what's up he nice camera
[ __ ] all talking no action in New York
guys
you guys have no idea how bad I wanted
to throw him a Swifty A Tail of Swifty
right across the jaw
but we don't fight cops in the street we
fight them in
court
nothing n and buckings the immigrants
they're kicking their heads in on Time
Square but me I kick his little head in
I'm going to have a big problem so we're
not going to do that
going to you
okay so this whole thing started because
David asked for this officer's name but
he refused to give his name or call a
supervisor and then just let his ego
take the best of them but now all of a
sudden that David has stood his ground
and the supervisor's on scene now he's
going to finally hand over his
identification like he's supposed
to appreciate that sir thank you
think he's telling the truth or he's
lying doesn't really
matter I think he's a good C or a bad
one
how's it going yeah they supervisor yeah
I'm supervisor so yeah
basically came out come over here and
talk do you want to talk over here
doesn't matter to me so
basically saw him on his phone he was on
his phone for about an hour his person
phone which against the patrol guy asked
him for his business card he refused to
give it to me after that got out the car
tried to hit me with the door they
didn't hit me but then got out the car
grabbed my phone hit
me real bad stuff from a cop you
know okay
um so I interviewed you saw two
officers um their version of events
doesn't line up with your
version your version of events isn't L
up your version okay okay um
so ultimately you were by their car
correct they were in the vehicle both of
them okay no they I'm asking you no they
got out of the vehicle that's how we got
to this point no no I understand but
you're
initial uh engagement with the two
officers they were seated in their
vehicle yep and what did you do I was
recording them for about an hour on
their phone where were you recording
from stand sidewalk from this
distance sidewalk I was on a sidewalk no
I know but the sidewalk goes all the way
up to the
door you understand like your placement
is very important in this situation so
where were you place while you were
recording somewhere in this area on the
sidewalk this area yeah
okay and then what happened got out the
car tried to hit me with the door I
couldn't have been too close close cuz
the door didn't hit me then he got out
snatched my phone hit me took my phone
point at any point did they ask you to
back up nope did they say I'm trying to
get out
nope can I see your video would you
share that with me it's a live video so
it doesn't actually exist on my phone
it's live on the platform I understand
okay so evenly in this situation
um cuz the version of events that was
presented with me is similar to yours uh
but but there's a stark contrast uh
version of events is
that they couldn't get out of their car
they were prevented by you until it came
to a little bit of force in order to
exit their car okay and then the second
they exited their car you didn't provide
them with a safe distance
which led to the uh I guess argument or
whatever
what bro what are you talking about
man situation that you guys got
into um and then you requested a
supervisor they called me uh it's the
change of Tours I don't know if they
explain that to you so I was back at our
base uh getting in the car ready uh
hunga lot of traffic
but got here the second I could and here
we are um
so everything you've asked for has been
done uh what I can provide for you at
this point is if you want to make an
official Complaint a Civilian
Complaint we can go ahead and start
processing that at a department facility
of your choosing all right so keep in
mind that the original video is over 5
hours and 20 minutes long and so this is
just a small portion of what happened
