uh and it works like a charm you know if
you look at Alex rosi gives away
everything for free if you look at uh Mr
Beast he gives away everything for free
if you look at creators like uh Logan
Paul uh KSI they give away away
everything for free make millions and
millions of dollars hundreds of millions
of dollars in return when they start
promoting products um if you look at
yeah a bunch of people online right so
why do you do this and how do you even
make it work and why is it the most
powerful thing that you can
do but nobody's really doing it so I
started doing this last year because I
looked at Alex rosi he's like one of the
biggest business influencers right now
on the internet right
and I went to his YouTube channel and I
started to see his videos and he said
like I have nothing to sell Etc then I
went to his website and I saw that he
had a free course on his website and I
didn't even have to
like leave my email or anything to
access this course and that was like a
huge realization for me I was like okay
interesting he has massive amounts of
knowledge and when I go to his website
it's right there I don't even have to
leave my email or anything I can
literally start watching the course
right away and the material in this
course was better than the stuff that I
was used to pay like 5 10 I even bought
courses for $20,000 and this was like
the best then he started to release
books like1 million leads or $100
million offers it was back then and that
book was also mind-blowing right and
then I started to see what Mr Beast was
doing and he was like running his
YouTube channel I'm sure you've heard
about him as well right where he's just
make these crazy the videos and he gives
away like millions of dollars to random
people like Touch This Plane and the
last one who let's go will win a million
dollars right and I always thought like
how is that even possible he just gives
away massive amounts
of money and things and how is that even
profitable
right and then people who give away
entertainment value as well right where
you know Logan Paul or KSI just making
entertainment on YouTube Etc and then
when they do release something it just
runs off the shelves like nothing else
and that is really the secret
right because Mr Beast talked about this
as well and I don't know where I'm going
to sit let's go
here but he talked about this in
um a YouTube video that I saw as well
and he said that when you put a pay
oneall on something meaning that if I
ask for money or even an email address
you're losing most of the people right
even if I give away something to you for
free and I ask for an email address 50%
might opt in but I'm losing 50% of the
people right there right so the easiest
way to grow is really to give value to
people right it's called jab jab jab
like Gary B talks about this right jab
jab jab and then right
hook and that was what Mr Beast was
doing right he just gave away not only
entertainment value but millions of
dollars so he built up this huge
follower base of very of very loyal
following so that when he did release
his products like Mr bees burgers or Mr
be chocolate bars people just went and
bought it like freaking crazy you know
same thing with Alex rosi like he gave
away all of this information for free in
courses in books in audio books in
YouTube videos and then when he finally
like kind of undercover promoted his own
company called acis.com it went really
really good right for that but also when
he started to became a coner of school
and started promoting school then he
could promote that like crazy as well
and school is now growing like nothing
else and so I saw all of these things
and also at the same time I saw that
pretty much everybody else on the
internet were not doing this right
because last year I was basically having
this thing where I I was running a
marketing
agency and I saw all of the other people
were basically selling courses right on
how to start a marketing agency and
let's see if I can get some light here
uh I'm just moving around in this video
maybe you guys are like what the [ __ ] is
it
doing um
but so yeah I saw all of these other
people selling courses for $1,000 $1,500
$2,000 5,000
$10,000
and at the same time I was like I also
want grow on YouTube so I started to
play around with YouTube and I started
to
like do videos obviously and I also
noticed very quickly that the more value
that I gave in my
videos the more views I got and the more
people like my videos who knew right the
more value you get the more people liked
it which was
like okay there's something there right
so I kind of understood that that the
more value I give the more people want
to watch my stuff and the bigger
audience I can grow so so I was like
okay let's just give away everything for
free I'm see I see what Mr Beast is
doing I see that Alex is doing this and
they're growing like crazy on the
internet right so I was like instead of
me doing a YouTube channel where I'm
promoting a course for 2,000 bucks or
whatever I'm just going to give away the
course for
free and so that's what I did I did
YouTube videos gave away all of the
information that other people were
guarding behind paid courses I gave it
away for free and I then started to uh
basically get people into my free course
I start to build an email list I bought
I built that email list to over uh
30,000 people I built a free community
to over like 40,000 people um I built a
YouTube channel to over 50,000 people in
one year and that free course generated
over $655,000
right which is sounds weird right I had
a free course that generated over half a
