voy a comentar el primer acelerador para
aumentar el bienestar organizacional se
llama liderazgo tienen que ser líderes
que escuchen a los equipos que trabaja
la inteligencia emocional
que indaga en el lugar de suponer
el segundo acelerador tiene que ver con
el auto liderazgo una persona no puede
liderar a los demás si no se sabe
liderar primero a sí mismo una persona
no puede impactar positivamente los
demás si no tiene inteligencia emocional
un líder que se levante a la mañana y
que diga no tengo ganas de hacer nada y
no pueda cambiar ese estado de ánimo o
que una situación lo saque de sí le
genere ira y no pueda canalizar esa ira
ese clima laboral se va a ver afectado y
con ellos el bienestar organizacional el
último acelerador por el cual vinieron
todos y pagaron ese ticket
es la sonrisa
sonreír
estimula y genera
sustancias que mejora el bienestar y
reduce el estrés
si podemos lograr
que los equipos sonrían el máximo
posible tendremos equipos comprometidos
pero a su vez exitosos