million doar like how is that even
possible well that's another story I
monetized it with something called
affiliate marketing but the moral of of
the story kind of like the point that
I'm trying to get across in this video
is that the more value that you can give
away for free the bigger audience you
will get the more reach you will get on
your videos the more trust you will
build the more authentic you will be
seen as because you're actually trying
to help people for
free and then you use this concept of
value value value just jab them with
value nine Jabs just value value value
value and
then when you promote
something that's when you can sell it
like crazy like Mr Beast like just
giving away millions of dollars breaking
even on his YouTube income so that when
he did release the chocolate bars like
he just they just people flooded the
malls and bought it like absolutely
crazy so this is like this is how I did
it last year I just did it as a test I'm
like okay if Mr Beast can do it if I MO
is doing it if they're just giving away
stuff for free building huge audiences
and then making a lot of money from it
from it as well I might as well just
test it out and that is what I'm going
all in on now as well it's just trying
to give away as much value as I can I
have a free course a free community that
I don't charge a dollar
for um we've had now tens of thousands
of people go through it if not hundreds
of thousands by now and we've had people
as young as 16 grow businesses making
hundreds like close to $100,000 per
month I even think it broke that
$100,000 per month Mark and I just give
away everything for free because it's
like the easiest hack
to reach people and connect with people
by actually giving value
right so yeah that is basically it how
just giving away value for free
completely changed my business and my
life and the best thing about it that as
well right is that nobody else is really
doing
it because we have this thing in our
brain where we think

like we're losing out on it or we're we
have this scarcity mindset that if I get
if I give it away for free then people
are not going to pay me or people are
going to steal it or whatever that might
be right that you're not going to get
that exchange of value in return but
actually you're getting more in exchange
you the Creator winning on just giving
away for free because you gain a a
customer or a potential customer you're
like you're reaching more people because
you don't have a pay wall so you're not
losing people right if you're Char if
you're asking for $1,500 up front before
you can give them value 98% of people
you might convert 2% if that but 98% of
people are just going to ignore you
right but if you give it away for free
and if you make it easy for people to
get this thing for free like you're
reaching as many people as you possibly
can and you're winning by just impacting
them you're winning by just being able
to give them something because you're
building a potential future customer if
you're going to sell something in the
future you're gaining more Reach people
start to talk about you about this guy
or girl it just gives away massive
amount of value they start to share your
videos to start to share your course and
all of these things so it's honestly the
smartest business move that you can make
the best move that you can make the most
fun move that you can make because
people truly start to appreciate your
your stuff because you're giving them
massive value and it doesn't cost them a
dollar so that when you do want to sell
something later the sell is so easy it's
like hey guys Max here uh yeah hopefully
you've enjoyed my free stuff hopefully
you don't say that right but that's the
feeling you've enjoyed all my free stuff
I just launched something that you can
pay for if you want to achieve this
thing faster and easier with more help
and support if you want to buy it here's
the price go and buy it and go and check
it out and
and the sales process is so much easier
because people associate you with value
that they've got for free so they almost
feel indebted they feel like the law of
repr procity right you've been able to
give them so much for free so that when
you ask for something that
you're like if you can give them even
more value and it has an okay price and
a great offer people are just going to
flood in and this is how I made a launch
this year in February and I added over 4
,000 new monthly current Revenue in 27
days and the final day of those 27 days
I added $14,000 new monthly recurring
revenue and that was mainly because I
just had given away so much value for
free prior to that and during the time
that I was giving away stuff for free
people are like yeah but I I can't
afford to give away stuff for free
because I'm not going to make any money
from it the first month I gave away
stuff for free the first month I had my
free course I made $4,000 in monthly
recurring Revenue the second month I
made 15 the third month 25 and the final
month 40 so in total it was over $80,000
generated in Just 4 months when I
started to give away stuff for free
obviously you need to structure in a way
so that I gave away the information but
I promoted a software right um but yeah

giving away massive amounts of value for
free when they start to promote products
or stuff that people can buy people go
and buy it like crazy because people are
so Associated and really trust and like
those people that they've been following
on the internet for years
so yeah that's it that's the easiest way
to get gain customers to promote stuff
to sell stuff to build an audience
